Abstract

The aims of this study is to (1) compile and produce a behavioristic counseling guidebook, (2) determine the content's validity of the behavioristic counseling guidebook, (3) find out the practicality of a behavioristic counseling guidebook, and (4) determine the effectiveness of a behavioristic counseling guidebook using the role playing technique. as well as modeling to minimize bullying behavior of junior high school students. This research method uses research and development (R&D) with the 4D (Four D) model developed by Thiagarajan (1974). This study used a bullying behavior questionnaire as an instrument. Expert examiner on the guide product involve five experts from Guidance and Counseling Professors. The results of this study indicate that (1) produce a behavioristic counseling guidebook consisting of covers, prefaces, guide schemes, steps, evaluation and closing (2) behavioristic counseling guidebooks using role playing techniques and modeling to minimize student bullying behavior are declared valid. high with CVR = 1 (CVR> 0) and CVI got a score of 1, (3) the practicality test of the guidebook on the assessment of five guidance counseling practitioners was declared practical (89%), (4) The application of the guidebook behavioristic counseling technique role playing and Effective modeling is used to minimize student bullying behavior with a value of t = 19.171 with a significance <0.05

Abstract

One of the factors that forms the basis of research is the need for guidance and counseling teachers regarding guidebooks that can be used as teaching references related to students' further studies, Andori, A. Z. (2013). The purpose of this study: (1) to know the procedures for developing guidebooks, their validity, practicality and effectiveness of guidebooks. This study used the method (R&D) using the 4D step, namely, define, design, development and dessimination which focused on class IX students of SMPN 9 Denpasar as research subjects. While the object of research is the guidebook of Ginzberg's counseling theory in giving consideration to students' further studies, Yavuz, O. (2022) Data collection techniques were carried out through questionnaires. The results of the study concluded that the results obtained from the validity test using Lawshe, Gilbert, G. E., & Prion, S. (2016) CVR and CVI showed a per-item value greater than 0 (CVR>0). Furthermore, the results of the Lashe CVI analysis obtained a score of 1. Based on the data analysis, it means that the content validity value of the guidebook product is high, meaning that it is considered feasible to be developed. These results indicate that, the guidebook Ginzberg Counseling Theory with Modeling Techniques for Selecting Students' Advanced Study Meets relevant validity. Based on the assessment of ten (10) teachers/practitioners, the practicality of this guide was found with an average result of 88%, meaning that this guidebook meets the practical criteria used by Guidance and Counseling Teachers. Based on the analysis of the t test performed, it was obtained that t = -19,896 with a smaller significance of 0.05. this means that the application of the Ginzberg Counseling Theory guidebook with Modeling Techniques Gemino, A., & Wand, Y. (2003) for Selecting Further Studies is effectively used to select student further studies and fulfills the requirements for writing a good guidebook, Dantes (2021), namely (1) High validity value, (2) Value high reliability, (3) Fulfills high practicality tests, (4) Able to adapt to the media used, (5) Fulfills the effectiveness of the contents of the manual.

Abstract

Students’ mental health is one of the central issues during the COVID-19 pandemic. Various studies have reported increasing psychological disorders experienced by students. An effort is needed to help students improve their mental health and psychological well-being. This study reports the effect of online strength-based counseling (SBC) model through LMS Schoology. The randomized control trial experiment design performed to examining the effect of intervention on this study to students well-being, resilience and Health life style. This study involved 465 students who were randomly assigned to the first experimental group assign the online SBC through LMS Schoology, the second experimental group assign to the SBC by the paper based module counseling guide, and the third is waiting list control. Manova and Anova statistic analysis used to test the hypothesis of this study. The results of this study show that online SBC through LMS Schoology is an effective intervention to help students improve healthy lifestyles and behaviors, resilience, and well-being. The findings in this study have implications for the implementation of guidance and counseling services in schools as an effort to improve students' mental health and psychological well-being.

