Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of communication and organizational culture on performance effectiveness. This research uses quantitative research as research objects at the Banten Province Agricultural Service with a population of 182 and 64 respondents. Sampling uses random sampling. This research data was taken using a questionnaire. The analysis technique used was validity, reliability, multiple linear tests, T tests and F tests using the SPSS version 27 application. The results of the analysis concluded that the Communication Variable (X1) had a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance Effectiveness (Y). The Organizational Culture variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance Effectiveness (Y). The variables Communication (X1) and Organizational Culture (X2) simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the Effectiveness of the Performance of Banten Province Agricultural Service Employees.

Abstract

Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan merupakan salah satu tempat yang potensial terjadinya kecelakaan. Hal ini disebabkan karena aktivitas pembelajaran, kegiatan praktikum serta penggunaan peralatan, bahan dan fasilitas penunjang lainnya yang menjadi faktor penyebab terjadinya kecelakaan. Faktor lain yang juga menjadi risiko terjadinya kecelakaan di SMK adalah perilaku siswa yang mengabaikan prosedur, menyepelekan aturan serta kurangnya pengetahuan tentang keselamatan di sekolah. Tujuan dilakukan kegiatan PkM ini adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesadaran siswa di SMKN 1 Ciruas mengenai pentingnya penerapan K3 di lingkungan sekolah. Sasaran dari kegiatan ini adalah siswa kelas X dan XI dari semua jurusan yang terdapat di SMKN 1 Ciruas sebanyak 110 siswa. Metode penyelesaian masalah dengan upaya edukasi tentang pentingnya penerapan K3 sekolah dengan pendekatan pre-postest. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa sebelum dilakukan edukasi sebanyak 40,9% siswa memiliki pengetahuan kurang baik. Setelah diberikan edukasi terjadi peningkatan yang signifikan pada pengetahuan siswa. Nilai mean perbedaan antara sesudah dan sebelum 2,536 dengan standar deviasi 2,866. Hasil uji statistik didapatkan nilai p sebesar 0,001 maka dapat disimpulkan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan edukasi. Saran dari kegiatan ini bahwa sekolah dapat mengadakan kegiatan edukasi/sosialisasi tentang K3 secara berkesinambungan sehingga pemahaman K3 pada siswa dapat ditingkatkan dan dipertahankan sebagai bekal pembentukan budaya keselamatan di tempat kerja pada saat siswa lulus sekolah.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of work motivation on the performance of employees at MAN 1 Kota Serang. The specific objectives are: (1) to determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance, (2) to identify the effect of job allowances on employee performance, and (3) to analyse the combined effect of work motivation and job allowances on employee performance. The research applies a quantitative method, with data collected using research instruments and analysed statistically in order to test the proposed hypotheses. The sample used in this research is a population sample, as all members of the population were included, totalling 35 employees of MAN 1 Kota Serang. Data analysis techniques employed include product moment correlation analysis with a 5% significance level, as well as multiple regression analysis. The findings indicate that: (1) there is a positive and significant effect of work motivation on employee performance, with a t-value of 4.405 greater than the t-table value of 1.692; (2) there is a positive and significant effect of job allowances on employee performance, with a t-value of 4.504 greater than the t-table value of 1.692; and (3) work motivation and job allowances jointly have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with an F-value of 10.933 greater than the F-table value of 3.28, and a significance level of 0.00 < 0.05.

Abstract

After providing service for approximately 1 month, researchers discovered the potential for developing human resources and the economic welfare of village communities by developing internet quality from 2G, 3G and 4G to 5G. Therefore, this article aims to analyze The Urgency Of Implementing 5g In Increasing Village Community Resources. The results of this article show 1. The 5G network has advantages compared to the 2G, 3G and 4G networks that have been implemented in these villages, namely: a) Has a data transfer speed of 1 millisecond, b) Can be connected to equipment such as cars, household appliances and telephones, c) Has a more comparable speed. 2. Service members found complaints about slow internet for digital business actors in these villages when conducting initial observations. The servants discuss with village officials about implementing a 5G network and village officials agree if there are investors and funding from the government or other parties. 3. The existence of a 5G network in these villages has 3 main urgencies, namely: a) Increase digital business productivity. b) Improving Human Resources in rural communities. c) Creating new business models and expanding digital business.

