Abstract

The Riau Province Department of Industry, Trade, Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises is a government agency that organizes programs related to industry, trade, cooperatives, small and medium enterprises in Riau Province. DISPERINDAGKOP UKM Riau Province has a UPT PLUT KUMKM which is tasked with collecting data and services for UMKM players in Riau Province which are still done manually. Then a service information system and data collection was developed using the waterfall model method. The system can be used by the community, MSME actors, and local governments, has the main features for product management, service, and data verification for MSME actors that apply optical character recognition to extract ID card data. This system has 25 functional requirements and 1 non-functional requirement. This system was developed using the Laravel 8 and Bootstrap 4 framework. This system was tested using unit testing, integration testing, compatibility testing, and validation testing. Based on the test results, the cyclomatic complexity value is low and the results are valid for 67 test cases in the validation test on the system that has been implemented, it is stated that the system can run well in accordance with the results of the requirements analysis and design.

Abstract

PT Pelindo III is one of the State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) engaged in transportation and logistics services providers, one of the branches is located in Tanjung Perak. In carrying out its role as a community service center, it requires strict supervision of all activities to avoid crime or supervise the performance of employees at PT Pelindo III Tanjung Perak Branch, a way of monitoring that can be done through CCTV. However, it is not easy to supervise all the CCTV that has been installed on PT Pelindo III Tanjung Perak Branch, totaling hundreds of units. Based on this case, a CCTV monitoring application was developed using an android-based map feature. The system development process was carried out using waterfall method. There were 20 functional requirements and 1 non-functional requirement for the system to be built. This application development process were tested by validation testing and unit testing with 100% valid results. Location testing is done using the Haversine Formula, with 100% valid result. The development of a CCTV monitoring application using location-based services based on android is expected to help ease workload of IT employees of PT Pelindo III Tanjung Perak Branch in monitoring all installed CCTV.

Abstract

SLBN 1 Palangka Raya is a school that follows technological developments to date. To keep up with current technological developments, the school has developed a website-based media to facilitate the management of new students who register at SLBN 1 Palangka Raya. Website development was developed using the waterfall method, which was chosen because the development process is easy to manage and the steps are systematic. The development process in research begins with interviews, to find out what the needs of the new student admissions website will be. The data obtained in the next step is used to develop the next stage of the process, namely activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, class diagrams, and interface design. The implementation phase is where the algorithm is implemented according to the requirements analysis and design developed previously. The last step is testing with BlackBox testing and user acceptance testing methods used. From the results of testing the system using BlackBox testing which was tested with 29 test cases carried out using two user accounts, namely admin and students, the results of the system that was made could run well according to the needs and functionalities that had been designed at the planning stage. The PPDB website that has been implemented has also been tested for user acceptance by giving a questionnaire to get appropriate results from three criteria, namely Functional Correctness, and Completeness, usability, and Data Conversion, which is given to the new student admissions committee as admin, and also to prospective students who represented by one of the new students at SLBN 1 Palangka Raya. The results obtained from the user acceptance test, the answers to all questions get a percentage of 100% to agree which of the users, namely admin and students answered "YES" in the distributed questionnaire, it can be concluded that these results make the system well received and used by users.

Abstract

SMK National Media Center Malang is a vocational school located in Malang City which has various majors, one of which is Software Engineering. Implementation of PLP at SMK National Media Center Malang that student achievement is generally in the form of grades accompanied by a minimum rating limit of 75. Assessment of student achievement in the form of knowledge competency can be carried out with written, oral tests, or assignments. The purpose of this observation is to analyze what factors influence student achievement in class 11 Software Engineering in the Database subject at SMK National Media Center Malang. To achieve this assessment, factors that play an important role are needed, including internal factors which have physical and psychological aspects, as well as external factors which have aspects of the family, school and community environment. The method used in this study was a quantitative type with 62 research subjects in class XI at SMK National Media Center Malang. The results of the research referring to percentage analysis show that all factors influence learning achievement. Percentage analysis shows a score on internal factors (physical) health aspect of 98.06%, disability 97.42%, intelligence 97.42%, attention 97.10%, interest 98.39%, talent 97.74%, motivation 98.65%, family environment 97.10%, school environment 98.71%, and community environment 96.45% where all of these aspects affect learning achievement based on percentage analysis.

