Abstract

Research on Teacher Perspectives in the implementation of the Contextual Teaching and Learning model aims to analyze teachers' views on the implementation of the Contextual Teaching and Learning model. This research analyzes the difficulties, obstacles, advantages and disadvantages during the process of implementing the Contextual Teaching and Learning model. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method using observation sheets and questionnaires to collect the required information data and process it into the findings described. The findings obtained from the research are that there are obstacles to implementing the Contextual Teaching and Learning model at the Learning Community stage of 50% compared to the level of difficulty at other stages such as constructivism 20%, inquiry 10%, questioning 5%, modeling 5%, reflection 5% and authentic assessment 5%. Furthermore, it can be seen that the lowest level of implementation was in the Learning Community component, with 55 people answering that it was not implemented. Furthermore, in other components, namely constructivism, inquiry, questionnaire, modeling, reflection and authentic assessment, it was seen that an average of 15 to 20 people answered that it had not been implemented. So the research results conclude that there are obstacles to the implementation of the Learning Community stages in the Contextual Teaching and Learning model. The difficulty of implementing the Learning Community stages by teaching staff.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas peran strategis lembaga pendidikan Islam tradisional, yakni dayah, dalam menanamkan nilai syukur sebagai fondasi moral untuk mencegah perilaku koruptif di kalangan santri. Nilai syukur dalam ajaran Islam tidak hanya sebatas ucapan lisan, tetapi juga melibatkan kesadaran hati dan implementasi dalam tindakan nyata, sebagaimana dijelaskan dalam berbagai literatur klasik seperti Ihya Ulumuddin, Tanbih al-Ghafilin, dan Al-Hikam. Melalui pendekatan pendidikan karakter yang berlandaskan spiritualitas, keteladanan guru, dan pembiasaan ibadah, dayah mampu membentuk pribadi santri yang qana‘ah, jujur, dan bertanggung jawab. Studi kasus di Dayah MUDI MESRA Samalanga memperlihatkan keberhasilan program pembiasaan seperti Muhaasabah Syukriyyah dan Sedekah Subuh dalam menumbuhkan rasa syukur dan empati sosial. Dengan demikian, penanaman nilai syukur secara sistematis di dayah menjadi benteng awal yang efektif dalam membentuk generasi anti-korupsi yang berintegritas.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the issue of students’ low ability in writing poetry. The objectives of this research were: (1) to describe the implementation of the synectics learning model in fifth-grade elementary school students; (2) to determine students’ poetry writing skills before and after the application of the synectics learning model; and (3) to examine the effect of the synectics learning model on the poetry writing skills of fifth-grade students. This research employed a quantitative approach using an experimental method and a quasi-experimental design with the nonequivalent control group design type. The population of this study was all fifth-grade students at SDN 1 Bangkelekila’, consisting of two classes which also served as the sample: class V A and V B, with a total of 46 students. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, with class V A as the experimental group and class V B as the control group. Data collection techniques included tests, observation, and documentation. The data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical analysis with the Independent sample t-test. The results from the experimental class showed: (1) the learning process using the synectics model was implemented with a “fair” category in the first meeting and a “good” category in the second meeting; (2) students’ poetry writing ability improved after the implementation of the synectics learning model, as evidenced by higher post-test scores compared to pre-test scores; and (3) the synectics learning model had a significant effect on the poetry writing skills of fifth-grade students at SDN 1 Bangkelekila’, North Toraja Regency. It can be concluded that the application of the synectics learning model significantly impacts poetry writing ability and leads to improvement in students’ test results.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh efektivitas metodepembelajaran storytelling terhadap minat baca warga belajar di Sanggar Belajar Cinta Baca Kecamatan Medan Sunggal. Metode pembelajaran storytelling yang menekankan pada perkembangan kognitif (pengetahuan), afektif (perasaan), dan sosial emosional anakkhususnya dalam meningkatkan kemampuan minat baca pada anak. Penelitian inimenggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik total sampling, yaitu melibatkan seluruhwarga belajar IV sebanyak 60 orang sebagai responden. Intrumen yang digunakan berupa angket dan analisis data dilakukan dengan regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa metode pembelajaran storytelling ini berpengaruh signifikan terhadapminat baca warga belajar, dibuktikan dengan nilai thitung sebesar 51,590 yang lebih besardari ttabel 0,254 pada taraf signifikan 5%. Koefisien pengaruh sebesar 0,486 menunjukkanpengaruh yang kuat antara metode pembelajaran storytelling dan minat baca.

