This research is a qualitative study that examines the impact of using ChatGPT on changes in student learning behavior. Behavior change is a process of movement carried out by individuals to adapt to the environment. This research used qualitative research methods and obtained 9 respondents. Data collection methods used observation and interview techniques. The results of this research show that ChatGPT has positive and negative impacts, using ChatGPT makes students quickly complete assignments, but this causes students to become increasingly dependent and lazy about reading articles and books, students will experience decreased literacy and have negative effects.

Prioritas Pembangunan di Papua meliputi berbagai bidang yang tujuannya untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat agar memiliki kesamaan dengan daerah lain di Indonesia namun kondisi tersebut masih terhalang adanya ancaman terorisme yang terus mengganggu Pembangunan di Papua. Saat ini masih ditemukan persoalan terkait dukungan fungsi intelijen dalam mengatasi permasalahan di Papua. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peningkatan peran intelijen TNI dalam strategi soft power untuk mengatasi terorisme sehingga berpengaruh kepada kebijakan penanganan dari perspektif praktis pertahanan. Penelitian kualitatif ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tugas dan fungsi intelijen TNI merupakan bagian dari penempatan fungsi intelijen yang dianggap mampu mendeteksi sebagai upaya pencegahan dijadikan dasar untuk melibatkan satuan intelijen TNI di Papua dengan harapan dapat mengurangi perkembangan ancaman terorisme. Intelijen TNI memainkan peran penting dalam mengumpulkan, menganalisis, dan mendistribusikan informasi yang diperlukan untuk operasi penanggulangan terorisme di Papua. Keberhasilan strategi soft power belum terdukung penuh karena masih lemahnya dukungan dari pemerintah pusat dan lokal dalam bentuk kebijakan yang memperkuat soft power TNI seperti pemanfaatan teknologi informasi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas intelijen.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kedisiplinan kerja, keterampilan kerja, kompensasi, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan PT. Misaja Mitra. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu kuantitatif, populasi pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Misaja Mitra. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini sebanyak 235 karyawan yang merupakan hasil perhitungan menggunakan rumus slovin. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan jenis Probability sampling dengan metode simple random sampling. Pengukuran pada penelitian ini menggunakan skala likert yang kemudian diolah dengan SPSS 25. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: kedisiplinan kerja memiliki pengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan, keterampilan kerja tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan, kompensasi memiliki pengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan, motivasi memiliki pengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan dan lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh terhadap produtivitas kerja karyawan.

The growth of the halal cosmetics industry in Indonesia is predicted to continue to increase in line with product innovation, changes in consumer preferences and technological advances in this field. Promotion and product quality is a marketing strategy that can stimulate buying interest before consumers finally make a purchasing decision.This research aims to analyze the influence of promotion and product quality on purchasing decisions for halal cosmetics, with purchase interest as a mediating variable. The object of this research is Wardah cosmetics users in Semarang City, with a sample size of 170 respondents. Data processing was carried out using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) method which was analyzed using the AMOS 24 application. The results of hypothesis testing show that promotional variables and product quality do not have a direct influence on purchasing decisions. However, the purchase interest variable is proven to have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. In addition, the promotion variable does not influence purchasing interest, while the product quality variable significantly influences purchasing interest. The mediation test shows that promotions do not influence purchasing decisions through purchasing interest, while product quality has a significant influence on purchasing decisions through purchasing interest.

This study aims to analyze the effect of café atmosphere and customer experience on repurchase intention with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable. Café atmosphere and customer experience are important factors that influence customers' decisions to return. However, previous research results show differences in the relationship between these variables. This study uses a quantitative method with a survey approach. Primary data were collected through questionnaires distributed to Senja customers at Origo Cafe. Data analysis was carried out using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with the help of AMOS software. The results showed that café atmosphere did not have a significant effect on customer satisfaction and repurchase intention. Meanwhile, customer experience had a significant effect on customer satisfaction, which ultimately influenced repurchase intention. In addition, customer experience had a significant effect on repurchase intention through customer satisfaction, while café atmosphere did not show this mediating effect. The recommendation of this study is to add other variables to understand the factors that influence customer satisfaction and loyalty. Senja management at Origo Cafe is advised to improve the café atmosphere element and strengthen the customer experience-based marketing strategy through positive interactions and improving product quality.

