Abstract

ABSTRAKKepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan (pasien) dianggap sebagai salah satu hasil yang disukai dalampelayanan kesehatan karena berhubungan langsung dengan penggunaan kembali layanan kesehatanserta keberhasilan dan keberlanjutan fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalahmenguji pengaruh kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan oleh Apoteker di K-24 terhadap kepuasanpelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Secara metodologi, penelitian ini dirancang menggunakankuesioner cross-sectional untuk mengumpulkan data pasien rawat jalan dipilih secara simple randomsampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan untuk menguji Hipotesis yang diajukan adalah PartialLeast Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Pada akhirnya, penelitian ini menemukansekaligus membuktikan bahwa kualitas pelayanan, melalui dimensi komunikasi dan sikap, lamapelayanan, lingkungan apotek, dan penyediaan obat, dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan (? =0.694, T-Value = 17.972, P-Value = 0.000) dan loyalitas pelangga (? = 0.577, T-Value = 10.266, PValue = 0.000) secara positif dan signifikan. Dengan hasil tersebut penelitian ini mengimplikasikanbahwa kualitas pelayanan adalah prediktor dari kepuasan dan loyalitas. Sehingga, penelitian inimenyarankan agar Apotek K-24 terus meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan mereka.Kata kunci: Apotek, loyalitas pelanggan, kepuasan pelanggan, kualitas pelayanan

Abstract

Accounting information systems (AISs) have become indispensable enterprise management tools, serving as a vital resource for promoting administrative and financial processes, facilitating decision-making, and improving overall performance. Apart from business, AISs can also be developed as zakat for sharia. In this regard, AIS plays a role in calculating zakat, making zakat payment decisions, and assisting managers in zakat allocation. This function is very beneficial for business actors, especially MSME actors. The existence of AISs can make it easier for MSMEs to manage their revenue and zakat. So, MSMEs need to be able to adopt AISs. Unfortunately, research regarding the acceptability of AIS adoption for MSMEs has not yet been conducted. Therefore, this research examines the factors of acceptance of AISs by e-commerce actors from MSMEs. By using the elements in the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), such as Perceived ease of use (PEU) and perceived usefulness (PU) through quantitative methods and Partial Least Square Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM) analysis, the results of data analysis in this study show that the influence of PEU and PU on IUAISs is positive and significant. This shows that IUAISs are influenced by two main variables from TAM (PEU and PU). Based on the results, this study implies that MSMEs that successfully adopt Accounting Information Systems (AISs) for revenue and zakat management can improve their administrative and financial efficiency, emphasizing the importance of understanding the factors influencing AIS acceptance among MSMEs.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic seriously threatens the sustainability of a business by affecting its supply chain. To address business continuity in the future, companies need to develop their strategies through supply chain agility. Supply chain agility is largely determined by three influencing factors, namely strategic resources, learning orientation, and technology orientation. This study has involved 120 SMEs (Small Medium Enterprises) in Yogyakarta. The data has been processed using PLS-SEM. The results of this study found that strategic resources have a positive effect on supply chain agility, learning orientation has a positive effect on supply chain agility, technology orientation has a positive effect on supply chain agility, and supply chain agility has a positive effect on business performance.

Abstract

Intense competition exists amid the rapid growth of universities worldwide and in Indonesia. Often, private higher education is the victim of defeat from competition. Because competitive pressures such as these will undoubtedly lead to reduced revenues, universities are encouraged to increase their student numbers to increase revenues. According to the theory of planned behavior, the intention to carry out certain actions is an essential prerequisite for the strategy’s success. This research examines the factors influencing students to enroll in private, Muhammadiyah contexts, higher education institutions. By involving 572 respondents and using partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis, this research shows that among the factors that influence students’ intention in enrolling in Muhammadiyah Higher Education Institutions are higher education institution image and student characteristics, where both have a positive and significant influence with values (β=0.409; p-value=0.000) and (β=0.461; p-value=0.001).

