Abstract

This study aims to develop, test the content validity, practicality of the guidebook and determine the effectiveness of the e-counseling-based guidance book with behavioral counseling theory and positive reinforcement techniques to reduce academic procrastination in students of SMP Negeri 6 Singaraja. The development procedure uses the 4D model proposed by Thiagarajan. The data in this study were collected using an academic procrastination scale which includes aspects including: 1) fear of mistakes, 2) fear of success, 3) fear of defeat, 4) fear of separation and intimacy, fear of separation and fear of intimacy). . The sample in this study were 7 students who had high academic procrastination behavior. The data analysis technique used is data analysis of the product content of the guidebook, the practicality test of the guidebook and the test of the effectiveness of the guidebook. The results showed that: 1) The assessment of the guidebook involving 3 Undiksha FIP lecturers and 2 BK teachers at SMP 6 Singaraja got the results of CVR = 22 and CVI = 0.98, 2) Practicality Test Guide involving 10 BK teachers from SMP Negeri 1, SMP Negeri 2 and SMP 6 Singaraja, the results obtained were 90.62% in the Very Practical category. 3) The effectiveness test that has been carried out using 7 students, the significance price of the pre-test score and the post-test score of 0.42 and 0.09, the significance price is 0.05. Suggestions for future researchers, there is a need for further development research on e-counseling-based guidance guidebooks for old aspects that can be changed to the latest aspects so that they are in accordance with the circumstances and development of junior high school students. Recommendations to other researchers using self-management techniques.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the design or construction of the guidebook development, to determine the validity of the instrument/content validity regarding the development of the guidebook and to determine the effectiveness of developing a behavioral counseling guidebook for behavioral contracting techniques to improve the learning discipline of junior high school students. This study is of the type of development research through the use of 4D development procedures (Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate). The following study involved 3 experts (FIP Undiksha Counseling Lecturers) and 3 practitioners in the field of counseling guidance (BK teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Sukasada) who were tasked with testing the usability, feasibility, and accuracy of the manual. The research data were collected with expert validity instruments which were then analyzed using the Content Validity Ratio, Content Validity Index, and t-test formulas. The results of the CVR analysis show that all statements of instrument items are acceptable and get a CVI score of 0.98 with a very appropriate category. Thus, the behavioral counseling guidebook for behavioral contracting techniques meets the requirements for use. Testing the effectiveness of the guidebook was conducted on 30 students using a one-group pre-test and post-test experimental design. According to the results of the pre-test, there were 6 students who had low learning discipline so that the researchers provided group counseling services. Significance score The t-test result was 0.013, which means that the development of a behavioral counseling guidebook for behavioral contracting techniques is effective in increasing the learning discipline of junior high school students. To other researchers, it is better if the results of the research on the development of this counseling guidebook can be used as a reference regarding the problems to be investigated further, especially those related to student learning discipline, but still with various sources as consideration for carrying out a similar development. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui rancang bangun atau kontruksi pengembangan buku panduan, mengetahui validitas instrument/validitas isi mengenai pengembangan buku panduan serta mengetahui keefektifan pengembangan buku panduan konseling behavioral teknik kontrak perilaku untuk meningkatkan kedisiplinan belajar siswa SMP. Kajian ini berjenis penelitian pengembangan melalui penggunaan prosedur pengembangan 4D (Define, Design, Develop, dan Disseminate). Kajian berikut memperlibatkan 3 ahli (dosen bimbingan konseling FIP Undiksha) dan 3 orang praktisi di bidang bimbingan konseling (Guru BK SMP Negeri 1 Sukasada) yang bertugas untuk menguji kegunaan, kelayakan, dan ketepatan buku panduan. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan instrument validitas pakar yang selanjutnya dilakukan analisis menggunakan formula Content Validity Ratio, Content Validity Indeks, dan t-tes. Hasil analisis CVR menunjukan semua pernyataan item instrument berterima dan mendapat skor CVI sejumlah 0,98 dengan katagori sangat sesuai, Dengan begitu buku panduan konseling behavioral teknik kontrak perilaku terpenuhi ketentuan untuk digunakan. Pengujian efektivitas buku panduan dilakukan kepada 30 peserta didik mempergunakan disain eksperimen one grup pre-test dan post-test. Sesuai hasil dari pre-test terdapat 6 siswa yang memiliki kedisiplinan belajar yang rendah sehingga peneliti memberikan layanan konseling kelompok. Skor signifikansi Hasil uji-t 0,013 yang bermakna pengembangan buku panduan konseling behavioral teknik kontrak perilaku mempunyai keefektivan guna meningkatkan kedisiplinan belajar siswa SMP. Kepada peneliti lain maka sebaiknya hasil penelitian pengembangan buku panduan konseling ini dapat dijadikan refrensiterkait masalah-masalah yang akan diteliti selanjutnya terutama terkait dengan kedisiplinan belajar siswa, namun tetap dengan sumber beragam sebagai pertimbangan untuk melakukan sebuah pengembangan yang sejenis.

