Abstract

The research approach used is Classroom Action Research which is carried out in 2 cycles where each cycle is as many as 4 meetings, as for the learning steps given in the classroom action research approach, namely paying attention to teacher explanations, asking questions during discussions, collaborating with groups, presenting results and concluding material.The results showed that there was an increase in student learning outcomes seen from the test results obtained by students each cycle increased, besides that student activity in the classroom also increased. This can be seen from the number of percentages in the first cycle of the first meeting only got a percentage of 57.6% and 84.61% in the second meeting in the second cycle of the previous one, this is because students do not understand the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model. It was concluded that by using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model. In learning Civics class IV UPT SPF SD Inpres Bontomanai is able to improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the role of technology in developing the reading skills of class VIII students at SMPN 2 Bone. With rapid technological advances, education is experiencing a significant transformation, including in teaching and learning methods for reading. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method to understand the impact of using technology such as educational software, e-books, and interactive reading applications on students' reading abilities. Data was collected through classroom observations, interviews with teachers and students, and document analysis. The results showed that the use of technology significantly increased students' motivation and interest in reading, as well as improving their reading comprehension. Technology allows access to a variety of more interesting and interactive reading materials, which not only improve reading skills but also broaden students' horizons and knowledge. However, this research also found several challenges, such as limited technological infrastructure and the need for training for teachers to utilize technology effectively. In conclusion, technology has great potential in developing students' reading skills, as long as it is implemented with the right strategies and adequate support.

Abstract

The two issues raised in this study are the selection mechanism for constitutional judges nominated by the House of Representative (DPR) and the correlation between the selection of constitutional judges nominated by the DPR and the position of the judge in the decision to review the law. This research analizes the position of the constitutional judges on 8 judicial review decision which correlated to the authority and interests of the DPR. Judges who are nominated through a highly transparent and participatory selection process or a transparent and participatory process may rule in favor of or against the interests of the DPR. However, judges who are nominated through a selection process that is not transparent and participatory will all make decisions in favor of the interests of the DPR. That finding show that the judge nominated through a highly transparent and participatory selection process tends to be more independent than the judge nominated through less transparent and participatory selection process.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi telah mengakibatkan peningkatan jumlah pengguna internet. Fenomena ini memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap pola interaksi dalam transaksi jual-beli melalui internet (E-Commerce). Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi dan memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan mengenai persepsi pelanggan terhadap kualitas pelayanan Lazada di Sinjai Barat, Sulawesi Selatan, Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan adalah Analisis Importance Performance (IPA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlu peningkatan kualitas pelayanan Lazada. Atribut penting pada kuadran A menunjukkan kepuasan rendah, sehingga perbaikan harus dilakukan pada atribut tersebut. Saran yang diberikan adalah meningkatkan layanan dengan fokus pada atribut penting, memahami perbaikan yang diperlukan secara mendalam, dan melibatkan kuadran B, C, dan D untuk kepuasan pelanggan menyeluruh. Penelitian berikutnya dapat mempertimbangkan faktor loyalitas pelanggan. Dalam konteks ini, kecepatan pengiriman dan ketepatan produk dengan gambar adalah masalah utama yang perlu diatasi. Dengan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan, Lazada dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan dan memperoleh kepercayaan yang lebih kuat dari pelanggan. Penting bagi Lazada untuk fokus pada atribut-atribut yang dianggap penting oleh pelanggan, memperbaiki sistem pengiriman, dan meningkatkan komunikasi dengan pelanggan. Dengan melakukan perbaikan yang tepat, Lazada dapat memperbaiki reputasinya dan memperkuat posisinya di pasar e-commerce Sinjai Barat, Sulawesi Selatan, Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to describe (1) effective sentences in Indonesian language textbooks in Elementary School 70 Libukang, Liliriaja District, Soppeng Regency and (2) the use of paragraphs in Indonesian language textbooks in Elementary School 70 Libukang, Liliriaja District, Soppeng Regency. This type of research is descriptive. The research data is the ineffectiveness of sentences and paragraph errors. Data were obtained from textbooks from class I to class VI. The data collection techniques for this research were documentation, literature study, and library research. The data analysis used in this study was descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of the study show (1) The use of effective sentences in Indonesian language textbooks at 70 Libukang Elementary School, Liliriaja District, Soppeng Regency is not in accordance with the rules and grammar of Standard Indonesian. This means that the sentences used are not effective in the preparation of the book. (2) The use of paragraphs in Indonesian language textbooks in Elementary School 70 Libukang, Liliriaja District, Soppeng Regency was found to be inconsistent with the requirements for paragraph preparation. The arrangement of paragraphs found was in the form of paragraphs that did not match the characteristics of completeness of paragraphs, disorganized sentences in paragraphs, incomplete sentences in paragraphs, and incoherence of paragraphs.

Abstract

The aim of this service is to explain the existence of the slang language spoken which is influenced by social media, almost all students use it. This research aims to analyze the influence of slang on the existence of the Indonesian language, with a focus on the case study of students at Muhammadiyah University of Makassar. The use of slang among students has become an increasingly widespread phenomenon, raising questions regarding its impact on the use and maintenance of Indonesian as the country's official language. This research method involves qualitative research analysis using a structured descriptive method on a number of students from the Indonesian Language and Literature Education department at Muhammadiyah University of Makassar. This research was designed to identify the level of understanding and use of slang and describe the complexity of the dynamics between slang use and maintenance of Indonesian. This research contributes to our understanding of how the slang phenomenon influences the existence of Indonesian in society, especially in Ujung Lamuru village. The implications of this research can provide a basis for designing educational strategies and language awareness that are more effective in maintaining the existence of the Indonesian language in this modern era. Slang can be said to be a certain code that only a group of people know the meaning and purpose of.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of the Voluntary Disclosure Program (PPS), Tax Socialization and Tax Awareness on increasing individual taxpayer compliance based on the perception of tax consultants who are members of the Indonesian Tax Consultant Association (IKPI) Bogor branch. This study uses a quantitative approach with a data collection method through distributing questionnaires. The sample was determined by purposive sampling with a total of 60 respondents. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS version 26 program. The results of the study indicate that partially, the Voluntary Disclosure Program and Tax Awareness have a positive and significant effect on increasing individual taxpayer compliance, while Tax Socialization has a positive but insignificant effect. Simultaneously, the three variables have a positive and significant effect on increasing individual taxpayer compliance.

