Abstract

Salah satu tahapan terpenting dalam siklus APBN adalah Pelaksanaan Anggaran. Untuk mengukur kualitas pelaksanaan anggaran tersebut, Kementerian Keuangan membuat sebuah kebijakan untuk menilai kinerja pelaksanaan anggaran Kementerian/Lembaga atau Satuan Kerja (Satker) dengan menggunakan nilai IKPA (Indikator Kinerja Pelaksanaan Anggaran). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan analisa pengaruh kompetensi SDM, lingkungan kerja, dan motivasi terhadap kinerja pelaksanaan anggaran pada satuan kerja (satker) lingkup wilayah pembayaran KPPN Samarinda dalam pengelolaan APBN. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 261 satuan kerja yang dilayani oleh KPPN Samarinda, dan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 73 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer, yaitu data yang berasal dari kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada responden untuk diisi dan menggunakan data sekunder yaitu nilai IKPA yang berasal dari aplikasi OMSPAN (Online Monitoring Sistem Perbendahraan dan Anggaran Negara). Data yang diperoleh kemudian dilakukan analisa menggunakan Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa variabel kompetensi SDM (X1) dan motivasi (X3) secara parsial memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pelaksanaan anggaran. Sedangkan variabel lingkungan kerja (X2) secara parsial memberikan pengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pelaksanaan anggaran. Secara simultan ketiga variabel kompetensi SDM (X1), lingkungan kerja (X2), dan motivasi (X3) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pelaksanaan anggaran. Kata Kunci: Kompetensi SDM, Lingkungan Kerja, Motivasi, Kinerja Pelaksanaan Anggaran.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of competence, organizational culture, and reward system on the performance of commitment-making officials (PPK) in the KPPN Ambon environment, with organizational commitment as a mediating variable. The research employs a quantitative approach with data analysis using structural equation modeling (SEM) via SmartPLS4 software. The results indicate that competence and reward systems significantly and positively affect PPK performance, while organizational culture does not have a significant impact. Furthermore, organizational commitment mediates the relationship between competence and the reward system with PPK performance. These findings highlight the importance of enhancing competence and implementing an effective reward system to improve the performance of commitment-making officials in the KPPN Ambon work unit.

Abstract

To determine and analyze the effect of Career Development and Competence on Employee Performance at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of North Sumatra Province is the purpose of this study. This research is quantitative and uses the Slovin formula to obtain a sample of 72 respondents from 263 employees. Data collection by distributing questionnaires to respondents who were sampled and using multiple linear regression analysis as data analysis. The results showed, Career Development has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of North Sumatra Province, Competence has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of North Sumatra Province, Career Development and Competence have a significant effect on Employee Performance at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of North Sumatra Province.

Abstract

PURPOSE - Strong organizational culture, which includes positive values, can increase employee motivation and engagement, which has implications for their performance. In addition, good compensation is expected to increase employee satisfaction and motivation. This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture, compensation on employee performance with work motivation as an intervening variable at BPS Regency / City Regional Tapanuli Selatan.METHODOLOGY - .This type of research is quantitative. The number of samples in this study was 90 respondents, the data analysis techniques used in this study were instrument tests (validity tests and reliability tests) hypothesis tests (t-test and coefficient of determination) and research models of path analysis tests (Path Analysis).FINDING - The results of this study indicate that Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on Performance, Compensation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, Organizational Culture has an effect on through the Work Motivation variable and Compensation has an effect on Performance through the Work Motivation variable at BPS Regency / City Regional South Tapanuli

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the training and career development of employees carried out at the Transportation Agency has on employee work motivation. This research method is Quantitative and the technique used in sampling is a saturated sample technique where the entire population is used as a sample with a total of 65 respondents. The data source uses primary data, namely questionnaires (questionnaires), and secondary data obtained from interviews and literature studies. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the formula Y = a + b1 + X1 + b2 X2 + Ɛ and to determine how much influence employee training and career development have on employee work motivation using the t test and f test comparison techniques.The results of the validity and reliability tests of the questionnaire, each statement item is declared valid and reliable where if Rcalculating Rtabel with the value of all items above the value of 0.2441 and the regression equation Y = 12.239 + 0.096X1 + 0.319X2 + Ɛ is obtained, meaning that every increase of one unit will cause an increase in employee work motivation by 0.096 and 3.19. Knowing whether or not the hypothesis in this study is accepted, the t test technique is used and f count. The t value of training is 2.069 and the t value of employee career development is 2.766 and t table is 1.669 and obtained f count 3.921, while f table is 3.19 and the significance level (0.025 0.05) shows that training (X1) and employee career development (X2) together have a positive and significant influence on employee work motivation (Y)