Abstract

Abstract: The study was a Research & Development research. The product developed was a Group Counseling Guidebook with Trait and Factor Based on Online to increase the Career Maturity of High School Students. This guidebook was created to be applied as a sources for Counseling Teachers in applying counseling service in improving students’ career perfection. The study employed 4D model by Thiagarajan, i.e. (1) Define, (2) Design, (3) Develop, and (4) Disseminate. The research subject were 5 experts namely 3 Counseling Guidance lecturers of FIP Undiksha and 2 Counseling Guidance Teachers at SMA Negeri 2 Kuta. The other 8 students were used in examining the effectivity of the guidebook. Based on experts, 22 items instruments were categorized as valid. The results found that the index of content validity (CVI) was in a very acceptable category. The index of content validity is vital to examine the appropriate assessment to use. The hypothesis showed that there is an effectiveness of Group Counseling Guidebooks with Trait and Factor Theory Based on Online Counseling to complete Students Career Maturity Testing with count 24.92 with a Sig. value of 0.00 and ES value = 3.12 which included in the ES Category. Abstrak: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian pengembangan (R&D). Produk yang dirancang adalah Buku Panduan Konseling Kelompok dengan Teori Trait and Factor Berbasis Online untuk meningkatkan kematangan karir siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas. Buku ini dirancang agar bisa dipergunakan sebagai acuan guru BK dalam memberikan pelayanan konseling di sekolah guna meningkatkan kematangan karir peserta didik. Prosedur pengembangan ini yaitu model Pengembangan 4D oleh Thiagarajan dengan fase yakni: (1) Pendefinisian, (2) Rancangan, (3) Pengembangan, dan (4) Penyebaran. Pengembangan ini melibatkan 5 orang ahli yang terdiri atas 3 orang dosen Bimbingan Kosenling FIP Undiksha dan 2 guru Bimbingan Konseling SMA Negeri 2 Kuta. Dalam pengujian efektivitas buku panduan ini, terdapat 8 siswa yang dilibatkan. Semua butir pada buku panduan konseling uang dinilai pakar mempunyai validitas pada kategori baik. Sesuai penilaian pada indeks validitas isi (CVI), buku ini berada di kategori sangat sesuai. Penilaian indeks validitas isi pada buku panduan sangatlah penting untuk mengidentifikasi kelayakan untuk digunakan. Pengujian hipotesis menemukan terdapat efektivitas buku Panduan Konseling Kelompok dengan Teori Trait and Factor berbasis online dalam meningkatkan kematangan karir siswa dengan thitung 24,92 pada taraf signifikansi 0.00 serta nilai ES = 3.12 pada kriteria ES tinggi.

