Abstract

This study was carried out to examine the economic well-being and capacity of Arfak Tribe farmers in Manokwari, West Papua. It focused on investigating the factors influencing economic capacity in the context of the 2011–2016 Manokwari Medium-Term Regional Development Plan (RPJMD), which aimed at poverty reduction. Furthermore, the descriptive analysis, differential tests, and regression analysis were used to compare the economic conditions between Arfak Tribe and non-Papuan farmers. The results showed significant disparities, where non-Papuan farmers enjoyed higher income, skills, capabilities, greater access to agricultural technology, adequate capital and work ethic compared to Arfak Tribe. Cultural factors and social capital had a significant negative impact on the income and savings levels. These results emphasized the importance of targeted assistance to strengthen the knowledge and skills of Arfak farmers. The effective use of financial assistance from the central and regional governments supported the economic development of this indigenous local community. Targeted assistance and financial support improved the situation for Arfak farmers, addressed the systemic issues such as unequal access to resources and opportunities that perpetuated poverty. In conclusion, this study provided valuable insights on policy interventions used to improve well-being and economic empowerment of indigenous local farmers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi keputusan konsumen dalam memilih produk halal UMKM di Kota Bandung. Faktor-faktor yang diteliti meliputi kualitas produk, citra UMKM, dan label halal. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis SEM-PLS. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 155 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk dan citra UMKM berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, sedangkan label halal tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan. Kualitas produk memiliki pengaruh terbesar, diikuti oleh citra UMKM. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi bahwa UMKM perlu fokus pada peningkatan kualitas produk dan membangun citra positif untuk menarik minat konsumen.

Abstract

Through extracurricular activities, which are non-academic endeavors, students can channel and develop their interests and talents in order to increase their knowledge and skills. At Sukapura 1 School and Patrol School Juara Wirautama Indramayu, extracurricular activities include scouting, silat, karate, taekwondo, angklung, dance, fine arts, study clubs, and sports. Since scouts are one of the government-sponsored programs, along with Paskibra and the Red Cross Youth, they must take part in extracurricular activities, however, there is definitely a difference in how these are organized or carried out in each school. To gather data regarding the disparity between Juara Wirautama Indramayu Patrol School and Sukapura I School's extracurricular activities, Techniques from interviews and observation are used in this study. After that, the data is transformed into information. This study shows that Wirautama Patrol Champion School increases dominant potential in every field, whereas Sukapura 1 School in Cirebon City itself enhances national and cultural values. The characteristics of these two schools differ. Nonetheless, both organizations strive to guarantee that extracurricular activities have a beneficial impact on students' development.

Abstract

"Para pemimpin negara-negara ASEAN menetapkan untuk membangun Masyarakat Ekonomi ASEAN (AEC) sebagai salah satu dari tiga pilar yang ditetapkan dalam Deklarasi ASEAN Concord II (Bali Concord II). Dua pilar lainnya adalah Komunitas Politik-Keamanan ASEAN dan Komunitas Sosial Budaya ASEAN. Pembentukan MEA dimaksudkan untuk membangun pasar dan basis produksi tunggal di ASEAN. Dengan demikian, hambatan terhadap aliran modal, barang, jasa, investasi dan pekerja terampil akan terpotong. Seluruh desain bangunan terletak pada MEA tua paradigma ekonomi neoliberal yang percaya bahwa pasar bebas akan menghasilkan efisiensi dan keseimbangan dengan cara yang dapat melejitkan pertumbuhan ekonomi, menghapus pengangguran, dan kemiskinan. Tapi bukannya menghasilkan pertumbuhan ekonomi yang merata, MEA diproyeksikan untuk memperdalam kesenjangan ekonomi dan sosial dan memperluas dampak negatif tentang Hak Asasi Manusia. Di sisi lain, kebijakan Pemerintah Indonesia dalam menghadapi MEA terlalu fokus pada isu-isu ekonomi. Sementara, skema perlindungan hak asasi manusia masih sangat minim dalam MEA. Selain itu, negara-negara ASEAN belum sepenuhnya bebas dari pelanggaran hak asasi manusia. pekerja migran, masyarakat adat, buruh, pengungsi dan pencari suaka, serta bisnis dan hak asasi manusia masih isu-isu penting dari hak asasi manusia bagi negara-negara ASEAN. Meskipun ASEAN telah memiliki kerangka dan mekanisme HAM regional, seperti Piagam ASEAN, Deklarasi HAM ASEAN, dan AICHR, tapi masalah pelanggaran hak asasi manusia di daerah ini harus diasumsikan tidak dapat diselesaikan, karena mandat yang lemah dan kapasitas kelembagaan AICHR. Oleh karena itu, memperkuat mandat dan AICHR kelembagaan di satu sisi dan untuk mengintegrasikan hak asasi manusia ke dalam skema seluruh kebijakan nasional tentang MEA adalah kunci untuk perlindungan hak asasi manusia bagi orang-orang yang rentan terhadap risiko pasar.

