Abstract

MSMEs provide substantial benefits in terms of income for most communities as well as encouraging creativity in line with maintaining local traditions and culture. The purpose of this study is to identify and propose new strategies that can help stone sculpture artisans in Trowulan improve competitiveness and business sustainability. The research method is descriptive qualitative with data collection through interviews. The results show that a holistic management strategy, ranging from strength-opportunity utilization to weakness-threat mitigation, helps Trowulan stone sculpture MSMEs strengthen their position in the market and achieve sustainable growth. This can be done by marketing and cooperation with the government and among craftsmen to face market changes and external threats.

Abstract

Employee productivity is a critical determinant of organizational success, particularly for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) that often operate with limited resources. This study investigates the influence of employee engagement, satisfaction, and empowerment on productivity in MSMEs, utilizing a quantitative approach with data collected from 300 employees in Indonesia. Descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analyses were employed to examine these relationships. The results indicate that all three factors significantly and positively impact productivity, with engagement serving as a mediating variable between satisfaction and productivity, as well as between empowerment and productivity. The findings underscore the importance of a holistic approach in managing human resources to enhance organizational performance. Practical implications suggest that MSMEs can improve productivity by fostering an environment that simultaneously enhances engagement, satisfaction, and empowerment. These results provide valuable insights for MSME managers and policymakers in developing strategies to sustain growth and competitivenes.

Abstract

This study wants to study the implementation of community development programs by PT Semen Indonesia Tbk in communities in Tuban District especially in the Sumberarum and Karangloh Villages in Kerek District so that later community development programs that are appropriate and sustainable can have a positive impact on surrounding communities, especially in the field of resource development human power. The type of research used is qualitative, data collection instruments used in this study are structured interview guides. The location of this study was carried out in Sumberarum and Karangloh Villages, Kerek District, Tuban Regency to the village community to gather information about community development programs implemented by PT Semen Indonesia. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method. Source of data comes from primary data in the form of interviews and observations. The theory used in this study is the theory of Three Bottom Line, Sustainability Theory, Stakeholder Theory. From the results of the analysis, it is known that various problems that exist in the implementation of CSR activities at PT Semen, in implementing this implementation, the main obstacles in implementing CSR activities are more related to the characteristics and mindset of the community. These included contradictory and pessimistic attitudes built by some of these communities, from the observations of researchers in the field, that attitude was based on the construction of thinking that was wrong about the initial establishment of PT Semen Indonesia factory in the Kerek Subdistrict area. more feasible and prosperous, but in reality not all citizens can be accommodated to work there or in a subsidiary of PT Semen Indonesia.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kompensasi yang diterima karyawan. Sampel penelitian yang digunakan karyawan Perusahaan sebanyak 80 responden. Metode analisis informasi penelitian menggunakan analisis jalur menggunakan aplikasi PLS-SEM. Hasil temuan penelitian menjelaskan bahwa pengaruh disiplin kerja karyawan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan di perusahaan. Disiplin kerja karyawan berpengaruh terhadap kompensasi. Disiplin kerja karyawan memiliki pengaruh yang besar terhadap kinerja karyawan, sebaliknya disiplin kerja karyawan berpengaruh terhadap kompensasi yang diterima karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of team employee involvement, work motivation, and work-life balance on employee innovation at PT Petrokimia Gresik. Using a quantitative approach, the research involved 132 respondents from employee grades 3 to 7. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results show that all independent variables—team involvement (X1), work motivation (X2), and work-life balance (X3)—have a significant and positive effect, both partially and simultaneously, on employee innovation (Y). Among them, work-life balance has the most dominant influence. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.676 indicates that 67.6% of innovation is explained by the three variables, while the remaining 32.4% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. These findings emphasize the importance of fostering a balanced and motivating work environment and strengthening team engagement to enhance employee innovation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of employee well-being, work environment, and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Indospring Tbk Plant 2 Gresik. The background of the research is based on the importance of human resource management as a key factor in enhancing the company's competitiveness. The research method used is a quantitative approach with purposive sampling technique involving 100 male employees. Data were collected through observation, literature study, and questionnaires using a Likert scale. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression preceded by validity, reliability, and classical assumption tests. The results show that employee well-being, work environment, and work motivation have a significant partial and simultaneous effect on employee performance. The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.967 indicates that the three independent variables explain 96.7% of the dependent variable. Therefore, improving employee well-being, enhancing the work environment, and increasing work motivation can directly contribute to improving employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the competitive strategy analysis of PT. Behaestex and recommends a competitive strategy analysis of PT. Behaestex that must be developed in order to increase business competitiveness. Data collection uses document analysis to understand holistically about the unique phenomena in the research object of PT. Behaestex. The analysis method used is qualitative descriptive case study. SWOT analysis shows that the company needs to increase the strengths of the company to be known by consumers and be able to compete with similar companies, especially globally or internationally. Strategies that can be concluded from the SWOT matrix include: SO strategy, namely using the company's strengths in the field of production to control international market share, WO strategy, namely forming a marketing team to expand international marketing reach, ST strategy, namely by diversifying products according to international consumer demand, and WT strategy, namely introducing products to all employees and maximizing production effectiveness.

