Abstract

The role of social media is currently very important in motivating consumers to purchase products, especially in the fashion industry. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of social media on purchasing decisions through motivation at D'fashion Textile & Tailor. The sample used in this study was 97 respondents with a probability sampling technique. Source data were obtained through a questionnaire. The data analysis used is partial least squares (PLS). The results of the study show that social media has an effect on purchasing decisions and motivation. In addition, motivation also influences purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Strategi Pemasaran, Kualitas Layanan Terhadap Keunggulan Bersaing Melalui Kepuasan Konsumen Pada Jasa Properti Wedding Organizer (WO) Pada PT. Fajar Utama Makassar Perkasa. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada PT Fajar Utama Makassar. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, data analisis menggunakan metode analisis deksriptif kuantitatif dengan metode path analisis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Strategi pemasaran berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasaan konsumen, dan keunggulan bersaing, Strategi pemasaran juga berpengaruh terhadap keunggulang bersaing melalui kepuasan konsumen. Kemudian untuk hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasaan konsumen, dan keunggulan bersaing, kualitas layanan juga berpengaruh terhadap keunggulang bersaing melalui kepuasan konsumen. Sedangkan Kepuasaan konsumen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keunggulan bersaing

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of payment experience on brand loyalty of ShopeePay digital payments in Makassar City with expectations as a mediating variable. This research is quantitative, namely the sampling method using an accidental sampling technique with 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that experience and expectations significantly affected ShopeePay digital payments brand loyalty in Makassar City. Experience has a significant effect on expectations. Expectations mediate the relationship between experience and ShopeePay digital payments brand loyalty in Makassar City.

Abstract

The success of an organization or company is largely determined by employee performance. Every company will always strive to improve employee performance so that company goals can be achieved. One factor that can improve employee performance is organizational culture and compensation. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of organizational culture and compensation partially and simultaneously on employee performance at PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya, Tbk. in Makassar. This study uses a causal research type with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 55 employees of PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya, Tbk. The sampling technique used was total sampling. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study concluded that organizational culture and compensation had a significant effect partially and simultaneously on employee performance at PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya, Tbk. in Makassar.

Abstract

The phenomenon of using flash sales and live streaming has increasingly dominated marketing strategies in the digital world, especially during the pandemic which has forced many activities to switch to online platforms. This study aims to explore more deeply the influence of these two factors on impulsive purchasing decisions on e-commerce platforms. The study population consisted of Shopee platform users in Makassar City, with a sample of 100 respondents selected using the non-probability sampling method. The results showed that partially and simultaneously, Flash Sale and Live Streaming have a significant effect on impulse buying decisions on e-commerce platforms.

Abstract

The growing role of AI in tourism has transformed how tourists plan and make spending decisions. However, limited research investigates how AI-powered platforms influence tourist spending patterns, particularly in Taiwan’s tourism industry. This study aims to fill that gap by examining the relationship between quality recommendations, user engagement, and trust, with perceived value as a mediator and destination familiarity and economic background as moderators. A quantitative research design was used, with data collected from 400 tourists in Taiwan who utilized AI-driven platforms for travel planning. Respondents were selected using purposive sampling. Structural equation modeling (SEM) was employed to analyze direct, indirect, and moderating relationships. The results reveal that quality recommendations, user engagement, and trust significantly affect tourist spending patterns. Perceived value mediates these relationships, while destination familiarity and economic background moderate their influence, particularly for first-time visitors and high-income tourists. This study contributes to the literature by integrating mediating and moderating variables, offering a comprehensive understanding of AI’s impact on tourism. Practically, it suggests that tourism stakeholders should focus on building trust and enhancing AI-driven recommendations to increase spending. Future studies should explore cultural influences and the long-term effects of AI on tourist behavior across different contexts.