Abstract

Ortho Dental Clinic is a health service facility that provides dental and oral health services located on Jalan Raya Tlogomas, Malang, East Java. The services provided by the Malang Ortho Dental Clinic include installing stirrups, veneers, scaling and installation of dentures. Problems at the Malang Ortho Dental Clinic are difficulties in ordering and registering patients, there is no medical record system, missing transaction data and inaccurate transaction reports. From these problems, a web-based Ortho Dental Malang SIMK was developed which can facilitate the process of ordering care and patient registration, recording of medical records, transactions and transaction reports. The development of SIMK Ortho Dental Malang uses the waterfall model and produces 5 actors namely user, admin, doctor, front office, patient, 1 non-functional requirement and 48 functional requirements. The results of the validation test and SIMK Ortho Dental Malang unit are 100% valid. The results of SIMK Ortho Dental Malang compatibility testing using the SortSite tool show that the system is compatible with desktop web browsers Edge, Firefox, Opera, Safari, Chrome and web browsers on Android and iOS.

Abstract

Code of conduct is a series of rules that must be obeyed in a situation. A good education is a must in order to teach good manners. Vocationan High School of State 2 Singosari uses a Kejar Prestasi Book as a tool to encourage their students to do good deeds and also avoid doing things that break the rules. However, There is an obstacle on data collection regarding the Kejar Prestasi Book. Therefore, Vocational High School of State 2 Singosari is planning on creating a system which is able to accommodate the data collection of the students. The good user interface is needed for accommodating its user need. The method which is used for designing the user interface is Human-Centered Design (HCD). Based on the HCD Approach, there are three groups of user and stakeholder which is Vice Principal of Student Affair, Homeroom Teacher, and the Student. Testing the result of the design uses System Usability Scale (SUS) which able to test the usability aspect. Based on the testing, the user interface design for Kejar Prestasi Book, the score result is 76.2 Which is a “GOOD” category and acceptable by users.

Abstract

Digital Marketing memiliki peranan yang sangat penting dalam keberlangsungan suatu bisnis atau usaha sehingga banyak perusahaan yang sudah menerapkan Digital Marketing, dan ini menjadi salah satu strategi yang bisa dikatakan sangat efektif. Langkah yang dilakukan perusahaan tersebut tentu juga dapat diterapkan oleh UMKM. Salah satu mitra dalam kegiatan ini yaitu UMKM Kopi yang berada di Probolinggo. Aktivitas pemasaran UMKM tersebut yang dilakukan saat ini masih menggunakan media brosur, poster dan juga menggunakan media sosial serta Online Shop. Dengan melalui media sosial diharapkan jangkauan pembeli akan lebih besar. Namun berdasarkan analisis pasar, data penjualan dan media sosial, peminat dari kopi tersebut tidak sesuai yang diharapkan. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini yaitu memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan teknik Digital Marketing agar mitra UMKM memiliki wawasan dan pengetahuan mengenai cara memasarkan produk kopi dengan memperhatikan target audience, konten yang menarik, foto produk dan branding yang kuat. Dengan harapan mitra UMKM memiliki alternatif metode pemasaran yang lebih efisien. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan melalui penyampaian materi, praktik pengambilan gambar dan publikasi di media sosial. Waktu pelaksanaan kegiatan ini berlangsung pada bulan Agustus-September 2022 dengan peserta sebanyak 25 orang dari UMKM Kopi. Hasil dari kegiatan ini yaitu 80% mitra UMKM mampu mengerjakan aktivitas pelatihan dengan benar dan mempublikasikan produk yang dipasarkan melalui media sosial. Simpulan dari kegiatan ini yaitu pelatihan yang telah diselenggarakan membuat mitra UMKM Kopi di Probolinggo dapat memasarkan produknya melalui media sosial dengan memperhatikan aturan dalam digital marketing.Digital Marketing has a very important role in the sustainability of a business, so it's no wonder that many companies have implemented Digital Marketing, and this is a strategy that can be said to be very effective. The steps taken by the company can certainly also be applied by MSMEs. One of the partners in this activity is UMKM Coffee in Probolinggo. The MSME marketing activities that are currently being carried out still use brochures, posters, social media, and Online Shops. Through social media, it is hoped that the reach of buyers will be greater. However, based on market analysis, sales data, and social media, coffee enthusiasts are not as expected. This activity aims to provide training and assistance in Digital Marketing techniques so that MSME partners have insights and knowledge about how to market coffee products by paying attention to the target audience, interesting content, product photos and strong branding. It is hoped that MSME partners will have alternative and more efficient marketing methods. This activity is carried out through material delivery, taking pictures and publication on social media. The implementation time of this activity took place in August-September 2022 with 25 participants from Coffee MSMEs. The results of this activity are that 92% of MSME partners can carry out training activities correctly and publish marketed products through social media. This activity concludes that the training that has been held makes Coffee MSME partners in Probolinggo able to market their products through social media by paying attention to the rules in digital marketing.

