Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi efektif, motivasi dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Departemen Plant di PT. X, serta membandingkan hasilnya dengan penelitian sebelumnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 85 responden. Pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi efektif berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan motivasi dan kompetensi tidak memberikan pengaruh secara parsial. Komunikasi efektif, motivasi dan kompetensi secara simultan memberikan pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menghasilkan alat ukur yang berguna untuk mengevaluasi komunikasi efektif, motivasi dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan di Departemen Plant perusahaan ini, sehingga memudahkan pengambilan kebijakan yang diperlukan demi menjamin hubungan yang harmonis antara pemberi kerja dengan karyawan.

Abstract

In the aftermath of global crises such as the COVID-19 pandemic, start-up resilience has become a central concern for entrepreneurs and scholars alike. This study investigates the roles of resourcefulness, market responsiveness, and digital pivoting in shaping the resilience of start-ups in a post-crisis environment. Drawing upon a quantitative survey of 210 start-up founders across Indonesia, data were analyzed using multiple linear regression via SPSS. The findings reveal that resourcefulness, market responsiveness, and digital pivoting each have a significant and positive effect on start-up resilience, with digital pivoting emerging as the most influential predictor. These results highlight the necessity for start-ups to foster dynamic capabilities and embrace digital transformation as strategic responses to environmental uncertainty. This study offers theoretical and practical implications for building adaptive capacity in start-up ecosystems, especially in emerging markets facing frequent disruptions.

Abstract

Studi ini mengkaji bagaimana harga, fasilitas, dan kualitas layanan memengaruhi keinginan pelanggan untuk membeli kembali di Angkringan Roromendut di Kabupaten Gresik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dengan pengumpulan data dari 95 orang melalui kuesioner. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan SPSS. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa harga, fasilitas, dan kualitas layanan secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap niat beli ulang. Jika dilihat secara individual, masing-masing faktor ini juga memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan. Hasil ini memberikan wawasan yang bermanfaat bagi pemilik bisnis makanan untuk meningkatkan daya saing dengan menerapkan penetapan harga yang lebih baik, menawarkan fasilitas yang baik, dan meningkatkan kualitas layanan

Abstract

Limbah minyak goreng bekas masih menjadi persoalan yang jarang diperhatikan masyarakat, meskipun penggunaannya yang berulang dapat menimbulkan dampak serius terhadap lingkungan. Banyak rumah tangga yang belum mengetahui bahwa minyak sisa penggorengan dapat diolah kembali menjadi produk bermanfaat. Berangkat dari kondisi tersebut, tim pengabdi mengadakan kegiatan pelatihan di Desa Semampir, Kecamatan Cerme, Kabupaten Gresik, untuk memperkenalkan cara pengolahan minyak bekas menjadi lilin aromaterapi. Pelatihan dilakukan secara langsung melalui penyampaian materi, diskusi, dan praktik pembuatan lilin yang kemudian diarahkan pada pengembangan ide usaha kecil. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman dan antusiasme peserta dalam mengolah limbah rumah tangga secara kreatif. Melalui kegiatan ini, diharapkan muncul kesadaran baru mengenai nilai ekonomis dari limbah minyak jelantah serta peluang pengembangannya menjadi produk ramah lingkungan yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study wants to study the implementation of community development programs by PT Semen Indonesia Tbk in communities in Tuban District especially in the Sumberarum and Karangloh Villages in Kerek District so that later community development programs that are appropriate and sustainable can have a positive impact on surrounding communities, especially in the field of resource development human power. The type of research used is qualitative, data collection instruments used in this study are structured interview guides. The location of this study was carried out in Sumberarum and Karangloh Villages, Kerek District, Tuban Regency to the village community to gather information about community development programs implemented by PT Semen Indonesia. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method. Source of data comes from primary data in the form of interviews and observations. The theory used in this study is the theory of Three Bottom Line, Sustainability Theory, Stakeholder Theory. From the results of the analysis, it is known that various problems that exist in the implementation of CSR activities at PT Semen, in implementing this implementation, the main obstacles in implementing CSR activities are more related to the characteristics and mindset of the community. These included contradictory and pessimistic attitudes built by some of these communities, from the observations of researchers in the field, that attitude was based on the construction of thinking that was wrong about the initial establishment of PT Semen Indonesia factory in the Kerek Subdistrict area. more feasible and prosperous, but in reality not all citizens can be accommodated to work there or in a subsidiary of PT Semen Indonesia.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kompensasi yang diterima karyawan. Sampel penelitian yang digunakan karyawan Perusahaan sebanyak 80 responden. Metode analisis informasi penelitian menggunakan analisis jalur menggunakan aplikasi PLS-SEM. Hasil temuan penelitian menjelaskan bahwa pengaruh disiplin kerja karyawan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan di perusahaan. Disiplin kerja karyawan berpengaruh terhadap kompensasi. Disiplin kerja karyawan memiliki pengaruh yang besar terhadap kinerja karyawan, sebaliknya disiplin kerja karyawan berpengaruh terhadap kompensasi yang diterima karyawan.

