Abstract

Latar masalah penelitian ini adalah karena melihat adanya korelasi antara semangat jihad dan semangat membela tanah air yang tumbuh berkembang di kalangan para pejuang bangsa, terutama di masa pergerakan nasional dan masa revolusi. Di Lampung, ada KH. Ahmad Hanafiah yang memimpin pasukan tentara non pemerintah yang berjuang melawan Belanda di masa revolusi. Sehingga penelitian ini mencoba menggali akar historis semangat jihad dan nasionalisme dalam perjuangan KH. Ahmad Hanafiah. Metode riset dengan cara kerja penelitian sejarah dimulai dari penggalian sumber dokumen, wawancara dan observasi yang kemudian dianalisis, diinterpretasi dan ditulis secara kronologis. Hasil riset menunjukan bahwa pergerakan KH. Ahmad Hanafiah melawan penjajah hingga gugur di Baturaja tahun 1947 menunjukan bahwa semangat jihad dan nasionalisme mampu membakar gelora perjuangan meskipun nyawa menjadi taruhannya.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effectiveness of the agribusiness vocational education program in optimizing the practical skills of farmers in Gedong Tataan, Pesawaran Regency, in 2021. The research employs a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques including in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation. The research subjects consist of farmer trainees, facilitators, and program organizers. The findings indicate that the vocational education program significantly enhanced farmers’ skills, particularly in cultivation techniques, organic fertilizer production, post-harvest handling, and product marketing. The study also reveals that the practice-based learning method (learning by doing) is highly effective in building farmers’ capacity. However, challenges remain, such as limited facilities, low digital literacy, and a lack of post-training assistance. Therefore, the sustainability of the program and multi-stakeholder support are crucial for the development of local agribusiness. This study recommends strengthening the contextual vocational curriculum and integrating technology into future farmer training programs. Abstract

This study explores the integration of digital learning in vocational agricultural education, focusing on its challenges and opportunities at SMK Pertanian Alam Nusantara in Central Lampung Regency, Indonesia. As the global education landscape undergoes digital transformation, vocational schools are expected to adapt to ensure that students acquire relevant competencies for the 21st century. This qualitative research employed descriptive methods through observations, interviews, and documentation to analyze the dynamics of digital learning implementation. The findings revealed several key challenges, including limited infrastructure, low digital literacy among teachers and students, and unstable internet connectivity. However, these obstacles were counterbalanced by significant opportunities such as increased student learning autonomy, the transformation of teacher roles into facilitators, and the development of virtual collaborations with industries. The integration of digital platforms also supported the contextualization of learning materials and the development of critical thinking and problem-solving skills among students. In conclusion, while challenges remain, digital learning integration in vocational agribusiness education offers strategic benefits for enhancing the quality and relevance of learning. It requires long-term commitment, strong policy support, and collaboration among schools, industries, and government to build a sustainable digital learning ecosystem

Abstract

farmer productivity within the context of the 2021 vocational agribusiness education program in Labuhan Ratu. The research employs a quantitative approach using explanatory research to explain causal relationships between variables through inferential statistical analysis. A total of 100 respondents were selected using the Slovin formula, and data were collected through a structured questionnaire. Data analysis included validity and reliability tests, t-test, and R² test using the Smart PLS software. The results show that agricultural technology training has a positive and significant effect on increasing farmer productivity, with a T-statistic value of 16.109 and a P-value of 0.000. These findings indicate that the higher the quality and intensity of training received, the greater the resulting agricultural productivity. The training not only enhances technical knowledge but also transforms behavior and improves farmers' skills in adopting new technologies. Therefore, vocational agribusiness education plays a strategic role as a center for developing agricultural human resources that are responsive to technological advancements and the challenges of modern agriculture.

Abstract

An analysis of agribusiness skills needs in the digital era shows that farmers and agribusinesses need to master digital skills to improve efficiency, productivity, and competitiveness. These skills include the use of information and communication technology (ICT), data analysis, and digital marketing. Digital transformation has had a significant impact on the agricultural sector in Indonesia by improving operational efficiency, opening new market opportunities, and introducing the concepts of digital agriculture and agriculture 4.0. Although the government has encouraged agricultural digitalization through policies and programs, farmers still face challenges such as limited land, climate change, and limited market access. Collaboration between the government, the private sector, and non-profit organizations is needed to support farmers' adoption of digital technology to improve their efficiency, productivity, and well-being. Challenges such as lack of internet access, low digital literacy, and high technology implementation costs also need to be addressed through cross-sectoral collaboration. This study highlights the critical need for agribusiness skills in the digital era, particularly in the case study of agricultural vocational schools, which represent a significant opportunity in the digital era, with the aim of overcoming obstacles to the digital transformation of the Indonesian agricultural sector.

