Abstract

A hospital is a health service provider that experiences an increase in the number of patients every year. Every patient expects good quality service. This, if there is a discrepancy between satisfaction and expectations, will result in the hospital's reputation by reducing the number of patients seeking treatment at that place. Therefore, this research aims to evaluate the quality of service for BPJS users referring to five dimensions, namely tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy. The servqual method is used to determine service quality by measuring the level of gap between satisfaction and what is expected based on the results of the questionnaire. The aim of combining the fuzzy servqual method is to produce accurate values. The results of the research show that there are six attributes that have negative values, namely the ability of hospital staff to provide timely services (C4), doctors having experience treating patients (D1), hospital staff and doctors dressing cleanly, neatly and wearing PPE (A3), comfortable waiting room facilities (A4), availability of all types of services (C3), and providing security guarantees while the patient is being treated (D2). However, the most significant attribute is C4 with a value of -1.00. This shows that there is a need to improve the quality of these six attributes so that they can increase the level of patient satisfaction at Hospital X

Abstract

This research discusses work ergonomics based on influencing factors including noise levels, lighting, and temperature to increase worker productivity to achieve production targets and protect workers from work fatigue on an ongoing basis. Systematic analysis is used with initial experiments to evaluate and then optimize parameters such as lighting, noise, and temperature. These factor dimensions can influence workers' skills and influence work productivity and work fatigue. The response surface method methodology is used to optimize parameters. The findings from the research showed that the optimal level with the scenario was that the most suitable noise level was 55.17 dB, the optimal environmental temperature was 26.35°C, and the optimal lighting level reached 2983 Lux. With this combination of conditions, knitting assembly time can be minimized to 12 seconds per unit. The novelty of this research work lies in its application to labor-intensive industries with skilled workers as production personnel where these factors can influence work productivity. The obtained regression model can be widely used for further research and adjust parameters based on various data such as anthropometry.

Abstract

Occupational safety and health have a major role in organizations. Occupational safety and health (K3) is a supporting factor for the productivity of an organization. One of the activities with potential danger is in the laboratory which can endanger practitioners during the teaching and learning process due to non-compliance with occupational safety and health (K3) procedures. Such as welding a work object without wearing glasses, thereby potentially being exposed to flames. The plate fabrication design laboratory majoring in mechanical engineering education has many activities carried out, namely cutting workpieces, welding, soldering, etc. Therefore, as an effort to eliminate the risk of work accidents in the laboratory, job safety analysis (JSA) is implemented. The implementation of JSA gives workers a sense of security when working because they can know the dangers that exist in a job so they can take control measures and increase awareness of the importance of K3. Increasing K3 knowledge using Job Safety Analysis (JSA) plays a role in eliminating dangers in the workplace so that work accidents can be prevented. The research results show that the greatest priority risks are in the cutting and welding process, such as injuries caused by sharp objects, exposure to heat, and the presence of sparks. So risk mitigation is needed so that practicum implementation remains safe and efficient.