Abstract

In an era where micro, small, and medium-sized businesses are developing and growing, proficiency in SMEs' financial reporting management is becoming increasingly important. This expansion is not unrelated to Indonesia's micro, small, and medium-sized enterprise (SMEs) growth, which is primarily concentrated in the Greek district and keeps growing every year. The supporting activities and training management of the financial report presentation of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises SMEs in the village of Semampir, Cerme district of Gresik, are described in this article. This course aims to assist SMEs (micro, small, and medium-sized businesses) in becoming more proficient in handling financial reporting. The recording of financial transactions about cash inputs and cash outputs, the division of personal and corporate finances, financial protection, and financial planning are the four key topics covered in the supporting and training materials. Abstract

Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dimaksudkan untuk mengidentifikasi permasalahan yang terdapat pada tempat ibadah di lokasi Griya Kebraon Karangpilang, mencari kemungkinan solusinya dan menindaklanjuti solusi tersebut sehingga masyarakat muslim setempat meningkat semangat ibadahnya. Berdasarkan data dan informasi dari masyarakat dilakukan analisis SWOT untuk menemukan solusi dan mengimplementasikannya. Dari hasil analisis ditetapkan bahwa tempat ibadah tetap hidup dan meningkatkan semangat beribadah bila dibentuk pengurus ketakmiran yang mengelola. Setelah terbentuknya pengurus ketakmiran tempat ibadah di lokasi Griya Kebraon Karangpilang, masyarakat merasa tenang dan senang untuk dapat beribadah di tempat ibadah yang disediakan. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ditempat tersebut dilaksanakan karena belum ada lembaga atau masyarakat yang melaksanakan program pengabdian kepada masyarakat di lokasi tersebut dan melaksanakan program solusi atas permasalahan yang ada di lokasi tersebut.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of digital transformation on organizational agility and business performance in medium-sized enterprises. Using a quantitative research design and survey data collected from managers and employees involved in digital initiatives, the research examines how digital transformation influences agility and contributes to improved organizational outcomes. The findings reveal that digital transformation has a significant positive effect on both organizational agility and business performance, indicating that digital technologies enhance responsiveness, decision-making, and operational efficiency. Moreover, organizational agility is shown to partially mediate the relationship between digital transformation and business performance, suggesting that agility acts as a strategic capability through which technological advancements yield stronger performance benefits. These results underscore the importance of aligning digital transformation initiatives with organizational capabilities and cultivating an agile culture to maximize performance outcomes. The study provides valuable insights for medium-sized enterprises seeking to leverage digital transformation as a driver of competitiveness and long-term sustainability.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of social media, motivation, and creativity on entrepreneurial skills in Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) in Kembangan Village, Kebomas District, Gresik. MSEs play a crucial role in improving the community's economy, but still face various limitations in terms of both access to resources and entrepreneurial capacity development. Therefore, this study was conducted to determine the extent to which personal factors such as social media utilization, motivational drive, and creativity can contribute to the entrepreneurial skills of MSEs. This study used a quantitative approach, collecting data through a structured questionnaire from 100 registered MSEs in the study area. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 25 software. The results showed that social media, motivation, and creativity did not significantly influence entrepreneurial skills, either partially or simultaneously. The coefficient of determination (R²) was 0.073, or 7.3%, indicating that the model only explains a very small proportion of the variation in entrepreneurial skills. These findings suggest that factors beyond the research variables, such as market access, availability of business training, and financial support, likely exert a more dominant influence on the development of entrepreneurial skills among MSEs in rural and peri-urban areas. Therefore, efforts to increase entrepreneurial capacity cannot rely solely on individual factors but also require integrated structural interventions. Synergy between strengthening personal competencies, government policy support, providing funding facilities, and expanding market access is crucial for creating a sustainable entrepreneurial ecosystem. This research is expected to provide input for local governments, MSE support institutions, and academics in formulating more effective and targeted MSE development strategies.
