Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh citra merek dan kesadaran merek terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Es Teh Indonesia di Kelurahan Tondo. Fenomena tingginya persaingan dalam industri minuman kekinian menjadikan kedua variabel tersebut penting untuk diteliti guna mempertahankan eksistensi merek lokal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei kepada 100 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner dengan skala Likert, dan analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan software IBM SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik citra merek maupun kesadaran merek memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan secara parsial maupun simultan. Temuan ini mengindikasikan pentingnya strategi pemasaran yang menitikberatkan pada penciptaan persepsi positif serta peningkatan eksposur merek untuk mencapai dan mempertahankan kepuasan pelanggan. Dengan demikian, pemilik usaha diharapkan dapat memperkuat citra dan kesadaran merek melalui inovasi produk, pelayanan, dan promosi yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to examine the effect of social media marketing on unplanned purchases, with FoMO behavior as a mediating factor, at Aroma Baking. Research methodology: This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey design, with a sample of 105 respondents. The sample was determined using a purposive sampling technique. The data were statistically analyzed using the SEM-PLS method using Smart PLS 4.1. Result: This study demonstrates that social media marketing significantly influences unplanned purchases (? = 0.672, p = 0.000) and FoMO behavior (? = 0.954, p = 0.000). FoMO behavior also significantly affects unplanned purchases (? = 0.317, p = 0.000) and mediates the relationship between social media marketing and unplanned purchases (? = 0.303, p = 0.000). Conclusion: This study shows that social media marketing has a positive and significant effect on unplanned purchases, both directly and through the mediation of FoMO behavior. FoMO is shown to strengthen the relationship between social media marketing and consumers' impulse to buy spontaneously on Aroma Baking products. Limitations: This research has limitations that need to be considered, namely the object of research is only focused on one UMKM, namely Aroma Baking in Palu City, so that the findings cannot be generalized to similar businesses in other regions or sectors. For this reason, the suggestions in this study are, for companies to examine whether certain age groups or segments are more prone to FoMO and impulse buying, so that marketing strategies can be more targeted. Contribution: The findings can be useful as a practical reference for local businesses in Palu and surrounding areas in developing more effective social media-based marketing strategies.

Abstract

Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Kantor Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Morowali Utara dibimbing oleh Yoberth Kornelius. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Morowali Utara. Budaya organisasi dan lingkungan kerja merupakan faktor penting dalam mendukung tercapainya kinerja pegawai yang optimal. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 60 responden yang merupakan sampel dari total populasi 152 pegawai, dengan teknik stratified random sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda untuk menguji pengaruh variabel budaya organisasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan budaya organisasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Secara parsial, masing-masing variabel juga menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan. Oleh karena itu, manajemen Kantor Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Morowali Utara disarankan untuk terus memperkuat budaya organisasi dan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif guna meningkatkan kinerja pegawai secara keseluruhan

Abstract

This research aims to prove whether there is an influence between destination uniqueness on tourist experience and intention to visit again, the influence of tourist experience on intention to visit again, and prove whether tourist experience can mediate the relationship between destination uniqueness and intention to visit again. This research was conducted in Donggala Regency by focusing on Bonebula Beach. Sampling was carried out using a purposive sampling approach. The data that will be used to test the hypothesis is 120 respondents. The analytical equipment that will be used is structural equation modeling (SEM) using AMOS which can help researchers find and obtain the desired data. The research results show that the uniqueness of the destination influences tourists' experiences and also influences their intention to visit again. Other findings show that tourists' experiences have a positive influence on their intention to visit again. Research findings also show that tourist experience can positively mediate the relationship between destination uniqueness and revisit intention. Abstract

Forests have a production function, namely economic value, such as wood, rattan, agarwood and so on. Forests have an ecological function because forests are very important for the survival of human beings, animals and plants. Ecological functions include absorbing carbon dioxide and then producing oxygen for life, a source of water, preventing erosion and flooding, habitat for animals, and a source of biodiversity. The purpose of planting tree seedlings is a form of making a production forest where it retains water during floods, secondly as an increase in the economy of the people of Balaroa Pewunu Village. The author uses a descriptive observational method using a persuasive approach to the community by interviews and field observations. By planting candlenut, avocado, jackfruit and petai trees. Implementation of tree seed planting activities on holidays, namely Sundays and trees planted around the river area, with the involvement of village government officials and Risma youth. The planting was carried out in stages considering that there were 850 trees planted including: 500 candlenut seeds, 200 avocado seeds, 100 jackfruit seeds, and 50 petai seeds. The target achieved in planting tree seedlings is expected to become community income in the future. From the community service activities it was concluded that the land in the production forest was used by the community for gardening and farming, then utilizing forest products. The types of forest products that are widely used are candlenut, tamarind, jackfruit, guava, and pineapple.

