Abstract

The purpose of this research is (1) to find out the role of the principal as a supervisor in helping teachers lead classes in improving teacher competence at SD Negeri 24 Talang Kelapa, (2) to find out the role of the principal as a supervisor in helping teachers plan learning programs in improving teacher competence at SD Negeri 24 Talang Kelapa and (3) to find out the role of the principal as a supervisor in helping teachers carry out the learning process in increasing teacher competence at SD Negeri 24 Talang Kelapa. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method with in-depth interviews. The results of this study found that (1) the role of the principal in supervising the teacher's ability to lead a class, starting with supervising the planning of lesson plans, implementing learning in class and evaluating learning, (2) the supervisory role of the school principal in increasing teacher competence is demonstrated by providing guidance, identifying teacher deficiencies and planning the training needed by teachers and (3) the role of the school principal as a supervisor in helping teachers carry out the learning process in improving teacher competence at SD Negeri 24 Talang Kelapa is carried out by providing support to teachers with training and then evaluating how the results are, encouraging teachers to attend trainings and workshops both during online and offline.

Abstract

The goal of this study was to evaluate the leadership of the principal and the function of the school committee at SMP Negeri 1 Pangkalan Baru in the Central Bangka Regency. 42 teachers from SMP Negeri 1 Pangkalan Baru in Central Bangka Regency made up the sample size. The respondents were all instructors at SMP Negeri 1 Pangkalan Baru in Central Bangka Regency, and the sampling method used was saturated sampling. 90 statement items were measured by distributing questionnaires using a 5-point Likert scale to collect the data. Multiple linear regression analysis is the method utilized for analysis. The study’s findings demonstrate that the leadership of the principal and the function of the school committee both significantly impact teacher effectiveness. Second, teacher performance is significantly and partially influenced by the principal’s leadership. Teacher performance is affected in part and significantly by the three responsibilities of the school committee.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of leadership, communication, motivation and work discipline on the performance of principals in junior high schools throughout Central Bangka Regency. The sample consisted of 221 public and private middle school teachers. Data collection techniques included questionnaire methods and documentation, which involved collecting information from various sources such as notes, transcripts, books, and meeting minutes. The study reveals that leadership, organizational communication, motivation, and work discipline significantly impact the performance of Junior High School principals in Central Bangka Regency. Leadership positively influences the performance of principals, while organizational communication positively impacts their performance. Motivation positively influences the performance of principals, and work discipline influences their performance. Overall, these variables positively influence the performance of principals in Central Bangka Regency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, mendeksripsikn dan menguji pengaruh efektivitas kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan lingkungan kerja terhadap disiplin kerja guru di SMK Negri Kecamatan Sekayu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif berdasarkan asosiasi dan hubungan sebab akibat. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMK Negeri Sekayu Kec. Sekayu, Kab. Musi Banyuasin, Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Diantaranya adalah SMK Negeri 1 Sekayu, SK Ngeri 2 Sekayu, SMK Negeri 3 Sekayu. Sampel pada penelitian ini sejumlah 84 guru beserta kepala sekolah. Teknik pengupulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan angket berupa instrument dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa disiplin Kerja sedikit dipengaruhi oleh Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah. Melalui uji t bahwa variable Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh terhadap disiplin kerja secara parsial. Uji F (simultan) menunjukkan variabel Efektivitas Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah dan Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Disiplin Kerja. Alasannya adalah 0,221 > 0,05 yang merupakan tingkat signifikansi.

