Abstract

Tujuan pada penelitian ini ialah untuk menganalisis pengaruh lokasi, variasi produk dan kualitas pelayanan yang secara masing-masing (parsial) maupun secara bersamaan (simultan) terhadap keputusan pembelian pada PT Setia Jaya Batam. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Simple Random Sampling. Populasi pada penelitian ini ialah pelanggan PT Setia Jaya Batam dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 150 Pelanggan. Dengan mengangkat sebanyak 109 responden sebagai sampel. Dan menggunakan bantuan software SPSS 25 untuk menghitung hasil uji. Hasil pada penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa secara parsial lokasi, variasi produk beserta kualitas pelayanan memliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada PT Setia Jaya Batam, dengan niali t hitung lokasi (X1) 2,232 > t tabel 1,983, variasi produk (X2) t hitung 3,134 > t tabel 1,983, kualitas pelayanan (X3) t hitung 2,859 > t tabel 1,983. Pada hasil penelitian ini juga membuktikan bahwa secara bersama-sama (simultan) lokasi, variasi produk dan kualitas pelayanan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada PT Setia Jaya Batam.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of workload, compensation and work environment on employee performance PT EX Batam Indonesia. The research design used in this research is quantitative research. Population in this research is all employee of PT EX Batam Indonesia operator which amounts to 188 people and the sample used as respondents amounted to 128 people by using slovin formula. Sampling technique with purposive sampling method. Data analysis method consisted of validity test, reliability, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient determination test (R2), T test and F test. The results of the study and hypothesis explain that Workload, Compensation and Work Environment partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance.

Abstract

Competition in business today is increasingly stringent, companies are demanded to offer quality products and who are able to have more value so different from the product competitors. This study aims to determine the influence of brands, discounts and advertising to consumer purchasing decision.. The research design used in this research is quantitative research. The sample used is 200 respondents with Accidental Sampling method. Data analysis method consisted of validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient determination test, T test and F test. The results showed all the data valid and reliable. The result of T test explain that brands, discount partially have a significant effect to consumer purchasing decision, but advertising partially has no a significant effect to consumer purchasing decision. From the F test the result explain than brands, discount, and advertising simultaneously have a significant effect to consumer purchasing decision.

Abstract

The library is a place that becomes a service provider that contains information. Independent variables in this study are service quality and facilities, the dependent variable is library user satisfaction. This study aims to study the quality of services and facilities for library user satisfaction. by using primary data and secondary data, data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires. The population in this study were students using the Business Administration (AB) library in 2018 in the last three months, namely July, August, September as many as 3208 people. The sample in this study amounted to 100 taken using probability sampling techniques with random sampling method. The results of the study stated that valid and reliable, normal, did not occur Multicollinearity and Heteroscedasticity. The results of the F Test show that the quality of service and facilities have a positive and significant effect on the satisfaction of library users. the results of the T Test show that the value of service quality has a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction. while facilities have a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, business development has been characterized by various kinds of competition in all fields of business. Seeing these needs causes entrepreneurs to increasingly demand the right strategy to meet sales targets. This study aims to discuss partially, Motivation towards internet network purchasing decisions at PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia, and discuss partially. PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia, discussed some of the consumer attitudes towards internet network purchasing decisions at PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia and assessed simultaneously motivational motivation, perceptions and attitudes of consumers towards internet network purchasing decisions at PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia. The method used in this study is a linear multiple regression analysis method. The research design used was descriptive analysis. The test consists of validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination, t-test and f-test. The population in this study were consumers of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia with a total sample of 384 people. By using the SPSS version 21 software program. The conclusion is the partial variable motivation, Perception and Attitude of Customers has a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions, simultaneously the variables of motivation, perception and attitudes of consumers have a significant effect on internet network purchasing decisions at PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia

Abstract

Human resourches is the most valuable asset in company. With a good recruitment and selection process, those will results high employee work Rate. Summary of the project are that we want to know correlation in partially and simultaneously within recruitment (X1) and selection (X2) process towards employee work rate at Schneider Electric Manufacturing Batam company. Based on the hypothesis analysis results of the influence of the process of recruitment and selection of employees performance in Schneider Electric Manufacturing Batam company, it seems that there is a positive and significant influence between the process of recruitment and selection towards employees' performance. This study uses causality and using multiple linear regression analysis. From the test results and data processing, it can be concluded that the process of recruitment to employee performance H1 and H2 is accepted. And test results of data processing to employee performance H3 selection is accepted.

