Abstract

Myocardial infarction, resulting from coronary blood vessel blockage, inflicts lasting damage on the heart muscle. Meanwhile, breast cancer ranks among the most diagnosed cancers, causing millions of deaths annually. Mouse model research suggests that myocardial infarction induces systemic changes, fostering cross-disease communication that expedites breast cancer. Using GEO2R for transcriptomic analysis, Cytoscape for protein-protein interaction (PPI), and EnrichR for enrichment analysis, we explored the myocardial infarction-breast cancer relationship with datasets from GEO. We identified 3,300 differentially expressed genes, including 6 commonly upregulated and 18 commonly downregulated genes. PPI and enrichment analyses revealed RAD51 genes associated with homologous recombination pathways (P-value 0.02032). Additionally, 4 genes (RAD51, KIF4A, DTL, and DLGAP5) were linked to CD105+ endothelial cells (P-value 0.00002216), connecting myocardial infarction and breast cancer. Nevertheless, further testing is needed for accurate results and to support this study's transcriptomic analysis.

Abstract

The Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI) has various ethnicities, races, and religions. Likewise the diversity that exists in the city of Tanjungbalai, the people of Tanjungbalai have a population of 108,202 people, and in Asahan Regency a population of 884,594 people. They live side by side with various other ethnic groups, such as the Toba Batak, Mandailing, Minangkabau, and Javanese. The majority of the population of the city of Tanjungbalai adhere to Islam, up to 84.67 people, the rest adhere to Protestant Christianity, Buddhism and Catholicism. But behind that, there were many disparities between religions that ended in riots. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The qualitative research method is a research method that places more emphasis on aspects of understanding in depth on a problem rather than looking at problems for generalization research. In strengthening inter-religious harmony in Tanjungbalai, there have been several steps taken by both the government and religious leaders, both Islamic and Chinese leaders. This step also aims to make the people of Tanjungbalai a harmonious and more peaceful society in carrying out their daily lives.

Abstract

Pembelajaran tematik ialah untuk membantu meningkatkan dan memperluas kemampuan setiap siswa untuk menyelesaikan segala masalah pembelajaran. Berbasis aspek penunjang, salah satunya ialah teknik pembelajaran yang dikuasi oleh pendidik. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk menggambarkan proses pembelajaran yang digunakan guru dalam proses belajar mengajar. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan studi literatur atau studi Pustaka Pertama-tama peneliti merumuskan masalah penelitian, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan menelusuri jurnal elektronik melalui googel schoolar. Hasil penelitian tentang teknik pembelajaran ditentukan berdasarkan metode yang digunakan, dan metode disusun berdasarkan pendekatan yang dipakai. Dengan kata lain pendekatan menjadi dasar penentuan metode, dari metode dapat ditentukan teknik. Karena itu, teknik pembelajaran yang digunakan guru dapat bervariasi. Teknik pembelajaran yang digunakan guru tergantung pada kemampuan guru itu mencari akal atau siasat agar proses belajar mengajar dapat berjalan lancar dan berhasil dengan baik.

Abstract

The goal of language education is to optimize students' skills in communicating correctly and accurately, both orally and in writing. Thus the purpose of this study is none other than to look at the complexity of Indonesian language education for high school students at SDN 132412 Tanjungbalai City. The method used in this research is descriptive and qualitative method. The descriptive method is telling or describing the data collected. The purpose of this method is to replace or describe situations or phenomena that occur in solving real world problems. This method is usually used to study people or objects, conditions or symptoms of a particular population or region. Tanjungbalai 132412 Public Elementary School students were used as research subjects. In addition, the method of collecting evidence or information is done by interviewing the homeroom teacher and the student.