Abstract

This study aims to analyze education management strategies in Medan City in an effort to improve the quality of learning through innovation and collaboration. Using a qualitative approach and descriptive methods, this study collects data through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and documentation studies from various education stakeholders, including school principals, teachers, education officials, and the community. The main findings of the study show that the application of information technology, the development of local competency-based curriculum, and innovative teaching methods have improved student motivation and teaching quality. Collaboration between schools, the government, the private sector, and the community has also contributed positively to improving the quality of education. However, the study also identifies constraints such as limited infrastructure, varied community participation, and complex bureaucracy as challenges in the implementation of strategies. Research recommendations include improving infrastructure, increasing community participation, and simplifying bureaucracy to support the success of education management strategies. This research provides insight into the effectiveness of innovation and collaboration in education as well as the steps needed to overcome obstacles and maximize educational outcomes in Medan City.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh secara parsial dan simultan antara motivasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Perusahaan listrik negara UP3 Lubuk Pakam. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan seluruh populasi untuk dijadikan sampel yaitu berjumlah 65 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dengan menyebar angket atau kuesioner, kemudian Teknik pengujian instrumen dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji kualitas data, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda dan uji hipotesis. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS Versi 22. Model persamaan regresi Y = 4.738+1.000X1+0.484X2+e Sudah layak untuk digunakan. Hasil penelitian ini mununjukan bahwa pengujian secara simultan pengaruh motivasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Perusahaan listrik negara UP3 Lubuk Pakam memperoleh F hitung sebesar 184,115 dengan signifikansi 0.000 yang artinya Fhitung 184,115 > Ftabel 3,145 adapun t hitung dari variabel motivasi sebesar 7.769> t tabel 1.670, serta diperoleh nilai signifikan 0.000 < 0.05 dan t hitung variabel kepuasan kerja sebesar 10.363 > t tabel 1.670, serta diperoleh nilai signifikan 0.000 < 0.05, maka dapat disimpulkan hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan Motivasi secara parsial berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kepuasan Kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Motivasi dan Kepusan Kerja secara simultan bepengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of employee maturity, work ability, work discipline and loyalty partially and simultaneously on the performance of employees work in the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Madya Dua Jakarta Selatan II with a population of 118 people, and a study sample. of 54 people. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. Based on the analysis results obtained employee maturity has a not effect on the performance of employees work of the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Madya Dua Jakarta Selatan II, this is supported by the results of t count analysis < t-table (0,379 < 2,010) at n = 54 at 95% significance level

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kepuasan kinerja guru di SMP Negeri 1 Karang Baru, Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang. Faktor-faktor yang dianalisis meliputi kompetensi dasar guru, kreativitas, dan motivasi. Penelitian ini melibatkan 60 guru sebagai populasi utama, dengan pemilihan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui metode non-tes dengan menggunakan angket dan studi perpustakaan sebagai instrumen penelitian. Analisis data dilakukan dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS 26, menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan temuan yang relevan: Pertama, kompetensi dasar guru memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kinerja guru di SMP Negeri 1 Karang Baru, Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang. Ini menekankan pentingnya kompetensi dasar guru dalam meningkatkan kepuasan kinerja mereka. Kedua, penelitian tidak menemukan pengaruh yang signifikan dari kreativitas terhadap kepuasan kinerja guru di sekolah tersebut, mengindikasikan bahwa faktor ini mungkin tidak menjadi pendorong utama dalam kepuasan kinerja guru di lingkungan tersebut. Ketiga, motivasi guru terbukti memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kinerja guru di SMP Negeri 1 Karang Baru. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya faktor motivasi dalam membentuk kepuasan kinerja guru. Terakhir, hasil uji simultan menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi dasar guru, kreativitas, dan motivasi secara bersama-sama memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan kinerja guru di SMP Negeri 1 Karang Baru, Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan yang berharga untuk pengembangan strategi dan kebijakan yang dapat meningkatkan kepuasan kinerja guru di sekolah tersebut.

The study is titled The Influence of Communication and Motivation on Employee Performance at UPT. Samsat Medan Sekatan. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the influence of commuication and motivation on the work of employees of  UPT. Samsat Medan Selatan. The data analysis techniques in this study are descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The sample in the study consisted of 59 employees.