Abstract

This  study  aims to determine the impact  of  employee  leadership  and  team  member exchange through organizational citizenship behaviour on the employee performance of  foreign  life  insurances.  This  research  uses  the  purposive  sampling  method  for selection.  One hundred  sixty  respondents  are  participating  in the  research used to test the model studied. The data is collected using a questionnaire and then analyzed using the SEM AMOS program. This study showed that servant leadership positively affects  organizational  citizenship  behavior,  team  member  exchange,  and  employee performance. While team member exchange has a positive and significant impact on organizational  citizenship  behavior,  team  member  exchange  has  a  negative  and significant effect on employee performance. Subsequently, organizational citizenship behavior positively and significantly impacts employee performance. The mediating effect  indicated  that  team  member  exchange  and  servant  leadership  influence organizational  citizenship  behavior  and  affect  employee  performance.  The  study's results  imply  that  when  employees  perform  beyond  their  jobs  (organizational citizenship behavior roles) and engage in team member exchange, they have quality social  communication  with  the  workgroup  members.  Additionally,  employees  who work under servant leadership can develop strong personal bonds. Employees with low  levels  of  autonomy  in  their  work  can  improve  performance  if  mediated  by organizational citizenship behavior.

Abstract

Alasan peninjauan ini untuk menguji spekulasi tentang motivasi dan disiplin pada kinerja di divisi marga dan aset air kota Batam. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perwakilan yang bekerja di Dinas Marga dan Sumber Daya Air Kota Batam yang berjumlah 126 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan prosedur uji terbenam dengan tujuan agar semua individu dari populasi menjadi individu dari contoh. Jadi contoh yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ditambah menjadi 126 pekerja. Dalam pengujian ini, contoh prosedur yang digunakan adalah pengujian non-kemungkinan karena jumlahnya biasanya sedikit. Pemeriksaan tersebut menggunakan berbagai pemeriksaan kekambuhan langsung dengan SPSS 25. Pemeriksaan tersebut menghasilkan tingkat inspirasi yang besar sebesar 0,000, lebih rendah dari 0,05 dan disiplin kerja, tingkat kepentingan 0,000 di bawah 0,05, dan itu berarti bahwa nilai kritis dari kedua faktor tersebut sangat mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan. Juga, dampak sinkron dari batas biaya, kemajuan penawaran, dan kualitas administrasi pada pemenuhan pembeli ditampilkan dalam tinjauan uji F di mana hasil dalam hasil ANOVA adalah bahwa nilai masuk akal bahwa nilai Fhitung lebih menonjol daripada Ftabel 241,465 yang lebih menonjol dari 3,07. Jadi spekulasi dalam tinjauan ini dikatakan mempengaruhi uji T dan dampak sinkron pada uji F. Hasil dari uji koefisien jaminan menunjukkan bahwa pandangan pembelanja tentang inspirasi dan disiplin kerja berkontribusi sebesar 79,7% terhadap kepuasan pembeli. Kelebihan 26,3% berasal dari elemen berbeda yang dikecualikan dari ulasan ini

Abstract

Pesatnya perkembangan dunia teknologi informasi (IT) atau internet dewasa ini,terkadang belum dibarengi dengan adanya pemahaman terhadap penggunaan internet secara baik dan sehat, khususnya bagi pengguna internet dikalangan anak usia dini. Internet merupakan salah satu kebutuhan penting manusia baik itu untuk anak-anak maupun orangtua. Karena dengan internet maka kita akan bisa mendapatkan informasi yang sangat cepat dan bisa diakses dari mana saja. Maka tak heran apabila perkembangan internet di Indonesia juga mengalami peningkatan yang luar biasa dikarenakan manfaatnya yang sangat banyak. Meskipun internet memberikan dampak positif untuk kehidupan sehari-hari akan tetapi internet juga bisa memberikan ancaman yang luar biasa baik itu untuk keluarga ataupun anak-anak. Setiap orangtua pasti menginginkan anaknya tidak terjebak ke dalam dunia internet yang cenderung merugikan. Oleh karena itu para orangtua hendaknya mengawasi aktivitas anak dalam berinternet. Kewaspadaan terhadap segala kegiatan anak dalam berselancar di dunia maya menjadi penting dikarenakan sangat beragamnya informasi yang hadir terutama informasi-informasi negatif. Informasi negatif tersebut tidak bisa dicegah namun kita hanya bisa menyaringnya baik itu dengan mengingatkan anak ataupun dengan memasang software pengaman di komputer kita.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how promotions, product attributes, and consumer loyalty affect purchasing decisions at Tokopedia. In this study, the number of consumer respondents taken was 100 respondents as the research population using a questionnaire data collection technique. Analyze and process data using the SPSS application version 25. The effect of promotions on purchasing decisions at Tokopedia with a T count of 1.692 > T table of 1.984, the effect of product attributes on purchasing decisions at Tokopedia with a T count of 3.196 > T table of 1.984, and consumer loyalty to purchasing decisions at Tokopedia with a T count of 5.656 > T table of 1.984. From the results of the study it can be seen that promotions have no effect on purchasing decisions at Tokopedia while product attributes and consumer loyalty have an effect on purchasing decisions on Tokopedia. The calculated F value obtained is 61.351> from F table 2.70. From the results of the study it can be shown that promotion variables, product attributes and consumer loyalty simultaneously influence purchasing decisions at Tokopedia.
