Abstract

Information technology is not only expected to be a supporting device and facilitate the company's operational activities, but has become part of the strategy in maintaining employee performance. PT. Usaha Mandiri Exporttama is a company engaged in assembling and manufacturing gas stoves for export destinations with a total of ± 150 employees. Having problems in terms of: (1) Efficiency, (2) Data Accuracy, (3) Timeliness, (4) Data Search, (5) Data Calculation. Seeing the weaknesses in the company, researchers designed a web-based attendance and payroll information system using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The Rfid Reader and Card/Tag tools were selected to facilitate employee attendance in large numbers. The Information System will immediately record as soon as the card is attached to the Rfid Reader. In this study, researchers used the research method of the Borg and Gall (1987) model from 10 steps to 6 steps. The test results related to the design show the final value of the calculation is 3.0, then the system is declared valid. The validation test by system experts related to usage shows the final value of the calculation is 2.9, concluding that the system is very feasible to use. User Validation at PT. Usaha Mandiri Exporttama Semarang obtained the final value of the calculation is 3.5 stating that the system is feasible to use and very good. The performance test by 4 respondents of the old system and the new system with an average of 43.7% of the old work system, and 87.5% of the new work system showed that the new system was effective and efficient.

Abstract

In this modern era, the world of science and technology is growing rapidly. Along with this, the flow of information is also growing and the need for quality information is increasing. CV. ALKO Rent Car is an individual business engaged in services, especially transportation services.The previous rental process only used a borrowing system through advertisements in print media and only by word of mouth. This is of course a bit detrimental to the company, because if there are customers from outside the city who will use the car rental service, they cannot know the types of cars that will be used and the price of the car rental. By using a transaction system with web technology, it ishoped that the company can increase the number of customers and not only from the city of Semarang. In addition, the admin section will not experience difficulties when writing reports or customer data collection, because customer data collection can be done in an easier way by entering the customer member, the admin section will find out whether the customer has used the car rental service or not.With web technologies such as HTML, CSS, PHP and MySQL databases as well as utilizing the internet network, it is hoped that it can solve problems related to customer reach.This study uses the Borg and Gall (1987) model from 10 steps to 6 steps. Abstract

This study aims to develop and implement a web-based menu ordering information system using QR Codes at Omah Gedhe Pandean Kaliwungu Restaurant. The system is designed to enhance efficiency and convenience in the food ordering process at the restaurant. QR Codes are used as a medium to access the digital menu, allowing customers to scan the codes with their mobile devices to directly view the menu and place orders without waiting for a waiter. The results of this implementation show that the QR Code-based information system can improve service speed, reduce ordering errors, and provide a more interactive experience for customers. This research employs the Research and Development (R&D) method by Brog & Gall, which is used to produce and test specific products. The study uses 6 out of the 10 steps of this method. Validation results from experts and users show an average validation score of 31.5 from 2 respondents, which falls within the 31-40 range on the value indicator table, leading to the conclusion that the system design is "Highly Valid."

Abstract

Civil trials on the principle of ius curia novit and rechtsvinding become a breath of fresh air for justice seekers seeking their laws that fulfill the ideè des rechts (rechtssicherheit: legal certainty, zweckmässigkeit: expediency, and gerechtigkeit: justice). The principle of ius curia novit which means that the judge is considered to know the law becomes a space for judges in making legal discoveries (rechtsvinding). The implementation of laws by judges is not merely a matter of logic and proper use of the mind, but rather the provision of juridical forms rather than basing on juridical experience and judgment rather than basing on abstracts, because the law cannot be complete, only one stage in the process of forming a law that is forced to seek its completeness in the legal practice of the judge. The judge's wiggle room in fulfilling the sense of justice for justice seekers in the environment as the decision No. 374 / Pdt.G / LH / 2019 / PN.Jkt.Pst which granted the lawsuit of the plaintiffs (Advocacy Team of the Capital Movement (Initiative to Clean the Air of the Universe Coalition) based the findings of the judge's law, basing on Decision Number: 36 / KMA / SK / II / 2013 concerning the Enactment of guidelines for handling environmental cases. Keyword: ius curia novit, rechtsvinding, onrectmatigedaad, lawsuit, environment.

