Abstract

Gangguan keseimbangan adalah masalah klinis yang signifikan yang dapat mempengaruhi kemampuan seseorang untuk beraktivitas sehari-hari dan meningkatkan risiko jatuh. Fukuda stepping test merupakan salah satu tes yang digunakan untuk menilai pasien dengan gangguan vestibular, dimana jika terdapat gangguan vestibular. Setelah dilakukan tes kepada ibu ibu usia produktif dengan jumlah sebanyak 18 orang dengan usia rata-rata 40 tahun, para ibu - ibu dengan usia produktif dan melakukan observasi didapatkan bahwa 5 dari 18 orang ibu - ibu usia produktif memiliki gangguan keseimbangan. Pada saat para peserta melakukan fukuda stepping test, akan didampingi oleh tim pengabdian masyarakat untuk menilai test telah dilakukan dengan baik dan benar sehingga mendapatkan hasil yang sesuai dengan ketentuan yang telah ditetapkan. Tes tersebut sebagai langkah awal untuk melihat adanya potensi resiko jatuh yang akan berpengaruh pada kualitas hidup di kemudian hari.

Abstract

Cost of Production is the sacrifice of economic resources in processing raw materials into products. The purpose of this research is to describe the calculation of a reasonable cost of goods manufactured at PT. Wijaya Mitramega Perkasa (Metal Bed) Surabaya. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The results of this study indicate that the company has not implemented a reasonable cost of goods manufactured calculation. Therefore this study provides suggestions and reconstructs the calculation of a reasonable cost of goods manufactured, where all cost components in the calculation of the cost of goods manufactured are calculated in detail.

Abstract

In this technological era, business actors or organizations compete and innovate with each other to provide the best service to their customers, one of which is offering digital banking products. Bank Jenius is a digital bank with the largest active users in Indonesia. This research aims to provide a more comprehensive understanding regarding social media marketing activities, especially Instagram, in building customer loyalty in the digital banking sector from the perspective of the Stimulus-Organism-Response (S-O-R) model. A quantitative approach with a survey method using purposive sampling and a questionnaire instrument was used in this research. The research object is digital bank customers who use Instagram social media. Research findings show that Social Media Marketing Activities (SMMA) has a positive effect on Customer Equity Drivers for both Value Equity, Brand Equity and Relationship Equity, which in turn each has a positive effect on customer loyalty. Limitations and suggestions for future research are also described.

Abstract

This study examines the role of young women politicians in Indonesia’s political dynasties through the lens of Pierre Bourdieu’s theory of capital. It explores how familial ties, alongside various forms of capital, contribute to their political participation and electoral success. Using a qualitative literature study, this research analyzes various scholarly references to understand how economic, social, cultural, and symbolic capital collectively facilitate access to power. The study focuses on three female politicians: Diah Pikatan Orissa Putri Hapsari, Annisa Desmond Mahesa, and Hillary Brigitta Lasut—who secured legislative positions in the 2024 election. Findings indicate that political kinship serves as one of the key factors in their political trajectory, complementing their accumulated capital in navigating the electoral process. This research highlights how the interplay of inherited capital, particularly economic and social capital, strengthens their positioning within Indonesia’s political landscape while also reflecting broader patterns of power reproduction at regional and national levels.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model on students' ability to find alternative solutions, both through group work and independently. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with an experimental design. The research sample consisted of 99 students enrolled in the 2022 Business and Professional Ethics course at Malang State University, divided into three classes, N, P, and O. The experimental group used the PBL model, while the control group used the conventional learning model. Data were collected through observation and PBL assignments in accordance with the DNA criteria of Malang State University. The analysis technique used statistical tests with the help of SPSS software. The results showed that there was a significant difference between the experimental and control groups in terms of the ability to find alternative solutions. The PBL model proved to be more effective in improving this ability, both in the context of group work and independent learning

