Reverse logistics saat ini telah menjadi isu hangat di beberapa perusahaan di seluruh dunia. Beberapa perusahaan bahkan sangat baik dalam menerapkan reverse logistics yang ditandai dengan tingkat implementasi yang sudah dikategorikan pada level tinggi. Namun, tidak sedikit perusahaan yang masih menerapkannya pada tahap awal. PT. X adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang bergerak di bidang konstruksi kayu yang berlokasi di Lawang. Saat ini, mengacu pada kerangka maturitas reverse logistics yang telah disusun sebelumnya, perusahaan telah menerapkan reverse logistics pada tingkat pengembangan. Namun pada kondisi sebenarnya masih banyak faktor yang menjadi penghambat keberhasilan implementasinya. Dalam penelitian ini, metode SWOT akan digunakan untuk memetakan kekuatan, kelemahan, hambatan, dan tantangan yang dihadapi perusahaan. Dari hasil penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penerapan reverse logistics di industri konstruksi antara lain rumitnya alur daur ulang, kurangnya pasar yang mau menerima produk daur ulang, kurangnya dukungan dari manajemen, dan juga tren desain produk yang tidak memperhatikan pengurangan limbah.

This study aims to analyze and identify the key success factors in the industry and its competition, analyze and identify competitive advantages of Kompas digital products, and formulate competitive strategies for Kompas digital products. This research is qualitative descriptive, by analyzing the company’s external environment using macro-PESTEL environmental analysis, the industry analysis using Five Forces Porter, and the analysis using the key success factors. The value chain analysis and VRIO-competitive advantage analyze the internal environment of the company. The results of this study indicate that the strategy applied by Kompas is a product differentiation strategy because this strategy is considered to be the most appropriate to the conditions of the company. Differentiation strategies are carried out by the companies to get uniqueness towards competitors.

The problems often experienced by Small and Medium Enterpises (SMEs) in Indro Village are inappropriate marketing strategies and less attractive packaging. The aim of carrying out this Real Work Lecture (KKN) community service activity is to increase understanding of the importance of packaging and marketing aspects of charcoal briquette products among SMEs in Indro Village. In its implementation, it is carried out using a direct counseling and training method approach to SMEs actors which consists of four stages, namely observation, counseling, training and mentoring, and evaluation. From the evaluation results, it was found that the women in Indro Village already understood the material presented, and training and assistance for creative packaging could also be followed well. However, 4 out of 10 people experience difficulties in creating Instagram content. This is due to age and lack of familiarity with social media tools.

Purchasing Consortium (PC) is a strategy in purchasing wich two or more organizations with separate legal entities are merged either individually or through third parties. The main problem that arises in a PC is how to allocate the savings obtained to each member. Generally, the contributions given by each buyer in the purchase differ from one another. Allocation of savings equally to each buyer is no longer representing the contribution of each buyer.The purpose of this study is allocated savings using the Shapley value method of the cooperative game theory. Where each buyer obtained a saving allocation that is in accordancewith his contribution.Based on the results of the Shapley value, the results of saving allocations were matched with the contributions of each member who joined the PC. Where buyers 1 with a larger contribution get a greater contribution than the others. Keywords: Purchasing consortium, Shapley value

