Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of price discounts, free shipping, and online store atmosphere on purchase intention in TikTok Shop's live streaming. The research method used is quantitative, with a sample of 100 respondents collected through Google Forms distributed on social media platforms. Using three independent variables (Price Discount, Free Shipping, and Online Store Atmosphere) and one dependent variable (Purchase Intention), the results showed that Price Discount (sig. 0.000), Free Shipping (sig. 0.034), and Online Store Atmosphere (sig. 0.000) each have a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention. Simultaneously, the three independent variables have also been proven to significantly affect purchase intention. The coefficient of determination test results show that price discounts, free shipping, and online store atmosphere can explain 76.1% of the variation in purchase intention, while other factors outside the research model explain the remaining 23.9%. These findings provide practical implications for online stores to pay attention to discount pricing strategies, provide free shipping services, and create an attractive online store atmosphere in order to increase consumer buying interest effectively.

Abstract

The development of internet technology has had a significant impact on the growth of social networks. In today's digital era, social networks have become one of the main components that prioritize interaction between individuals. This study aims to analyze the Effect of Discounts, Live Streaming Selling, and Online Customer Reviews on Purchase Decisions for The Originote Skincare Products (Study on the Shopee Marketplace). The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a descriptive and verification approach, the sampling technique used is Purposive Sampling with a sample using the Cochran formula which produces 100 respondents. The results of the study indicate that Discounts and Live Streaming Selling have a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions, while Online Customer Reviews do not have a significant effect on Purchase Decisions. Simultaneously contributing 57.6% While the remaining 42.4% is influenced by other variables not discussed in this study. Based on these findings, it is recommended that companies utilize discount strategies at certain moments, optimize live streaming selling with interactive host training, and manage customer reviews with fast and professional responses. This research is expected to be a reference for developing marketing strategies in the digital era, as well as encouraging further research by adding variables such as brand image or social media marketing for more comprehensive results.

Abstract

This study explores the marketing strategy of Warung Nasi Sunda Ibu Titing, a micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) that has been operating since 2004 and faces challenges such as intense competition, limited facilities, and low adoption of digital technology. The problem statement revolves around efforts to enhance competitiveness through effective strategies. The research methodology employs a qualitative descriptive approach using SWOT analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, complemented by the Marketing Mix (4P) framework to develop a comprehensive marketing strategy. The findings reveal that Warung Nasi Sunda Ibu Titing’s main strengths include a diverse menu, high-quality products, and a strategic location. However, weaknesses such as minimal digital promotion and limited parking facilities pose significant challenges. Opportunities arise from modern culinary trends and government policies supporting MSMEs, which can be leveraged to expand the market. Threats from more innovative competitors and the instability of raw material prices require adaptive strategies. The study concludes by recommending strategies such as expanding digital services through online platforms, enhancing social media promotion, and introducing menu innovations to attract new customer segments. Implementing these strategies is expected to help Warung Nasi Sunda Ibu Titing maintain its presence and improve competitiveness in the culinary market.

Abstract

This research examines the influence of education level, compensation and work-life balance on labor turnover at CV Rinjani. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis and involves a population of 50 employees. Labor turnover is the dependent variable, while the independent variables are education level, compensation, and work-life balance. The dimensions of labor turnover encompass intention to quit, job search activities, and contemplating resignation. Educational level is categorized into three dimensions: level of education, alignment with one's major, and competency. The dimensions of compensation consist of financial and non-financial rewards. Work-life balance dimensions include work interference with personal life, personal life interference with work, personal life-enhancing work, and work-enhancing personal life. Data collection was carried out using observation and questionnaires. Various statistical methods, such as partial hypothesis testing, simultaneous analysis, and coefficient of determination, should be used in the study. The research results show that the level of education partially influences labor turnover. Partial compensation does not affect labor turnover. Work-life balance partially influences labor turnover. Education level, compensation, and work-life balance simultaneously influence labor turnover

