Abstract

Background: In the era of knowledge-based economy and business model 4.0, the involvement of a company in a business community is important to improve business sustainability. The business community is a group consisting of a number of people who have the same business values ​​in each individual. They can interpret these values ​​into business groups where they can interact with each other for the progress of their business and especially for sustainable business. Purpose: The purpose of this research is to develop two main concepts that are believed to support the sustainability of a business. The two concepts are Community Agreeableness and Inter Organizational Knowledge Sharing. This concept is derived from one of the big five personalities 'agreeableness' and 'knowledge sharing' which is applied in a business community. Methods: The research method used is a literature survey to define concepts and develop measurements. Results: The results of the study have found a construct in an effort to increase business sustainability, namely the new concept of community agreeableness and inter organizational knowledge sharing Conclusion: Community agreeableness will make it easier for an organization to be willing to share knowledge and vice versa regarding its business activities to community members. Abstract

Background: Corporate governance plays an important role in the company because it can reflect how the performance in the company, especially financial performance. Financial performance is one proof of how the results or profits obtained by the company. To show optimal financial performance, it is influenced by Management Efficiency and Corporate Capital Structure, both of which are also important components in improving financial performance. Purpose: The purpose of this article is to find out more about the influence of Good Corporate Governance on Financial Performance. Methods: The sampling in this study is approximately 30 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2017-2018. The number of samples was obtained based on the type of simple experimental research. Conclusion: This research produces a conceptual framework which focuses on improving financial performance through good corporate governance which is also influenced by management efficiency and corporate capital structure.   Keywords: GCG, Financial Performance, Management Efficiency, dan Corporate Capital Structure

Abstract

Background: Dessert is always awaited when there is an important event such as dinner with family or friends. Dessert menus are very varied, one of which is pudding and jelly. In line with the increasing consumer awareness of a brand, helping in purchasing decisions becomes a challenge and a demand for every organization that runs a business. When consumers want to buy a product, the brand name is the first thing they think of at the same time that reflects that a product has a higher brand awareness. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine more deeply about consumer buying interest in jelly seven products which is influenced by the level of product awareness and perceived quality. Methods: The research is an organized investigation. The population in this study were housewives in the Grobogan Regency area as many as 100 people. The sample in this study amounted to 50. The method of data collection in this study was using a questionnaire. Conclusion: From the results of the study, it can be concluded that brand awareness and perceived quality are antecedents in increasing purchase intention. This theory can be contributed to companies that produce jelly seven as an effort to increase people's buying interest. Suggestion: For the future agenda, it can be strengthened by moderating variables or mediating variables which are believed to be able to increase buying interest in the wider community. Abstract

Background: The rise of the business world today has an impact on the level or number of business actors which is increasing which can lead to tight competition in business. Given these problems, the thing that needs to be considered is how to maintain business sustainability so that it remains sustainable in the long term. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine more deeply about the role of capacity in the community towards business sustainability, which focuses on community agreeableness or is defined as a willingness to share in the creative economy community in Grobogan Regency. Methods: The object of this research is the creative economy community in Grobogan Regency which has several small and medium industries in it which are also the population in this study. While the sampling method using purposive sampling as many as 50 respondents. Then the data is collected through a questionnaire which will be processed using the PLS 4.0 analysis technique. Conclusion: From the results of the study, it can be concluded that community agreeableness is an antecedent in increasing business sustainability. This theory can be practiced in the Grobogan creative economy community to increase business sustainability and as an effort to maintain and develop business in an era or dynamic business environment. Suggestion: For the future agenda, it should be carried out with a wider scope and develop variables as determinants of business sustainability in the long term. Abstract