Abstract

SMK Negeri 10 Malang merupakan sekolah kejuruan dengan 6 jurusan yang berbeda. Dalam pelaksanaan inventarisasi harian pada SMK Negeri 10 Malang masih menggunakan buku catatan dan bantuan aplikasi Microsoft Excel. Selain itu standar operasional yang telah ditetapkan sering kali tidak dijalankan dalam berbagai aktifitas. Keadaan tersebut berpengaruh terhadap rendahnya validasi data barang inventaris. Salah satu upaya untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut ialah melakukan analisis dan perancangan sistem informasi. Berdasarkan analisis dan perancangan dapat dibangun sistem informasi manajemen inventaris dan dilakukan pengujian apakah sistem informasi yang dibangun dapat menyelesaikan masalah yang ada pada SMK Negeri 10 Malang. Proses pengembangan dilakukan dengan mengikuti alur model Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Waterfall. Alur model waterfall terdiri analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, dan kesimpulan. Hasil analisis kebutuhan yang dilakukan dengan wawancara menghasilkan 23 kebutuhan fungsional yang dimodelkan dengan Use Case Diagram dan Scenario. Perancangan dilakukan dengan membuat model Sequence Diagram, Entity Relational Diagram, pseudocode, dan wireframe. Implementasi kode program dilakukan dengan framework Express JS dan bahasa pemrograman Javascript. Tahapan pengujian dilakukan dengan 3 metode yaitu Basis-path Testing, Scenario-based Testing, dan System Usability Scale (SUS). Hasil dari pengujian Basis-path Testing dan Scenario-based Testing adalah keseluruhannya valid. Pada pengujian SUS dilakukan pengambilan data pada 20 guru dari SMK Negeri 10 Malang dapat didapatkan nilai SUS sebesar 75,25 yang mengartikan sistem dapat diterima oleh pihak sekolah.

Abstract

Letusan gunung berapi dapat menyebabkan kerusakan ekosistem, dimana banyak vegetasi yang hilang sehingga mengurangi resapan airtanah, yang menyebabkan ketersediaan air bagi masyarakat semakin berkurang di masa yang akan datang. Oleh karena itu, sumber daya air perlu dilestarikan untuk masa depan. Kajian ini mengidentifikasi kondisi spasial imbuhan di lereng Gunungapi Semeru dan potensi airtanah sebelum dan sesudah letusan gunungapi. Selain itu, pengaruh kondisi daerah resapan dan potensi air tanah pasca erupsi di lereng Gunung Api Semeru juga dianalisis berdasarkan metode Multi Influence Factor (MIF). Penelitian ini menggunakan tujuh parameter yaitu curah hujan, geomorfologi, geologi, kemiringan lereng, tekstur tanah, kerapatan drainase dan tutupan lahan. Parameter-parameter tersebut diukur dengan menggunakan teknik Multiple Influence Factors (MIF), dimana informasi yang diperoleh dari masing-masing parameter ditimbang dan disortir untuk mengevaluasi potensi zona resapan airtanah. Hasil perhitungan dengan menggunakan teknik MIF menunjukkan bahwa terjadi penurunan potensi airtanah di lereng Gunung Api Semeru pasca erupsi, sehingga tidak dapat memberikan pengaruh yang baik terhadap kondisi airtanah di lereng Gunung Api Semeru. Faktor tutupan lahan merupakan faktor yang paling terpengaruh oleh erupsi Gunung Semeru, sehingga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penurunan potensi airtanah di lereng Gunung Api Semeru.

Abstract

SMEs face the problem of readiness and resilience in implementing digital transformation as part of the industrial revolution. Therefore, a process is needed to identify resilience factors that can increase the readiness of SMEs toward Industry 4.0. The industrial revolution 4.0 that emerged in recent years requires businesses and society to be ready to implement digital transformation. This study aims to identify the effects of resilience factors in the form of people, processes, and technology that influence the adoption of digital transformation in SMEs. The research object is SMEs in various sectors with a literature study approach to develop a conceptual framework and data collection using a questionnaire. Construct testing and data analysis used statistical methods from confirmatory factor analysis, while the data testing process used the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The results of the study show that the resilient people (RPe) factor has a weak influence on international orientation (IO) but has a strong direct influence on digital transformation readiness (DT). The resilient process (RPo) and resilient technology (RTe) factors weakly influence DT but are significant on IO. Meanwhile, the IO factor has a strong influence on DT. As a mediator, IO has a weak role in mediating Rpe and DT but significantly mediates RPo, and RTe against DT. The results also show that an independent attribute of 65.9% influences DT, while IO has an independent attribute effect of 41%. The findings guide SMEs to pay attention to aspects of resilience in the work system and have a global orientation in business development plans to be more ready to adopt digital transformation.