This study aims to determine the influence of organizational culture, motivation and work environment on employee performance at PT. Rehobat Sringin. This study uses a quantitative research method. The population in this study was 155 populations taken from several divisions, namely from the owner 1 person, office staff 1 person, field workers 59 people. In this study, the selected population was 155 employees. The findings in this study are that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Rehobat Sringin, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Rehobat Sringin, testing shows that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Rehobat Sringin.

This study stems from the decline in sales at Nasmoco Auto Gallery amidst highly competitive conditions. The research aims to identify the factors influencing purchasing decisions at the Nasmoco Auto Gallery Semarang quality used car showroom. The independent variables studied are Corporate Image, Service Quality, Price, and Trust, which influence Purchasing Decisions as the dependent variable. Based on these issues, the study is empirically tested using a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis techniques utilizing SmartPLS 4. The results of the analysis show that Price and Trust variables significantly affect purchasing decisions, whereas Corporate Image and Service Quality variables do not significantly impact the purchasing decision for quality used cars at Nasmoco Auto Gallery Semarang.

This study aims to examine the influence of green behavior and green innovation on corporate sustainability performance, with a focus on KOPERSEMAR Group. The research employs a quantitative approach. The population consists of all employees working at the KOPERSEMAR Group office in Semarang. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, resulting in a total sample of 172 respondents. This study applies Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using SPSS Version 26 to analyze the data. The findings indicate that green behavior does not have a significant impact on corporate sustainability performance. However, green innovation has a positive and significant effect on corporate sustainability performance. These results suggest that while environmentally friendly behaviors among employees may not directly enhance corporate sustainability performance, the implementation of innovative green practices within the company plays a crucial role in achieving sustainability goals. The findings contribute to the growing body of literature on sustainable corporate practices by highlighting the importance of green innovation in organizational performance. Companies seeking to enhance their sustainability performance should focus on fostering green innovation through technological advancements, process improvements, and sustainable product development. Future research could explore the moderating or mediating factors that might strengthen the relationship between green behavior and corporate sustainability performance. Additionally, expanding the study to different industries or incorporating qualitative insights could provide a more comprehensive understanding of the dynamics between green practices and corporate sustainability.

This research aims to measure the influence of product quality and price on purchasing decisions with purchase intention as an intervening variable. This research was prepared based on the influence of product quality and price on purchasing decisions and purchasing interest. This type of research is quantitative research, which uses a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire which has been prepared in several statements and measured using a 1-5 Likert scale. The population used in this research is port coffee consumers. The sample in this study amounted to 160 respondents. The sample was taken using a simple random sampling method, meaning that the respondents who became the research sample were respondents who were met by the researcher when conducting research without paying attention to certain characteristics. Research data was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which was run via AMOS 24. Hypothesis test results showed that product quality had an influence on purchasing decisions, price variables had an influence on purchasing decisions, product quality variables had an influence on buying interest, and price variables had an influence on interest. purchase, purchasing decisions influence purchasing interest and product quality and purchasing decisions influence purchasing interest and price influences purchasing decisions and purchasing interest.

Human Resources are the main calculation in achieving organizational goals strongly and efficiently. Organizations must be able to carry out supervision well to achieve ideal business implementation. Every organization generally expects achievements from its representatives because the organization is given the authority to make presentations. The aim of this research is to find out and analyze whether career development and discipline moderated by rewards have an effect on the performance of Informa Queen City Semarang employees. The method used is a quantitative method. The data collection techniques used were literature and questionnaires. The results of this research are that career development has no effect on the performance of Informa Queen City Semarang employees, discipline has a positive effect on the performance of Informa Queen City Semarang employees, career development and discipline simultaneously influence employee performance through rewards.
