Abstract

This article investigates the influence of enculturation on child-rearing practices across Asian and European cultures. Enculturation the process through which individuals internalize the values, norms, and practices of their culture plays a crucial role in shaping parenting strategies. In Asia, parenting is primarily shaped by religious values and collectivist principles, resulting in structured and community-based child-rearing approaches. In contrast, European parenting tends to emphasize individualism, nurturing children’s independence and appreciation for cultural diversity. Despite these differences, both regions recognize the vital role of culturally and religiously sensitive education in fostering children’s character and behavior. Findings indicate that children raised in culturally enriched environments exhibit stronger emotional stability and intellectual development. Asian parenting supports social cohesion through communal support systems, while European approaches promote critical thinking and adaptability. These insights highlight the need for culturally informed educational programs and parenting policies that address the specific socio-cultural contexts of each region. Future research is recommended to explore enculturation among minority or immigrant families, the effects of bicultural parenting, and how global cultural shifts influence parenting norms across generations.

Abstract

The implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Project with the theme of entrepreneurship in schools often faces various problems that can hinder the achievement of learning objectives. One of the main problems is the lack of understanding of teachers and students regarding the concept of entrepreneurship. In order to implement the Pancasila Student Profile Project, this study aims to create a valid, practical, and effective project-based learning module. The sample of this study was 20 students of grade 5 B at SD Global Madani Bandar Lampung. This study is a type of Research and Development (R&D). The research data collection methods include observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The results of the media expert validation test on the Project-based Learning learning module obtained an average score of 81.25%, material experts obtained an average score of 92.74% with very valid criteria, and language experts obtained an average score of 70.83% with valid criteria. The results of the practicality test of student responses to the Project-based Learning learning module were declared practical with an average score of 92.5%, with a very practical category. The N-Gain test results obtained an average score of 0.73 with high criteria. Conclusion: The Project-based learning module has been proven valid, practical, and effective when implemented at SD Global Madani Bandar Lampung.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the social factors that influence junior high school students' motivation to participate in social science competitions in Bandar Lampung City. Using the systematic literature review (SLR) method, this study collected and analyzed various relevant journals and articles from 2000 to 2025. The results showed that social factors, such as family support, peers, school environment, and the role of teachers, have a significant influence on students' learning motivation and participation in social studies competitions. Support from the social environment can increase students' self-confidence, foster a spirit of healthy competition, and strengthen intrinsic motivation. Conversely, excessive pressure and lack of psychosocial support can reduce students' motivation to participate. Strategies to increase motivation should involve the active role of all social elements around students and create a positive and fun learning atmosphere. These findings provide important implications in the development of learner coaching programs that are able to increase active participation in social and psychologically based academic competitions

Abstract

Rendahnya kemampuan literasi numerasi peserta didik sekolah dasar dalam menerapkan konsep matematika dalam kehidupan sehari-hari menjadi tantangan yang perlu segera diatasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran matematika berbasis etnomatematika pada materi keliling segi empat di kelas V dan menguji efektivitasnya dalam meningkatkan kemampuan literasi numerasi peserta didik. Prosedur pengembangan yang digunakan merujuk pada model Plomp yang terdiri atas 3 tahapan, yaitu: Preliminary Research (Investigasi Awal), Development or Prototyping Phase (Pengembangan dan pembuatan prototipe), dan Assessment Phase (Fase Penilaian). Penelitian ini dilakukan pada peserta didik kelas V SDN 1 Tanjung Agung Lampung Selatan. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh rata-rata penilaian uji validitas ahli materi diperoleh 85,2 (sangat valid), rata-rata penilaian uji validitas ahli media diperoleh 92,3 (sangat valid), dan rata-rata penilaian uji validitas ahli bahasa diperoleh skor 64,6 dengan kategori valid. Rata-rata angket kepraktisan modul diperoleh 90,2 (sangat praktis) dan hasil angket dari praktisi (guru) diperoleh 89,74 (sangat praktis). Rata-rata skor posttest peserta didik lebih tinggi daripada pretest, menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan literasi numerasi. Berdasarkan uji paired t-test yang dilakukan, diperoleh hasil signifikansi sebesar 0,000 atau kurang dari 0,05 yang berarti terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara pretest dan posttest. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran yang dikembangkan valid, praktis, dan efektif digunakan dalam meningkatkan kemampuan literasi numerasi peserta didik.

Abstract

The problem in this study is the low thematic learning outcomes at grade v students of sd negeri 2 gedong air. This study aims to analyze and describe the effect of reading motivation and reading interest on students' thematic learning outcomes. This type of research is quantitative with an ex-post facto correlation research method. The sample in this study was all students in grades VA, VB, and VC, totaling 82 people. Data collection techniques using observations, questionnaires, and documents. The data collection instrument used was a likert scale questionnaire, which had been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis used is a multiple linear regression test. The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect between reading motivation and reading interest on thematic learning outcomes of grade V students at SD Negeri 2 Gedong Air with a contribution of 61.77%. Reading motivation and interest in reading greatly impact thematic learning outcomes. High reading motivation will strengthen students' desire to acquire knowledge, high reading interest will have an impact on students' reading comprehension, thus impacting the learning outcomes obtained.