Abstract

Cross-cultural counseling refers to a therapeutic process that occurs between counselors and clients who originate from diverse backgrounds and cultural contexts. Hence, it is imperative for counselors to possess proficiency in the domain of cross-cultural counseling in their professional endeavors. This research employed a qualitative descriptive methodology to examine the cross-cultural counseling process using the solution-focused brief counseling approach. The study focused on a seventh-grade student from one of the public schools in Nusa Tenggara Timur Indonesia who belonged to a distinct cultural background from the counselor. The primary objective was to investigate the effectiveness and outcomes of the cross-cultural counseling process when implementing the solution-focused brief counseling approach. The study's findings indicate that individual counseling using the Focused Solution Brief Counseling technique encompasses several key components. These include the construction of a positive therapeutic relationship, goal setting, the identification of issues, the development and implementation of solutions, and the termination of the counseling session. The study additionally demonstrates that within the realm of cross-cultural counseling, the solution-focused brief counseling approach has the capacity to effectively address the challenges faced by students. Therefore, solution-focused brief counseling may serve as an effective strategy for school counselors that can help students resolve their problems.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui peranan konseling lintas budaya dalam pendidikan, mengetahui tahapan konseling lintas budaya pada penanganan kasus distorsi kognitif, serta mengetahui pelaksanaan konseling lintas budaya dengan teknik cognitive restructuring untuk mengurangi distorsi kognitif siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Subjek penelitian adalah seorang siswa perempuan berusia 15 tahun yang mengalami distorsi kognitif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dan literature review. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman. Teknik keabsahan data menggunakan ketekunan pengamatan dan referensi yang tepat. Hasil penelitian terdiri dari tiga tema yaitu peranan konseling lintas budaya dalam pendidikan, tahapan konseling lintas budaya pada penanganan kasus distorsi kognitif, dan pelaksanaan konseling lintas budaya dengan teknik cognitive restructuring untuk mengurangi distorsi kognitif siswa. Kesimpulan penelitian ini bahwa peranan konseling lintas budaya dalam pendidikan digunakan dalam mengarahkan siswa dengan latar belakang budaya yang berbeda. Abstract