In measuring company performance, several aspects are needed to identify and evaluate company performance. With increasingly tight competition in the business world, many companies are utilizing various business strategies as support to improve their performance. Implementing a business strategy will be beneficial if its implementation is in accordance with the company's goals, vision and mission. Implementation of business strategy aims to support the company's growth and long-term targets. PT. XYZ is one of the companies in the maritime sector that is currently experiencing quite good business growth, in an effort to achieve its goals. One method of analyzing company strategy is to use the SWOT matrix (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity and Threat) and the SPACE Matrix, namely analyzing from an internal company perspective by reviewing the strengths and weaknesses that exist within the company and from an external company perspective by reviewing the company's internal aspects. opportunities and threats that exist outside the company which are then created a matrix to determine PT's position. XYZ. Based on the IFAS matrix, PT XYZ' position is in a relatively good position in facing its internal environment with a value of 2.80. Meanwhile, PT XYZ' EFAS position matrix is in a relatively good position in facing its external environment with a total value of 3.10. The data processing system is a web-based system created by Central BPS to facilitate BPS District X employees to be able to help and speed up their work in processing data. This research aims to see how the web-based data processing system at BPS Kab. X. Data that has been collected in this study will be analyzed using the quantitative method in the validity and reliability test to find out whether the data is valid and reable to be continued in further processing. The results of this research are that all variables that have been tested produce valid and reliable data. The proposed improvement from the results obtained is to continue to improve the quality and improve the system better. Program Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) merupakan program yang dicanangkan oleh menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan yang bertujuan mendorong mahasiswa untuk menguasai berbagai keilmuan sebagai bekal memasuki dunia kerja dan program Kampus Mengajar adalah salah satunya. Pentas seni merupakan suatu acara yang terdiri dari beberapa seni pertujukan. Pentas seni diadakan sebagai sarana pengembangan bakat, minat dan daya cipta siswa. Pentas seni tidak hanya sebagai sebuah atraksi seni semata, namun sebuah peningkatan karakter seseorang melalui proses perkembangan dari tidak ada menjadi ada, dari tidak tahu menjadi tahu. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengembangkan karakter siswa melalui festival pentas seni berupa pertunjukan drama sumpah pemuda sebagai implementasi salah satu program yang dirancang oleh tim kampus mengajar angkatan 6 di SMK Arinda Palembang. Metode yang digunakan pada kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu dengan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif. Penggunaan metode ini sangat efektif karena peneliti ikut andil dan berperan penting dalam kegiatan yang diteliti. Hasil dari kegiatan ini yaitu siswa menjadi lebih percaya diri dalam memainkan perannya masing-masing, lebih berani berekspresi, mengembangkan kecakapan soial, daya kreasi dan emosi yang sehat.

Pemborosan makanan (food waste) merupakan tantangan global yang tidak hanya berdampak pada ketahanan pangan, tetapi juga merugikan ekonomi dan lingkungan. Di Indonesia, masalah ini semakin mengkhawatirkan dengan tingginya volume makanan yang terbuang setiap tahun. Pemborosan makanan (food waste) perlu ditangani dari lingkungan yang kecil terlebih dahulu, seperti di lingkungan sekolah. SDN 9 Nagrikaler sebagai salah satu lembaga pendidikan memiliki peran strategis dalam mengedukasi siswa mengenai pentingnya mengurangi pemborosan makanan. Sosialisasi mengenai food waste di sekolah ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran warga sekolah meliputi siswa dan guru mengenai dampak negatif pemborosan makanan terhadap ketahanan pangan, ekonomi, dan lingkungan. Melalui kegiatan sosialisasi beserta kampanye melalui media sekolah, diharapkan siswa dapat mengubah pola pikir dan perilaku mereka terkait pengelolaan makanan. Program sosialisasi ini diharapkan dapat membentuk generasi yang lebih sadar dan bertanggung jawab terhadap konsumsi makanan yang berkelanjutan, serta menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang lebih ramah lingkungan.

PT ABC is a company operating in the fertiliser industry and plays a vital role in supporting the national agricultural sector. One of the key elements in maintaining smooth operations is warehouse management, which encompasses the processes of receiving, storing and distributing materials. Efficient warehouse management is essential to ensure the smooth flow of materials, minimise waste and support overall operational efficiency. This study aims to analyse and identify waste in PT ABC's warehouse using the Lean Warehousing approach and the Value Stream Mapping (VSM) method. Initial analysis shows that the Process Cycle Efficiency (PCE) value of 68.92% indicates potential waste within the warehouse activities. The main sources of waste were identified in activities such as unloading goods, reconciling item data with the system and preparing administrative documents. Improvement alternatives were implemented using the 5S principles, including sorting (seiri), reorganising the warehouse layout (seiton), routine cleaning (seiso), standardising SOPs (seiketsu) and promoting a culture of discipline (shitsuke). With these improvements, the estimated PCE increased to 80.11%, reflecting an efficiency improvement of 11.19%. This study shows that the implementation of Lean Warehousing is effective in optimising warehouse management at PT ABC.