Abstract

Abstract This community service program was implemented in Hadimulyo Timur, a region characterized by underutilized household yards with significant potential for agricultural productivity. The main problem addressed was the limited use of these yards and the low value added to harvested products, affecting local economic resilience. The program aimed to empower the community by enhancing practical skills in yard management and post-harvest processing to increase economic benefits and food security. The theoretical framework was based on community-based vocational education and participatory action research (PAR), emphasizing active community involvement and skill acquisition tailored to local resources. The method involved participatory planning, training on sustainable yard cultivation techniques, product processing workshops, and ongoing field assistance. Results indicated improved yard utilization, formation of farmer groups, and development of value-added products such as herbal teas and snacks. These changes contributed to increased household income, strengthened social cohesion, and heightened awareness of sustainable resource management. The findings suggest that community-based vocational training supported by participatory approaches effectively fosters both economic empowerment and environmental stewardship in rural settings. Abstract

This This study aims to analyze the relationship between vocational agribusiness education and the improvement of farmers’ income in 2022. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, field observations, and documentation involving 15 farmers who participated in vocational training programs. The findings indicate that most farmers experienced an increase in technical and managerial skills after attending the training, including improved cultivation practices, cost efficiency, basic financial management, and product marketing strategies. As a result, the majority of farmers reported a 10% to 30% increase in their income. However, the success of vocational training was also influenced by external factors such as infrastructure, market access, and institutional support. The study concludes that vocational agribusiness education plays a significant role in empowering farmers and enhancing their economic capacity, especially when integrated with a supportive agribusiness ecosystem. Therefore, it is recommended that vocational training be developed contextually, tailored to local needs, and supported by inclusive rural development policies

Abstract

Since their arrival in Indonesia, Pattani Malay students have played a pivotal role in fostering solidarity, strengthening Islamic identity, and expanding intellectual networks. One significant outcome of this dynamic was the establishment of the Association of Pattani Malay Students in Indonesia in Lampung, in 2009. Despite its importance, research on this organization remains limited, with most studies focusing on the broader history of the Pattani student diaspora in Indonesia rather than examining the continuity, transformation, and challenges of PMMPI in the specific local context of Lampung. This study adopts the historical method, comprising four stages: heuristics, source criticism, interpretation, and historiography. Data were collected from organizational documents, activity archives, relevant literature, and interviews with core leaders spanning the period from 2012 to 2024. The findings indicate that PMMPI has sustained its continuity through systematic cadre regeneration and the affirmation of Islamic values as the foundation of identity. Organizational changes have occurred in terms of structure, nomenclature, and strategic orientation, demonstrating adaptability to social, political, and academic dynamics. At the same time, the organization has faced persistent challenges, including language barriers, social integration, and global crises such as the Covid-19 pandemic. Overall, the study underscores that PMMPI functions not merely as a student association, but also as an agent of identity formation, solidarity, and adaptation for Pattani students in Indonesia. The implications highlight the need for further exploration of the role of diaspora organizations in reinforcing religious, national, and academic ties within the context of globalization.

Abstract

Yasinan is an Islamic tradition in the archipelago which is an attempt to introduce Islamic culture (Islam and culture) that is unique to Indonesia. Yasinan is also a religious literacy that increases the knowledge of Muslims about the holy book al-Qur'an by reading it and writing it. Muslims are always reminded of the importance of literacy in various letters including Surah Al-Alaq verses 1-3 and Surah Al-Isra 'verse 14. This tradition is a medium for the welfare of the community and as a means of giving charity. This tradition is also a means of gathering among community members so that all information about the local environment is conveyed by the head of the RT after the yasinan series is carried out. In addition, Yasinan can also be seen as the glue of social relations between residents, when participating in the Yasinan event, residents who did not know each other yesterday will become acquainted. The Yasinan event can strengthen the relationship between fellow residents, especially neighbors and the surrounding community. In addition, the participation of residents in participating in the Yasinan event can foster a sense of empathy and sympathy for the community to share what is felt by the people who hold the Yasinan event. In preparation for serving food, the women and men work together to make dishes that have been financed by the host who has an intention. Therefore, through Yasinan formed a religious literacy that introduces Islamic culture (Islam and culture) that is unique to IndonesiaKeywords: religious literacy, culture of harmony, globalization eraABSTRAKYasinan merupakan sebuah tradisi Islam di Nusantara merupakan usaha memperkenalkan budaya Islam (Islam dan budaya) yang khas ada di Indonesia. Yasinan juga sebagai literasi keagamaan yang meningkatkan pengetahuan ummat muslim mengenai kitab sucinya al-qur’an dengan membacanya dan menulisnya. Ummat Islam selalu diingatkan akan pentingnya sebuah literasi diberbagai surat diantaranya surat al-alaq ayat 1-3 dan surat al-isra’ ayat 14. Tradisi ini menjadi media penyejahtera masyarakat dan sebagai sarana bersedekah. Tradisi ini juga sebagai sarana berkumpul antar anggota masyarakat sehingga seluruh informasi terhadap lingkungan setempat disampaikan oleh ketua RT setelah rangkaian yasinan dilaksanakan. Selain itu, Yasinan juga dapat dipandang sebagai perekat hubungan sosial warga, ketika mengikuti acara Yasinan, maka warga yang kemarin tidak kenal satu sama lain akan menjadi kenal. Acara Yasinan dapat mempererat tali silaturahmi antar sesama warga, terutama tetangga dan masyarakat sekitar. Disamping itu juga dengan keikutsertaan warga mengikuti acara Yasinan dapat menumbuhkan rasa empati dan simpati masyarakat untuk ikut merasakan apa yang dirasakan oleh orang yang mengadakan acara Yasinan. Dalam persiapannya menyajikan makanan, para kaum perempuan dan laki-laki saling gotong-royong untuk membuatkan masakan yang telah dibiayai oleh tuan rumah yang memiliki hajat. Oleh karena itu, melalui Yasinan terbentuk sebuah literasi keagamaan yang memperkenalkan budaya Islam (Islam dan budaya) yang khas ada di Indonesia.
