Abstract

Kinerja adalah suatu aspek yang bisa diukur sebagai acuan dan harapan bagi instansi, organ-isasi dan perusahaan. DI PT. XYZ merupakan perusahaan manufaktur dan beberapa tahun ini pe-rusahaan mengalami beberapa permasalahan pada proses rantai pasok, mulai dari keterlambatan pengiriman ke beberapa toko material, produk cacat, dan menumpuknya stok yang ada di gudang. Itu bisa terjadi karena beberapa faktor yaitu, proses pegiriman produk, proses produksi, SDM (sum-ber daya manusia) dan proses yang ada kaitannya dengan supply chain mulai dari proses awal sampai akhir pengiriman. Oleh karena itu perlunya analisis kinerja perusahaan di bagian beberapa departemen yang berhubungan dengan rantai pasok dan dianalisa untuk mengetahui kinerja pada proses supply chain. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah SCOR model (Supply chain Operation Reference) dan AHP (Analitical hierarchy process) dan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja rantai pasok dan diperlukan key performance indicator (KPI) yang spesifik agar jadi acuan yang jelas dalam mengukur rantai pasok. Berdasarkan perhitungan dari SCOR model diperoleh nilai masing–masing attribut yaitu: Reliability dengan nilai 17,39, Responsiveness 22.98, Agility 11,76, Cost 7,15 dan Asset Management dengan nilai 7,16. Total nilai Performansi SCOR yang didapatkan perusahaan berada pada kategori Average dengan nilai 66,44.

Abstract

Purchasing Consortium (PC) is a strategy in purchasing wich two or more organizations with separate legal entities are merged either individually or through third parties. The main problem that arises in a PC is how to allocate the savings obtained to each member. Generally, the contributions given by each buyer in the purchase differ from one another. Allocation of savings equally to each buyer is no longer representing the contribution of each buyer.The purpose of this study is allocated savings using the Shapley value method of the cooperative game theory. Where each buyer obtained a saving allocation that is in accordancewith his contribution.Based on the results of the Shapley value, the results of saving allocations were matched with the contributions of each member who joined the PC. Where buyers 1 with a larger contribution get a greater contribution than the others. Keywords: Purchasing consortium, Shapley value

Abstract

PT. XYZ merupakan pabrik pupuk terlengkap di Indonesia. Produk yang dihasilkan juga beraneka ragam baik pupuk subsidi maupun pupuk non subsidi. Saat ini kondisi gudang sering kali mengalami over stock dikarenakan penataan bahan baku pada gudang masih belum tertata. Oleh karena itu, dilakukannya penelitian ini untuk membuat layout gudang usulan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan gudang untuk dapat mengatasi permasalahn yang dialami perusahaan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode class based storage dengan klasifikasi FSN. Berdasarkan layout gudang usulan didapatkan hasil berupa penambahan kapasitas gudang sebesar 9% dari kondisi gudang sebelumnya. Selain itu, gudang memiliki area kosong yang dapat menampung 700 ton, area tersebut dapat digunakan untuk beberapa keadaan seperti ketika terjadi perubahan rencana produksi yang membutuhkan jenis bahan baku baru ataupun ketika perusahaan memerlukan area tambahan.

Abstract

This community service activity was conducted at SMK Ganesha Tama Boyolali with the main objective of disseminating knowledge and practical tips on entrepreneurship and starting a business among vocational high school students. The activity aimed to provide students with an understanding of basic entrepreneurial concepts, initial steps in establishing a small business, and key factors that influence entrepreneurial success. This program was based on the importance of preparing vocational students not only to become skilled workers but also to develop the readiness to act as independent entrepreneurs. Several problems were identified prior to the activity, including students’ limited knowledge about how to start a business, fear of taking entrepreneurial risks, and low motivation to pursue entrepreneurship at an early stage. The method used in this program was mentoring through a socialization approach, supported by interactive discussions and question-and-answer sessions. The results showed a significant improvement in students’ understanding of entrepreneurship concepts and their ability to develop feasible business ideas. Most students successfully created simple business plans aligned with community needs, such as technical services, design and drawing services, planning consultancy, and mock-up services. In addition, the activity positively influenced students’ attitudes and mindset by increasing their self-confidence in presenting business ideas before their peers. Overall, this outreach program effectively fostered entrepreneurial spirit, motivation, and readiness among students at SMK Ganesha Tama Boyolali to pursue independent business opportunities after graduation.

Abstract

Islamic education plays a strategic role in shaping a generation that is not only intellectuallysuperior but also morally and spiritually strong. The challenges of globalization,technological advancement, and the values crisis demand that Islamic education transforminnovatively and be highly competitive without abandoning noble moral values. This articleaims to examine the concept of developing superior and competitive Islamic educationthrough the implementation of the Love Curriculum as a learning foundation. The methodused is a literature study with a qualitative-descriptive approach, drawing on variousscientific sources, educational policies, and the thoughts of Islamic educational figures. Theresults of the study indicate that the Love Curriculum, which emphasizes the values ofcompassion, empathy, tolerance, and responsibility, can strengthen students' character whileenhancing academic competence and 21st-century skills. The implementation of the LoveCurriculum in Islamic education contributes significantly to producing a competent,globally competitive, and noble generation.

Abstract

MSMEs have a large contribution to the Indonesian economy both at the micro and macro level. In carrying out their operations, of course MSMEs have their own advantages and disadvantages. Rengginang GR Wedoro MSMEs face challenges in building brand awareness among their target market. The technology that has been implemented by MSME Rengginang GR Wedoro is still considered very minimal, namely only using WhatsApp and Instagram which are still not optimal. This means that MSMEs cannot reach consumers optimally. The data collection method applied involves two main approaches, namely observation and interviews. The results of the current use of digital marketing, Rengginang GR Wedoro MSMEs use websites, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook as marketing media because they are platforms that have quite a large number of users in Indonesia. The use of social media has a significant impact on increasing brand awareness of Rengginang GR MSMEs. . It is important to manage social media accounts effectively by providing quality content, interacting with audiences, and tracking performance metrics to continuously improve the marketing strategies implemented

Abstract

PT XYZ is a company engaged in the manufacturing industry, which produces feed for chickens and cattle. In carrying out the process to fulfill daily production orders, the production target of 15 batches/hour or 45 tons/hour and the production target of the company's key performance indicator of 42.73 tons/hour, often cannot be achieved. This is due to the presence of seven wastes. The waste consists of over production, unnecessary inventory, defects, unnecessary motion, excessive transportation, inappropriate processing, and waiting. This can be overcome with a lean manufacturing approach through the waste assessment model and failure mode and effect analysis methods. The waste assessment model obtained three main wastes including defects (22.29%), waiting (15.79%), and transportation (15.71%). The FMEA (failure mode and effect analysis) method was applied to identify sub-wastes with high and very high RPN (risk priority number) categories from the defect, waiting, and transportation sub-wastes. Recommendations for improvement have been given, but have not been implemented in the company. It is hoped that the results of this analysis can have a positive impact and help achieve the target for animal feed production.
