Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh aksesibilitas dan pengalaman wisatawan pada kepuasan wisatawan di Objek Wisata Alam Batu Lempar Garut. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode non-probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling dan sampel yang digunakan adalah wisatawan yang pernah berkunjung ke Objek Wisata Alam Batu Lempar minimal satu kali kunjungan. Analisis penelitian ini menggunakan metode SEM-PLS dengan alat bantu Smart PLS 3.0 dan responden berjumlah 100 orang. Metode pengumpulan data meliputi penyebaran kuesioner pada Google Form. Menurut hasil penelitian, didapat bahwa aksesibilitas berpengaruh signifikan dan positif pada kepuasan wisatawan dan variabel pengalaman wisatawan juga mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif pada kepuasan wisatawan di Objek Wisata Alam Batu Lempar Garut.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh User Generated Content dan Social Media Advertising terhadap Keputusan Berkunjung pada Kamodjan Fillage, destinasi wisata populer di Garut, Jawa Barat. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif, data diperoleh dari 100 responden dengan menggunakan metode penyebaran kuesioner. Alat analisis yang digunakan yaitu Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Temuan mengungkapkan bahwa User Generated Content dan Social Media Advertising memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap Keputusan Berkunjung. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada literatur pariwisata dengan memberikan bukti empiris tentang efektivitas strategi pemasaran digital tersebut. Hasilnya mempunyai implikasi praktis bagi pengelola pariwisata yang berupaya meningkatkan daya tarik destinasi dan meningkatkan jumlah pengunjung.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital mendorong perubahan strategi promosi pariwisata, salah satunya melalui influencer marketing yang efektif menjangkau Generasi Z. Di sisi lain, wisata petualangan menjadi daya tarik yang sesuai dengan karakter aktif generasi ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh influencer marketing dan aktivitas wisata petualangan terhadap minat berkunjung Generasi Z ke Taman Wisata Alam Gunung Papandayan, Garut. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik survei terhadap 146 responden Generasi Z yang pernah berkunjung, dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa influencer marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dalam membentuk persepsi destinasi. Aktivitas wisata petualangan memberikan pengaruh yang lebih dominan dalam meningkatkan minat berkunjung karena sesuai dengan kebutuhan Generasi Z akan pengalaman menantang dan autentik. Secara simultan, kedua variabel berpengaruh signifikan dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 50,4%, menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi strategi promosi digital dan pengembangan wisata berbasis petualangan dapat meningkatkan minat berkunjung Generasi Z. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya kolaborasi antara promosi digital dan penguatan atraksi wisata alam untuk menjaga daya saing destinasi.

Abstract

This study was designed to examine Brand Image as an intervening variable in Purchase Decisions for Scarlett Whitening products influenced by Celebrity Endorsement. The background of this study shows that the development of digital technology has encouraged the massive use of celebrity endorsements in marketing strategies, but there is a gap in understanding regarding their effectiveness in shaping brand image and influencing purchasing decisions. This study adopts a quantitative approach using descriptive and causal methods. Primary data were collected through a questionnaire distributed to 96 respondents who are users of Scarlett Whitening, selected using the Lemeshow formula. The study employs Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) using the SmartPLS software. Based on the research, Celebrity Endorsement has a very strong positive influence on Brand Image, and Brand Image has a positive influence on Purchase Decision. Additionally, Celebrity Endorsement also influences Purchase Decision directly and indirectly through Brand Image as an intervening variable. These findings demonstrate the importance of building a strong brand image through celebrity endorsement strategies to enhance consumer Purchase Decision.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of social media on consumptive behavior mediated by lifestyle among Generation Z in Garut Regency. The method used is quantitative with an explanatory design. Data for this study were obtained from questionnaires distributed online to Generation Z in Garut Regency, namely individuals born between 1997 and 2012 who actively use social media. This study used a sample of 110 respondents. Data analysis was performed using Partial Least Squares (PLS) processed through SmartPLS. It was found that social media does not directly influence consumptive behavior. However, social media can significantly influence lifestyle. Similarly, lifestyle can influence consumptive behavior. The relationship between social media and consumption behavior becomes significant when mediated by the lifestyle variable. The novelty of this research lies in the disclosure of the lifestyle mediation mechanism, which clarifies how social media can influence consumption behavior through the formation of a lifestyle that is more influenced by digital trends. The results of this study can be used to design more effective marketing strategies that are in line with the characteristics of Generation Z.