Abstract

This study aims to develop interactive learning media based on smart apps creator on the material of building identity in diversity to improve the learning outcomes of grade IV elementary school students. The research method uses Research and Development (RnD) with the 4D model (Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate). This research was conducted at SDN 057224 Paluh Gusta with the subjects of grade IV elementary school students as many as 25 students. Data were collected through a validation questionnaire of material, media, and language experts to assess feasibility, then a practicality questionnaire assessed by teachers and tests that intend to expose student learning outcomes. The results showed the level of feasibility by material experts 90%, media experts 92%, and linguists 91%, with a classification of "Very Good". Practicality reached 93% with a classification of "Very Practical". Then, student learning outcomes increased significantly from pretest 65 to posttest 90 with the n-gain test reaching 0.714 with a classification of "Very High". So it is concluded that the interactive learning media based on smart apps creator on the material of building identity in diversity developed is feasible and valid and able to improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dan motivasi belajar pendidikan jasmani siswa SMAS Pesantren IMMIM melalui penerapan media pembelajaran berbasis video dan aplikasi mobile. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi analisis kebutuhan, pengembangan konten video pembelajaran teknik olahraga, implementasi aplikasi mobile interaktif, dan evaluasi dampak terhadap keterampilan motorik serta motivasi belajar siswa. Kegiatan dilaksanakan selama empat bulan dengan melibatkan 120 siswa dan 4 guru pendidikan jasmani. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada keterampilan gerak dasar siswa sebesar 73,5% dan motivasi belajar meningkat 81,2%. Aplikasi mobile yang dikembangkan memuat video tutorial, panduan latihan terstruktur, dan fitur evaluasi mandiri yang dapat diakses siswa kapan saja. Para guru juga melaporkan kemudahan dalam menyampaikan materi teknik yang kompleks melalui visualisasi video. Pengabdian ini memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam modernisasi pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani di lingkungan pesantren serta membuka peluang pengembangan media pembelajaran digital untuk mata pelajaran lainnya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran literasi digital dalam mendukung transformasi ekonomi kreatif pada masyarakat marginal di Desa Tanjung Rejo, Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan, Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif melalui teknik wawancara, observasi partisipatif, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebelum pelatihan, mayoritas masyarakat masih memiliki tingkat literasi digital dasar dan belum mampu mengoptimalkan teknologi untuk keperluan ekonomi. Setelah pelatihan literasi digital yang bersifat partisipatif dan kontekstual, terjadi peningkatan signifikan dalam keterampilan penggunaan platform bisnis digital, pemasaran daring, dan manajemen keuangan digital. Masyarakat mulai mampu memasarkan produk lokal secara luas serta membentuk komunitas usaha berbasis digital. Literasi digital terbukti efektif dalam membangun pola pikir kreatif, memperluas pasar, dan meningkatkan pendapatan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pelatihan literasi digital yang tepat sasaran dapat menjadi strategi pemberdayaan yang berdampak pada pengurangan kesenjangan sosial dan penguatan ekonomi inklusif di desa marginal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran kecerdasan emosional, gambaran keterampilan membaca puisi, dan untuk mengetahui hubungan kecerdasan emosional dengan keterampilan membaca puisi pada peserta didik kelas V UPT SPF SDI Unggulan BTN Pemda Kota Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan ex-post facto. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada siswa kelas V UPT SPF SDI Unggulan BTN Pemda Kota Makassar. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah kelas V sebanyak tiga puluh enam siswa yang merupakan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data yang dikumpulkan diolah dengan teknik analisis statistik deskriptif dan uji analisis inferensial. Hasil uji analisis data pada variabel kecerdasan emosional (X) dengan variabel keterampilan membaca puisi (Y). Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa data nilai berdistribusi secara normal dengan perolehan nilai rata-rata variabel (X) yaitu delapan puluh empat koma tiga puluh delapan dan nilai minimum yang diperoleh siswa adalah enam puluh lima koma enam puluh tiga. Skor rata-rata yang diperoleh siswa pada variabel (X) adalah tujuh puluh lima koma tujuh puluh delapan dengan range delapan belas koma tujuh puluh lima . Sedangkan pada variabel (Y) dapat diketahui bahwa nilai maksimal yang diperoleh siswa adalah sembilan puluh satu, dan nilai minimum yang diperoleh siswa adalah tujuh puluh. Skor rata-rata yang diperoleh siswa pada variabel (Y) adalah tujuh puluh delapan koma delapan puluh dengan range dua puluh satu. Ternyata nilai sig nol koma nol nol nol lebih kecil dari nilai probabilitas nol koma nol lima atau nilai nol koma nol lima lebih besar dari nol koma nol nol nol. Maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima, artinya koefisien analisis data signifikan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan kecerdasan emosional dengan keterampilan membaca puisi pada siswa kelas V UPT SPF SDI Unggulan BTN Pemda Kota Makassar.

