Abstract

Event is an activity which held for a public meeting or inviting many people for celebration, education, and marketing. Kingdom Generation Community (KGC) Malang is a youth people church under the authority of the Indonesian Bethel Church (GBI) Representative of Christ Kingdom (ROCK). KGC Malang has a purpose to reaching out and develop youth people to be a positive impact on their environment. To achieve this goal, KCG Malang has many events. However, in the execution of the event, KGC Malang has many problems, such as the absence report, there is no recording process for each member growth. Eventually, hard for the leader make the right decisions for an event, placing a member to the right position because there is no data record. Base on these problems has created an application to manage many activities of KGC Malang from planning until reporting or evaluating, and make a centralized member data collection system than can be accessed by leaders. This study is using SDLC Waterfall. The research is started with an interview and engineering needs. This phase produces 33 functional requirements and one non-functional requirement with 4 actors. Sequence diagram, class diagram, user interface design, and database design is the result of the design phase as a foundation for the implementation phase. This application development uses HTML, CSS, Javascript, and PHP with frameworks Laravel and VueJS. The system tested using unit testing which tests 3 primary functions of system and 3 test case with result 100% valid, validation testing to test 33 functional requirement and 33 test case with result 100% valid, and compatibility testing to test the non-functional requirement and the result there is no significant issues which impacted for functionality of application.

Abstract

Current technological advances in exams have used CBT (Computer Based Test) in implementation. National Malang Vocational School is one of the schools that have utilized CBT (Computer Based Test) during the Semester Exams, Final Semester Exams and National Exams. This study used the Technology Acceptance Model to determine the acceptance of an information technology. This model aims to measure how Malang National Vocational School students receive CBT as a method of conducting exams which sometimes still have some problems. To be able to measure it used 7 variables, namely Subjective Norm, Self-efficacy, Perceive Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, Technology Innovativeness, Behavioral Intention, Actual Behavior. The data were collected from students of the X and XI Malang National Vocational High Schools with information technology majors and obtained 52 respondents through questionnaires given after the Semester Final Examination was completed. The results of this study indicate that there are other individual influences, self-confidence can influence students' attitudes towards ease of use and benefit of the system. There is no influence between perceptual variables Perceive Ease Of Use towards the variable perception of the usefulness of Perceived Usefulness. Technology innovativeness strengthens the positive influence between Perceive Ease Of Use variables on the variable desire to perform Behavioral intention..

Abstract

University of Brawijaya's career development and entrepreneurship unit (UPKK UB) has service facilities provided to UB alumni and other university students. On the implementation, there is a problem in limited amount of the job vacancy information provided by UPKK UB and it is not enough to fill needs of people who use the services of UPKK UB in finding job vacancies. Also, there are problems in the process of campus recruitment which slow down the staff duties in conducting the campus recruitment process. To solve the problem of UPKK UB services, the campus recruitment system is developed, so that the service provided by UPKK UB can run well. In the development of campus recruitment system, there are 78 functional requirements and 2 non-functional requirements, the system is developed using waterfall system development life cycle. The result of unit test, integration, and validation are 100%, and the result of compatibility are 82%, and performance efficiency in time behavior tests are 0.196 seconds, with resource utilization which are RAM ± 2.337 MB and CPU ± 0.31%, capacity is 146 users.

Abstract

Competition is increasingly competitive in today's industrial environment. Companies must be able to find and identify the factors that are the key influences for success. The development of technology is very influential on the strength of a company to compete in a climate of competition between competitors. CV. Mitra Teknik is a company engaged in manufacturing that serves a services, sales, repair of machinery materials industry. In running this business, CV. Mitra Teknik need a system that can manage data and information within a company to run its industrial wheels. However, current business processes that are running such as recording each transaction are still recorded manually in the company book, this can disrupt the daily operations of the company. The solution to solve the problem is by making a sales management information system. With the construction of the sales information system, it is expected to be able to provide convenience for users in data processing so that it can save time in running the company's business processes. From test conducted using white-box testing, the test gained 100% success rate, for black-box testing that tests the system validation successfully obtained a value of 100%. And the results of the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in the calculation that has been done by 4 validators obtained values ​​above 75%, which according to the system rating scale table declared capable of being understood by the user.

Abstract

Employee performance assessment and evaluation at UB Guest House is used to determine the level of employee performance achievement. The assessment process is still done manually starting from the preparation of forms, assessing employees, calculating the results by each assessor who can provide opportunities for miscalculation, recapitulation in making reports to determine the best employees only done for 3 days Timelines that are not proportional to work and the possibility of red dates result in no re-checking so that they do not exceed the set time limit. The assessment report is used to find out the progress every month to be evaluated together with the Employee Performance Evaluation Form to make employee awards. This is inefficient because it makes it difficult to choose employees to evaluate and discard paper that supports the UB Guest House costs. A web-based employee performance assessment and evaluation information system was built to overcome these problems. System development applies the weighted product method used to provide recommendations in determining the best employees and is carried out using a waterfall development model. Unit tests show that cyclomatic complexity ≤ 10 with all test case statuses is valid. Integration testing obtained for all test case statuses is valid. Validation testing obtained valid status for all test cases. Testing accuracy using the weighted product method obtained an accuracy of an average of 92%. System compatibility tests are obtained which can be run on various browsers.

