Abstract

Kehadiran adalah aktivitas yang dilakukan oleh seseorang untuk membuktikan keberadaannya di suatu lembaga atau tidak. Kondisi saat ini dari kehadiran di SMKN 1 Muaro Jambi masih dilakukan dengan tanda tangan manual. Hal ini tidak efektif dan efisien serta menyebabkan data kehadiran yang tidak akurat, sehingga diperlukan sistem yang membuat kehadiran menjadi efektif dan efisien bagi seluruh siswa dan guru. Oleh karena itu, dibuatlah sistem kehadiran berbasis QR Code dengan menggunakan metode Penelitian dan Pengembangan (R&D) dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan kerangka kerja Codeigniter serta basis data MySQL. Sistem ini dirancang untuk memudahkan proses kehadiran di sekolah. Sistem ini dibuat dengan memanfaatkan teknologi QR Code agar dapat melakukan kehadiran pada sistem yang sama. Sistem yang dihasilkan memiliki fitur pemindaian QR Code dari kartu setiap siswa melalui kamera web pada Komputer Pribadi (PC).

Abstract

Batik merupakan salah satu warisan budaya Indonesia yang sudah mendunia. Di Provinsi Jambi khususnya Kota Jambi memiliki 3 (tiga) sentra batik yang dijalankan kelompok perempuan Usaha Mikro Kecil (UMK). Batik tradisional Kelurahan Mudung Laut, Kecamatan Pelayangan  dijalankan oleh ibu-ibu rumah tangga dan remaja perempuan. Yang menjadi fokus penelitian yaitu terkait isu ekonomi digital. Dalam pemasaran batik, seharusnya kemudahan teknologi digital mampu membuka peluang bagi pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia. Salah satu kendala adalah pada aspek pemanfaatan teknologi dan pemasaran. Saat ini yang menjadi permasalahan pada sentra batik tradisional Kota Jambi yang pertama adalah kurang efektifnya pemasaran batik, hal ini dapat dilihat dari pemasaran batik masih mengandalkan gerai batik di masing-masing sentra. Permasalahan yang kedua adalah pemasaran batik pada era ekonomi digital saat ini, sentra Kelompok Perempuan Usaha Mikro Kecil (UMK) pengrajin batik tradisional di Kota Jambi belum memiliki sistem informasi pemasaran batik berbasis digital. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah melakukan pengembangan sistem informasi pemasaran batik berbasis digital untuk membantu pemasaran batik tradisional hasil usaha Kelompok Perempuan Usaha Mikro Kecil (UMK). Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan metode research and developtment (R&D). Pengembangan sistem menggunakan model prototype. Keuntungan dari model prototype adalah umpan balik langsung dari pihak sentra batik. Dengan adannya sistem informasi pemasaran berbasis digital dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan keefektifan kegiatan pemasaran batik yang semula hanya memasarkan melalui gerai batik dan pameran-pameran.

Abstract

In the new normal era, the learning system is carried out online. The lack of innovation in the use of learning media during the covid-19 pandemic, resulted in students being less motivated and having low learning enthusiasm in the computer network learning process. To overcome these problems, one alternative is to develop learning media during the pandemic. This research intends to improve computer network learning media as a support for online learning in the new normal era. The method used in this development research is Research and Development (R&D) using the Instractional Development Institute (IDI) model approach. The IDI approach model has several stages of implementation including define, develop, and evaluate. The results of the research on the development of learning media are declared valid, practical and effective to be applied as a computer network learning media as a media to support online learning.

Abstract

Drug abuse is currently a very serious threat to the current generation. The current danger of drugs is so terrible that the government has to deal with drug abuse and drug addicts by means of rehabilitation. The National Police of the Republic of Indonesia, in particular the Directorate of Drugs and the Jambi Regional Police, based on the provisions of the applicable laws and regulations, regarding rehabilitation and narcotics addicts have an obligation to carry out a rehabilitation program. However, nationally, especially in Jambi Province, there is currently no reporting system on the management and control of narcotics addicts data online while based on 2021 data, the data on narcotics addicts is quite high, so it requires a system for monitoring the rehabilitation data for narcotics addicts to make it easier to monitor. its existence. In order to overcome the existing problems, the author wants to help and make it easier by designing and building an information system for the rehabilitation of narcotics addicts in the Jambi Regional Police area using the agile software development method. The purpose of building a system using this method is to assist and facilitate the management and control of narcotics addicts in the Jambi Regional Police by involving maximum involvement of stakeholders and related parties, especially the Narcotics Directorate and Jambi Regional Police so that the use of applications is more adaptive and can be developed more widely. more in responding to the challenges and changes that exist. The result of this research is that the system development is carried out using the agile software development method using six stages, namely meetings (meeting), planning (plan), design (develop), testing (test), and evaluation (evaluation). Abstract

