Abstract

The banking world is one of the important aspects in the financial sustainability of society so that the need for optimal task performance from employees in order to provide optimal service to customers. Employee task performance can be influenced by several factors such as autonomous motivation, organizational citizenship behavior, educational level and innovative work. This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational citizenship behavior, autonomous motivation, educational level, and innovative work on task performance in 201 employees of PT Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. Determination of the sample in this study is Non-Probability Sampling with saturated sampling technique or census. Data collection was carried out by questionnaires distributed to respondents via google form. The data analysis technique was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of data analysis show that autonomous motivation, organizational citizenship behavior, educational level and innovative work have a significant positive influence on employee task performance. Managerial implications in this study are expected that companies in recruiting employees pay more attention to factors that can affect employee performance in the future.

Abstract

This study uses 3 variables consisting of: 1 independent variable, namely transformational leadership, 1 mediating variable, namely job satisfaction and 1 dependency variable, namely work performance, which aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership on work performance which is mediated by job satisfaction in employees of PT. Bank Mandiri Tbk. Jakarta's Big Rice Field. The sample used in this study were employees of PT. Bank Mandiri Tbk. Paddy Field, Central Jakarta. Sampling used the cluster random sampling method, through a survey using a questionnaire with a total of 190 respondents and the data analysis method in this study used the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with AMOS version 23 software. through a survey using a questionnaire with the results of this study indicating that transformational leadership positive effect on job satisfaction. However, it does not have a significant effect on work performance. If you look at the role of Job Satisfaction as a Mediation variable, it is enough to influence transformational leadership on Job Performance at PT. Bank Mandiri Tbk. Jakarta's Big Rice Field. Thus, the conclusions obtained indicate that employees with high job satisfaction tend to be good at their jobs compared to employees with low job satisfaction. In addition, the work performance of employees with high transformational leadership is greater than that of employees with low transformational leadership. In addition to the direct effect, this study shows that job satisfaction has a significant mediating role in the relationship between transformational leadership and performance. These findings reveal important theoretical clues that transformational leadership as a personal ability can influence work performance not only directly but also indirectly through its positive influence on job satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Career Planning, Work Stress, Workplace Well Being on Turnover Intention of Three Star Hotel Employees Puncak Cipanas. The independent variables in this study are Career Planning, Work Stress, Workplace Well Being and the dependent variable in this study is turnover intention. Data were collected from 100 respondents using sensus. The technique used to analyze this research is hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression methods with the SPSS assistance program version 21. The results of hypothesis testing in this study showed that there was a negative effect of Career Planning on Turnover Intention, a positive effect of Work Stress on Turnover Intention, and a Workplace Well Being on Turnover Intention. The managerial implication in this study is to reduce the Work Stress variable, so that it does not have an impact on Turnover Intention or has a small effect on Turnover Intention, management can still maintain good relations with employees and reduce employee workload so it does not cause Work Stress.

Abstract

Penenlitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Perceived Motivation for Training, Perceived Support for Training, Responsible Leadership terhadap Task Performance. Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dengan membagikan kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengujian hypotesyis testing. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan Structural Sofware SPSS versi 21. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan dari 161 karyawan PT. NET Mediatama Televisi di Jakarta Selatan. Dengan metode penarikan menggunakan Purposive Sampling. Peneliti menggunakan skala likert pada penelitian dengan skor yang dialokasikan dari 1 hingga 5 untuk menunjukkan jawaban dari ''sangat tidak setuju'' hingga ''sangat setuju', Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Perceived Motivation for Training, Perceived Support for Training memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Task Performance. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan masukan bagi manajer perusahaan agar dapat memperhatikan karyawannya dengan memberikan dukungan yang baik dan kepemimpinan yang bertanggung jawab serta memberikan motivasi untuk membimbing karyawan agar merasakan kepuasan dalam bekerja yang akan meningkatkan kinerja sehingga karyawan lebih berkomitmen terhadap perusahaan.

