Abstract

Abstract. This research examines the Blockchain-based financial system in Islamic monetary economics. Through a literature review, this study finds that blockchain technology can support Shariah principles by regulating transactions in accordance with Islamic rules and enhancing financial transparency. Furthermore, blockchain technology can enhance financial security through encryption and strict access controls. The implementation of this technology also has the potential to improve financial inclusion by providing secure and efficient financial services to previously unbanked individuals. The findings of this research provide valuable insights for policymakers and practitioners in developing innovative solutions that strengthen the fair, transparent, and inclusive Islamic financial sector in the digital era.

Abstract

The main task of lecturers as part of the higher education academic community is the Tridharma of Higher Education: teaching education, research and community service. In the aspect of community service, lecturers are expected to have constructive programs that have positive externalities for both external and internal stakeholders who are of concern in this program. Internal stakeholders in this context are students, who have the duty and responsibility to produce highly competitive scientific work. To realize this competitiveness is the background for this community service program in the form of Technical Guidance designed in the form of Service Learning. The participants in the activity were students of the Postgraduate Sharia Economics Masters at UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung. The results of this activity show that this technical guidance is able to influence students in finding Information Technology (IT) based novelties, and with this novelty the scientific work produced by students has high competitiveness.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini menganalisis metafora uang dalam konteks ekonomi Islam melalui tinjauan literatur. Pendekatan interdisipliner digunakan untuk memahami makna simbolis dan pengaruhnya dalam sistem ekonomi berbasis prinsip syariah. Melalui pemahaman makna simbolis uang, penelitian ini menyoroti peran metafora tersebut dalam membentuk perilaku dan dinamika ekonomi masyarakat Muslim. Hasil analisis literatur menunjukkan bahwa metafora uang dalam ekonomi Islam memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk persepsi dan perilaku ekonomi individu dan masyarakat. Uang tidak hanya sebagai alat tukar atau penanda nilai, tetapi juga mencerminkan nilai-nilai spiritual dan etis dalam ekonomi Islam. Metafora ini mendorong penggunaan uang yang bertanggung jawab, transparan, adil, dan berlandaskan prinsip syariah. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan baru tentang peran simbolis uang dalam ekonomi Islam, yang dapat digunakan sebagai dasar untuk pengembangan kebijakan ekonomi yang sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Islam. Implikasinya adalah peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat Muslim tentang pentingnya menerapkan nilai-nilai Islam dalam konteks ekonomi, serta kontribusi positif dalam membangun sistem ekonomi yang inklusif, adil, dan berkelanjutan berdasarkan prinsip-prinsip syariah.

Abstract

i Indonesia, posyandu (Pos Pelayanan Terpadu) berperan penting dalam upaya meningkatkan derajat kesehatan masyarakat melalui pelayanan kesehatan yang terjangkau dan mudah diakses. Desa Jayasari, sebagai salah satu desa yang berada di daerah terpencil, menghadapi berbagai tantangan dalam hal pelayanan kesehatan. kurangnya pengetahuan masyarakat tentang kesehatan, serta keterbatasan akses terhadap layanan kesehatan menjadi beberapa masalah yang harus diatasi. Kegiatan posyandu di desa Jayasari rutin dilakukan setiap bulannya, karena desa Jayasari memiliki jumlah batita dan balita sebanyak 339 jiwa dan lansia sebanyak 284 jiwa. Namun, pelaksanaan kegiatan posyandu ini belum sempurna karena kekuranga sumber daya manusia untuk membantu administrasi selama kegiatan berlangsung. Kegiatan pendampingan yang kami lakukan ini yaitu pendampingan posyandu terhadap batita dan balita, pemeriksaan kesehatan untuk ibu hamil, penyuluhan stunting, dan juga pemeriksaan kesehatan pada lansia. Metode yang kami gunakan untuk pengabdian kami kepada masyarakat yaitu metode pendidikan masyarakat. Salah satu kegiatan yang menggunakan metode ini adalah berupa kegiatan penyuluhan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman serta kesadaran masyarakat setempat. Tujuannya yaitu untuk memberikan informasi, edukasi seputar kesehatan tubuh bagi para orang tua dan juga meminimalisir terjadinya penurunan kesehatan pada masyarakat setempat. Kegiatan ini mendapatkan respon positif dari masyarakat dan juga bidan yang bertugas. Kegiatan posyandu dan pemeriksaan kesehatan ini mempunyai peran penting pada kesehatan masyarakat di desa Jayasari, terutama kesehatan ibu dan anak. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini berjalan lancar dan mendapat respon yang positif dari masyarakat setempat, begitu juga oleh para bidan yang bertugas karena merasa lebih terbantu dengan adanya mahasiswa KKN yang berpartisipasi secara aktif dalam kegiatan pendampingan ini. Masyarakat jadi lebih mengetahui mengenai stunting pada anak, makanan apa saja yang baik dimakan oleh ibu hamil, peningkatan atau penurunan kesehatan pada dirinya sendiri maupun anak-anaknya.