Abstract

The transformation of education in the 21st century requires prospective teachers to have competencies that are adaptive to the changing times, such as critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, communication, and digital literacy. This study aims to 1) analyze the relationship between the teaching methods applied in the primary teacher education Department at Universitas Negeri Makassar (UNM) and the achievement of prospective teacher students' competencies in 21st-century skills; 2) identify the dominant learning paradigm and its impact on 21st-century skills; 3) map the level of student competency achievement in 21st-century skills and identify the factors that support and hinder the achievement of 21st-century skills. The research method used was a combination of quantitative and qualitative research (mixed method), with data collection using surveys and interviews, selected and implemented with consistency and accuracy. Quantitative data were analyzed using statistical techniques, while qualitative data were analyzed using thematic analysis. The research sample consisted of 250 students and 35 lecturers. The results of this study reveal that: the majority of the students teacher are at an intermediate level of competence in 21st-century skills; only a small proportion have reached an advanced level, and almost none have reached an expert level; there are variations in achievement between indicators; teaching methods and learning paradigms play a significant role in supporting or limiting these achievements; emotional support, self-reflection, and technology integration are aspects that need to be strengthened.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work ability, work motivation, work environment and work discipline on employee performance at the Susoh Sub-District Head Office, Southwest Aceh Regency both partially and simultaneously. The data collection method used is the method of distributing questionnaires to 24 respondents who served in the Susoh Sub-District Head Office.  While the analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis while hypothesis testing uses the t test and F test. The results of this study indicate that work ability partially has no effect on employee performance as indicated by the significance value sig=0.546> 0.05. Work motivation partially has no effect on employee performance as indicated by a significance value of sig = 0.773 > 0.05. Work environment partially affects employee performance as indicated by a significance value of sig=0.001 <0.05. Work discipline partially affects employee performance as indicated by a significance value of sig=0.001 <0.05. Work motivation partially has no effect on employee performance as indicated by the significance value sig=0.773> 0.05. Work environment partially affects employee performance as indicated by a significance value of sig=0.001 <0.05. Work discipline partially affects employee performance as indicated by a significance value of sig=0.001 <0.05. While Work Ability, Work Motivation, Work Environment and Work Discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance with a calculated F value of 111.112 with a significance level (Sig.) of 0.001 which is smaller than 0.05. Thus, the better the work ability, work motivation, work environment and work discipline are applied simultaneously by the leadership, the greater the productivity of employee performance.