Background: Less than optimal student learning outcomes are a separate problem in learning activities on campus. Factors that can be an influence in a student's learning outcomes are self-management and the use of learning resources. Purpose: This study aims to obtain valid evidence on how self-management and the use of learning resources in improving student learning outcomes for the Economic Statistics course for Management class III. Methods: This research is a quantitative type with the research subjects being all students of Management class III An Nuur University. The population was 21 people and the instrument in this study consisted of a questionnaire which included 10 aspects of self-management and 10 aspects of the use of learning resources. Conclusion: From this research, it can be concluded that the self-management factor and the use of learning resources have a significant influence on the learning outcomes of Management Class III students for the Economic Statistics course in the Management Study Program at An Nuur University. Suggestion: The results of this study are expected to be a reference in relation to efforts to improve student learning outcomes. Keywords: Self Management, Learning Resource

Abstract

Background: The development of information technology itself is very helpful for entrepreneurs when running a business or business. The form of information technology that is developing very rapidly today is the sale, purchase, distribution and marketing of goods and services through electronic systems, social media and e-commerce. E-commerce for an entrepreneur can provide effectiveness and flexibility in production and when sending goods and services quickly for software products so that the costs incurred are more efficient. Purpose: This study aims to understand and apply e-commerce to develop business interest in Dimoro village. Methods: This study used a qualitative method which was carried out through observation and interviews with the object directly, namely the Head of UKM in Dimoro village. This method aims to obtain more complete information and can reach a wider scope regarding the influence of e-commerce in the global era to increase entrepreneurial interest in Dimoro village. Conclusion: From the results of observations and interviews conducted, it can be concluded that in increasing business in Dimoro village it is necessary to have an e-commerce application because e-commerce applications are applications to facilitate the buying and selling process and expand market share. In addition, using the application does not need to have a store because it can be managed in their respective homes so that it is more effective and efficient and saves costs. Suggestion: There are still many limitations in this research and need to be developed again for the next research agenda. The scope of this research is still small and in a less broad scope because it is only driven in one place, so that further research can be developed through the addition of variables and the number of objects to be studied. Abstract

Background: The development of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) is very rapid in increasing product innovation of woven bamboo rinjing in the village of Kuta, Dimoro as a support for the household income of the local community by utilizing bamboo raw materials which are widely used to make woven bamboo handicraft businesses by woven one by one by forming a circle pattern. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises is a business unit that plays an important role in economic growth and development as well as the welfare of the Indonesian people. UMKM in Dimoro village in this study also face many obstacles or problems that require various critical solutions to get out of the problems they are facing, although some can run quite smoothly. Rinjing is an item that meets the needs of household appliances, especially in the kitchen. Purpose: this research aims to develop and preserve the woven bamboo rinjing product business in improving product marketing by developing product innovation in community creativity, so that business networks can develop rapidly. Method: This study used a qualitative method which was carried out through observation and interviews with the object directly, namely the business owner of woven bamboo rinjing in the village of Dimoro. This method aims to obtain more complete information about the development of woven bamboo rinjing products in terms of innovation, marketing and business networks that can increase the income of the local community. Conclusion: From the results of observations and interviews conducted, it can be concluded that in business it is also required to innovate, this is done to adapt to increasingly modern developments supported by increasingly advanced levels of technological development so that UMKM must also be creative and innovative in creating product innovation so that the product has an appeal to consumers, so that the product influences the buyer's decision. Suggestion: In this research there is still a lack of innovation in products so that sales are still not optimal and the marketing strategy still needs to be improved by utilizing technology and the need for an extensive network to introduce these products so that they are known to the wider community and to preserve cultural heritage to continue to be preserved as local wisdom. There are still many limitations in this study to be developed in further research.

