Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan tindakan Perancangan Strategi Pemasaran Produk Anyaman Mereyip (Parthenocissus Quienquefolia) objek penelitian adalah untuk mendorong salah satu anyaman tradisional yang berasal dari mama-mama papua. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk memberikan usulan atau memberi masukan kepada Kelompok Sanggar Klafun. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Bauran Pemasaran (Marketing Mix 7P) guna mendorong dan menambah proses pemasaran yang baik kepada Kelompok Sanggar Klafun. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dengan menggunakan Metode Marketing Mix 7P, peneliti dapat mengimplikasikan dan megetahui proses pemasaran dari 7 aspek bauran pemasaran yang terdiri dari product (produk), price (harga), place (tempat), promotion (promosi), process (proses), people (orang), physical evidence (bukti fisik).

Abstract

PT. Uwe Molino Luwuk is a company engaged in the production of glass bottled drinking water. However, the product often experiences defects such as inappropriate closures, packaging damage that causes leaks, and lack of precision in the cup sealer. This condition causes the product not to meet consumer expectations for quality. This research aims to reduce the level of defects in each production sub-process by determining the initial performance conditions (baseline) and targets to be achieved. Through the application of Six Sigma, it is hoped that it will be able to reduce process variability, so that product quality can be more consistent with decreasing defect rates. The research results show that the DPMO (Defects Per Million Opportunities) value which varies from 33.39 to 1,885.87 shows that there are fluctuations in production quality and based on the Sigma value, most of the production processes are at level 4 to 5 Sigma, which means overall production quality, overall quite good, achieving Sigma 5.48 defect level

Abstract

PT. Perta Daya Gas memiliki peran vital dalam mendistribusikan gas ke Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Mesin Gas (PLTMG) Sorong. Fluktuasi permintaan gas yang tidak menentu menimbulkan tantangan dalam pengelolaan distribusi secara efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan tiga metode regresi linear, siklis, dan kuadratis dalam meramalkan kebutuhan gas berdasarkan data historis penyerapan gas tahun 2022–2024. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan menggunakan nilai Mean Squared Error (MSE) sebagai indikator keakuratan peramalan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa metode siklis memberikan prediksi paling mendekati pola permintaan aktual, dengan nilai MSE sebesar 64.220.398,59, lebih rendah dibandingkan metode regresi linear (81.796.689,57) dan kuadratis (28.281.977.851,83). Oleh karena itu, metode siklis dinilai paling efektif dalam memprediksi kebutuhan gas di PT. Perta Daya Gas karena mampu menangkap pola musiman dalam data distribusi. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat membantu perusahaan dalam perencanaan pengadaan dan pengelolaan stok gas secara lebih akurat, sekaligus menjadi referensi bagi perusahaan sektor energi lainnya yang menghadapi tantangan serupa dalam pengelolaan distribusi energi.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh dan hubungan antara kualitas pengiriman, ketepatan pengiriman, kejelasan mekanisme pengiriman, keamanan (4K), dan harga pengiriman (1H) terhadap pemilihan jasa pengiriman oleh konsumen. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan survei terhadap 202 responden dari populasi konsumen pengguna jasa pengiriman. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa hubungan antara variabel empat K dan satu H memiliki satu hubungan yang tidak signifikan yaitu ketepatan terhadap kualitas pengiriman, yang bisa mengindikasikan bahwa faktor ketepatan mungkin tidak sekuat faktor yang lain dalam mempengaruhi kualitas pengiriman, atau bisa jadi dipengaruhi oleh konteks atau karakteristik sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian.

Abstract

Papua Barat Daya adalah provinsi di Timur Indonesia yang masih jarang dikunjungi wisatawan. Provinsi ini kaya akan sumber daya alam, dengan tanah subur yang cocok untuk pertanian dan lautan dengan keanekaragaman biota laut. Salah satu destinasi menarik di Papua Barat Daya adalah Pulau Soop, dengan luas sekitar 2,67 km² dan populasi 1.378 jiwa. Pulau Soop dapat dicapai dalam 20 menit menggunakan kapal boat dari pelabuhan SAR. Pulau Soop menawarkan pantai indah dengan pepohonan kelapa yang rimbun, menciptakan suasana asri. Pulau ini memiliki tempat wisata bahari menarik seperti Pantai Pasir Putih, Goa Jepang, Sumur Belanda, dan Tanjung Lampu. Semua tempat ini menawarkan pengalaman unik bagi pengunjung. Namun, informasi tentang potensi alam dan wisata Pulau Soop masih terbatas dan belum banyak dipublikasikan. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat dengan membuat situs web informasi untuk memperkenalkan Pulau Soop kepada masyarakat dan wisatawan. Situs web ini memberikan informasi komprehensif tentang keindahan dan potensi wisata Pulau Soop. Diharapkan, melalui situs web ini, Pulau Soop bisa lebih dikenal, menarik lebih banyak wisatawan, dan membantu meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat setempat melalui pengembangan sektor pariwisata.