Abstract

This report presents the results of community service activities carried out by the Muhammadiyah Grobogan Institute of Technology and Business, focusing on the application of e-voting applications in the election of student council chairman at SMA Negeri 1 Geyer, Grobogan Regency. This community service explains the importance of technology in improving efficiency and transparency in the election process, as well as the challenges faced by conventional election systems. The method used includes several stages, namely preparation, socialization, training, implementation, and evaluation. Preparation includes designing the e-voting program and procuring the necessary tools. Socialization was conducted through simulations to students and teachers to introduce the e-voting application. Training was given to the election committee so that they could use the system properly. Results showed that the implementation of e-voting accelerated the vote counting process and increased student participation and trust in the election system, making this activity an innovative step in school democracy.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh literasi digital, penciptaan bersama nilai-nilai Islam (Islamic Value Co-Creation), kapabilitas inovasi, dan keberlanjutan terhadap kinerja UMKM di Kabupaten Grobogan. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), penelitian ini melibatkan 95 responden dari total populasi 125 pelaku UMKM yang dihitung menggunakan rumus Slovin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi digital berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keberlanjutan kinerja UMKM, namun tidak signifikan terhadap kapabilitas inovasi. Sebaliknya, Islamic Value Co-Creation berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kapabilitas inovasi dan keberlanjutan kinerja UMKM. Kapabilitas inovasi juga terbukti memediasi secara signifikan hubungan antara Islamic Value Co-Creation dan keberlanjutan kinerja UMKM. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi praktis bagi pelaku UMKM dan pembuat kebijakan untuk mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai Islam dalam proses bisnis serta meningkatkan literasi digital guna mendorong inovasi berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya pendekatan holistik berbasis nilai religius dalam pengelolaan UMKM guna menciptakan keunggulan kompetitif yang berkelanjutan di tengah dinamika ekonomi yang terus berubah.

Abstract

This research aims to examine and predict the factors influencing students' entrepreneurial interest by referring to perceptions of entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial self-efficacy. Through quantitative methods with a cross-sectional approach, this research involving 256 respondents resulted in students' entrepreneurial intention because they were influenced by entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial self-efficacy. Even though the influence of entrepreneurial self-efficacy is higher than that of entrepreneurship education, it cannot be underestimated because apart from self-efficacy, entrepreneurship education also has a positive and significant influence on students' entrepreneurial intentions. From these results, the proposal put forward in this research is that universities must be able to improve entrepreneurship education and student self-efficacy to become entrepreneurs. Recommendations for further research are also recommended in this study.

Abstract

Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui bagaimana kualitas pelayanan mempengaruhi loyalitas pelanggan dan peran citra perusahaan dalam mempengaruhi loyalitas pelanggan dalam kaitannya dengan kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh konsumen TokoMu di Indonesia. Penelitian ini melibatkan 131 responden yang ditentukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Kuesioner di kumpulkan secara elektronik, dan data yang telah terkumpul dianalisis dengan Partial Least Square Structure Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Data tersebut diolah menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 3.2.9. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan perusahaan (TokoMu) berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan perusahaan berpengaruh positif terhadap citra perusahaan, dan citra perusahaan berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Terakhir, citra perusahaan mampu memediasi secara positif pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan.

Abstract

Saat ini, terdapat konsensus luas mengenai pentingnya mendorong kewirausahaan, yang telah lama dianggap sebagai faktor penegak daya saing, pembangunan berkelanjutan, pertumbuhan ekonomi, dan stabilitas sosial. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kewirausahaan merupakan sumber pertumbuhan ekonomi, terutama jika usaha tersebut berkembang menjadi entitas bisnis yang sukses. Kewirausahaan memiliki peran yang signifikan dalam merangsang pembangunan ekonomi, meningkatkan taraf hidup masyarakat dan penguatan industri, sehingga menjadi fokus utama dalam perekonomian negara berkembang seperti Indonesia. Meskipun demikian, Indonesia saat ini menghadapi tantangan karena memiliki jumlah wirausahawan yang rendah secara global, sehingga diperlukan upaya untuk meningkatkan minat individu untuk berwirausaha, terutama di kalangan mahasiswa akuntansi. Sejauh ini, penelitian yang ada terutama lebih banya berfokus pada model teori perilaku terencana. Karenanya penelitian ini akan berusaha menguji variabel-variabel lain yang justru jarang diteliti oleh para peneliti sebelumnya seperti literasi keuangan dan perilaku menabung. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka penelitia ini juga berupaya dan bertujuan untuk meneliti lebih lanjut berkaitan dengan minat berwirausaha pada mahasiswa akuntansi di Indonesia. Dengan metode kuantitatif melalui analisis PLS-SEM serta melibatkan 223 responden, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara literasi keuangan (β = 0.347, P-value 0.000) dan perilaku menabung (β = 0.453, P-value 0.000) terhadap minat mahasiswa akuntansi untuk berwirausaha. Kata Kunci: Literasi keuangan, mahasiswa akuntansi, minat berwirausaha, perilaku menabung.