Abstract

Desa Borisallo terletak di Kecamatan Parangloe Gowa, memiliki potensi besar penerapan teknologi guna mendukung konsep green ekonomi. Tujuannya untuk implementasi panel surya pada sawah tadah hujan guna peningkatan efisiensi irigasi, produksi padi, sehingga mendorong Desa menuju konsep green ekonomi berkelanjutan. Metode meliputi studi literatur, survei lapangan, desain dan instalasi sistem panel surya, serta pelatihan. Studi dan survey serta pelatihan dilakukan aplikasi panel surya pada sistem irigasi pertanian akan kondisi lahan dan infrastruktur yang ada. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi panel surya untuk irigasi sawah tadah hujan mampu meningkatkan produksi padi sebesar 20% dan efisiensi penggunaan air hingga 30%. Selain itu, penggunaan panel surya berhasil mengurangi emisi karbon sebesar 50-ton CO2 per tahun. Peningkatan produksi padi serta efisiensi irigasi berkontribusi langsung pada peningkatan pendapatan petani sebesar 15%, sekaligus memperkuat ketahanan pangan desa. Simpulannya adalah implementasi panel surya pada sawah tadah hujan dapat menjadi solusi efektif untuk mengatasi ketergantungan pada curah hujan dan bahan bakar fosil. Teknologi ini tidak hanya meningkatkan produksi pertanian dan kesejahteraan ekonomi masyarakat, tetapi juga mendukung upaya mitigasi perubahan iklim dan pembangunan berkelanjutan menuju green ekonomi.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pada saat Indonesia dilanda pandemi Covid 19, berdampak bagi semua sector kehidupan utamanya perekonomian. Banyak perusahaan yang harus melakukan pemutusan hubunga kerja (PHK) kepada karyawannya. Akibatnya jumlah pengangguran semakin bertambah. Masyarakat tidak memiliki penghasilan. Setelah berakhirnya pandemic Covid 19 perlu dilakukan pemulihan di sector perekonomian. Salah satunya adalah dengan menjadi wirausaha. Namun permasalahan yang dihadapi masyarakat yang terdampak Covid 19, yakni masyarakat tidak memiliki penghasilan, tidak berani memulai usaha atau bisnis, susah mencari jenis usaha yang akan dijalankan, kurangnya pengetahuan untuk menjadi seorang wirausaha, kurang kreatif dan inovasi untuk memulai suatu usaha. Oleh karena itu tim dosen STIE Tri Dharma Nusantara Makassar melaksanakan kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat kepada masyarakat Desa Jenetallasa, Kecamatan Pallangga Kabupaten Gowa yang terkena PHK. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah memberikan pelatihan kewirausahaan kepada masyarakat yang terdampak Covid 19 yang berada di Desa Jenetallasa, Kecamatan Pallangga Kabupaten Gowa yang terkena PHK sebagai dampak Pandemi Covid 19 tentang bagaimana cara memulai suatu bisnis di era teknologi digital sekarang ini sehingga masyarakat dapat menjadi seorang wirausaha yang memiliki penghasilan. Hasil pelaksanaan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat dapat dilihat peserta pelatihan merespon secara positif dan terlihat puas dengan kegiatan yang dilaksanakan. Para peserta sangat antusias untuk menjadi wirausaha yang ditunjukkan dengan partisipasi dan keikutsertaan selama pelatihan berlangsung. Peserta juga sudah membuktikan pemahaman mereka tentang materi kewirausahaan yang telah diberikan oleh narasumber dengan mempraktekkan proses pengolahan jajanan kekinian dan menjawab setiap pertanyaan yang diajukan oleh pemateri. Kata Kunci: Pelatihan, Kewirausahaan, Masyarakat, Pandemi Covid 19                                                     ABSTRACT When Indonesia was hit by the Covid 19 pandemic, it had an impact on all sectors of life, especially the economy. Many companies have had to lay off their employees. As a result, the number of unemployed is increasing. People have no income. After the end of the Covid 19 pandemic, it is necessary to restore the economic sector. One way is to become an entrepreneur. However, the problems faced by people affected by Covid 19 are that people have no income, do not dare to start a business, have difficulty finding the type of business to run, lack of knowledge to become an entrepreneur, lack of creativity and innovation to start a business. Therefore, the STIE Tri Dharma Nusantara Makassar lecturer team carried out Community Service activities for the people of Jenetallasa Village, Pallangga District, Gowa Regency who were affected by layoffs. The aim of this community service activity is to provide entrepreneurship training to people affected by Covid 19 in Jenetallasa Village, Pallangga District, Gowa Regency who have been laid off as a result of the Covid 19 Pandemic on how to start a business in the current era of digital technology so that people can become an entrepreneur who has an income. The results of implementing Community Service can be seen by training participants responding positively and appearing satisfied with the activities carried out. The participants were very enthusiastic about becoming entrepreneurs as shown by their participation and participation during the training. Participants have also proven their understanding of the entrepreneurship material provided by the resource person by practicing the process of processing contemporary snacks and answering every question asked by the speaker. Keywords: Training, Entrepreneurship, Society, Covid 19 Pandemic

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of price and promotions on social media on purchasing decisions for MH Whitening Skin. This research uses primary data and also secondary data. The research method used was incidental sampling with a sample size of 100 people. The data analysis techniques used are validity testing, reliability testing. Testing the analytical model in this research uses multiple linear regression analysis, T test, F test and R determination. Based on the results of research using the T test, it was found that price had a significant influence on purchasing decisions for MH Whitening Skin, as well as promotions on social media had a significant influence on purchasing decisions for MH Whitening Skin in Makassar. F test results: Price and promotion via social media simultaneously have a significant influence on purchasing decisions for MH Whitening Skin, where promotions on social media are the most dominant factors influencing purchasing decisions for MH Whitening Skin in Makassar.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the impact of eliminating the Tiktok Shop e-commerce on the income level of MSMEs. This research uses primary data and also secondary data. The research method used was saturated sampling with a total of 45 respondents. The data analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test. Testing the analysis model in this research uses simple linear regression analysis, T test and R determination. Based on the research results, it shows that the independent variable e-commerce TikTok shop has a significant effect on the dependent variable MSME Income Level (Y). Based on the research results, it shows that the value of tcount > ttable or 1.997 > 1.679 and a significant value of 0.045 < 0.05, then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, so that partially the price has a significant effect on MSME income in the Main Market of Pangkajene and Islands Regency
