Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Workload, Work Communication, Work Environment, on Employee Morale in the Cold Storage Industry in Juwana City. This study used a nonprobability sampling research method with a purposive sampling method. The population used in this study were all employees working in the Cold Storage Industry in Juwana City and the sample used was 110 employees. This study uses a nonprobability sampling research method with a purposive sampling method (saturated sampling). Data analysis in this study used the technique of Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with the statistical package for the social sciences (SPSS) program. The results of the analysis and discussion show that the variables Workload, Work Communication, Work Environment, have a direct effect on Employee Morale. The Variable of Work Communication partially has no positive and significant effect on Employee Morale. Variables Workload, Work Communication, work environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Employee Morale in the Cold Storage Industry in Juwana City.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analize the effects of career guidance, family environment, and self-efficacy on work readiness undergraduate. The population in this study is undergraduates on the faculty Management study program of the Economi and Business Uniniversity of PGRI Semarang class of 2019, there were as many as 161 students as respondents. The sampling technique used is Purposive Sampling technique with Likert Scale measurement. This study uses quantitative methods and uses primary data by distributing questionnaires to undergraduate of Management of the FEB, class of 2019. Data is processed through the SPSS version 26 for windows program. Based on research using a t-test, the results obtained that career guidance have a positive and significant influence on work guidance, the results obtained that family environment have a positive and significant influence on work guidance, and the results obtained that self-efficacy have a positive and significant influence on work guidance. The results of the determination coefficient test obtained a value from the Adjusted R Square of 39,7%, this can be interpreted to mean that career guidance, family environment, and self-efficacy can explain work readiness of undergraduate of Management of the FEB, class of 2019.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of local knowledge and skills on employee performance in MSMEs in Ngerangan Village, Klaten. The population of researchers is from 28 MSMEs in the village of Ngerangan Jaya Klaten that the total number of employees is 190 employees, the sample that has been determined the sample in this study is 100 drivers using probability sampling techniques with simple random sampling methods using the slovinh formula. Data analysis in this study used the SPSS AMOS 24 program. Hypothesis testing with the AMOS SEM approach. The results of the analysis and discussion show that the influential variable local knowledge affects employee performance, skills affect the performance of MSME employees in Ngerangan Village, Klaten

Abstract

In this modern era, almost all aspects of life have undergone modernization, including market capital. The current capital market has provided a new alternative for investors. Now, investment is not only limited to real accounts and deposits in the banking system, but investment in capital markets has also developed. One of the most popular is stock. The purpose of this study is to determine the direct and indirect effect of solvency and liquidity ratios on stock returns with profitability ratios as the intervention variable. The method used in this research consists of quantitative data. Based on the research, there is no influence between the solvency ratio (X1) on stock returns (Y), which is seen partially by the t value of -0.654 and the significance value is 0.514. There is no influence between the liquidity ratio (X2) on stock returns (Y) which is seen partially by the t-value of 0.714 and the significance value of 0.477. There is no influence between the profitability ratio (Z) on stock returns (Y) which is seen partially by the t value of -0.449 and the significance value is 0.654. There is an influence between the solvency ratio (X1) on profitability (Z) which is seen partially by the t value of -2.758 and the significance value is 0.007. there is no influence between the liquidity ratio (X2) on stock returns (Y) which is seen partially by the t-value of -0.821 and the significance value is 0.414.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and prove the influence of brand image, price and promotion on buying interest in Wardah cosmetic products (study on chacha cosmetics Tlogosari Semarang). This type of research is quantitative, the population of this research is consumers of the Chacha Cosmetics Tlogosari Semarang shop with a total of 96 respondents. This research uses a non-probability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. Measurements in this study used a Likert scale which was then processed using the IBM SPSS Statistics version 23 for Windows analysis tool. The results of this research show that there is an influence between brand image, price and promotion on purchasing interest.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of product quality and price on the purchase decision of tobacco products at Nusantara Tobacco Shop through word of mouth. This type of research uses quantitative research methods and the data used in this study is primary data. The population in this study was customers of Toko Tobacco Nusantara, this study used purposive sampling techniques with a saturated sample of 98 respondents. The measurement of this study uses the Likert scale which is then processed with SmartPLS 4.0 program analysis.The results of this study show that product quality affects purchasing decisions with a P-Value value of (0.004), price affects purchasing decisions with a P-Value value of (0.030) and word of mouth affects purchasing decisions with a P-Value value of (0.012). Word of mout is able to mediate product quality against purchasing decisions with a P-Value of (0.039). Word of mout is able to mediate price against purchase decisions with a P-Value of (0.041). Product quality has an influence on word of mouth with a P-Value of (0.000). Price has an influence on word of mouth with a P-Value of (0.000).