Abstract

This study analyzes how the strategy to increase Motor Vehicle Tax (PKB) revenue in P3DW Indramayu 1 in an effort to optimize Regional Original Income (PAD) in Indramayu Regency with a qualitative approach and descriptive analysis and using data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations, and documentation. This research is motivated by Motor Vehicle Tax which is one of the largest sources of Regional Original Income in Indramayu Regency. The results of the study indicate that there are factors that influence the implementation of the strategy, namely regulations, human resources, facilities and infrastructure, raw material stocks, and taxpayer expectations. The strategy to be implemented is to expand collaboration with Bapenda Indramayu in response to the implementation of the Opsen PKB policy, improve facilities and infrastructure, provide creative services by carrying the tagline "Paling Ayu Bersatu", offer alternative payment methods, and utilize local event moments to collect. The results of the analysis of the success of the strategy indicate that the strategy used was unsuccessful in increasing PKB as seen from the decrease in the target and realization of PKB per July 2025 from the previous year. This decline was not only due to the less than optimal implementation of the strategy, but also influenced by the introduction of new regulations, namely the HKPD Law. However, the implemented strategy was still successful in creating satisfaction and convenience for taxpayers.

Abstract

A socialization event regarding the utilization of the National Health Insurance (JKN) as a crucial step towards achieving Universal Health Coverage (UHC) was conducted in Tambusai District, Rokan Hulu Regency. The focus of this educational outreach was to enhance the understanding of community leaders regarding the benefits, registration procedures, and the role of JKN in supporting equitable healthcare access. The socialization of UHC, JKN, and the Health Insurance Agency (BPJS) utilized lectures, discussions, and a Q&A session on December 5, 2023, at the Tambusai District Hall, Rokan Hulu Regency. The District Head of Tambusai attended as a facilitator. The target audience included 12 Village/Sub-district Operators, 12 Village Heads, and 2 village assistants. The educational content covered the Definition and Benefits of UHC, JKN, BPJS, as well as the Role of Community Leaders in achieving UHC. Participants displayed high enthusiasm, evident from their active engagement during the outreach and the improved understanding observed. Recommendations for intensifying socialization, collaborating with relevant stakeholders, and conducting continuous evaluation and adjustments serve as guidance to strengthen public awareness, enhance the roles of community leaders, and contribute to the realization of Universal Health Coverage. Abstrak Sosialisasi mengenai pemanfaatan Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) sebagai langkah penting dalam mewujudkan Universal Health Coverage (UHC) telah diselenggarakan di KecamatanTambusai, Kabupaten Rokan Hulu, namun belum menyeluruh tersampaikan informasi tersebut, disebabkan kurangnya sosialisasi kepada masyarakat untuk memberikan kesadaran dan pemahaman yang mendalam. Fokus penyuluhan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman tokoh masyarakat tentang manfaat, prosedur pendaftaran, dan peran JKN dalam mendukung akses kesehatan yang merata. Metode sosialisasi UHC, JKN, dan BPJS dilakukan melalui ceramah, diskusi, dan sesi tanya jawab pada tanggal 5 Desember 2023 di Balai Kecamatan Tambusai, Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. Camat Kecamatan Tambusai turut hadir sebagai pendamping. Sasaran sosialisasi meliputi 12 Operator Desa/Kelurahan, 12 Kepala Desa, dan 2 pendamping desa. Materi penyuluhan mencakup pengertian dan manfaat UHC, JKN, BPJS, serta peran tokoh masyarakat dalam mencapai UHC, evaluasi keberhasilan kegiatan menggunakan pre-test dan post-test secara lisan. Peserta menunjukkan antusiasme tinggi, tercermin dari respons aktif selama penyuluhan dan peningkatan pemahaman peserta. Rekomendasi intensifikasi sosialisasi, kolaborasi dengan pihak terkait, evaluasi dan penyesuaian berkelanjutan dapat menjadi panduan untuk memperkuat pemahaman masyarakat, meningkatkan dan menguatkan peran tokoh masyarakat dalam upaya mewujudkan Universal Health Coverage.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang bentuk-bentuk, fungsi, dan makna penggunaan serkasme pada Twitter Sejak Bulan September - November 2023. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penggunaan bahasa bentuk, fungsi dan makna serkasme oleh netizen pada postingan Twitter. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan tersebut menggunakan teknik catat, simak, dan menggunakan pendekatan secara metodologis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 50 sampel postingan terdapat berbagai macam bentuk, fungsi dan makna serkasme. Pada bentuk- bentuk tersebut terdiri atas 5 bagian dan data yang terkumpulkan sebanyak 19 postingan, sedangkan pada fungsi terdiri atas 10 bagian yang terdiri atas 25 postingan, dan makna itu sendiri terdapat 5 bagian yang memiliki data sebanyak 6 postingan. Adapun yang mendominasi yaitu bentuk serkasme sifat, Fungsi penyampaian pendapat dan makna pengerasan.