Abstract

Digitalisasi pendidikan menjadi langkah strategis untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas pengelolaan administrasi di sekolah. Sebagai bagian dari program pengabdian masyarakat oleh mahasiswa Program Magister Administrasi Pendidikan Universitas Singaperbangsa Karawang (Unsika), kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan aplikasi berbasis Microsoft Access dalam pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana di MI Al Mujahidin Pasirkamuning. Pelatihan dilaksanakan pada 16 November dan melibatkan guru serta staf administrasi. Kegiatan diawali dengan penyusunan materi pelatihan, persiapan aplikasi, dan demonstrasi fitur Microsoft Access, seperti pembuatan tabel, form input data, serta query untuk menghasilkan laporan. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini mampu menggantikan metode pencatatan manual, meningkatkan efisiensi pencatatan, serta memudahkan akses dan pelaporan data. Dengan sistem digital, guru dapat lebih fokus pada tugas utama mereka tanpa terbebani oleh masalah administratif. Kepala Madrasah dan peserta pelatihan memberikan tanggapan positif terhadap manfaat aplikasi ini dalam mendukung pengelolaan sarana prasarana yang lebih terstruktur. Kegiatan ini diharapkan menjadi model digitalisasi bagi institusi pendidikan lainnya, mendorong transformasi yang lebih luas untuk mendukung mutu layanan pendidikan di Indonesia. Implementasi aplikasi Microsoft Access memberikan solusi praktis, efisien, dan dapat diterapkan secara berkelanjutan untuk mendukung sistem administrasi sekolah.

Abstract

Every region in Indonesia must have a tradition that is carried out before or after the wedding procession. Many things are behind the differences in traditions in each region, for example, customs that have existed since long ago in each region. One of the traditions that exist in Java, especially in the Magelang Regency area before or before the wedding is selamatan. Selamatan or usually called selametan is a tradition carried out before the wedding day. This tradition has been around for a long time and has become a hereditary custom of the Javanese community, especially in the Magelang Regency area, Central Java. The purpose of writing this scientific essay is to explore and examine the nature of selametan in marriage based on factual events held in Mandungan Hamlet, Bringin Village, Srumbung Subdistrict, Magelang Regency and see the phenomenon based on Urf review. The research method used is fieldwork, observation, and interviews, with a normative juridical approach with Urf theory. The results of this study indicate that the marriage tradition in Bringin Village is very close in upholding the Javanese tradition and culture in the marriage procession, one of the series of ceremonies is the selametan tradition, this is in line with the theory of al-adah muhakkamah which has been going on for dark ancestors.

Abstract

Artikel ini mengeksplorasi pelaksanaan sosialisasi tentang bahaya minuman keras (miras) dan rokok terhadap kesehatan serta masa depan generasi muda yang dilaksanakan di SD Negeri Tanuharjo. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran siswa kelas 5 dan 6 mengenai dampak negatif miras dan rokok, serta mengarahkan mereka untuk menghindari perilaku berisiko tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam sosialisasi ini adalah presentasi interaktif yang diikuti dengan diskusi terbuka, yang bertujuan untuk memastikan pemahaman dan partisipasi aktif dari para siswa. Temuan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman siswa tentang bahaya miras dan rokok serta perubahan sikap yang lebih waspada terhadap risiko yang ditimbulkan. Selain itu, artikel ini juga mengidentifikasi tantangan yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan dan peluang untuk memperluas dampak edukasi ini supaya muncul sikap lebih waspada dalam menghadapi godaan untuk mencoba rokok dan miras. Wawasan yang diperoleh dari sosialisasi ini berkontribusi pada peningkatan pemahaman tentang pentingnya pendidikan kesehatan sejak dini dalam mencegah perilaku berisiko di kalangan remaja.

Abstract

Background: The Sarggasum’s sp. extract contains of several chemical properties such as flavonoid, vitamin A, vitamin C, zinc, and calcium which has benefit as anti-inflammation, so it can be used as an alternative therapy for traumatic ulcer. Purpose: To investigate the effectivity of Sargassum’s sp. extract towards the amount of macrophages in the healing process of traumatic ulcers. Material and Method: 32 wistar rats were divided into 4 groups, K1 the negative control group without treatment, K2 the positive control group with the drugs containing 0.2% hyaluronic acid, and the treatment group K3 Sargassum’s sp. extract concentrations of 50% and K4 Sargassum’s sp. extract concentrations of 75%. Traumatic ulcer were made in the labial mucosa of rats by using heated amalgam stopper. On the fourth and seventh day, rats were sacrified and biopsied on lower labial mucosa. The macrophages were observed using a 1000x magnification light microscope with OptiLab viewer. Result: The statistical test using One Way ANOVA showed significant difference (p<0,05) of macrophage on fourth day group. The LSD test showed a significant difference (p<0,05) in macrophages at K1 (2.83±1.03) compared to K3 (1.17±0.64), K1 compared to K4 (0.58±0.79), K2 (2.58±0.50) compared to K3, and K2 compared to K4 at the fourth day group, whereas the seventh day group showed no significant differences between each groups. Conclusion: The Sargassum’s sp. extract concentrations of 75% is the most effective in decreasing amount of macrophages in the healing process of traumatic ulcers.