Innovation in the use of technology media by MGMP teachers of vocational subjects in learning is still relatively low due to teachers' lack of training and experience to innovate in teaching. So, there needs to be a community service activity that aims to improve teacher competence through digitalization of learning by emphasizing the use of technology and digital learning platforms. In August, this activity was carried out at campus II of the Muhammadiyah University of Muara Bungo. The implementation of this community service activity uses the service learning method, which is divided into three stages, namely planning, implementation, and evaluation. The results of the community service to improve teacher professional competence through the digitalization of learning have been carried out by providing training in Canva media and e-learning media using Moodle. The training provided can improve teachers' understanding and skills in operating Canva and Moodle. Evaluation of the training shows that there are benefits obtained by teachers that can be applied in schools and can improve teacher professionalism in terms of mastery of technology and information.

Abstract

Jambi Faras Batik Shop is a business engaged in the sale of Jambi batik clothes. Currently, Jambi Faras Batik Shop wants to increase its sales level by expanding its sales outside the city of Jambi to seek greater sales profits. The purpose of this research is to build a web-based computerized sales application that includes product catalogs, sales transactions, and reports that are expected to increase batik sales turnover. This application is built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The input to this application is in the form of admin data, item data, sales data, and customer data. Process data in this application are in the form of admin data processing, goods data processing, sales data processing, and customer data processing. The output of this application is a sales report. The results of this study are in the form of a web-based sales application that can help Jambi Faras Batik Stores in marketing merchandise with a wider range and make it easier to make sales reports.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggambarkan implementasi integrasi model deteksi objek YOLOv4-tiny ke dalam sistem pendeteksian objek real-time yang dilengkapi dengan antarmuka grafis pengguna menggunakan OpenCV. YOLOv4-tiny dipilih untuk efisiensi deteksi objek dalam setiap frame kamera, sementara antarmuka pengguna memungkinkan interaksi melalui tombol-tombol yang dapat diaktifkan atau dinonaktifkan. Metode ini dirancang untuk memberikan solusi yang mudah digunakan untuk mendeteksi dan memvisualisasikan objek-objek dalam waktu nyata, sambil memberikan kontrol jenis objek kepada pengguna. Inisialisasi model YOLOv4-tiny, pengelolaan antarmuka pengguna dengan tombol-tombol, dan proses deteksi objek diintegrasikan dengan harmonis. Hasil eksperimen menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini dapat mendeteksi dan menampilkan objek-objek sesuai dengan preferensi tombol yang diaktifkan oleh pengguna, memberikan pengalaman interaktif dan informatif. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan sistem deteksi objek real-time yang mudah dioperasikan dan dapat diadaptasi untuk berbagai keperluan aplikasi.

Abstract

The presence of the Covid-19 Virus in the world has not only changed the learning culture, but has become a new challenge in developing teacher creativity in the teaching and learning process. This conventional learning pattern that has evolved into technology-based distance learning requires teachers to be able to adapt and adapt to the limited learning needs of students during the pandemic. Digital technology tools are currently very developed, but they are enough to help educators to adapt to the diverse learning needs of today's students. So it is necessary to use the right learning media in carrying out learning during the pandemic. This training aims to train abilities and skills in increasing the creativity of teachers in using interactive learning media during the pandemic using the Quizizz platform. Quizizz is an interactive game-based online platform that can be used in a fun teaching and learning process during the Covid-19 pandemic by utilizing an Android smartphone. The method used is the lecture method and interactive training by involving the teacher as a simulation model.

Abstract

Effective and efficient personnel administration services are an urgent need for government agencies to improve the quality of governance of the State Civil Apparatus. The Bungo Regency Government has developed an integrated system for all Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) called the Integrated ASN Management Information System (SIMASTER). One of the important services in SIMASTER is leave applications, which currently rely on a single level of approval, namely by the OPD admin. This mechanism is deemed not to fully reflect the government bureaucratic structure and has the potential to reduce accountability in the leave application process. Therefore, development is needed to implement a tiered approval feature in accordance with the flow of leave applications based on established rules. This study aims to design and implement a tiered approval feature in the leave application module in the Bungo Regency Integrated ASN Management Information System (SIMASTER). This development is expected to make the leave application process more transparent, structured, and accountable. The system development method used in this study was a prototype method. Testing was conducted using black box testing with the equivalence partitioning technique. The results showed that the developed system performed well, as measured by the trial phase using the black box testing method. A recommendation is to add a notification feature so that all processes can be immediately communicated to relevant parties.