Abstract

Increasingly competitive industrial conditions necessitate that companies maintain high product quality to remain competitive. One of the challenges frequently faced by the manufacturing industry is high levels of product productivity, which can impact customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. This study specifically examines the issue of product defects in the car seat production process at PT. ABC. Despite implementing a quality control system, a significant number of product defects were still found. The study used a quantitative approach using Statistical Quality Control (SQC) methods, specifically p-charts, to analyze production and defect data over 16 days. The analysis showed that the proportion of defects varied significantly, with the highest value reaching 55.17% and the lowest at 5.13%. The control chart showed data points approaching the upper control limit, indicating the process was not yet fully stable. Fishbone analysis identified the main causes of defects, including human factors, work methods, raw materials, and machines. Comprehensive improvements to the work system and joint control are needed to increase production process stability and sustainably reduce defect rates.

Abstract

Goods delivery services are a principal element in supporting online buying and selling sites. Every year, user figures Internet in Indonesia the more increase value. Matter This in line with change paradigm society which prefer to shop online, where this can save time and the price of goods Which competitive between seller Which One with Which other. Public can choose type service Which will become considering options, choosing a goods delivery service is very important and must be in accordance with the criteria and category of the desired delivery service. The purpose of this research is to select delivery services based on Customer Relationship Management with approach 5 W+1H And know application Simple Additives Weighting (SAW) for selecting the best delivery service as a solution to make it easier for online shop users to choose a delivery service. Based on data collection, the result was that the best delivery service was JNE with a total of 46 respondents using the delivery service and the largest result was 1. After that, service delivery J&T Where amount user service delivery as much 44 respondents with results end of 0.94490. So, based on data analysis using the Simple Additive Weighting method, the best delivery service according to the criteria is JNE.

Abstract

Seeing the development and fashion needs of the people in the city of Manokwari, especially for the indigenous Arfak people, researchers tried to meet this community's needs by designing noken with motifs and colors from the traditional arrangements of the native Arfak people. Visual analysis will be used in conducting the evaluation. The examination is carried out directly based on an assessment of the product produced by providing a specific explanation regarding the ergonomic and aesthetic elements inherent in the product. No particular standards are used in the analysis because this research analyzes products that do not have standard measures in their processing or use. Meanwhile, to determine the level of public satisfaction with the noken designed by researchers, a questionnaire was used for several people who were used as samples for decision-making. The sample size was determined using the Slovin formula, then the questionnaire was analyzed using Microsoft Excel. Based on the discussion results, designing an ergonomic Papuan noken was carried out by paying attention to several influencing factors: security, comfort and flexibility. In contrast, creating an aesthetic Papuan noken was carried out by paying attention to several influencing factors, namely artistic, cultural, and religious values. The level of public satisfaction with the new Papuan noken design by researchers reached 76%, 78% from the ergonomic side and 75% from the aesthetic side.

Abstract

Village administration services are one of the critical public services in meeting the needs of society in Indonesia. However, these services often do not meet people's expectations and needs. Various factors, including low quality of service, complicated administrative processes, and lack of use of information technology in managerial procedures cause this. This research aims to optimize the village service system, focusing on improving the quality of services in rural communities. Service Administration often experiences obstacles in providing effective and efficient public services, mainly due to inadequate resources and infrastructure. This results in rural communities being less satisfied and often experiencing difficulties accessing the public services they need. The results of this research using the Servqual method using five dimensions of service and five instrument criteria influence the village administration services of Klamono District. Of the 14 instruments used, namely communication skills, skills and abilities, services provided and information system technology used by village officials in giving service. To optimize and streamline the benefits expected by the community, a website was created to facilitate the Klamono District village administration service system.