Abstract

This study aims to review the concept of Maqāṣid Sharī'ah in the context of green economy development through urban farming practices. Maqāṣid Sharī'ah, as a framework of Islamic ethics, provides a basis for understanding how Islamic principles can be implemented in an effort to improve economic sustainability through urban agriculture. This research uses literature analysis methods and case studies to explore Maqāṣid Sharī'ah concepts relevant to the development of a green economy. Special focus is given on how urban farming can be an effective instrument to achieve the goals of Maqāṣid Sharī'ah, such as the maintenance of religion, the maintenance of the soul, the maintenance of offspring, the maintenance of reason, and the maintenance of property. The results showed that urban farming practices can contribute positively to the fulfillment of Maqāṣid Sharī'ah's goals. In reality, urban farming not only creates new economic opportunities, but also maintains environmental sustainability, public health, and the distribution of economic justice. The implications of this research provide a foundation for the development of green economy policies and practices that are more in line with Islamic ethical values in the context of urban agriculture.

Abstract

In today's digital era, skilled leadership plays a crucial role in the utilization of information technology. This is in line with the role of human resource management in organizing government operations and public services to run efficiently, especially in the era of digital government. This qualitative study with content analysis reveals the role of leadership in human resource management applied in digital government. The findings of this research are as follows: first, leadership acts as a counselor for government digitalization; second, it serves as an instructor in implementing digital-based public services; third, leaders lead meetings and make decisions using digital technology; and fourth, leadership plays a role in delegating authority using technology and information.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the role of human capital in improving organizational efficiency and employee productivity in Islamic People's Economic Banks (BPRS) in Indonesia. This research was conducted on 350 BPRS employees in East Java Province using purposive sampling technique. While data collection was done through questionnaires. The research was conducted because in 2024 out of 174 BPRS in Indonesia, only 7 BPRS have core capital exceeding Rp 50 billion. This limitation hampers the ability to provide adequate supporting infrastructure and high-quality human resources, especially in a market segment that demands the presence of high-quality human capital. Meanwhile, BPRS are still perceived as inferior to general banks by the public. Thus, this study provides strategic recommendations for BPRS management in improving organizational efficiency and employee productivity through human capital development. The results showed that human capital (HC) has a significant positive influence on improving employee roductivity (EP) with a coefficient value of β = 0.406 (p < 0.05) and organization efficiency (OE) with a coefficient value of β = 0.416 (p < 0.05). In addition, a healthy organization also has a significant positive effect on improving employee productivity (EP) with a coefficient value of β = 0.262 (p < 0.05). Overall, a healthy organization mediates the relationship between human capital and employee performance with an axb indirect effect value of 0.109 (p < 0.05).

Abstract

This research raises a crucial issue in the context of Islamic economics, namely the understanding of Muslims on the distribution of wealth and the phenomenon of economic equity. Using a phenomenological study approach, this research seeks to gain in-depth insight into the perceptions, views and experiences of Muslims regarding this issue. Through in-depth interviews and participatory observation, qualitative data were obtained to be analyzed descriptively and thematically. The results of this study provide a deep understanding of the thoughts of Muslims towards the distribution of wealth in the Islamic economic paradigm. Within the framework of the concept of economic equity, this study explores the essential aspects that influence the perceptions of Muslims in the context of wealth distribution. The findings of this study also provide a more holistic understanding of the phenomenon of economic equity in Islamic economics. This research has significant implications in developing an understanding of the principles of wealth distribution in Islamic economics. The results of these findings can contribute to the development of more inclusive and just economic policies in Muslim societies. By considering the interests and needs of Muslims, this research encourages the efforts of the government and policy makers to promote economic equality as a strategic step in achieving better social and economic justice.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of awareness of halal products as a factor influencing consumer decisions to buy halal products, in order to support the sustainability of the halal cosmetics industry, especially the Wardah brand. The halal industry not only sells value branding but also ensures the availability of a sustainable supply of halal products. This paper was studied using a quantitative approach, with a causal associative method. Data analysis techniques include validity, reliability, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing using multiple regression and path analysis. The research results show that product knowledge and religiosity positively affect halal product purchases; product knowledge alone has no significant impact. Religiosity negatively affects purchasing decisions; product knowledge boosts halal awareness; religiosity negatively impacts halal awareness. Simultaneously, product knowledge, religiosity, and halal awareness significantly influence purchases; product knowledge has a positive but insignificant effect on purchases via halal awareness, and religiosity significantly negatively affects purchases through halal awareness. The halal industry should focus on enhancing consumer halal awareness to influence purchasing decisions among Muslims and non-Muslims, aiming to improve supply chain productivity for sustainability

Abstract

Weak personal financial management among santripreneurs remains a significant barrier to the sustainable growth of their businesses, particularly within Islamic educational institutions. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of a structured mentoring program in enhancing personal financial literacy and management practices among santripreneurs in the Islamic campus environment of Lamongan Regency, Indonesia. Employing a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, the program was implemented through four integrated stages: initial needs assessment, action planning, intervention execution, and reflective evaluation. A total of 40 participants were involved over a three-month period. The intervention consisted of training modules on financial record-keeping, budgeting, and the application of Islamic financial instruments. The findings revealed that 85% of participants successfully implemented the separation of personal and business finances, while 24.43% experienced an increase in business turnover. Furthermore, the utilization of Islamic financial services increased from 30% to 65% of participants. The reflective evaluation phase indicated a significant behavioral shift toward financial discipline, especially in cash flow monitoring and capital allocation. This study contributes to the literature on Islamic entrepreneurship by demonstrating the practical impact of financial mentoring in faith-based business environments and highlights the potential for replication in other Islamic boarding school settings.
