Abstract

Electronic medical records are an important achievement of information technology in the world of health and have considerable benefits, one of which is to increase the effectiveness of officer work. The use of electronic medical records at Hermina Pasteur Hospital is still not perfect and there are still several obstacles that can hinder the effectiveness of officers' work. The purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of electronic medical records in supporting work effectiveness in the medical records unit at Hermina Pasteur Hospital Bandung. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods with data collection techniques with observation, interviews, literature studies and questionnaires. The results of this study showed security aspects (91.7%), integrity aspects (82.8%), availability aspects (87.1%), work quality aspects (81.7%), work quantity aspects (79.6%), and work time (86.1%). The suggestions given in this study are: It is necessary to evaluate the use of electronic medical records so that appropriate training can be carried out, carry out routine system maintenance, coordinate with related electronic medical record vendors to update the electronic medical record system, legalize electronic signatures and provide electronic signature tools, hospitals should provide automatic generators for better electricity availability, it is necessary to hold SPO on electronic medical records so that electronic medical records in hospitals can be ensured that they meet the established security, privacy and quality standards.

Abstract

Rekam medis inaktif, berkas yang telah disimpan selama 5 tahun di unit kerja rekam medis di hitung sejak tanggal terakhir pasien di layani pada sarana pelayanan kesehatan atau telah lebih 5 tahun setelah meninggal dunia. Terdapat 7855 berkas yang akan dilakukan penyusutan. Pelaksanaan penyusutan rekam medis inaktif mempunyai beberapa tahap, yaitu di mulai dari pengambilan, pelestarian, dan alih media. Berdasarkan data kunjungan pasien tahun 2014 sampai 2021 di Santosa Hospital Bandung Kopo mengalami peningkatan jumlah kunjungan, dan menyebabkan rak penyimpanan aktif tidak bisa menampung berkas rekam medis. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan data kualitatif dan metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan obsevasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Penilaian rekam medis inaktif dilakukan oleh tim penilai berdsarkan SK Direktur. Dalam menscan rekam medis inaktif, petugas melakukan scan dengan menggunakan alat scan plustek smartoffice, yang kualitasnya bagus.

Abstract

Pengolahan data, khususnya pembuatan indeks penyakit dan tindakan, berperan penting untuk kualitas pelayanan rumah sakit. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk memperoleh hasil dari perancangan sistem informasi indeks penyakit, khususnya penyakit pasien rawat inap, dengan memakai perangkat lunak Microsoft Visual Studio 2012. Meskipun indeks penyakit pasien rawat inap telah dikomputerisasi dan diintegrasikan dengan SIMRS di Rumah Sakit AMC Bandung, terdapat hambatan yang menghalangi indeks penyakit pasien rawat inap, yaitu proses yang masih dilakukan secara manual memakai perangkat lunak Microsoft Excel. Akibatnya, pencarian menjadi kurang efisien dan memakan waktu lebih lama karena harus diperiksa satu per satu berdasarkan abjad. Selain itu, dalam penelitian ini, metode agile dipilih untuk digunakan. Diharapkan penelitian ini dapat membantu mentransformasikan sistem informasi indeks penyakit pasien rawat inap di Rumah Sakit AMC Bandung menjadi lebih terproses dan terintegrasi dengan SIMRS, serta mempermudah petugas dalam mencari informasi pasien secara keseluruhan dan membuat laporan indeks pasien lebih mudah dan maksimal.

Abstract

Information systems technology is currently growing rapidly; its use has penetrated into various fields, including the health sector. AL-Ihsan Hospital is one of the hospitals that provides services for patients with kidney disorders or hemodialysis. Because at this hospital the management of patient reports is still done manually, it is necessary to design an accurate application in order to obtain hemodialysis patient reports that can be integrated quickly, precisely, effectively, and efficiently. This electronic application is specifically designed for hemodialysis installations. The use of visual basic information technology in medical management with the aim of assisting health workers in collecting data for the reporting process The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method in which data collection is in the form of observation, interviews, and literature study and uses a system development method, namely the waterfall method. This information system is specifically designed for hemodialysis patients, which will make it easier for registration officers, and besides that, it will be very easy for officers to make daily, monthly, and yearly reports using the system that has been created.

Abstract

The development of information system technology is currently widely utilized in various aspects of life, one of which is the aspect of hospital services. The lack of information needed to fulfill the requirements of the Indonesia Case-Based Group (INA-(CBGS) claim for inpatient Tuberculosis patients has led to claim disputes, thus hampering the claim process for Tuberculosis patients in the hospital. This study aims to design an electronic-based medical resume to support the INA-CBGs claim process in hospitals to minimize claim disputes. The Extreme Programming method was chosen because it is suitable for developing systems quickly, and the results are easier to adjust in the system development process. Based on system testing using the black-box method, the designed medical e-resume system can minimize the occurrence of claim disputes in hospitals

Abstract

The processing and calculation of data in one of the hospitals in the city of Bandung is still manually and not computerized, such as the processing of daily inpatient census data and the processing of Barber Johnson indicator data which has the parameters BOR, LOS, TOI, BTO which have possibilities high human errors. Therefore  inpatient efficiency system is created that can facilitate officers.. This study aims to design an integrated system. The design of this data processing system uses the advanced v-model method which known as the Verification and Validation mode. While making the application itself using the C# programming language with MySQL for database processing. This application was tested using Blackbox Testing with the results as expected and running well so that this application makes the processing and reporting generation more effective and efficient as well as easy to use and understand

