Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian sungguhan (murni). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui efektivitas model konseling Gestalt teknik pembalikan meningkatkan sikap percaya diri siswa, untuk mengetahui efektivitas model konseling Gestalt teknik pennainan dialog meningkatkan sikap percaya diri siswa dan untuk mengetahui perbedaan efektivitas model konseling Gestalt teknik pembalikan dengan teknik permainan dialog dalam meningkatkan sikap percaya diri siswa kelas X SMA Negeri l Singaraja. Proses pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner percaya diri. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Anava Satu Jalur. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu model konseling Gestalt teknik pembalikan terbukti efektif terhadap percaya diri siswa dimana didapatkannya hasil nilai thitung> ttabel atau 8.84 > 2.144. Kemudian besarnya nilai ES = 2,28 dimana hasil ini termasuk dalam kategori tinggi. Selanjutnya model konseling Gestalt teknik permainan dialog juga terbukti efektif terhadap percaya diri siswa dimana didapatkannya nilai thitung> ttabel atau 3.06 > 2.144. Kemudian, besarnya nilai ES = 1,53, dimana hasil ini termasuk dalam kategori tinggi. Model konseling gestalt teknik pembalikan dengan teknik permainan dialog memiliki perbedaan efektivitas terhadap percaya diri siswa dimana hasil uji perbedaan efektivitas sebesar 9,267 dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,092 sehingga (p) > 0,05. Hasil uji t-tukey, diketahui bahwa hasil kelompok eksperimen 1 < kelompok eksperimen 2 yaitu 2,267 < 11,533 sehingga model konseling gestalt teknik permainan dialog lebih efektif daripada model konseling gestalt teknik pembalikan terhadap percaya diri siswa. The purpose of this study was to examine the effectiveness of counseling model Gestalt techniques reversal improve posture confidence of students, to determine the effectiveness of counseling model Gestalt techniques pennainan dialog improve posture confidence of students and to know the effectiveness of counseling model Gestalt techniques reversal with game techniques dialogue in improving attitudes confident students of class X SMA l Singaraja. The process of collecting data in this study using a questionnaire confidence. Data analysis methods used were Anova One Line. The results of this research that Gestalt counseling model inversion technique proved effective against the confidence of students where the acquisition results tcount> ttabel or 8.84> 2.144. Then the value of ES = 2.28 which results in the high category. Furthermore, Gestalt counseling model dialog game techniques also proved effective against the confidence of students where obtainment tcount> ttabel or 3:06> 2,144. Then, the value of ES = 1.53, which results in the high category. Gestalt counseling model inversion technique with the technique of playing the dialogue has a different efficacy of the confidence of students where test results difference in effectiveness of 9.267 with a significance of 0.092 so (p)> 0.05. Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian tindakan (Action Research In Counseling) yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan self dominance siswa kelas VII.12 SMP Negeri 2 Singaraja setelah dilaksanakan penerapan konseling behavioral dengan teknik relaksasi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII 12 SMP Negeri 2 Singaraja. Penelitian ini terdiri dari 4 siklus dimana masing-masing siklus melalui tahap identifikasi, diagnosa, prognosa, konseling/treatment, evaluasi/follow up, dan refleksi. Proses pengambilan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner self dominance pola skala linkert dan dianalisis secara deskriptif serta menggunakan buku harian. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, ditemukan bahwa kategori self dominance siswa pada siklus I adalah rendah 12 orang (34%), sedang 4 orang (11%), tinggi 16 orang (43%), sangat tinggi 3 orang (8%). Pada siklus II adalah rendah 7 orang (20%), sedang 9 orang (25%), tinggi 16 orang (45%), sangat tinggi 3 orang (8%). Siklus III adalah rendah 4 orang (11%), sedang 7 orang (20%), tinggi 21 orang (60%), sangat tinggi 3 orang (8%). Jika dibandingkan dengan kategori skor self dominance siswa pada siklus IV sebagai berikut siswa dengan kategori sangat tinggi 12 orang (34%), kategori tinggi 23 orang (65%) dan tidak ada siswa yang memiliki kategori rendah, dan sedang. Ini menunjukkan sudah ada peningkatan secara signifikan. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa konseling behavioral dengan teknik relaksasi efektif digunakan untuk meningkatkan self dominance siswa kelas VII.12 SMP Negeri 2 Singaraja. Kata Kunci : Konseling behavioral, teknik relaksasi, self dominance. This study is an action research (Action Research In Counseling) which aims to determine the increase in self dominance VII.12 grade students of SMP Negeri 2 Singaraja after the application of behavioral counseling undertaken with relaxation techniques. The subjects were 12 students of class VII SMP Negeri 2 Singaraja. The study consisted of four cycles in which each cycle through the stages of identification, diagnosis, prognosis, counseling / treatment, evaluation / follow-up, and reflection. The retrieval of data in this study using a questionnaire self dominance linkert scale patterns and analyzed descriptively and using a diary. Based on the analysis, it was found that the category of self dominance of students in the first cycle is a low 12 (34%), being 4 people (11%), height 16 people (43%), very high 3 people (8%). In the second cycle was low 7 people (20%), while 9 people (25%), height 16 people (45%), very high 3 people (8%). Cycle III is a low 4 people (11%), while 7 persons (20%), high 21 (60%), very high 3 people (8%). When compared with the scores of self dominance category students in cycle IV the following students with very high category 12 people (34%), high category 23 people (65%) and no student who has a low category, and being. It shows already a significant improvement. So it can be concluded that behavioral counseling with an effective relaxation technique used to improve self dominance VII.12 grade students of SMP Negeri 2 Singaraja. keyword : behavioral counseling, relaxation techniques, self dominance.

