Abstract

Payakumbuh 2 Vocational High School is a formal educational institutions under the auspices of the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia. In managing academic data at Vocational High School 2 Payakumbuh still uses conventional methods so it requires a long process in processing data and the risk of data loss is also greater. From these problems the solution is obtained by building a web-based academic information system so that the system can be accessed easily through a web browser. The method used in system development is SDLC Waterfall. The stages carried out in this study began with the study of literature, requirement analysis, design, implementation, testing and making conclusion. From the requirement analysis, there were 4 actors involved in the system, namely teacher, students, pokja PKL and admin. The results of requirement analysis also obtained 2 non functional and 55 functional requirements. Models of sequence diagrams and class diagrams are also constructed in the design stages. The system then tested with whitebox testing for unit and integration testing from 3 test cases with 100% valid, while the validation testing used the blackbox testing and produced 100% valid data from 55 test cases. The compatibility tests gets an invalid result in the responsive test case and for usability testing with the System Usability Scale technique the result are acceptable with grades B and C as well as good rating.

Abstract

PT. Kawasaki Motor Indonesia has an information system division that regulates all matters related to IT. This division also procures goods for IT goods. However, this division has a problem that is the filing process is still done manually and conventionally which results in paper that has been filled manually must still be delivered to the information system division room even though the company has a very wide area and the existing divisions are separated by sufficient distance far. The company also wants to reduce paper usage. Another thing that is a problem is sometimes the information system division is also confused to decide which work should take precedence. Therefore, research is carried out to solve this problem and produce a web-based information system in the form of ticketing for procurement of goods and provide an Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) algorithm to help make decisions. The system was developed using the waterfall model approach. The results obtained are the system produces 25 functional needs and 1 non-functional requirement which are then tested using unit testing and validation testing which produces 100% valid. Testing non-functional requirements were tested using a sortsite application for compatibility and resulted in a system that could be used in various web browsers. The system is also tested using User Acceptance Testing (UAT) which produces a value of 100% based on the given task. Accuracy testing is done by comparing the ranks of experts and systems that produce an accuracy of 66.6667%.

Abstract

School financial administration information system is a system that regulates the examination, management, control, search, and storage of school financial data. MTs Yanuris 1 Linggapura is a private school located in the Brebes Regency, where the management of school financial data is handled by the school treasurer include the management of school expenditure and income funds, the management of teacher honorariums, and the recapitulation of the payments of Contribution to Education Development (SPP) money. Some problems were found in the process of managing financial data, including inefficient report preparation, and report filing system, which is still in the form of paper that makes it possible for data loss. Based on the existing problems, therefore, a web-based application was made to reduce the time in preparing a report. System development at MTs Yanuris 1 Linggapura school uses the prototyping method. The system development process includes the stages of requirements analysis, implementation, and testing. The stage of requirements analysis gained 154 functional requirements obtained from 2 times of iterations at the prototyping stage. The stage of implementation uses the PHP programming language in the CodeIgniter framework. The stage of testing includes functional and non-functional testing. Functional testing includes unit testing that successfully carried out the test path based on 3 test cases, integration testing resulted valid status and validation testing resulted 100% valid from 234 test cases. Non-functional testing using usability and compatibility with system results is acceptable to the user and can run well on the Google Chrome browser version 77.

Abstract

For dropshipper and reseller as sellers, speed and accuracy in choosing products to sell are important. The speed of choosing a product affects the speed of selling a new product, while the accuracy of choosing a product increases the chance the product can be sold. In choosing a product, the seller considers several criteria such as price, number of sales, reviews, and seller's reputation. Generally sellers sell as many products as possible. A reseller or dropshipper needs to assess up to dozens of products to get the desired product. The activity can take up time with days to weeks and is repeated every time a seller wants to sell a new type of product. This causes problems, more and more products are judged to increase the time needed to get the best product. To answer these problems, a web-based application was developed that can help sellers find products, compare desired products and provide recommendations on the best products from various products. Application development is done by iterative method with two iterations. Product searching is done by web scraping technique while product recommendations are carried out by the AHP-TOPSIS method. Application development produces 29 functional needs in iteration 1, 12 needs in iteration 2, one needs functional compatibility, use case diagrams, and use case scenarios. Testing on applications produces 100% valid functional testing, valid nonfunctional testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) is accepted by respondents as stakeholders and research subjects, and valid for testing the accuracy of the AHP-TOPSIS method. Scraper applications are made accepted by respondents.

Abstract

Accreditation data management requires a long time to prepare the assessment process. Since 2008, the BAN-PT forms consist of 7 standards. Substitution of accreditation results must be updated every six months before the deadline. Study programs that will carry out accreditation must prepare data early in accordance with applicable requirements. The table form is quite a lot making the drafting team experienced difficulties when preparing supporting documents. Information based system applications will be developed to provide facilities and assist the process of assessing the accreditation level of a study program in order to obtain eligibility from the study program. Therefore, it will be solved by developed an accreditation information system website. The information system will be highly used so that accreditation data becomes more structured and handles the data collection process. This research will be developed with a web platform. The approach taken uses object oriented design of MVC (Model-View-Controller) using the waterfall method. Functional requirements testing will use white box testing and black box testing, while non-functional requirements testing uses compatibility testing using SortSite. White box test results produce three valid unit tests, and black box testing results in 100% success in validation testing. Non-functional testing also resulted in a system developed that was able to run on various browsers such as Firefox, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Opera.