Abstract

This training aims to provide guidance on implementing effective marketing strategies to increase the competitiveness of MSMEs in the Jabodetabek area. The training participants are MSMEs and students who are members of the Bina Amanah Cordova Foundation. A more specific aim is to provide an understanding of Marketing Management for MSMEs and equip them with an understanding of effective Marketing Strategies for MSMEs. Before attending the training, around 75% of participants did not understand how to utilize marketing strategies in their business. Post-training evaluation shows that 100% of participants now understand how important it is to implement effective marketing strategies, especially by utilizing social media, which is currently one of the most popular trends in the marketing world.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Organizational Commitment, Leadership Style, Organizational Trust terhadap Job Satisfaction pada guru SMA Negeri Terbaik di Tangerang. Data yang dikumpulkan pada penelitian ini adalah data primer dengan membagikan kuesioner. Data dikumpulkan dari 135 guru SMA Negeri di Tangerang dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan purposive sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis regresi berganda menggunakan program SPSS 24. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Organizational Commitment berpengaruh positif terhadap Job Satisfaction, Leadership Style berpengaruh positif terhadap Job Satisfaction dan Organizational Trust tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap Job Satisfaction pada guru SMA Negeri Terbaik di Tangerang.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of diversity management, ethical leadership and organizational culture on organization trust in Class 1 Immigration Office DKI Jakarta. The samples used in this study were employees at 2 Class 1 Immigration Offices in DKI Jakarta. Sampling used a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique, namely distributing online questionnaires (google form) to Class 1 DKI Jakarta Immigration Office employees. Testing was carried out using as many as 140 respondents. Methods Data analysis used the regression method which was processed with the help of SPSS 25.0 software. The results of this study indicate that diversity management, CSR and organizational culture have a significant positive effect on organizational trust. Future research is expected to be able to develop research by examining other fields or offices as research objects and increase the number of respondents in order to obtain more accurate results, then other researchers can also add other variables that can also influence organizational trust.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh Performance Management, Reaction to Feedback dan Job Characteristic Terhadap Job Satisfaction Pada Karyawan di PT. Bank Negara Indonesia Persero (Tbk.) Pejompongan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebar survei secara online kepada 150 karyawan pada PT. Bank Negara Indonesia Persero (Tbk.) Pejompongan. Penelitian ini menggunakan model analisis data regresi linear berganda dan olah data dengan aplikasi SPSS versi 25. Hasil hipotesis penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh positif Performance Management terhadap Job Satisfaction, terdapat pengaruh positif Reaction to Feedback terhadap Job Satisfaction, terdapat pengaruh positif Job Characteristic terhadap Job Satisfaction. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan gambaran tentang faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Job Satisfaction karyawan di PT. Bank Negara Indonesia Persero (Tbk.) Pejompongan berada pada kategori baik.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze differences in the influence of workload and work environment on job satisfaction mediated by work stress on motorcycle industry employees in North Jakarta. Respondents from this study used a sample size of 155 respondents. Sampling in this study uses non probability sampling method with a purposive sampling approach. Meanwhile, in testing the hypothesis using an analytical tool in the form of a Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results of hypothesis testing in this study indicate that workload has a positive effect on work stress, workload has a negative effect on job satisfaction, work environment has a negative effect on work stress, work environment has a positive effect on job satisfaction, work stress has a negative effect on job satisfaction mediated by work stress, and work environment has a positive effect on job satisfaction mediated by work stress. The implication of this research is that companies are expected to always pay attention to the workload given by the company to employees, maintain a work environment that supports work activities, pay attention to stress levels in employees, and continue to improve existing job satisfaction. Keywords: workload, work environment, work sress and job satisfaction Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbedaan pengaruh workload dan work environment terhadap job satisfaction yang dimediasi oleh work stress pada karyawan Industri Sepeda Motor di Jakarta Utara. Responden dari penelitian ini menggunakan jumlah sampel sebanyak 155 responden. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode non probability sampling dengan pendekatan purposive sampling. Sedangkan dalam pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan alat analisis berupa Structural Equation Model (SEM). Hasil pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa workload berpengaruh positif terhadap work stress, workload berpengaruh negatif terhadap job satisfaction, work environment berpengaruh negatif terhadap work stress, work environment berpengaruh positif terhadap job satisfaction, work stress berpengaruh negatif terhadap job satisfaction, workload berpengaruh negatif terhadap job satisfaction yang dimediasi oleh work stress, dan work environment berpengaruh positif terhadap job satisfaction yang dimediasi oleh work stress. Implikasi penelitian ini adalah diharapkan perusahaan selalu memperhatikan workload yang diberikan perusahaan kepada karyawan, mempertahankan work environment yang menunjang kegiatan kerja, memperhatikan tingkat stres pada karyawan dan terus meningkatkan job satisfaction yang ada. Kata Kunci: beban kerja, lingkungan kerja, stress pekerjaan dan kepuasan pekerjaan