Abstract

Career self-efficacy is one of the important factors that determine the success of students in carrying out their careers. Likewise with school counselors, measuring students' career self-efficacy will help them understand and develop strategies to develop students' career plans. For this reason, a valid and reliable career efficacy measurement tool is needed. This study aims to analyze the feasibility of student career success scale based on RASCH modeling. Participants in this study were 30 students who were involved as respondents in a 25-item career self-efficacy test. Rasch analysis was made by the WINSTEPS 3.73 program to evaluate the Indonesian version of the career self-efficacy scale by looking at the validity and reality of the item-person fit measure, Cronbach's alpha value, item-person separation index, dimensions, response patterns in the scalogram, and bias items according to gender. The results of this study indicate that of the 25 items there are 5 items that are out of fit or do not meet the RASCH measurement model. The reliability of the Cronbach Alpha scale is 0.96 or very high. The total gross variance described by the measure is 47%, which means this scale is able to predict students' career self-efficacy quite accurately. Overall, it can be concluded that the Indonesian version of the student career self-efficacy scale has good psychometric properties so that it can be used for assessment and research.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektifan pelatihan metode self-instruction dalam meningkatkan self-esteem siswa SMA. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan eksperimen yaitu one-group pretest-posttest design dengan subjek 5 orang siswa kelas XI SMA. Lab. Undiksha Singaraja yang teridentifikasi sebagai siswa yang memiliki self-esteem rendah. Instrumen yang digunakan ya-itu skala self-esteem dan instrumen untuk bahan perlakuan berupa buku panduan pelatihan dengan metode self-instruction. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan tingkat self-esteem sis-wa sebelum dan setelah mendapatkan intervensi pelatihan dengan metode self-instruction. Dengan menggunakan uji Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test, diperoleh bahwa intervensi metode self-instruction se-cara signifikan dapat meningkatkan self esteem siswa. Abstract

This research aim to observe and understanding a condition of employee’s individual agentic on pursue their achievement in career activities. Individual agentic was personal psychological condition and competence to planning, organize an action and reflection. It’s manifested in four aspects such intentional, forethought, self reactiveness and self reflection. This data was collected through quantitative descriptive method with 200 respondents, in this collection found 135 repondents has a low agentic perception and 65 respondents has high on agentic perception in career activities. This findings majority respondents has a lack of forethought competence and self reflection in their career activities, there are 38 teachers has low level, 33 lecturers in low level, 31 lecturers and 33 goverment employee low level in forethought. It should be adjust through exercise of agentic awareness that shaping their purposefull life and manageble thinking with Agentic Autonomous Thinking and Behavior Strategy (AATBS), this strategy developed by researcher through synthesize a concept of personal agency will be described in this article as prelude to explain a condition of respondents in agentic perspective.

Abstract

This study aims to Determine the Influence of Cognitive Behavioral Counseling Theory With Lord Krishna Basu Modeling Technique To Improve Self Achievement Through Lesson Study In X-1 Students In Sma Negeri 1 Sukasada. This type of research is quasi-experimental research design with "Nonequivalent Posttest Only Control Group Design". Sampling in this research is done by purposive sampling technique. The sample of this study amounted to 21 students. Data collection method used was self-question questionnaire, Analyzed by t-test analysis technique. The result of this research is get t = 3.323 with 0.003 significance so Ho rejected and Ha accepted. Then it can be concluded that there is influence of cognitive counseling behaviora basu god Krishna modeling technique through self lesson study to improve student achievement of class X-1 in SMA Negeri 1 Sukasada.