Abstract

Production and consumption of cigarettes in Indonesia is very high have an alarming number of parties will be disruption of the right to health and public health. Some have urged the government to take steps to tobacco control. Steps to accede to the Framework Convention on Tobacco Control (FCTC) becomes an important effort exerted pro-tobacco control group. But the discourse of tobacco control for this still dwell on health issues as such. Not many people who put human rights as an effective instrument in the issue of tobacco control. In fact, besides the presence of a large wedge issue between tobacco control discourse and the discourse of human rights, the human rights approach also provides a reporting mechanism to ensure the operation of norms in international human rights treaties. Committee of the International Covenant on Economic, Social, and Cultural Rights (ICESCR) has issued recommendations to the Indonesian government to ratify the FCTC. Government of Indonesia, which became a state party to the ICESCR, should comply to that recommendation. Steps to accede to the treaty was not done in the era of old government (2009— 2014). Now the hope to ratify the treaty was based on the new government's commitment (2014— 2019) which campaigned for the protection of the rights of vulnerable groups, especially children. Accession FCTC is a form of government commitment on tobacco control in order to protect public health and the right to healt.

Abstract

Indonesia sebagai negara maritim dengan sumber daya laut yang melimpah. Dengan luas lautan mencapai 5,8 juta km2 dan garis pantai 81.000 km, Indonesia memiliki potensi kekayaan laut yang besar. Untuk mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan sumber daya tersebut, diperlukan inovasi teknologi perkapalan yang memadai, terutama dalam konteks Autonomous Surface Vehicle (ASV). Pada proyek akhir ini di fokuskan pada perancangan Hardware Boat menggunakan Raspberry Pi dan Arduino Uno sebagai sistem pengendali utama, serta dilengkapi dengan kamera untuk deteksi warna di sekitarnya, Data yang diperoleh dari sensor ini menjadi input bagi mikrokontroler untuk mengatur kemudi (arah) dan kecepatan pada Electronic Speed Control (ESC) dan motor Brushless. Hasil dari pengujian Boat menunjukkan bahwa sistem kendali manual dapat bekerja dengan baik dan mode autonomous dapat melalui wahana bola merah dan hijau. Selisih antara tegangan terukur dan perhitungan berkisar antara 2-14%, yang menunjukkan bahwa ESC berfungsi dengan akurasi yang baik, dan daya yang dihasilkan sesuai dengan yang di harapkan. Pengguanan Baterai Li-ion 4S dengan kapasitas 5200mAh dan tegangan 16.8V dapat menyediakan daya yang cukup untuk semua komponen yang digunakan pada Boat. Semua komponen utama seperti Raspeberry pi, Arduino Uno, baterai, ESC, dan Motor Brushless berfungsi dengan baik secara individu maupun sebagai dari sistem keseluruhan. Kata kunci— Autonomous Surface Vehicle, Raspberry Pi, Arduino Uno, Motor brushless, Electronic Speed Control, Sistem Kendali.