Abstract

Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is a chronic disease of one types of non-contagious disease caused by a metabolic disorder due to the malfunctioning pancreas to produce insulin. Many diabetics who initially didn't know they had diabetes mellitus, and at the end the disease has spread to all organs and cause complications. It can't be denied, that this ignorance is based on the lack of knowledge and health facilities for diabetics. Griya Bromo Clinic is one of the clinics which specifically for diabetics. So far, the service process is still carried out with a paper based system managed by two admins. At first, this wasn't a problem, but the average number of patient who visited the clinic in a day reached 120 to 130 people. As one of the institutions that provide health services, clinic certainly requires the existence of an information system to improve their quality of service. Based on the existing problems, the result of requirement analysis is 33 functional requirement and 1 non-functional requirement. The next step is system design stage using UML, which can be used as a reference in system implementation with the PHP programming language and using CodeIgniter Framework. The final stage, system testing was carried out using black-box and white-box techniques that show 100% valid results for all the test cases, and on user acceptance testing show 100% valid results in 19 test cases. While in compatibility testing, the system runs well in 11 different browsers.

Abstract

Cooking is a way to process food ingredients and seasonings to be a variety of dishes. While cooking, we need recipes as a guide to processs food ingredients into a dish. Cooking some food is a solution to solve the problem of saving money for college students. However, in reality there are many college students who have difficulty in determining what kind of food they can make based on food ingredients they already have. Based on this case, author developed an application of cooking recipes with recommendation of web-based food ingredients. To get recipe recommendations, author needs cosine similarity method to compare food ingredients that have been owned with recommended recipes. The process of system development uses the waterfall method. The developed system gets 31 functional requirements and 1 non-functional requirement. Functional requirements were tested by validation testing and unit testing with 100% valid results. Non-funtional requirement was tested by compatibility testing with the results of 2 critical issues on firefox and chrome browsers. The recipe recommendation was tested by precision and recall testing with the average precision value 0.65 and the average recall value 0.19. The development of cooking recipes application with recommendation of web-based food ingredients, is expected to help college students to process food ingredients into a dish.

Abstract

The number of lovebird lovers and breeders along with the development of information technology, many are capturing its beauty through uploading images to social media. But lovers and lovebird breeders still need a system to interact, discuss and search for lovebird information in one place. Mobile applications that have faster and more attractive performance in terms of visuals and users have full access to mobile devices, such as cameras, notifications, speakers, and other features. The simplicity was applied as a forum to help lovers or breeders interact so that the android-based lovebird community forum application was developed. The system was developed by the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method with a needs analysis that produced 27 functional and one non-functional requirements, then implemented using the java programming language. This system has been tested by the white box testing method for unit testing, black box testing for validation testing which produces 27 test cases with 100% results and compatibility testing for non-functional requirements. System compatibility testing can be used with different APIs, namely API 23 with Android version 6.0.1 Marshmallow, API 25 with Android version 7.1.2 Nougat and API 28 with Android version 9 Pie. The test results show that applications can be used in different devices. Compatibility testing uses the SeeTestAutomation tool to get accurate results.

Abstract

Lovebird breeding in recent years is very popular with both young and old. Along with the development of existing technology, the use of social media is maximized as a link between fellow breeders lovebird birds. Through social media as an intermediary, lovebird breeders can exchange information about lovebird birds. However, the lack of consistency in the completeness of detailed information that is shared among farmers due to manual recording and the wide scope of social media is lacking to share detailed information about lovebird cattle. To solve this problem, a web-based livestock management information system was developed that can facilitate breeders in storing information related to livestock processes from lovebird birds ranging from bird data collection, bird livestock activity logs, to livestock financial records. The web-based farm management information system will be implemented with the Laravel framework using the PHP programming language and JavaScript and GraphQL for database distribution on the backend side. This system was tested using unit testing using the white box method and validation testing using the black box method. Then the system is tested by usability testing using the System Usability Scale method and obtains a final score of 72.5 (acceptable).

Abstract

In the initial stages of developing a software, estimation of software size, effort, and cost is a very important issue for a developer and project administrator. Studies report that more than 90% of the total cost spent on software is caused by maintenance and evolution. Therefore the stakeholders expect that a software is built with the best design to improve efficiency and speed of work if there is a change in the software. Class diagram is one diagram created at the design stage of software development. Measuring the quality of the class diagram design of the software to be built can reduce revisions that may occur in the future. In the calculation of the estimated quality of this class diagram will be done by estimating the value of modifiability. To calculate the estimated value of the class modifiability estimation value, this diagram can be done manually, but it will take a long time if the calculation is done on a class diagram that has a large and complex number of classes and relations. Therefore, based on the problems that have been described, a solution is needed, namely the development of assistive tools to calculate the estimated modifiability of class diagrams automatically by using the calculation method using modifiability metrics. By making this system, it is expected to be able to resolve the problems that have been described. The research methods carried out in this study include the study of literature, data collection, needs analysis, design and implementation, testing and conclusions and suggestions. The system has also been tested by unit testing, integration testing, and functional validation testing to produce a value of 100% valid and testing the accuracy of the system by comparing the results of calculations with the system with manual calculations that produce a value of 100% valid.