Abstract

Implementing discipline character among students and the role of educators in elementary schools are crucial aspects in shaping a well-rounded individual. This study investigates the strategies used to instill discipline in students and the involvement of educators in this process at. The study employs a qualitative approach, utilizing interviews, observations, and documentation analysis to gather data. Results indicate that a combination of consistent routines, clear rules, and positive reinforcement effectively promotes student discipline. Educators play a significant role, not only as enforcers of laws but also as role models and mentors, guiding students toward self-discipline. The findings suggest that an integrated approach involving the school community and parents enhances the effectiveness of discipline character building. This study contributes to the understanding of character education in elementary schools and offers practical recommendations for educators and policymakers to foster a disciplined and conducive learning environment.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the impact of the accuracy and precision of basic educational data on teacher welfare in the State Senior High Schools throughout Ogan Ilir Regency, both partially and simultaneously. The population in this study were high school teachers in Ogan Ilir Regency with a sample of 107 teachers. The research data collection technique used: 1) questionnaire; 2) documentation. The research data analysis technique used parametric statistics of the SPSS program application. The results of this study concluded: 1) Accuracy has a positive impact on teacher welfare in State Senior High Schools throughout Ogan Ilir Regency; 2) Accuracy of basic education data has a positive impact on teacher welfare in State Senior High Schools throughout Ogan Ilir Regency; 3) Accuracy and precision of basic education data have a positive impact together on teacher welfare in State Senior High Schools throughout Ogan Ilir Regency.

Abstract

This study focuses on the management of school mover in realizing educational transformation (case study at SD Az-Zahrah Palembang), which aims to determine the planning, organization, implementation, and organization of supervision of school mover in realizing educational transformation. This study uses a qualitative approach with the case study method. School mover are catalysts for realizing the vision of Indonesian education, namely realizing a sovereign, independent, and personality-based advanced Indonesia through the creation of Pancasila students. School mover focus on developing student learning outcomes holistically by realizing the profile of Pancasila students that includes competencies and characters that begin with superior human resources (principals and teachers).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka di SMA Negeri 1 Tanjung Lubuk, Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir (OKI), serta mengidentifikasi faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam pelaksanaannya. Kurikulum Merdeka sebagai inovasi pendidikan nasional menekankan pada pembelajaran berbasis proyek, penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila, serta pembelajaran yang lebih fleksibel dan berpusat pada peserta didik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka di SMA Negeri 1 Tanjung Lubuk sudah berjalan dengan cukup baik, ditandai dengan penerapan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi, penggunaan modul ajar yang adaptif, serta integrasi proyek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila dalam kegiatan intrakurikuler dan ekstrakurikuler. Faktor pendukung utama meliputi kesiapan guru, dukungan kepala sekolah, serta fasilitas yang memadai. Sementara itu, kendala yang dihadapi antara lain keterbatasan sumber daya belajar, kebutuhan pelatihan berkelanjutan, dan adaptasi peserta didik terhadap perubahan pendekatan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi sekolah lain dalam mengimplementasikan Kurikulum Merdeka secara optimal.

Abstract

The success in organizing educational institutions cannot be separated from the influence of the management of the supporting components of educational activities, such as curriculum, students, financing, implementing personnel, and infrastructure This study aims to determine how student management in overcoming bullying behavior at SDN 115 Palembang. This research is a study that uses field research. The object of this research is student management and overcoming bullying behavior). Informants who can help in data collection are the principal, deputy head of student affairs, class teachers, and students at SDN 115 Palembang The results of this study were carried out by determining student management planning in overcoming bullying behavior and determining considerations before forming student management planning in overcoming bullying. The student management planning carried out is: 1) make a plan to implement counseling or socialization about bullying; 2) plan to approach students by establishing good communication and showing a high sense of caring for the school community; and 3) plan to make anti-bullying activities that can be done by making strict rules regarding bullying behavior.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Program Pengembangan Kepemimpinan Guru dan disiplin guru terhadap kinerja guru Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) di Kecamatan Kayuagung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional. Sampel penelitian meliputi guru-guru SMP di Kayuagung yang mengikuti Program Guru Pengmobil dan guru-guru dengan tingkat disiplin yang bervariasi. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis melalui regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Program Penggerak Guru memiliki dampak yang signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja guru. Disiplin guru juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja, baik secara parsial maupun simultan dengan Program Guru Pengmobil. Temuan ini menyoroti pentingnya peningkatan kompetensi guru dan penerapan disiplin untuk meningkatkan mutu pengajaran.
