Abstract

Simalungun Regency is one of the regencies in North Sumatra Province, Indonesia. This district is home to the Simalungun Batak people. The Community Service Team (PKM) provides enlightenment to the community and MSME actors in Simalungun Regency in order to increase their income. In general, mothers in the neighborhood live at home and therefore the PKM Team provides a way to increase their income. The aim of PKM is their knowledge and insight in managing a business. Apart from that, this PKM activity is to train the community and MSME players in running their businesses and this activity provides tips and strategies for managing a business, marketing strategies in doing business, preparing simple business bookkeeping, and the role of digital marketing in a business. This activity equips people in entrepreneurship and motivates them to become entrepreneurs. PKM participants are expected to have creative ideas and be able to run their businesses better, in terms of management, marketing and business capacity, which will ultimately increase income.

Abstract

This Community Service Program aims to improve the competitiveness of MSMEs in Desa Baru, Pancur Batu District through digital marketing training and accounting digitalization. This training equips participants with the skills to utilize online platforms and social media in product marketing, as well as using digital accounting software for more efficient and accurate financial management. The results of this program show an increase in participants' understanding of the use of digital technology in managing their businesses, which has a positive impact on operational efficiency and increasing market reach. MSMEs in this village are now better prepared to adapt to technological developments and the ever-growing digital market.

Abstract

Lingkungan VIII, Babura Village, Medan Baru District consists of six sub-districts in Medan Baru District. Lingkungan VIII is one of the wards in Babura Village out of 13 wards in this subdistrict. The Community Service Team (PKM) provides enlightenment to mothers in order to increase their income. In general, mothers in the neighborhood live at home and therefore the PKM Team provides a way to increase their income. The aim of this PKM is to train mothers to do business or entrepreneurship and motivate mothers to become entrepreneurs. Mothers are expected to have creative ideas by being able to process various preparations using cheap basic ingredients, such as bananas, cassava and the modern cake business. The results of this processing are used as an idea to be used as an opportunity for entrepreneurship to increase household income.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh likuiditas dan profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan good corporate governance sebagai variabel mediasi pada perusahaan sector basic material yang terdaftar pada bursa efek periode 2019-2023. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif.Berdasarkan kriteria dan dan proses pengolahan data yang ditetapkan , maka ditetapkan 38 perusahaan yang menjadi sampel penelitian. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa secara parsial, likuiditas tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, Profitabilitas berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan,Good corporate governance mampu memediasi antara profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh Kebijakan Dividen, Kebijakan Utang, Profitabilitas dan Manajemen Laba Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan pada Perusahaan Sektor Properties & Real Estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2020-2023. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, variabel independen (X) terdiri dari kebijakan dividen diproksikan dengan DPR, kebijakan utang diproksikan dengan DER, profitabilitas diproksikan dengan ROE dan manajemen laba diproksikan dengan Discretionary Accruals, serta variabel dependen (Y) yaitu Nilai Perusahaan diproksikan dengan PBV. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dengan metode purposive samping. Berdasarkan kriteria dan proses penggolahaan data yang ditetapkan, maka ditetapkan 11 perusahaan yang menjadi sampel penelitian. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa secara parsial, kebijakan dividen tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, kebijakan utang berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, variabel profitabilitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan dan manajemen laba tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Secara simultan, kebijakan dividen, kebijakan utang, profitabilitas dan manajemen laba secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Good Corporate Governance (GCG), Ukuran Perusahaan, dan Leverage terhadap profitabilitas pada perusahaan sektor Consumer Cyclicals yang terdaftar di BEI selama periode 2019–2023. Variabel bebas yang digunakan meliputi Good Corporate Governance yang diukur melalui Kepemilikan Institusional, Ukuran Perusahaan yang diproksikan dengan Ln (Total Aset), serta Leverage yang diukur oleh Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). Sedangkan variabel terikatnya adalah Profitabilitas yang diukur menggunakan Return on Assets (ROA). Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik Purposive Sampling, menghasilkan 26 perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria penelitian. Analisis data menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Good Corporate Governance tidak memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas, sementara Ukuran Perusahaan dan Leverage memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap profitabilitas. Nilai Adjusted R Square yang diperoleh adalah 0,193 atau 19,3%, yang berarti variabel Kepemilikan Institusional, Ln (TA), dan DER secara bersama-sama menjelaskan 19,3% variasi dalam profitabilitas, sedangkan 80,7% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak termasuk dalam model penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of firm size, profitability, and solvency on dividend policy in property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2019 to 2023. The independent variables include firm size (proxied by the natural logarithm of total assets), profitability (measured by return on assets/ROA), and solvency (measured by debt-to-equity ratio/DER). The dependent variable is dividend policy, represented by the dividend payout ratio (DPR). Using purposive sampling, 11 companies met the criteria, resulting in 55 observations over a five-year period. Multiple linear regression analysis was employed to test the hypotheses. The findings reveal that profitability has a significant positive effect on dividend policy (β = 1.476, p = 0.014), while firm size and solvency show no significant individual effects. However, collectively, the three variables have a significant influence on dividend policy (F = 3.567, p = 0.020). The model explains 12.5% of dividend policy variation, indicating that other factors such as liquidity, growth opportunities, and regulatory environment also play essential roles in dividend decisions within the Indonesian property and real estate sector.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the Influence of Capital Structure, Profitability, and Dividend Policy on Company Value in Basic Materials Sector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2023 Period. The variables used in this study, the independent variable (X) consists of capital structure proxied by Debt to Equity Ratio, Profitability proxied by Return on Assets and dividend policy proxied by Dividend Payout Ratio and the dependent variable (Y) is Company Value proxied by Tobin's Q. The sample in this study was obtained by purposive sampling method. Based on the criteria and data processing process that have been set, 17 companies were determined as research samples. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study state that partially capital structure, profitability, and dividend policy have a positive and significant effect on company value. Simultaneously, the variables of capital structure, profitability and dividend policy have a significant effect on company value.