The improvement of self-control is a key factor in enhancing academic achievement and the quality of students' lives. Therefore, this research aims to explore strategies for enhancing self-control through the application of self-hypnosis techniques among students. The research employed a random sampling technique by randomly selecting classes as samples. The total number of participants involved in this study was 60 individuals. Statistical analysis was conducted using the ANCOVA method. The results of the study revealed that the application of self-hypnosis techniques significantly increased the level of self-control among students. It was found that the experimental group, which received the self-hypnosis technique, experienced a significant improvement in self-control compared to the control group. This finding remained significant even after controlling for initial variables that may have influenced the results, such as the participants' initial level of self-control before the intervention.The findings indicate that self-hypnosis techniques can be an effective strategy for enhancing self-control among students. By utilizing these techniques, students can develop the ability to regulate themselves, manage their emotions, and overcome distractions that may hinder their academic performance and daily lives. The implications of this study highlight the importance of introducing self-hypnosis techniques as part of personal development programs for students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan yang signifikan terhadap hasil belajar IPA antara kelompok siswa yang dibelajarkan menggunakan model pembelajaran PBL berbantuan media gambar sumber daya alam melalui lesson study dan kelompok siswa yang dibelajarkan menggunakan model pembelajaran konvensional siswa SD kelas IV SD N 1 Kampung Baru, Kecamatan Buleleng, Kabupaten Buleleng. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh kelas IV SD Gugus VI Kecamatan Buleleng yang berjumlah 81 siswa. Sampel penelitian ini yaitu kelas IV SDN 1 Kampung Baru yang berjumlah 30 siswa dan siswa kelas IV SDN 5 Kampung Baru yang berjumlah 24 siswa. Metode dalam pengumpulan data dengan tes obyektif. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar siswa yang dibelajarkan menggunakan model pembelajaran PBL dengan siswa yang dibelajarkan menggunakan model pembelajaran konvensional, dengan thit= 21,60 > ttab= 2,000 adanya perbedaan yang signifikan. Berdasarkan hasil analsis data model pembelajaran PBL melalui lesson study berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar IPA. Perbaikan dilakukan dalam proses pembelajaran IPA dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran PBL melalui lesson study untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dan mampu mengatasi kendala-kendala dalam mengajar.Kata Kunci : Kata-kata kunci: hasil belajar, media, model PBL. This study is aimed at investigating the significance difference of Science learning outcome among groups of students who is taught by using natural resources pictures assisted PBL model trough lesson study and the group of students taught by using conventional model on 4th grade students in SD N 1 Kampung Baru, Buleleng District, Bulelelng Regency. The population of this research is the whole students who are in grade IV in elementary school in cluster VI of Buleleng District who are 81 students in total. The samples are the 30 students of 6th grade students of SD N 1 Kampung Baru and 24 students of 6th grade students of SD N 5 Kampung Baru. The result of the learning process is collected by using a multiple choice test. The data gathered is analyzed by the help of descriptive-statistic analysis technique and inferential statistic T-test that managed with polled variants formula. The result of the study shows that there is a significant different on the student’s science learning outcome between the group of students taught by using PBL learning model and the one taught by using conventional model which shown by tcalculated 21,60 > ttable 2,000. Based on the result of the present study, PBL learning model through lesson study gives positive impact on the students’ science achievement. The improvement in science learning process can be done nicely by using PBL model of learning through lesson study and it is also able to solve the teaching’s obstacles. keyword : difference, resources pictures, PBL model.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan perbedaan hasil belajar IPA antara siswa yang mendapat perlakuan model pembelajaran two stay two stray berbantuan peta pikiran melalui lesson study dengan siswa yang tidak mendapatkan perlakuan model pembelajaran two stay two stray berbantuan peta pikiran melalui lesson study siswa kelas V di SDN 2 Paket Agung Kecamatan Buleleng Kabupaten Buleleng. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen semu dengan rancangan posttest only control group design. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas V SD 1 dan 2 Paket Agung Kecamatan Buleleng Kabupaten Buleleng dengan jumlah 82 siswa. Sampel diambil dengan cara random sampling yang berjumlah 82 siswa. Data hasil belajar siswa dikumpulkan menggunakan tes pilihan ganda dengan satu jawaban benar. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial yaitu uji-t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan hasil belajar IPA antara kelompok siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran dengan model two stay two stray berbantuan peta pikiran melalui lesson study dengan kelompok siswa yang tidak mendapatkan perlakuan (thitung= 3,65 >ttabel= 1,99). Melalui perbedaan tersebut, dapat dikatakan bahwa model pembelajaran two stay two stray berbantuan peta pikiran melalui lesson study berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar IPA.Kata Kunci : Kata Kunci: Model Two Stay Two Stray, Peta Pikiran, Hasil Belajar IPA, Lesson Study This research interd to describe the difference between IPA learning results of students who got the treatment using a model of learning two stay two stray assisted mind map through lesson study with students who didn't get the treatment model of learning two stay two stray assisted mind map through lesson study fifth grader in SD Paket Agung sub district of Buleleng Regency of Buleleng.This type of research is a research experiment with posttest only control group design. The population of this research is the entire fifth grade SD students Paket Agung sub district of Buleleng Regency of Buleleng with amounted of 82 students. Samples taken by way of random sampling which amounted to 82 students.Student learning outcomes data collected using a multiple choice test with one correct answer. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and statistics inferensial i.e. test-t. The results showed that there is a significant difference between the IPA learning results of students who follow learning model with two stay two stray assisted mind map through lesson study with a group of students who do not get treatment (thit =3.65 >ttab = 1.99).Through these differences, it can be said that the model of learning two stay two stray assisted mind map through lesson study positive results against influential learn IPA.keyword : Keywords: Model Two Stay Two Stray, Mind Map, Science Learning Outcome, Lesson Study