Abstract

This study aims to understand: Effectiveness of behavioral counseling techniques of modeling and assertive training techniques to improve students' self-confidence. The experimental design used was Nonequevalen Control Group Design, this study included "quasieksperimen" research. The population of this study is the students of class X Boga SMK Negeri 2 Singaraja which amounted to 203 people. The sample was taken using purposive sampling technique with 16 students who have low self esteem by obtaining low score, as many as 8 people assigned as experimental group 1 and 8 the rest are assigned as experiment group 2. Data collection was confident in this study using a self-confident questionnaire. The results showed that there are differences in the effectiveness of students who follow Behavioral Counseling modeling techniques and students who follow assertive training techniques to improve students' self confidence X grade Boga SMK N 2 Singaraja.

Abstract

This development research resulted in a product in the form of a rational emotive behavior therapy counseling guidebook to reduce academic dishonesty behavior in junior high school students. The research procedure used is a 4D development model (Define, Design, Develop and Disseminate). The guidebook assessment consists of 5 BK experts. The results of data analysis in the implementation of the product content validity test with indicators of usability, feasibility, and accuracy obtained the results of CVR = 22 and CVI = 1 (very appropriate). The results of the effectiveness test of the researcher's guidebook involved 16 students using the one group pretest posttest design method. The results of the effectiveness test showed that the development of a rational emotive behavior therapy counseling guidebook was effective in reducing academic dishonesty behavior in junior high school students. The results of the effect size calculation can be concluded that the test has a high effectiveness. Thus, the provision of Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy counseling has a high effectiveness in reducing academic dishonesty behavior in students. Abstrak Penelitian pengembangan ini menghasilkan produk berupa buku panduan konseling rational emotive behavior therapy untuk mereduksi perilaku ketidakjujuran akademik pada siswa SMP. Prosedur penelitian yang digunakan adalah model pengembangan 4D (Define, Design, Develop dan Disseminate). Penilaian buku panduan terdiri dari 5 orang ahli BK. Hasil analisis data dalam pelaksanaan uji validitas isi produk dengan indikator kegunaan, kelayakan, dan ketepatan didapatkan hasil CVR =22 dan CVI = 1 (sangat sesuai). Hasil uji efektivitas buku panduan peneliti melibatkan 16 siswa dengan menggunakan metode one group pretest posttest design. Hasil dari uji efektifitas didapatkan hasil bahwa pengembangan buku panduan konseling rational emotive behavior therapy efektif untuk mereduksi perilaku ketidakjujuran akademik pada siswa. Adapun hasil perhitungan effect size dapat disimpulkan bahwa uji tersebut memiliki efektivitas tinggi. Dengan demikian pemberian konseling Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy mempunyai efektivitas tinggi terhadap mereduksi perilaku ketidakjujuran akademik pada siswa.

Abstract

This research was developed to increase curiosity in junior high school students' learning. This product will be used by BK teachers as a guide for providing classical guidance services. The development of classical guidance service tools to increase curiosity uses a research development design that is used following the 4D (four D) development model. The results of the assessment are then calculated using the formulas CVR (Content Validty Ratio) and CVI (Content Validity Index). The results of the CVR for each part of the service kit, namely, RPL = 1, Material = 1, Media = 1, LKPD = 1, and evaluation tool = 1. CVI results for each part of the service tool, namely, RPL = 13, Material = 13, Media = 13, LKPD = 13, and evaluation tool = 13. Calculation of an independent t-test to calculate the difference between the group provided with services and the classical guidance service tool to increase curiosity and the group that was not given any services at all. After calculating the independent t-test, the results showed that there were differences between students who were provided with services and those who were not. BK teachers are recommended to use this tool because this device contains materials and media that are in accordance with the times. Abstrak Penelitian ini dikembangkan untuk meningkatkan rasa ingin tahu dalam belajar siswa SMP. Produk ini akan digunakan oleh guru BK sebagai pedoman dalam memberikan layanan bimbingan klasikal. Pengembangan perangkat layanan bimbingan klasikal untuk meningkatkan rasa ingin tahu menggunakan desain pengembangan penelitian yang digunakan mengikuti model pengembangan 4D (empat D). Hasil penilaian kemudian dihitung dengan menggunakan rumus CVR (Content Validity Ratio) dan CVI (Content Validity Index). Hasil CVR tiap bagian service kit yaitu RPL = 1, Material = 1, Media = 1, LKPD = 1, dan alat evaluasi = 1. Hasil CVI tiap bagian alat service yaitu RPL = 13, Materi = 13, Media = 13, LKPD = 13, dan Alat Evaluasi = 13. Perhitungan uji-t independen untuk menghitung selisih antara kelompok yang diberikan layanan dan perangkat layanan bimbingan klasik untuk meningkatkan rasa ingin tahu dan kelompok yang tidak diberikan pelayanan sama sekali. Setelah dilakukan perhitungan uji independent t-test diperoleh hasil bahwa terdapat perbedaan antara siswa yang diberikan pelayanan dengan yang tidak. Guru BK disarankan untuk menggunakan alat ini karena alat ini berisi materi dan media yang sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman.