Abstract

The increasing integration of algorithmic technologies in recruitment processes has raised questions about candidate acceptance and perceptions of fairness. This study examines the effects of algorithmic hiring, perceived fairness, and HR tech literacy on recruitment acceptance. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 350 job applicants through structured questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression via SPSS. The results reveal that all three variables—algorithmic hiring, perceived fairness, and HR tech literacy—significantly and positively affect recruitment acceptance. Among them, perceived fairness emerged as the strongest predictor, suggesting that candidates’ perceptions of just and transparent processes play a critical role in shaping their acceptance of technology-driven recruitment methods. Additionally, HR tech literacy facilitates understanding and comfort with algorithmic systems, enhancing candidate receptivity. The findings contribute to theories of technology acceptance and organizational justice and provide practical implications for designing inclusive, ethical, and effective tech-based recruitment systems. This study underscores the importance of balancing innovation with fairness and transparency to build trust and improve outcomes in digital recruitment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengevaluasi sejauh mana Return on Asset (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), dan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) memengaruhi harga saham perusahaan perbankan di Indonesia. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, penelitian menerapkan teknik regresi linier berganda pada data laporan keuangan tahunan 47 bank tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 2022–2024, dengan sampel yang dipilih melalui purposive sampling. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwasany secara parsial ROE mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap fluktuasi harga saham, sementara ROA serta DER tidak memberikan efek yang signifikan. Secara simultan, ketiga rasio keuangan ini juga tidak berkontribusi signifikan terhadap variasi harga saham. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa meskipun tidak semua rasio berpengaruh secara individu, kombinasi dari ketiganya tetap berperan dalam menentukan nilai saham perusahaan, terutama dalam konteks pengambilan keputusan investasi oleh investor.

Abstract

Pemahaman yang baik terhadap aspek keuangan dan cara pengelolaannya merupakan elemen penting dalam menjalankan usaha. Namun banyak pelaku UMKM yang masih lebih fokus pada kegiatan operasional dan kurang memahami pengelolaan keuangan secara efektif. Di tengah perkembangan digital, penggunaan aplikasi keuangan menjadi penting untuk meningkatkan efisiensi pencatatan dan pengambilan keputusan keuangan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengkaji sejauh mana literasi keuangan, pengelolaan keuangan, dan pemanfaatan aplikasi keuangan mempengaruhi kinerja keuangan UMKM yang beroperasi di Kabupaten Jombang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan melalui survei terhadap 100 pelaku UMKM yang dipilih secara proporsional. Instrumen telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya untuk memastikan kualitas data, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda bantuan dengan SPSS versi 30. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan keuangan dan penggunaan aplikasi keuangan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan, sedangkan literasi keuangan tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan. Secara simultan, variabel ketiga memberikan kontribusi terhadap kinerja keuangan dengan Adjusted R² sebesar 0,132. Penelitian ini menyarankan pentingnya pelatihan terpadu yang tidak hanya fokus pada peningkatan literasi keuangan, tetapi juga mendorong pemanfaatan aplikasi digital dalam praktik pengelolaan usaha.