Abstract

This research is a research and development. “This guidebook was created to be used as a reference for Counseling Guidance teachers in carrying out counseling services in schools to improve student career exploration. The development procedure in this study uses the 4-D modification learning tool proposed by Thiagarajan, namely define, design, development, and disseminate. This study involved the subjects of 5 experts in counseling guidance including 3 lecturers of Counseling Guidance FIP Undiksha and 2 teachers of Counseling Guidance at SMP Negeri 2 Kediri to test the validity of the contents of the product and 15 Counseling Guidance teachers to test the acceptance of the product. To test the effectiveness of the guidebook, researchers involved 8 students as subjects. Of the 22 instrument items used in the assessment by experts, all items of the guidebook have good validity. Based on this assessment, it was found that the content validity index (CVI) of the category guidebook was very appropriate. In the acceptance test of products using PAIT analysis, a mean persentil of 98 was obtained which was categorized as A (Very Practical) so that the guidebook was feasible to use. Hypothesis testing shows that the Implementation of the A Group Guidance Guidebook Based on Ginzberg’s Theory With Effective Simulation Game Techniques to Improve Students’ Career Exploration with a count of 12.979 with a significance level of 0.05 and an ES value = 4.588 which means the effect of the guidebook to improve the career exploration of high-category students.” Abstrak: Penelitian ini yakni penelitian pengembangan. Buku acuan ini di bentuk guna bisa di jadikan pedoman bagi guru BK ketika menjalankan layanan konseling di sekolah untuk meningkatkan eksplorasi karir siswa. Prosedur pengembangan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan perangkat pembelajaran modifikasi 4 – D yang di kemukakan oleh Thiagarajan yakni : “(1) Tahap Pendefinisian,(2) Tahap Perancangan, (3) Tahap Pengembangan, (4) Tahap Penyebaran. Penelitian ini menyangkutkan subjek 5 orang ahli dalam Bimbingan Konseling(BK) yakni 3 orang dosen BK FIP Undiksha dan 2 orang guru BK SMP Negeri 2 Kediri guna menguji validitas isi produk dan 15 orang guru BK guna mengujikan keberteriman produk. guna ujikeefektifitasan buku panduan, pengkaji menyangkut 8 orang siswa selaku subjek. Dari 22 butir instrumen yang di pakai pada penilaian oleh pakar/ahli, seluruh butir buku panduan mempunyai validitas yang baik. Berlandaskan penilaian ini di peroleh indeks validitas isi buku acuan bergolongan sangat sesuai.” Pada uji keberterimaan produk yang memakai analisa PAIT di peroleh mean persentil sejumlah 98 yang bergolongan A (Sangat Praktis) maka buku panduan layak di pakai. Uji hipotesis membuktikan bila Implementasi Buku Panduan Bimbingan Kelompok Berlandaskan Teori Ginzberg Dengan Teknik Permainan Simulasi Efektif Untuk menaikan Eksplorasi Karir Siswa Teori dengan thitung 12,979 terhadap tingkat signifikansi 0,05 dan nilai ES= 4,588 yang berarti efek dari buku panduan untuk menaikan eksplorasi karir siswa bergolongan tinggi.

Abstract

Many students who are confused about choosing a career after completing their vocational education level are influenced by the lack of career information counselors provide. This research aims to develop and test the practicality of a career information service module for determining career choices for SMK students. This research belongs to the type of development research that was developed using the ADDIE model. The ADDIE development model comprises five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The subjects involved in this study were three experts in the field of counseling guidance, two guidance counseling teachers, and 30 students. Data collection in the study was carried out using observation and questionnaire methods, with research instruments in the form of questionnaire product validity sheets about career selection. The data obtained in the study were then analyzed using product validity analysis techniques using the CVR method, followed by calculating the CVI. The product acceptance test was analyzed using PAIT analysis. To determine the module's effectiveness, the data were analyzed by t-test with the help of SPSS Windows 20. The results obtained in the study showed that the sig score was 0.677. This probability score is smaller than the 0.05 significance level. These results indicate that the career information service module effectively determines career choices for SMK students.