Abstract

Pengabdian eduwisata berkelanjutan di kawasan 7 Curug Cimanganten dilakukan melalui sosialisasi energi terbarukan dengan fokus pada Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Mikrohidro. Kegiatan ini dilatarbelakangi oleh potensi sumber daya air yang melimpah, yang tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai daya tarik wisata, tetapi juga dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai sumber energi ramah lingkungan. Tujuan utama kegiatan adalah meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat mengenai energi terbarukan, menjelaskan cara kerja pembangkit mikrohidro, serta memperkenalkan konsep eduwisata berkelanjutan yang menggabungkan keindahan alam dan nilai edukasi. Metode yang digunakan berupa sosialisasi langsung dan survei kepuasan masyarakat. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa 80–95 persen responden setuju kegiatan ini bermanfaat dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan, pemahaman manfaat mikrohidro, serta motivasi menjaga kelestarian lingkungan. Responden juga menyarankan kegiatan rutin, praktik lapangan, dan pelibatan komunitas lokal. Kesimpulannya, sosialisasi memberikan dampak positif pada pengetahuan, sikap, dan motivasi, serta memperkuat posisi 7 Curug Cimanganten sebagai model eduwisata berbasis energi terbarukan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana Keputusan Berkunjung pada Museum RA. A. Adiwidjaya Kabupaten Garut yang dipengaruhi oleh Amenitas dan Daya Tarik Wisata. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Wawancara, survei, dan distribusi kuesioner kepada responden adalah instrumen pengumpulan data yang diterapkan. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu wisatawan yang penah berkunjung ke Museum RA. A. Adiwidjaya sebanyak 100 orang. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu Partial Least Square (PLS) yang didasarkan pada Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) menggunakan alat bantu program software SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil studi ini menunjukkan bahwa amenitas daya daya tarik wisata berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan berkunjung di Museum RA. A. Adiwidjaya Kabupaten Garut. Jika tingkat amenitas dan daya tarik wisata semakin baik, maka akan semakin meningkatkan keputusan berkunjung.

Abstract

The integration of foreign interns in the Japanese hospitality industry, particularly in housekeeping operations, presents various challenges and opportunities. This study examines the adaptation process of foreign interns at Grand Prince Hotel Osaka Bay, focusing on language barriers, cultural differences, and operational efficiency. Using a qualitative approach, data was collected through observations and interviews with foreign interns and hotel staff. The findings indicate that language barriers and cultural adaptation significantly impact the performance of foreign interns. However, structured training programs, mentorship initiatives, and technological interventions have proven to enhance their integration. While global housekeeping standards align with Japanese hospitality practices, discrepancies in service responsiveness during peak seasons highlight the need for resource optimization. The study underscores the necessity of balancing rigorous housekeeping standards with flexible adaptation programs to accommodate international staff. Future research should explore long-term adaptation strategies and examine cross-cultural workforce integration in multiple hospitality settings to provide broader insights into effective global workforce management.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors of Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats faced by the Food & Beverage (F&B) Department at the Grand Prince Hotel Osaka Bay. This analysis is based on the On-the-Job Training (OJT) experience of students of the Tourism Study Program at Garut University. Data were collected through direct observation and six months of work experience at the hotel. The results of this study indicate that the F&B Department has advantages in high-quality service, menu diversity, and a good internal communication system. However, several obstacles were found such as lack of manpower during peak times, difficulty in adapting for foreign workers, and relatively high menu prices for customers. Based on the SWOT analysis, this study provides strategic recommendations to improve the operational efficiency of the F&B Department at the Grand Prince Hotel Osaka Bay.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of instagrammable, memorable tourist experience and destination image on revisit intention to Sayang Heulang Beach in Garut Regency. The research sample consisted of 100 respondents. Data is taken through a questionnaire that has gone through rigorous testing to ensure its validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis with SEM PLS 3.0. The research results show that there is a direct effect of the instagramable variables, memorable tourist experience and destination image on revisit intention. This means that interest in revisiting (revisit intention) can be built or influenced by instagrammable photo spots and facilities that support tourist activities so as to provide good memories and a unique destination image.