Abstract

Dalam kegiatan Pengabdian ini, Tim Pengabdian memilih Desa Towale kecamatan Banawa Tengah Kabupaten Donggala Sebagai Objek Kegiatan pengabdian dikarenakan Desa Towale merupakan Desa yang kaya akan Destinasi wisata, tetapi masih belum di ketahui banyak wisatawan, baik wisatawan lokal, wisatawan nusantara serta wisatawan mancanegara. Desa Towale banyak menyimpan keindahan alam serta warisan budaya yang sangat berpotensi untuk menjadi wisata unggulan atau masuk dalam kawasan strategis pariwisata nasional. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan Bapak Subhan sebagai Kepala Desa Towale, “ada sekitar 70 lokasi wisata yang ada di desa kami dengan berbagai keindahan alam yang eksotic, warisan budaya yang berpontensi menjadi wisata unggulan. Hanya saja, lokasi tersebut masih sangat perlu pengelolaan yang lebih profesional, termasuk bagaimana destinasi wisata yang ada di Desa Towale bisa lebih dikenal oleh para wisatawan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of social media and work facilities on employee performance at the North Morowali Regency Education and Culture Office. This is a quantitative study that identifies independent variables, namely social media and work facilities, with dependent variables, namely performance, with a sample size of 80 people. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling, where all members of the population were included in the sample if the population size was relatively small, less than 30 people. A saturated sample is referred to as a census. The results of this study show that: 1) Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it is known that the variables of Social Media (X1) and Work Facilities (X2) have a significant effect on employee performance at the North Morowali Regency Education and Culture Office. 2) Social Media has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the North Morowali Regency Education and Culture Office. 3) Work Facilities have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the North Morowali Regency Education and Culture Office.

This study aims to determine the effect of commitment and generational differences on employee performance at the North Morowali Regency Revenue Agency. This is a quantitative study that identifies the independent variables, namely commitment and generational differences, and the dependent variable, namely performance, with a sample size of 63 people. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling, where all members of the population were included in the sample if the population size was relatively small, less than 30 people. A saturated sample is referred to as a census. The results of this study show that: 1) Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it is known that the variables of Commitment (X1) and Generational Differences (X2) have a significant effect on employee performance at the Regional Revenue Agency of North Morowali Regency. 2) Commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Regional Revenue Agency of North Morowali Regency. 3) Generational Differences have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Regional Revenue Agency of North Morowali Regency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh brand image dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian pada malolo store di kecamatan bungku tengah kabupaten morowali. Metode penarikan sampel dengan menggunakan metode nonprobability sampling tepatnya Purposive Sampling sebesar 90 responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, yang kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 26 Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode analisis regresi linear berganda. Secara serempak variabel brand image (X1) dan harga (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Malolo Store di Kecamatan Bungku Tengah Kabupaten Morowali. Kemudian pada uji parsial brand image (X1) dan harga (X2) masing-masing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Malolo Store di Kecamatan Bungku Tengah Kabupaten Morowali. Koefisien determinasi R Square = 0,481 dan Adjusted R Square = 0,470 Sisanya sebesar 51,9% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian ini

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of merek loyalty, citra, and kesadaran on the purchase of Skintific products in Kecamatan Bungku Tengah, Kabupaten Morowali. Research is conducted using a quantitative approach using deskriptif and kausal methods. The study's population comprises consumers who use Skintific products in that region, with a sample of about 100 respondents chosen using the purposive sampling technique. The study's findings indicate that: 1) Merek loyalty, citra, and kesadaran together have a significant impact on purchasing decisions. 2) Generally speaking, kesadaran merek has a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions. 3) Citra merek also has a positive and statistically significant impact. 4) On the other hand, loyalty in a parsial manner does not indicate a significant impact on the purchase of Skintific products in Kecamatan Bungku Tengah, Kabupaten Morowali.