Abstract

Indonesia merupakan negara maritim dengan potensi wisata bahari cukup besar, mendorong inovasi otomasi dalam teknologi sistem navigasi perkapalan. Terdapat berbagai teknologi dan metode untuk sistem otomasi navigasi ini antara efisiensi yang lebih baik antara lain menggunakan metode sistem pengenalan lingkungan di permukaan laut atau ASV Dalam Proyek Akhir ini dirancang dan direalisasikan suatu model RC Boat yang dilengkapi dengan sistem navigasi otomatis menggunakan teknologi HSV yaitu menggunakan metode pendeteksian warna (melalui kamera) menggunakan balon berwarna hijau dan merah di permukaan air untuk kendali arah (belok kiri/kanan) serta deteksi rintangan. Data hasil deteksi ini ditransfer dari Raspberry Pi (pada perahu) ke laptop (di daratan) melalui Wi-Fi dengan frekuensi 2.4 GHz. Sebagai pembanding terhadap sistem kontrol navigasi otomatis dilakukan pula sistem navigasi manual (RC Boat) yang dilakukan dari daratan untuk kendali arah dan kecepatan. Hasil perancangan RC Boat menunjukkan performa baik dalam mode autonomous dan manual. Meskipun menghadapi delay pada image processing, analisis Wireshark memberikan wawasan untuk optimasi jaringan. Hasil uji akurasi untuk sistem otomatis maupun manual menunjukkan kesesuaian 100%. Sementara rata-rata delay untuk sistem manual sistem otomatis yaitu 28.86429043 ms. Kata kunci : ASV, HSV, OpenCV, Wi-Fi, Delay, Image Processing.

Abstract

In the field of education and teaching, supervisors are needed who can dialogue and help personal and professional growth so that everyone experiences personal and professional improvement. The principal has the obligation to manage the running of the school and can also collaborate and relate closely with the community, raise the enthusiasm of the staff of teachers and school employees to work better, build and maintain family, cohesiveness and unity between teachers, staff and students. students, develop the school curriculum, know the school plan and know how to carry it out, pay attention to and strive for the welfare of teachers and staff. Supervision can be carried out by the school principal who acts as a supervisor, although in the modern educational organization system a special supervisor is needed who is more independent, and can increase objectivity in coaching and carrying out his duties. The function of monitoring or supervision in education is not just control to see whether all activities have been carried out in accordance with the plans and programs that have been outlined, but more than that. Supervision in education has a broader meaning. Supervision activities include determining the conditions or requirements for personnel and materials needed to create an effective teaching and learning situation, and efforts to fulfill these requirements.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the School Work Plan (RKS) and supervision practices in improving the effectiveness of school management at SDS IT Candra Buana. Through observation methods and in-depth interviews with teachers and school principals, this research identified the positive impact of integrating RKS and supervision on improving teacher performance and overall school management efficiency. The main finding of this research is that teachers' active participation in preparing RKS has a significant impact on the quality of school program planning. In addition, supportive supervision practices from the school principal help improve the implementation of the RKS according to plan. Good integration between RKS and supervision also contributes to better achievement of educational goals, because it ensures that every educational program is implemented effectively and school funds are used accountably.

Abstract

This article was written to know Definition of Curriculum Educational Administration Review. The method used to write this article is the library research method, which collects data from various sources of literature. The article explains that the syllabus is a set of plans and provisions for content, materials and learning methods that guide the implementation of the learning process. The curriculum management process includes curriculum administration. such as planning, developing, implementing, evaluating, and improving the curriculum. Curriculum development requires a solid foundation and is based on careful thought and research. And the assessment or assessment in the syllabus helps to assess syllabus achievements. From this we can see that the role of the curriculum in formal education in schools is very important and has a very big influence on the achievement of educational goals. Teachers act as technical actors: actors, adapters, developers, and researchers.