Abstract

The importance of non-medical services in the fulfillment of facility services at hospitals in addition to health services. Seeing the amount of linen needed in each hospital room by handling it properly. Linen services are carried out to meet the interests of patients in conducting care, so that linen cleanliness needs to be considered with linen laundry. In its application, problems arose including manual recording, incomplete information in the linen laundry service process, and records made again by the head of the household unit for recapitulation. This reduces the sense of satisfaction for the laundry service process and related to the efficiency of time and cost of using books as well as the possibility of major problems that occur because the fulfillment of laundry linen is done every day by officers. Based on the problems that occur the construction of a web-based linen laundry service information system is carried out by applying the waterfall method in system development. Testing is done in four ways, namely unit testing of five samples that were tested using white box testing techniques obtained results of 100% valid status. Validation testing of 42 test cases obtained 100% valid status results. Compatibility testing with system results can run on 11 browsers. Usability testing using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method of 87.5 with excellent and grade scale B categories, which means that the system usability can be accepted.

Abstract

Submission of official travel BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Headquarters is a submission process carried out by employees to the head of the division. At this time, the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Headquarters uses a website-based information system in the process of submitting official travel. However, there is the problem of the system which can only be accessed through a local server, so it is not possible to submit and approve official travel trips outside the office, and the systems that have not been directly integrated with the data in determining the accommodation to be used. Therefore, this research developed an android-based official travel application system that uses Application Programming Interface (API) technology to facilitate employees in determining the airline to be used. Also, the selection of an Android-based platform can also improve the functionality of the daily system because it is connected directly to the gadgets of employees. This development uses the waterfall development model, because the list of needs has been determined from the beginning. From this research, a travel information system for travel orders with 27 functional and one non-functional requirement was usability needs was produced. The system is intended for three types of actors namely order officers, Approval officials, and admins. This system has been tested by unit testing, validation testing, and usability testing using the System Usability Scale (SUS) questionnaire. Unit tests produce 100% valid status in six test cases and validation tests produce 100% valid status in 55 test cases, while usability testing results in an average SUS score of 68.75 on the order side, as well as an average SUS score with the number 75 on the official approval and admin.

Abstract

A good boarding house management will fulfill all its necessities. But there is error often occurred in data collecting when applying the boarding house management. The problem comes in Semanggi boarding house, such as takes a long time to find the position of the data. The problems in the data updating is often occurred in incorrect column and row positions, file corruption, delay to update the data, no payment receipts so that the boarders will be charged again when the data is not collected by the boarding house owner. The solution to solve these problems is the owners has to make boarding house management system followed by adding boarding house and boarders features, payment limit notifications, boarding payments, boarding house finance reports, room bookings, boarding house damage reports, printed payment as a proof, data check and also payment status. The development of this boarding house management system is used waterfall model. Unit testing comes to a value 100% valid as the result. The validation test gives 100% value too. The compatibility testing also gives 100% value using ten web browsers.

Abstract

The Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Brawijaya (FEB UB) is one of the several faculties in Universitas Brawijaya. Every extracurricular and non-curricular activities at FEB UB need to be given awarding credit unit points (SKP) as motivation for students to improve their soft skills. To get SKP points, students must follow the activities of student institutions. There are problems that occur in the activities of student institutions namely the process of proposing proposals and LPJ activities. Students must come face to face with student staff to request the approval process. So students are constrained in the process of submitting activities. Student staff had difficulty in recording the process of submitting activities because the data was scattered in several files and made it difficult for student staff to recapitulate activities. Therefore a research on the development of an achievement credit system was conducted to overcome these problems. Development of a credit system for achievement applying the waterfall model method. the stages of system development starting from the study of literature, requirements engineering, design, system implementation to testing. Based on research conducted elicitation results obtained in the form of 9 types of actors, 55 functional needs and 1 non-functional needs. For the design produces architectural design, components, databases and interfaces, then carried out implementation. The achievement credit system is then carried out by white box testing in unit testing and integration while for black box testing in validation testing with 100% worth of test results. In addition, compatibility testing is performed on Firefox, Chrome, Opera, Edge, Internet Explorer, and Safari browsers.

Abstract

Sulthon Aulia Boarding School has two curricula, namely the school curriculum and the dormitory curriculum. Students for three years will be educated in an Islamic life education so that is is expected to produce graduates who are faithful and pious, morality, have a soul of leadership, and have an entrepreneurial spirit. But in the process of forming good graduates it is still less efficient. The assessment process still uses conventional methods and has the risk of losing data so that it can slow down the assessment process of students both at school and in the dormitory. Academic information system is a solution to the problems above. Student assessments will be recorded online and will minimize data loss. In developing this system, the development method used is the waterfall method. The development of this system resulted in the elicitation of needs in the form of 5 actors, 42 functional needs and 1 non functional requirement Then from the results of the design produces 5 designs, namely architectural design consisting of sequence diagram design, class diagram design, database design and interface design. Then from the results of the design phase carried out the implementation process that results in the implementation of the interface and algorithm implementation. At the system testing stage, the tests carried out are integration testing, unit testing, validation testing and compatibility testing. Based on the testing that has been done, the results are 100% successful in testing functional requirements. In compatibility testing, the system was tested on different devices and got 100% results successfully.