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui deskripsi hasil belajar pengetahuan IPS kelompok siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan model pembelajaran Think Pair Share (TPS) melalui Lesson Study dan kelompok siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan model pembelajaran konvensional pada siswa kelas V SDN 1 Poh Bergong Kecamatan Buleleng. Jenis peneltian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen semu. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh kelas V di SD Gugus III Kecamatan Buleleng yang berjumlah 128 siswa. Sampel penelitian ini yaitu kelas V di SDN 1 Poh Bergong yang berjumlah 25 siswa dan kelas V di SDN Jinengdalem yang berjumlah 25 siswa. Metode dalam pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode tes yaitu dengan tes obyektif. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial yaitu uji-t. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar IPS antara kelompok siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan model pembelajaran Think Pair Share melaui Lesson Study dengan kelompok siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan model pembelajaran konvensional pada siswa kelas V SD di Gugus III Kecamatan Buleleng dengan thit= 3,911 > ttab= 2,021 adanya perbedaan yang signifikan. Berdasarkan hasil analsis data model pembelajaran Think Pair Share berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar IPS. Perbaikan dilakukan dalam proses pembelajaran IPS dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Think Pair Share melalui lesson study untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar dalam mengatasi permasalahan dalam proses pembelajaran dikelas.Kata Kunci : hasil belajar, IPS, model TPS. This study aims to find out the description of the learning outcomes of the IPS knowledge of the group of students who were taught by the Think Pair Share (TPS) learning model through the lesson study and group of students who were taught by the conventional learning model on the students of grade V SDN 1 Poh Bergong Buleleng District. This type of research is a quasi-experimental study. The population of this research is all of class V in elementary school of Gugus III Buleleng sub-district, which is 128 students. The sample of this research is class V in SDN 1 Poh Bergong which amounted to 25 students and class V in SDN Jinengdalem which amounted to 25 students. Method in collecting data is done by test method that is with objective test. The data obtained were analyzed using descriptive statistical and inferential statistical techniques, ie t-test. The results of this study indicate that there are differences in IPS learning outcomes between groups of students who were taught by Think Pair Share learning model through lesson study with groups of students who were taught by conventional learning model in grade V SD students in District III Buleleng District with thit = 3.911> ttab = 2,021 there was a significant difference. Based on the results of analysis data model of learning Think Pair Share effect on IPS learning outcomes. Improvement is done in the process of science learning by using Think Pair Share learning model with problem solving techniques through lesson study to improve learning outcomes in overcoming problems in the process of learning in class.keyword : learning outcomes, social studies, TPS models.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan yang signifikan hasil belajar IPS antara siswa yang belajar melalui model pembelajaran problem based learning dengan siswa yang belajar melalui pembelajaran konvensional pada siswa kelas V SDN 1 Astina Kecamatan Buleleng, Kabupaten Buleleng. Jenis peneltian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen semu. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh kelas VA dan VB di SDN 1 Astina yang berjumlah 54 siswa. Sampel penelitian ini yaitu kelas VA yang berjumlah 29 siswa dan siswa kelas VB yang berjumlah 25 siswa. Metode dalam pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode tes yaitu dengan tes obyektif. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial yaitu uji-t. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar antara siswa yang dibelajrakan dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran problem based learning dengan siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan model pembelajaran konvensional pada siswa kelas V dengan thit= 32,923 > ttab= 2,021 adanya perbedaan yang signifikan. Berdasarkan hasil analsis data model pembelajaran problem based learning melalui lesson study berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar IPS. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari skor rata-rata siswa yang menggunakan model pembelajaran problem based learning yaitu 23,68 dan skor rata-rata siswa yang menggunakan model pembelajaran konvensional yaitu 15,12. Perbaikan dilakukan dalam proses pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran problem based learning melalui lesson study untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dan mampu mengatasi kendala-kendala dalam mengajar.Kata Kunci : Problem Bases Learning, Hasil Belar, IPS This study aims to find a significant difference between the results of social studies students learn through problem based learning model learning with students who learn through conventional learning in class V Elementary School 1 Astina Buleleng, Buleleng. The research sample is classes totaling 29 students VA and VB grade students numbering 25 students. Methods of data collection is done with test method is to test objectively. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis techniques and inferential statistics ie t-test. The results of this study indicate that there are differences between student learning outcomes dibelajrakan using problem-based learning model learning with students that learned with conventional learning models in class V with thit = 32.923> ttab = 2.021 a significant difference. Based on the analysis results of the data model of learning problem based learning through lesson study affect the results of social studies. It can be seen from the average score of students who use problem-based learning model learning is 23.68 and the average score of students who use conventional learning models, namely 15.12.
