Abstract

This study examines tax compliance at PT. Karya Giri Palma Furniture, one of the leading manufacturing companies in Indonesia, concerning tax regulations. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach, the study explores management understanding of tax regulations, tax reporting systems, and factors influencing tax compliance levels within the company. Findings indicate that factors such as business profile, industry dynamics, and psychological factors play crucial roles in taxpayer compliance behavior.

Abstract

Abstract— Rapid challenges and changes that are an integral part of the business environment require companies to plan their business carefully, as well as to assess the probability of future events occurring and resulting from them. Supply chain strategy research in budgeting in the public sector is interesting to study. The main target of the current paper  is to analyze the impact of the participatory budgeting on the dysfunctional supply chain strategy mediated by self-efficacy in the public sector. The population was executive officers in the regional government of the province of East Java, Indonesia. Quota sampling is used to determine unit samples. Data obtained from 130 respondents. Three hypotheses were tested using Partial Least Square Analysis. Participative budgeting has been proven to increase self-efficacy. Self-efficacy has also been proven to be an intervening variable, by being able to reduce dysfunctional supply chain strategy with involvement in budgeting. On the other hand, participative budgeting influences dysfunctional supply chain strategy in a positive direction. The practical implications of this study are used as a basis for decision making for local governments in designing management control systems, especially in the budgeting process and paying attention to the character of personal self-efficacy.

Abstract

The Millennial Generation has a very fundamental role in the investment sector, where its existence is able to play a role in strengthening capital market stability in the new era. However, the financial behavior (behavior financial) of the millennial generation as individual investors in terms of overconfidence, financial knowledge (financial literacy) and herding behavior is considered influential in making investment decisions in the capital market. The population in this study is 2,076 investors in the Surabaya Beginner Stock Investor Community (ISP) in 2023. The sampling technique used a non-probability sampling approach with the slovin formula and obtained a total sample of 100 research samples. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire distributed to the Surabaya Beginner Stock Investor Community (ISP). Hypothesis testing used the Patial Least Square (PLS) analysis tool, with Smart PLS Version 3 software. The results showed that there was a significant influence between overconfidence and financial literacy behavior on investment decision making, and it was found that there was no effect of herding behavior on investment decision making. These findings indicate that investors in the context of the beginner stock investor community in Surabaya tend to be more independent in making decisions and are not affected by collective actions that may be irrational. Abstract

Artikel ini memaparkan perihal Total Quality Management saat meningkatkan kualitas manufaktur dan layanan. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah agar menelaah implementasi Total Quality Management dalam meningkatkan kualitas manufaktur dan layanan di PT. Karya Giri Palma, serta agar tahu dampak di pengimplementasian TQM di perusahaan itu dan bagaimana perusahaan bisa bertahan pada persaingan ketat di antara industri-industri serupa. Penelitian ini memakai metode kualitatif tepatnya teknik pengumpulan data yakni studi pustaka, meliputi mengumpulkan informasi dan data dari banyak sumber yakni jurnal, buku, artikel, dan banyak situs web yang sama seperti topik artikel yang dipaparkan. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan prinsip-prinsip Total Quality Management sudah diimplementasikan secara efektif di PT. Karya Giri Palma.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of budgetary participation, clarity of budget targets, organizational commitment to budgetary slack. This research uses quantitative research using primary data. The primary data is a questionnaire that distributed to respondents. This research used PLS-SEM with the help of SmartPLS version 3.0 for windows software to data analysis. This results prove that the variables of budgetary participation, clarity of targets, and organizational commitment have an influence on budgetary slack.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine and analyze the effect of implementation of perfomarmance-based budgeting, budget target accuracy and compliance with laws and regulations to performance accountability of government agencies. This research uses quantitative research using primary data. The primary data is a questionnaire that has been distributed to 97 respondents in Regional Device of Surabaya City Government. The data analysis technique used in this research is PLS-SEM with the help of SmartPLS version 3.0 for windows software. The results of the study prove that the variables of implementation of perfomarmance-based budgeting, budget target accuracy and compliance with laws and regulations had positive effect on performance accountability of government agencies. In other words, its Regional Device located in Surabaya City Government had good governance with good accountability as the realization of well budget and internal supervison.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the marketing strategies implemented by PT Borwita Citra Prima in attracting and retaining customers. The research method used is qualitative descriptive analysis research, which integrates data from literature, customer surveys, and interviews with company management. The concept of consumer satisfaction is the main focus, describing how satisfaction affects customer loyalty in long-term relationships. Borwita Citra Prima, through developing innovative and customer-oriented marketing strategies, has expanded its business from distribution of consumer products to logistics services. Marketing strategy analysis highlights the importance of using the right marketing mix, such as product, price, promotion, and distribution, to meet target market needs. A customer-focused marketing approach is key in maintaining Borwita Citra Prima's position as a leader in the distribution industry, facing dynamic market challenges.

Abstract

The research aims to analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of strategic management implementation on digital marketing at PT Karya Giri Palma, a furniture product company. The effectiveness of the implementation of strategic management in digital marketing using qualitative descriptive methods. Data sources are only through primary data with interview methods and observation methods, and using secondary data that obtain information such as the results of previous studies, journals and references. This research obtained results that show the implementation of strategic management in digital marketing that has been running effectively. In this study, the application of strategic management has several external and internal obstacles.

Abstract

. This study examines the impact of integrating the National Identification Number (NIK) as the Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP) on customer data at PT. Borwita Citra Prima. Tax is a mandatory contribution from the public to the state, vital for economic development and public welfare. However, there is a significant gap between the number of taxpayers and working individuals in East Java, attributed to complex tax regulations. The Indonesian government aims to improve tax compliance by implementing the Single Identity Number (SIN), where NIK serves as NPWP. This research uses a qualitative case study approach, involving interviews and observations with 5 informants from PT. Borwita Citra Prima's administration and sales departments. The findings reveal that using NIK as NPWP enhances tax compliance, administrative efficiency, and data accuracy, thereby supporting better business strategies and market analysis.