Abstract

Program pengabdian masyarakat di Desa Cimareme bertujuan untuk memberdayakan komunitas difabel melalui pengembangan keterampilan ekonomi dan sosial. Program ini fokus pada produksi kerajinan speaker bambu 'Awietronix' yang diproduksi oleh difabel, serta meningkatkan pemahaman mereka dalam pemasaran digital menggunakan website ramah difabel untuk mendukung kemandirian ekonomi. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pelatihan keterampilan produksi kerajinan dan pemahaman tentang digital marketing. Metode pelatihan dilakukan melalui workshop, tutorial, dan pendampingan langsung dalam proses produksi dan pengelolaan website. Selain itu, dilakukan juga analisis SWOT untuk memahami faktor internal dan eksternal yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan program. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan menggunakan pre-test dan post-test untuk mengukur perubahan keterampilan peserta. Hasil post-test menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam keterampilan produksi kerajinan dan pemahaman mengenai digital marketing. Website ramah difabel yang dikembangkan berhasil meningkatkan brand awareness produk 'Awietronix' dan memperluas jangkauan pasar. Meskipun terdapat beberapa kendala seperti keterbatasan infrastruktur dan modal, partisipasi aktif dari masyarakat dan kemitraan strategis membantu mengatasi hambatan tersebut. Analisis SWOT mengidentifikasi potensi pengembangan produk dan pasar yang luas sebagai peluang besar untuk penguatan ekonomi difabel. Program ini berhasil meningkatkan keterampilan difabel dalam produksi dan pemasaran digital, yang berkontribusi pada kemandirian ekonomi mereka. Saran untuk keberlanjutan program adalah memberikan pelatihan lanjutan tentang pengelolaan website, serta meningkatkan akses ke teknologi dan modal untuk memperluas pasar produk difabel ke tingkat yang lebih luas.

Abstract

Healthy living behavior has emerged as a critical issue that warrants promotion across all segments of society, particularly among the younger generation, who are regarded as vital national assets. The current generation exhibits lifestyle changes characterized by emerging trends, an abundance of fast food, unbalanced nutrition, high stress levels, and insufficient physical activity. These factors pose significant risks to their overall health. The interventions conducted in this study aim to cultivate awareness of both physical and psychological needs that support a healthy and prosperous life. They also encourage the recognition of the importance of nutrition and the availability of multivitamin brands in the market, facilitate intrapersonal communication for better self-understanding, and promote financial management to adopt and maintain a healthy lifestyle. The results of this community service program indicate a notable shift in the younger generation’s mindset toward greater openness and acceptance of healthy living. They are more motivated to practice healthy behaviors, and their awareness of multivitamin products has increased significantly. This awareness positions multivitamins as essential nutrients to support bodily needs and as a long-term investment in health

Abstract

Sebagai faktor penggerak “suatu perusahaan, manusia merupakan sumber daya yang paling penting bagi keberlangsungan suatu perusahaan. Untuk itu, Sumber Daya Manusia perlu memiliki kemampuan dan keterampilan dalam bekerja. Hal tersebut dapat dikembangkan melalui pelatihan dan pengembangan karir yang berkelanjutan agar mampu meningkatkan keterampilan, produktvitas dan kualitas kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan dan pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Pos Indonesia Cabang Bandung. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif. Data diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 34 responden yang merupakan karyawan PT Pos Indonesia Cabang Bandung. Teknik analisis data menggunakan SPSS dengan uji validitas, reliabilitas, normalitas, heteroskedastisitas, multikolinearitas, regresi linear berganda, serta uji T dan uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan dan pengembangan karir tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa program pelatihan dan pengembangan karir yang diterapkan belum sepenuhnya efektif dalam mendukung peningkatan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya evaluasi terhadap kesesuaian materi pelatihan dan relevansi program pengembangan karir dengan kebutuhan kerja aktual di perusahaan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh brand image, harga, dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian rokok Gudang Garam Signature di Kota Bandung. Dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner pada 100 responden yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Variabel independen meliputi brand image, harga, dan kualitas produk, sementara variabel dependen adalah keputusan pembelian. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa harga dan kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, sedangkan brand image tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan secara parsial. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel tersebut berkontribusi sebesar 63,1% terhadap variasi keputusan pembelian. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa persepsi konsumen terhadap harga yang sesuai dengan kualitas produk menjadi faktor dominan dalam menentukan pilihan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan masukan bagi perusahaan untuk memperbaiki strategi harga dan meningkatkan kualitas produk, serta memperkuat brand image agar dapat lebih memengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen di pasar yang kompetitif.
