Abstract

Information technology is something that is needed at this time, one of which is to help company management because it produces information quickly. PT Chevron Pacific Indonesia has succeeded in determining one of them with good management work related to work deadlines. The company PT Chevron Pacific Indonesia has information technology in the field of work management, but currently in work management to make a work process must make a business process, then after it is finished with a system that will assign employees to it. This causes problems, namely the difficulty of direct assignments to employees and the process of work being carried out. PT Chevron Pacific Indonesia needs a system to assist the process of making and assigning employees. In making this system use workflows which are workflow processes and can be carried out related to the workflow provided to employees. In representing workflows performed, Business Process Model Notation (BPMN) will be discussed, which is a standard for modeling business processes. In the end the system can make business processes, assign employees, and complete tasks. This system was built on a web platform and was approved by whitebox, blackbox testing and usability testing with the Usability Scale System method to produce acceptable categories, namely systems created according to user desires.

Abstract

The Faculty of Computer Science, Brawijaya University (FILKOM) has public and equipment affair sub section, which is responsible for handling complaints and maintenance services at FILKOM. In handling these responsibilities, public and equipment affair sub section have difficulties due to a mechanism that has not run optimally. This resulted in complaints come from various sources so that it could not be recorded properly and complainants often complained about the handling of complaints that had been reported. In handling maintenance, the data collection history of an inventory is still not maximal. In order for the implementation of these functions to run optimally, a container for complaint complaints and maintenance scheduling is needed. One solution is develop an Android-based service complaint and maintenance (PLM) application. This development starts with requirement engineering that makes 18 functional and 2 non-functional requirement and 3 actor roles. In development process, the PLM application applies the waterfall method because the requirements have been defined as a whole at the beginning. The design process is done by object-oriented modeling and program implementation using java language on Android Studio and implementing data using Firebase. Based on the testing, the results obtained 100% for unit testing, validation, and compatibility and obtained usability testing with value of 100% for the task scenario and 97.2% for the USE questionnaire method.

Abstract

The use of android smartphones already part in people's lives to make ends meet. The English language is the international language that is widely used in the world today, because it's been a lot of Applications that can help learning the language of the English, but still a lot of people wrong or incorrectly pronounces the English language vocabulary, therefore designed an Application learn pronunciation of vocabulary English based android smartphone, users can learn the language of United Kingdom digitally with ease whenever and wherever. Because the purpose of Application to train pronunciation and vocabulary of the language of United Kingdom, then this proposed research on android Applications by applying voice recognition using Application programing interface (API) text to speech and speech to text. Applications created with the java Programming language, SQLite database API and google Text to speech and Speech to text. Application development using the method of prototyping because the Application is expected to match the needs of prospective users and how to learn that Application has been applied according to train pronunciation of the English language vocabulary. Testing the Application using requirement validation testing with 100% valid results, usability testing with the results of the sytem usability score is 85 which means Application feasibility and testing the accuracy of the google speech APIS with 100% accuracy with the terms of the pronunciation of the user must be clearly and not too fast.

Abstract

The PSIK of the Faculty of Computer Science Universitas Brawijaya is in charge of handling all matters related to information systems, IT infrastructure and public relations. In carrying out its duties, PSIK has experienced several obstacles, one of these obstacles is the process of filing complaints and requests for services that are still done using forms so that it requires more time and effort in doing so. In addition, this also causes difficulties to find out the number and status of the report and the absence of parameters that indicate the level of satisfaction of the reporter. Based on the above problems, a Service and Complaint Management Information System was developed to save the time and effort needed to conduct constrained business processes. The system involves 7 actors, 67 functional needs and 1 non-functional requirement. System design produces sequence diagrams, class diagrams, database design, statechart diagrams, component design and user interface design. The Service and Complaints Management Information System is implemented into a web-based application. The Service and Complaints Management Information System is tested by unit testing, integration testing, validation testing and compatibility testing. The Service and Complaints Management Information System can assist PSIK in managing complaints reports and requests for IT services, managing their inventory and managing incoming and outgoing mail more efficiently.

Abstract

Currently the SBMPTN tryout has several changes such as eliminating the paper-based exam model and changing the scoring system. The latest scoring system uses the Item Response Theory method. The questions will be classified based on the difficulty level and given different weights. The survey results conducted by the author, from 50 respondents participating in the SBMPTN tryout, as many as 50% of respondents stated that they had never taken a computer-based tryout and as many as 68% of respondents said they had never taken a tryout with the latest scoring system. In its current implementation, some tryout organizers still use the paper based exam model with a manual registration system so they have to recap hundreds of registrant data manually. To overcome this problem, an information system for SBMPTN Tryout management is needed. This system can bring together organizers & participants in carrying out SBMPTN Tryout activities. Through this system, organizers can create and manage SBMPTN Tryouts with the computer-based exam model, with the latest scoring system. While for the participants, they can do the registration, payment & take the tryout test that they want . This system has 55 functional requirements and 1 non-functional requirement. The design to build this system is system architecture, sequence diagrams, class diagram, database, component and interfaces. The system has also been tested with 100% valid results for all test.