Abstract

Rumah sakit merupakan lembaga yang menyelenggarakan pelayanan kesehatan dan menyediakan pelayanan rawat inap, rawat jalan dan gawat darurat dimana pelayanan tersebutdisediakan oleh dokter, perawat dan tenaga kesehatan lainnya rumah sakit juga dituntut dalam menyediakan informasi kesehatan.Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelemahan sistem retensi di RSUD Kabupaten Sumedang dan penelitian ini mencari permasalahan yang menjadi kendala dalam melaksanakan retensi dan bagaimana cara mengatasi permasalahan yang ada di RSUD Kabupaten Sumedang tersebut. Metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian tersebut menggunakan metode waterfall. hasil dari penelitian tersebut menemukan belum adanya aplikasi retensi yang menjadi kendala dalam melakukan retensi sistem yang digunakan di RSUD Kabupaten Sumedang masih menggunakan cara manual dimana berkas rekam medis masih dipilah satu – persatu sesuai dengan tahunnya. Dalam perancangan sistem retensi disini peneliti menggambarkan pada aplikasi Visual Studio dan Microsof Acses sebagai data base sehingga lebih mudah dan aman dalam pencarian data retensi serta mudah mendapatkan laporan – laporan tentang retensi.

Abstract

The enactment of Minister of Health Regulation Number 24 of 2022 concerning Medical Records has had a significant impact on health facilities, especially puskesmas, which are first-level health facilities required to hold Electronic Medical Records (EMR). A health information system integrated with the SATUSEHAT platform is needed to support the implementation of electronic medical records. Generic SIKDA is very important starting from the collection, recording, processing, and dissemination of health information. This study aims to determine the implementation of Generic SIKDA to support the effectiveness of electronic medical records at UPTD Campaka Health Center. This research uses qualitative methods. Data collection by observation, interviews and documentation. However, there are still some shortcomings, such as lack of trained human resources, lack of infrastructure, slow development and renewal of SIKDA Generic, and poor governance. In this case, SIKDA Generic has not been able to support Electronic Medical Records at UPTD Campaka Health Center.

Abstract

Abstract: Population growth in some regions such as Asia is still high, especially in the number of births in children. Indonesia is one of the many countries whose birth rate growth is still high. With this high birth rate, it will cause problems for the region such as the problem of uncontrolled population growth if the birth rate continues to be high in addition to the social and economic impact of the region. To reduce the birth rate, the government created a family planning program to minimize the high birth rate. In birth control with this birth control program, contraceptive devices and drugs (ALOKON) are used as a prevention of pregnancy. This is intended to determine the level of allocone use in family planning patients in the outpatient unit and recap reports of birth control patients in the outpatient unit. In addition, the era of digitalization of technology utilization with information systems that have been increasingly developed and advanced, especially in the health sector. The system development method used in this journal is the waterfall method which consists of analysis, system design, implementation, unit testing, and maintenance. The results obtained are in the form of developing implementation results from the design made into a family planning information system in the outpatient unit. This research was made to develop an existing information system and can assist medical record officers in processing data and reports more effectively and efficiently. Keywords: alokon; growth of birth rate; information system; kb  Abstrak: Pertumbuhan penduduk dibeberapa wilayah seperti di Asia masih tinggi terutama pada angka kelahiran pada anak. Indonesia merupakan salah satu dari sekian banyak negara yang pertumbuhan angka kelahirannya masih tinggi. Dengan tingginya angka pertumbuhan kelahiran ini akan menimbulkan masalah bagi wilayah itu seperti permasalahan pertumbuhan penduduk yang tidak terkendali jika angka kelahiran terus tinggi selain itu berdampak pada kehidupan social dan ekonomi wilayah itu. Untuk menekan angka kelahiran pemerintah membuat program KB (Keluarga Berencana) dalam meminimalisir angka kelahiran yang tinggi. Dalam pengendalian kelahiran dengan program KB ini digunakan alat dan obat kontrasepsi (ALOKON) sebagai pencegah kehamilan. Hal ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui tingkat pemakaian alokon pada pasien KB di unit rawat jalan serta rekapan laporan pasien KB di unit rawat jalan tersebut. Selain itu era digitalisasi pemanfaatan teknologi dengan sistem informasi yang sudah semakin berkembang dan maju, terutama pada bidang Kesehatan. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakna pada jurnal ini adalah metode waterfall yang terdiri dari analisis, perancangan system, implementasi, pengujian unit, dan pemeliharaan. Hasil yang diperoleh berupa pengembangan hasil implementasi dari perancangan yang dibuat menjadi system informasi KB di unit rawat jalan. Penelitian ini dibuat untuk mengembangkan system informasi yang telah ada serta dapat membantu petugas rekam medis dalam pengolahan data dan laporan yang lebih efektif dan efisien. Kata kunci: alokon; kb; pertumbuhan angka kelahiran; sistem informasi

Abstract

This study aims to simplify and expedite the processing of patient data, as well as the preparation of reports for officers. In addition, it aims to design an information system for emergency room patient visits to process patient data more quickly and effectively. This study employs a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and supplemented by literature study. The development method follows agile principles. The problems identified in this study are as follows: There is no information system for emergency patient visits, and the patient visit data for emergency departments are still being recorded using Microsoft Excel. With the implementation of this information system, officers can process patient data quickly and easily, as the computerized system is more organized and better integrated than before.