Abstract

Background: The phenomenon of shifting waves of economic orientation, starting from the agricultural economy, moving to industrialization and then the era of the information economy has an impact on competitiveness emergency and increasingly tight market competition. Many countries are starting to realize that the industrial sector is no longer the main economic resource, but rather creative human resources, which is marked by the emergence of a new economic era that prioritizes information and creativity, which is known as the creative economy. Purpose: The aim of the research to make a contribute to the Grobogan Regency Creative Economy Committee to formulate appropriate strategies as a basis for carrying out its role as a driving force through coaching and mentoring creative economy actors in Grobogan Regency, especially in increasing readiness to face the demands of global competition in the era of economic digitalization which requires actors The creative economy is technologically literate or able to follow developments in science and technology. Methods: This study employs descriptive Qualitative method. Conclusion: The employment of marketing principals is greatly significant in facing the global competition through creative economy products penetration. The strategy in product designs, targeting, product differentiation, and marketing strategy is a crucial in improving the product competitive advantage. In order to recognize the competitors’ strengths and market tastes, marketing intelligence is required. In this case, the competition in globalization era is the economic competition and the main tool required is creative economy. Due to the tight commitment from the creative economy stakeholders in Indonesia in applying the creative economy momentum, creative economy becomes the spearhead the new economic growth in increasing the nation prosperity which leads to ‘Indonesia Emas 2045’. Suggestion: The synergy of the whole stakeholders is required to overcome the barriers and treats in creative economy development. The central and local government who formulate the policy is expected to fully commit to facilitate, inspire, and motivate the creative economy development through measurable actions based on priority scale, focus, and concrete.

Abstract

Background: The glass ceiling phenomenon has become a crucial concern for female employees, especially for companies where a glass ceiling has appeared, causing lower opportunities for female employees to go to the top level, even though from a competency and skills perspective, women are not much different from men. Many previous studies have been carried out in profit companies, so this study aims to analyze the role of the glass ceiling that appears among female employees in non-profit institutions, namely universities in Grobogan Regency. The formulation of the problem is what is the role of the glass ceiling in supporting the career advancement of female lecturers at Grobogan district tertiary institutions. Purpose: In solving the problem formulation can be done with the specific objectives of this research are 1) to analyze the influence of family factors on the role of the glass ceiling, 2) To analyze individual influence factors on the role of the glass ceiling, 3) To analyze the organizational influence factors on the role of the glass ceiling, 4) To analyze the cultural influence factors on the role of the glass ceiling, 5) To analyze the effect of the role of the glass ceiling on work engagement. Methods: The population in this study were all female lecturers at Grobogan District Higher Education with a sample of 54 lecturers women to be used as research samples. Data collection tool with a questionnaire which was analyzed using SEM with program SmartPLS. Conclusion: The results showed that the family factor influence on the role of the glass ceiling, Individual factors have a positive effect significant effect on the role of the glass ceiling, Organizational factor has no effect on the role of the glass ceiling, Cultural factor a significant positive effect on the role of the glass ceiling and Glass ceiling has a significant positive effect on work engagement. Suggestion: Job promotion is also based on a review based on the qualifications, skills, competencies and work experience of employees by the selection team at the company. As for further research, it is recommended to conduct further research in sectors other than education, add several variables related to women's career advancement and conduct qualitative data collection related to the issue of the glass ceiling phenomenon.

Abstract

Background : In the era of globalization, cellular telephone shops must have the choice to act and act quickly and appropriately in facing competition in a business climate that is very unique and full of vulnerabilities. Promotions leverage this limited-time technique to attract buyers' interest in purchasing and using the advertised goods or services. Apart from attracting buyers' interest, the right special method makes the product or service offered ready to compete with companies in its field. The size of the service is seen from the quality of service in government associations, organizations, etc, service quality is an important number that determines the achievement of the goals of an association or organization. There are factors that influence the disposition of choice towards repurchase intention, in particular the repurchase intention is influenced by initial use, individual judgment and the client's previous purchasing experience Purpose: Based on the background and research gap above, a study is proposed with the aim of analyzing the influence of promotional strategies on consumer buying interest in Mobile Warwershop Purwodadi, analyzing the influence of service quality on consumer buying interest in Mobile Warwershop Purwodadi, analyzing the influence of promotional strategies and simultaneous service quality on, Consumer buying interest in Mobile Warwershop Purwodadi. So this research takes the title "The influence of promotional strategies and service quality on interest in buying smartphones and accessories at the Warwershop Purwodadi cellphone shop, Grobogan district.". Methods: This research uses a quantitative exploratory approach. Determining the sample size used simple random sampling and obtained a sample of 100 respondents. Analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics Version 25 Forwindows statistical analysis techniques.