Abstract

Penggunaan tenaga Listrik yang bersumber dari mesin diesel menjadi beban ekonomi tersendiri bagi nelayan tradisional. Mereka memerlukan solar dalam jumlah yang besar untuk mengerakkan mesin diesel agar nelayan mampu bertahan berhari-hari diatas laut sebelum pulang membawa hasil tangkapan. Penggunaan mesin diesel menghasilkan gas berbahaya yang dapat menyebabkan gangguan Kesehatan bagi nelayan dalam jangka waktu yang lama. Mesin diesel juga menghasilkan suara bising yang dapat menganggu pendengaran dan dalam kurun waktu lama menyebabkan penurunan pendengaran.Penerapan energi terbarukan, seperti panel surya untuk sumber daya listrik di kapal nelayan, dapat membantu mengurangi ketergantungan pada bahan bakar fosil dan mengurangi dampak negatif terhadap lingkungan. Pendekatan Kesehatan Masyarakat diharapkan dapat membantu nelayan dalam peningkatan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat serta membantu nelayan dalam peningkatan kesehatan lingkungan di dalam kapal. Pendekatan manajemen membantu nelayan dalam mengelola aspek-aspek bisnis seperti perencanaan perjalanan, manajemen keuangan, dan pemeliharaan peralatan sehingga dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan keberlanjutan usaha.

Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepercayaan konsumen dan kualitas layanan terhadap loyalitas konsumen dalam berbelanja di E-commerce Shopee, dengan fokus pada masyarakat Kecamatan Anyar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif dan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 255 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel jenuh, serta menganalisis data melalui uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, serta regresi linear sederhana dan regresi linear ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara parsial bahwa kepercayaan konsumen memiliki pengaruh positif yang moderat terhadap loyalitas konsumen. Kualitas layanan juga memberikan pengaruh positif moderat terhadap loyalitas konsumen. Secara bersamaan, kedua variabel ini memberikan pengaruh positif secara moderat terhadap loyalitas konsumen. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa untuk menjaga loyalitas konsumen, Shopee perlu mempertahankan kualitas layanan dan kepercayaan konsumen di wilayah Kecamatan Anyar

Abstract

Kajian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implikasi job insecurity serta job stress terhadap tendensi turnover intention pada karyawan PKWT non-proyek di lingkungan PT Krakatau Jasa Logistik. Melalui pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif, riset ini melibatkan 44 responden yang dipilah menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data primer diekstraksi lewat kuesioner yang divalidasi berdasarkan indikator teoretis dari ketiga variabel utama. Dalam model analisis, job insecurity dan job stress ditempatkan sebagai variabel bebas, sementara turnover intention bertindak sebagai variabel terikat. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menerapkan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda yang diolah menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 20, mencakup tahapan verifikasi instrumen, uji asumsi klasik, serta pengujian hipotesis. Hasil studi memberikan bukti empiris bahwa secara individu maupun kolektif, kedua variabel independen tersebut berpengaruh signifikan terhadap niat pengunduran diri karyawan. Hal ini menegaskan bahwa peningkatan ketidakpastian status kerja dan tekanan psikologis menjadi pemicu utama fluktuasi tenaga kerja, sehingga diperlukan strategi penguatan jaminan kerja untuk memitigasi risiko tersebut.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of profitability and inflation on firm value in food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2019–2023. Profitability is measured using Return on Assets (ROA), while firm value is measured using Price to Book Value (PBV). The research employs a quantitative approach with a purposive sampling method, resulting in a sample of 22 companies. Data analysis was conducted with the help of SPSS Version 20. The partial test results show that the profitability variable (X1) has a negative and significant effect on firm value (PBV), as indicated by a significance value of 0.000, which is smaller than the α level of 0.05, and a t-value of -42.681, which is greater than the t-table value of 1.97190. The partial test results also indicate that the inflation variable (X2) has a negative and significant effect on firm value (PBV), as shown by a significance value of 0.000, which is below the required significance level of 0.05, and a t-value of - 77.227, which exceeds the t-table value of 1.97190. Simultaneously, profitability (ROA) and inflation have a significant effect on firm value (PBV).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze a unique phenomenon identified during an international community service activity in Malaysia, namely the refusal of cash payments in Indonesian rupiah and Singapore dollars in several souvenir shops, while digital payments based on QRIS were accepted. This phenomenon is noteworthy as it reflects a shift in cross-border transaction practices from conventional systems toward regionally integrated digital payment systems. The study employs a descriptive qualitative approach through field observation and a literature review related to payment connectivity between Bank Indonesia and Bank Negara Malaysia. The analysis focuses on the implications of digital economy development for transaction efficiency and MSME empowerment. The findings indicate that cross-border QR code interoperability not only enhances transaction efficiency and convenience but also strengthens financial inclusion and ASEAN economic integration. These results suggest that payment digitalization has the potential to become a new model of technology-based economic integration in Southeast Asia. This study provides a contemporary perspective on the transformation of cross-border payment systems and opens further discussion on the future of the regional digital economy.