Abstract

SMK Negeri 4 Malang is one of the Institutions that gets a license as an organizer of professional certification for vocational students from National Professional Certification Agency (BNSP). In the professional certification proceses there are documents that must be filled in by the assessor kesimpuand students totaling more than 50 (fifty) pages for one student. This causes problems, filling process time, documents storage, and the use of excessive paper. In this research uses the Waterfall System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) without deployment process. For data collection methods using interview and observation methods on physical assessment documents in Rekayasa Perangkat Lunak study. From the results of interviews and observations, the software requirements are obtained for both actors (student and assessor), and then illustrated on several diagram of a unified modeling language before the implementation process using the PHP programming language and using the CodeIgniter framework. For the first testing process using the black-box method with an error guessing technique to get error possibility that will occur in the system. The results obtained are all possible errors can be handled properly indicated by all tests get valid results. For the second test, the user acceptance test method is used to see the acceptance of the system by the user using the questionnaire. The results obtained were all respondents gave "yes" answers to each question given. From these results an acceptance decision process for decision making related to acceptance shows that all functionalities or in terms of the usefulness of the system can be fully accepted by users, both students and assessors.

Abstract

AKA Milk is a public dairy cattle company that handling from the process of production to selling the cow's milk to customers. In order to maintain the quality of milk production, the cattle care and handling have been done routinely. However, in practice of the cattle care and handling, it has never been well-documented. Therefore, it's difficult to track the handling record or the current condition of the dairy cattle. In addition to cattle care, matters relating to milk selling are also not well-documented. While, a fact stated by Purwatiningsih and Kia (2018) that the identification and recording of dairy cattle can help farmers in managing the farm and ease the process of managing cattle raising. To overcome the above problems, a management information system of dairy cattle was built using the SDLC Prototyping method. At the stage of analysis and design, a model that can facilitate communication between developers and stakeholder is built in order to find the best solution in a form of a web-based information system. Models used for analysis and design stage includes use cases, use case scenarios, sequence diagrams, class diagrams, and entity relationship diagrams. The implementation will be carried out after stakeholders approve the design by creating a system using codeigniter framework. After the implementation phase done, the system will be tested using white box testing with cyclomatic complexity method and basis path testing. Black box testing will be used to continue the test using decision table method and compatibility testing using the single factor coverage method. The test results close to 100% valid indicates that the system can work optimally in supporting farm activities of AKA Milk which includes dairy cattle data management, care and milking activities, milk selling activities to financial management.

Abstract

Assets have an important role in operational activities at Dinas Perikanan Kabupaten Tabanan. It means that a good assets management is needed so it will not inhibit the operational activities. Assets reporting activities are conducted once every semester. In the reporting activities, data discrepancy is often occurred because there is no centralized place to store all the assets information. Therefore, a centralized information system to record all assets is needed to make them easier to manage. The information system is developed using waterfall model and implemented as a webservice. At the requirements analysis phase, 56 functional requirements and 1 non-functional requirements are obtained. The system design phase consists of 41 classes diagrams, with 9 classes are derived from the controller and 19 classes are derived from the model. The implementation phase uses Laravel 5.7 framework with the model-view-controller design pattern. Unit testing is carried out using 3 test samples with a base path testing method with 100% result. Validation testing is carried out with 100% result. Compatibility testing is also carried with 75% result that showed the system is running with critical issue on Firefox version 66 and Chrome version 74 and with major Issues on all platforms. While on IE version 11, Firefox version 66 and Safari version 12 the system runs with minor issues. Integration testing also conducted using integration incremental top-down with 100% result from 1 test sample.

Abstract

Rental is an agreement through payment services for use of an item or property temporarily by another party or other person. Nowadays, the rental business is various, one of them is outbound, mountaineering, and communication tools rental. Do-Rent is one of rental business In Malang. In this digital era, Do-Rent wants to expand the business by using the website due to high demand day by day. Do-Rent Malang still uses conventional procedure, so that the clients from Malang and outside Malang have to come to the offline store for knowing the available tools. As the solution, a website-based application is carried out that facilitates the clients for booking or renting, both in the city and outside the city. From this case, the process of engineering needs is carried out and produces 19 functional needed and 1 non-functional needed. Furthermore, architecture planning, data planning, component planning, and interface planning are also carried out that will become a reference when doing the implementation of code program and interface. This system using unit testing, validation testing, and compatibility testing. From the system, the results of the test case are 100% valid and compatibility system testing runs well on 8 browsers.

Abstract

Pedagogic competence main requirement is to be possessed a teachers. On the study education information technology, the faculty computer science brawijaya university obliged to take lecture practices experience (PPL) any college student with have qualified, requirements to reduce lulusannya became a staff having competence pedagogic. In the registration process PPL needed time until six days to be registered in the implementation of the PPL. Day This study attempts to develop information systems which was able to help in the registration process for the ppl related parties that students can use a PPL the registration. This study attempts to develop information systems can help in the registration process ppls for the associated the students can do the PPL use the registration. Information systems that will have to be made 7 functional needs systems and 1 needs non-fungsional system 1. methods development information systems used which is the prototype evolutionary. And then design system. Then the next done system systems to through the testing of using black box testing virtue of testing in each case the show results 100% valid system. And then done testing the simulation time analysis before the registration process the ppl done manually takes time 6 day on the basis of the process business, as-is if the registration process the ppl use systems takes time rata-rata 27 47 minutes seconds, show in terms of time more eficien and can help to every college student when the PPL registration.