Abstract

This research aims to find out whether there is an influence of Price and Service Innovation on Sales Volume with Customer Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable at Triizz Hotel Semarang. This type of research is quantitative research. This research uses primary data by taking data from distributing 100 questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this research uses (SEM) structural equation modeling using SmartPLS.The results of this research show that Price has no effect on Customer Satisfaction, Service Innovation has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, Price has a positive and significant effect on Sales Volume, Service Innovation has a positive and significant effect on Sales Volume, Customer Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Sales Volume , Price on Sales Volume through Customer Satisfaction has a negative and insignificant effect, while Service Innovation on Sales Volume through Customer Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect.

Abstract

Kinerja karyawan merupakan aspek vital dalam kesuksesan sebuah perusahaan. Untuk mencapai kinerja yang optimal, faktor-faktor seperti disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja, dan pengembangan karir menjadi sangat penting. PT. Duta Albasy sebagai objek penelitian memiliki kebutuhan untuk memahami secara mendalam bagaimana faktor-faktor tersebut memengaruhi kinerja karyawan di lingkungan kerja mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja, dan pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Duta Albasy. Dengan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang hubungan antara variabel-variabel tersebut, diharapkan perusahaan dapat meningkatkan strategi manajemen sumber daya manusia mereka. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data primer melalui kuisioner yang disebarkan kepada 83 karyawan bagian produksi PT. Duta Albasy. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, asumsi klasik, regresi berganda, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja, dan pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja karyawan. Analisis regresi berganda juga mengonfirmasi hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel-variabel tersebut. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa faktor-faktor seperti disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja, dan pengembangan karir memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan di PT. Duta Albasy. Rekomendasi diberikan kepada manajemen perusahaan untuk lebih memperhatikan dan meningkatkan faktor-faktor tersebut.

Abstract

Perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa terhadap produk fashion, khususnya produk Uniqlo, menjadi fenomena menarik untuk diteliti mengingat pengaruh citra merek, kualitas produk, inovasi produk, dan influencer dalam pembentukan keputusan pembelian. Universitas PGRI Semarang sebagai lingkungan akademis yang kaya akan mahasiswa aktif menjadi objek penelitian yang relevan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh citra merek, kualitas produk, inovasi produk, dan influencer terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Uniqlo pada mahasiswa Universitas PGRI Semarang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah teknik Simple Random Sampling untuk pengambilan sampel, dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner. Uji instrumen dilakukan untuk menguji validitas dan reliabilitas data, serta analisis tanggapan responden terhadap hasil penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa citra merek, kualitas produk, inovasi produk, dan influencer secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Uniqlo pada mahasiswa Program Studi Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu. Dari hasil penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa citra merek, kualitas produk, inovasi produk, dan influencer memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Uniqlo pada mahasiswa Universitas PGRI Semarang.

Abstract

Made is a sub-district located in the city of Surabaya, due to its area, nuance, and natural conditions that are similar to the countryside, causing this sub-district to be called by the local community as Made Village. Even though they are in the middle of an urban community that supports companionship, the residents of Made Village have a community structure with a high level of tolerance and mutual cooperation, this can be seen during the traditional ceremony of alms of earth which is carried out routinely every year by the people of Made Village. With the values of tolerance, mutual cooperation, and cultural values that are reflected in the structure of the Made Village community, this can become provision for strengthening character and cultural education in classroom learning. The method in this study uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews and field observations. The tradition of almsgiving in Made Village is one of the things highlighted in this research. This tradition requires the cooperation and cohesiveness of all local residents, considering that its implementation takes place over three days and three nights with various series of events. Through research on the tradition of the earth alms tradition in Made Village, it is known that it has pedagogical values, namely, respecting nature, living in harmony side by side, tolerance, mutual cooperation, and maintaining and preserving culture, which can be implemented as strengthening character education in junior high schools.