Abstract

This research and development uses the 4D development design (define, design, develop, disseminate) which produces a behavioral counseling guidebook product with systematic desensitization techniques to reduce anxiety in student learning. The content validity test was conducted on 3 counseling experts at the Ganesha University of Education. In the validity test using the Lawshe Formula by calculating the CVR and CVI. To measure the effectiveness using the t test which was analyzed using SPSS. The assessment instrument used in the validity test and effectiveness test is a questionnaire. Of the 17 questions used to assess content validity it was stated that the development of the guideline had very good validity. For an ES value = 2.98 which is included in the high ES category.

Abstract

In this study, the aim was to determine the influence of the application of group counseling services to reduce bullying behavior that occurs in students. The research design used was a quasi-experimental nonequivalent control group design. In this study the population used involved students of class VIII SMP Negeri 2 Singaraja by using a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis method used is in the form of a t-test with the help of the SPSS for Windows version 26 program which is then compared using the effect size, this has the aim of knowing how much influence is generated from the implementation of role playing technique group counseling services to reduce bullying behavior. The data collection instrument used in this study used observation and questionnaires related to bullying behavior. The conclusion in this study is that group counseling with role playing techniques has a strong influence on reducing bullying behavior in students.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a behavioral counseling guidebook using the modeling method to improve high school students' self-regulated learning. This handbook is a guide for counseling teachers in conducting counseling tutorial services in schools. The development procedure in this research explores the 4D development model proposed by Thiagarajan, (1974). Evaluation of the acceptability of this guidebook was assessed by 5 judges in the field of counseling tutorials. The evaluation instrument used consisted of 22 statement items referring to the acceptability of the guidebook. Acceptability analysis uses the formulation of the calculation of the Content Validity Ratio (CVR) from Lawshe, (1975). The results show content validity (CVI) of 1 which means very good or special. This shows that the modeling technique behavioral counseling guidebook that was developed already meets the acceptance criteria. Trial to involve 3 students and in this research using a single subject design method with A-B-A design and the method of analyzing the data using graphic analysis. Variable measurement using percentage (%). In the effectiveness test, the results of baseline-1(A) self-regulated learning for the first student were (54.16%), the second student was (54.16%), the third student was (62.05%). In the intervention condition (B) self regulated learning the first student is at (61.66% - 90.41%), the second student is at (63.33% - 90.83%), the third student is at (66.66% - 98.33%). In the baseline-2 (A) condition, the first student's self regulated learning was at (95%), the second student was at (95.83%), the third student was at (99.58%). It can be concluded that the development of a behavioral counseling guidebook with modeling techniques is effective for increasing the self-regulated learning of high school students.

Abstract

This is the development research which aims to develop a career guidance guide product based on life skills with a super career theory approach to improve student career planning. This study uses the 4D development research that consists of Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. This research involved 3 lecturers of the Undiksha FIP guidance counselling study program. Researcher tested the validity of the product being developed. Based on the results of expert's assessment, it was found that the product met the requirements and was suitable for use in career guidance services found that the product met the requirements. An effectiveness test was carried out to determine the developed career guidance guide was effective in improving student career planning. The hypothesis test stated that the Handbook was effective with an Effect Size in the high category. The result can be concluded that the developed career guidance guide is effective and belongs to the high ES category to increase students' career planning.

Abstract

One of the characteristics of the independent learning curriculum is student-centered learning. Students become a reference in finding patterns of learning and mentoring. In this context, teachers are required to seek power and efforts to foster the capability of students (student agency) in leading themselves. One pattern of assistance used by teachers, especially Counseling Guidance teachers is person-centered counseling. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of the Person-Centered counseling approach pattern in fostering student learning independence. The method used in this research is a systematic literature review. The stages in this method are planning, conducting, and reporting. The locus of this research is the literature research results of several researchers, who examined several schools related to the person-centered counseling approach. The results of this research are an increase in student independence in learning when the teacher applies a person-centered counseling pattern. This has been proven in several studies. On that basis, the application of the person-centered counseling approach model is something that is definitely needed to improve the quality of student learning.