Abstract

Perkembangan digitalisasi maraknya aplikasi judi online di tengah masyarakat yang didukung kemudahan teknologi pemerintah menegaskan pentingnya menjaga diri dan orang-orang terdekat dari bahaya judi online. Praktik judi online dapat diminimalisir dan diberantas, Memberantas kejahatan ini tidak hanya tugas pemerintah, melainkan butuh kolaborasi dengan seluruh elemen masyarakat. Kurun waktu dua tahun terakhir, menurut data Satuan Tugas Pemberantasan Perjudian Daring (Satgas Judi Online), sedikitnya 3 juta lebih orang terpapar perjudian daring ini. Ratusan triliun rupiah uang masyarakat tersedot dalam permainan judi online tersebut. Mulai dari permainan slot ratusan ribu hingga miliaran rupiah. Pelajar, anggota dewan, mahasiswa, pengendara ojek online, ASN, anggota polisi, hingga ibu rumah tangga terjerat judi daring ini. Edukasi yang diberikan diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat akan risiko dan dampak buruk dari judi online. Pemahaman tentang bahaya dan efek dari judi online agar masyarakat dan pemerintah melakukan edukasi pengawasan dan pembinaan agar tidak terjerumus ke dalam bahaya judi online, tidak hanya melanggar hukum, tetapi juga membawa dampak negatif berupa kerugian finansial, gangguan mental, dan sosial. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan tindakan preventif dan penegakan hukum yang tegas.

Abstract

Peraturan Desa adalah peraturan yang dibuat dan disahkan oleh Pemerintah Desa untuk mengatur kehidupan masyarakat di wilayah desa. Isi peraturan desa harus selaras dengan aturan yang telah ditetapkan di tingkat yang lebih tinggi, seperti peraturan daerah dan undang-undang. Peraturan Desa mengatur segala aspek kehidupan di desa, mulai dari tata cara pelaksanaan pemerintahan desa, pembangunan desa, pertanian, perikanan, koperasi, keamanan dan ketertiban, serta segala bidang yang berkaitan dengan kehidupan masyarakat desa. Peraturan desa sangat penting untuk dijadikan sebagai acuan dalam mengatur kehidupan di desa, demi mencapai tujuan menciptakan ketertiban, kesejahteraan dan keadilan bagi seluruh masyarakat desa. Kurangnya dukungan atau partisipasi masyarakat di Desa Jeruk Agung Kecamatan Klirong Kabupaten Kebumen, dan kurangnya sosialisasi serta pelatihan bagi sumber daya manusia perangkat desa dan Badan Permusyawaratan Desa (BPD) menjadi kendala utama dalam membentuk peraturan desa. Melalui penyuluhan hukum tentang Pembentukan Peraturan Desa (Perdes) diharapkan Pemerintah Desa, BPD dan Masyarakat semakin memahami pentingnya Peraturan Desa sebagai instrument hukum yang menjamin kepastian hukum dan perlindungan hukum masyarakat desa. Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 Tentang Desa menjadi landasan kewenangan Pemerintah Desa untuk membentuk Peraturan Desa. UU Desa telah menyatakan bahwa peraturan desa dilarang bertentangan dengan kepentingan umum dan/atau ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan yang lebih tinggi. Teknik penyusunan peraturan desa tunduk pada kaidah penyusunan peraturan perundang-undangan yang diatur dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 12 Tahun 2011 tentang Pembentukan Peraturan Perundang-Undangan.

Abstract

KUD Plongkowati Timur is located at Jalan Godong-Karangrayung, Grobogan Regency, which apart from operating in the savings and loan business unit, is also a distributor of fertilizer products produced by PT. Petrokima Gresik and PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang. In running the fertilizer distributor business unit at KUD Plongkowati Timur, the process of recording purchase and sales transactions is not carried out using an integrated system in the database, all data is still recorded conventionally by the administration section, while the administration section's computer functions to create reports which are copied from notes provided by cashier so that data security is not guaranteed because the database is not yet integrated. Based on the problems that exist in the East Plongkowati KUD, the author would like to propose a design for a Fertilizer Inventory application system to be taken into consideration in helping speed up the process of recording purchase and sales transactions and can provide the information needed by the East Plongkowati KUD, Grobogan Regency in the form of purchase reports, sales reports, reports. suppliers, customer reports. So the design of the fertilizer inventory information system uses the Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 programming language with a database from Microsoft Access 2007 and the design of reports from Crystal Report 7. It is hoped that making this application can be one of the efforts that can be made to overcome problems that often occur so that it can increase work effectiveness which of course will have an impact on improving the quality of service to customers.

Abstract

Facial recognition, a branch of image processing, is widely used in attendance systems to improve efficiency and security. This study develops an employee attendance monitoring system that integrates facial recognition using the Eigenface algorithm in OpenCV. The system records each individual's facial data alongside a password, enabling automated attendance tracking. Testing results indicate that with a database of 10 facial entries, the system achieved 100% accuracy in recognizing individuals. However, as the database expanded beyond 10 entries, accuracy declined to 80%, influenced by factors such as lighting variations, differences in facial structures, and increased data volume. This study employed a Research and Development (R&D) methodology, with expert validation yielding a score of 3.4, categorizing the system as "Highly Valid." User testing with 11 participants resulted in an overall score of 36, classifying the system as "Very Good (Valid)." The findings highlight the potential of facial recognition in improving attendance management while minimizing fraudulent entries. Future research should focus on optimizing recognition accuracy in larger databases through refined preprocessing techniques, image quality adjustments, and deep learning models.