Abstract

Kelurahan Keramasan merupakan wilayah yang terletak di Kecamatan Kertapati yang memiliki kompleksitas permasalahan dalam pemanfaatan sumber daya lokal setempat dikarenakan keterbatasan struktural serta minimnya pelaksanaan pelatihan dan pemberdayaan. Permasalahan serupa dialami oleh para penderita tuberkulosis (TBC) di Kelurahan Keramasan, Kota Palembang. Kurangnya sistem pengobatan yang maksimal, ditambah lagi dengan sistem sanitasi yang kurang memadai serta minimnya lapangan pekerjaan yang layak menjadikan mereka sangat rentan terhadap pemasalahan sosial dan ekonomi. Program pemberdayaan masyarakat yang diinisiasi oleh lembaga filantropi Bakrie Center Foundation (BCF) yang bekerja sama kepada Masyarakat Sehat Sriwijaya (MSS) dibentuk melalui pendekatan “SIRKULIFE (Sirkular Life Empowerment)” dengan tujuan agar membantu menciptakan ketahanan pangan keluarga, meningkatkan keterampilan teknis serta mendukung tercapainnya pembangunan berkelanjutan melalui penjualan hasil budidaya lele dan sayuran. Hasil dari kegiataan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilaksanakan oleh tim pemberdayaan, memberikan dampak positif kepada masyarakat dalam peningkatan kebutuhan ekonomi yang lebih optimal, mencapai kemandirian ekonomi yang berkelanjutan, meningkatkan produktivitas lokal, serta mendorong pemanfaatan sumber daya secara efisien dan ramah lingkungan.

Abstract

The personality that has been attached to a region cannot be separated from the habits formed from the environment and culture that will gradually form a cultural identity. A region must have an identity and personality to maintain its existing characteristics, which can maintain its identity from the influence of other cultures. The presence of information and communication technology, especially smartphones, has an impact on muli meghanai to actively participate in the development of butabuh cultural traditions, this study aims to provide socialization from the globalization of the use of technological media as a means of butabuh cultural traditions to be preserved among adolescents. This scientific article was prepared using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. The results showed that the use of technological media contributed to the butabuh cultural tradition. The use of technological media is claimed to be used as a tool to optimize butabuh culture in the national and international arena.

Abstract

This research is an initial study that aims to describe the condition of collaborative learning in elementary schools as a basis for developing learning media based on the Learning Cycle 5E model. The background of the research is based on the low collaboration skills of students and the unoptimal utilization of digital media and interactive approaches by teachers. The research method used descriptive quantitative and qualitative approaches with data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires (76 elementary school teachers), in-depth interviews (4 classroom teachers), and observations of 24 fourth grade students in Selagai Lingga District. The results show that 86% of teachers have not used technology-based media, 80% have not implemented interactive learning models, and 92% assess students' collaboration skills as low. The observation mean of 2.35 confirmed the weakness of five collaboration indicators: cooperation, flexibility, responsibility, compromise and communication. The Learning Cycle 5E model is considered relevant to increase students' active involvement, and the development of technology-based media such as Articulate Storyline III has the potential to strengthen collaborative activities in learning. Thus, the development of LC5E-based learning media is a strategic solution to improve students' collaboration skills contextually and applicatively.

Abstract

Tradisi Nayuh merupakan acara adat yang dibina oleh keluarga besar dan dilaksanakan oleh masyarakat adat Lampung, khususnya masyarakat Lampung Pesisil. Suku Lampung yang masih dipegang oleh masyarakat Margha Rajabasa, hal ini dimaksudkan agar membuat sketsa penerapan budaya setempat pada tradisi Nayu kemudian Nilai budaya setempat yang ada di dalam tradisi Nayu. ditujukan untuk Provinsi Lampung Selatan dengan memakai cara penelitian pendekatan deskriptif, kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan dan dianalisis memakai cara analisis data oleh (Miles dan Huberman) saat kami merembukan data yang sudah ada untuk bidang studi ini memakai tekhnis observasi lapangan, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Tradisi Nayuh merupakan rangkaian adat Lampung yang menjadi hal penting pada Perkawinan Adat Lampung Sai batin, dan Tradisi Nayuh merupakan program adat yang dibina oleh keluarga besar Tradisi Nayuh. dapat dan sedang dalam proses implementasi. Setiap rangkaian langkah memiliki ciri khas kearifan setempat yang masih dipergunakan secara kokoh oleh penduduk Marga Rajabasa.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Time Token Pada Mata Pelajaran PPKn Terhadap Civic Skills Peserta Didik Kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Bandar Mataram. Keterampilan kewargenegaraan (civic skills) merupakan kompetensi yang harus dimiliki oleh peserta didik pada mata pelajaran PPKn. Peserta didik yang memiliki civic skills yang rendah dalam proses pembelajaran maka peserta didik tersebut belum mencapai tujuan pembelajaran yang baik. Penelitian dilakukan berdasarkan hasil pengamatan awal yang ditemukan masalah yaitu mengenai civic skills peserta didik kelas VII yang masih rendah serta dalam pembelajaran masih berpusat pada guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode quasi eksperimen dan desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah Noneuivalent Control Group Design menggunakan pretest posttest angket dan essay. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Bandar Mataram Tahun Pelajaran 2021/2022 dan sampel penelitian yaitu peserta didik kelas VII-3 sebagai kelas kontrol dan VII-4 sebagai kelas eksperimen. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, uji hipotesis non parametrik mann-whitney dan uji effect size. Temuan penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) hasil tes awal angket dan essay civic skills peserta didik pada kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol memiliki kondisi awal yang sama dikarenakan kedua kelas tersebut belum mendapatkan perlakuan; (2) hasil tes akhir civic skills peserta didik pada kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan kelas kontrol, hal ini dikarenakan pada kelas eksperimen menggunakan model pembelajaran time token sedangkan pada kelas kontrol menggunakan model konvensional; (3) terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran time token terhadap civic skills peserta didik dibuktikan dengan hasil uji hipotesis non parametrik mann-whitney dan uji effect size. Kata kunci: Model pembelajaran, PPKn, Civic skills.
