Abstract

Rekomendasi tempat kos merupakan salah satu kebutuhan bagi pelajar, namun menemukan kos yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan preferensi siswa bukanlah hal yang mudah. Hal ini disebabkan oleh banyaknya faktor yang perlu dipertimbangkan seperti lokasi, harga, fasilitas dan reputasi. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk membangun sistem rekomendasi tempat kos menggunakan metode Collaborative Filtering yang dapat membantu mahasiswa menemukan kos yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan preferensi mereka. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data penilaian kos-kosan dari pengguna, data tersebut dianalisis menggunakan metode Collaborative Filtering untuk menghasilkan model rekomendasi. Hasil Evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem rekomendasi yang dibangun memiliki tingkat akurasi yang cukup baik. Berdasarkan nilai Mean Absolute Error (MAE) dengan akurasi 29.68%, sistem ini dapat memprediksi penilaian kos-kosan dengan kesalahan rata-rata yang sangat rendah. Selain itu, hasil pengujian User Acceptance Testing (UAT) dengan persentase respon positif 83.2% menunjukkan bahwa sistem rekomendasi ini diterima dengan baik oleh pengguna. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode Collaborative Filtering efektif dalam membangun sistem rekomendasi tempat kos yang akurat dan berguna bagi pengguna.

Abstract

Faktor lingkungan yang mempengaruhi pertumbuhan bakteri endofit adalah pH dan Suhu. Dua unsur lingkungan ini sangat penting diketahui pengaruhnya baik dalam perbanyakan bakteri maupun dalam penggunaannya. Penelitian dilakukan untuk melihat pengaruh suhu dan pH optimum terhadap pertumbuhan bakteri endofit setelah dilakukan isolasi pada jaringan batang, daun dan akar cabai merah (Capsicum annum, L). Rentang suhu yang dicobakan pada kisaran 30 s.d 50oC dengan selang 10oC sedangkan rentang pH media adalah berkisar dari pH 4,0 s.d pH 8,0 dengan interval 0,5. Pertumbuhan bakteri dalam media kultur cair diamati dalam interval waktu 24 jam berdasarkan perubahan OD (optical density) media kultur pada panjang gelombang 600nm dengan menggunakan spektrofotometer. Penelitian menunjukkan respons pertumbuhan isolat endofit yang bervariasi terhadap tingkatan suhu dan pH media yang berbeda. Terdapat variasi lag dan log phase antara ketiga isolate dengan lag phase terpanjang ditemukan pada isolate DN1 pada suhu 50oC. Namun demikian ketiga isolat masih tergolong bakteri mesofilik yang tumbuh optimum pada suhu 30-40oC. Terdapat juga perbedaan pH optimum antara ketiganya dimana isolat AK1 berkisar dari 6,5–7,5, isolate BT1 pada pH 6.0-8.0 dan isolat DN1 pada pH 5.5-6.0. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa ketiga isolat berkemungkinan besar bukan spesies yang sama dan menguatkan dugaan bahwa terdapat bakteri endofit yang spesifik untuk masing-masing jaringan tanaman cabai.

Abstract

Qowaid Fiqhiyyah adalah suatu ilmu kaidah yang memiliki banyak urgensi,diantaranya adalah memahami mana teks yang umum dan mana teks yang khusus,selain itu Qowaid fiqhiyyah adalah suatu kaidah untuk mengatasi problematika dalam suatu keadaan,maupun itu bidang Ibadah ataupun muamalah,sperti dalam pembahasan kali ini bagaimana suatu muamalah/jual beli makanan yang harus memiliki produk sertifikasi halal,apakah relevan atau tidak,atau relevan atau tidaknya diukur dengan bagaimana keadaan suatu permasalahan yang sehingga memiliki istinbath hukum yang berbeda. Tentu selain di dukung dengan suatu keadaan hal ini harus di sesuaikan dengan Al Quran dan Hadist,sebagai sumber utama hukum islam,bagaimana realisasi antara suatu kaidah dengan sumber utama hukum islam,karena Al Quran dan Hadist tidak dapat menjawab seluruh problematika dalam kehidupan maka dibtuhkan ijma’ dan Qiyas yang dikemukakan oleh para ahli atau Ulama,dari zaman ke zaman tentu akan memiliki banyak perbedaan karena suatu hukum akan diukur dengan keadaan yang terjadi pada saat itu,mudah mudahan kita selalu mendapatkan petunjuk sesuai dengan apa yang Allah terima dan Allah Ridhai.

Abstract

Communication is very important for public services, especially in the government apparatus or bureaucracy. Public service information must be conveyed clearly and straightforwardly, so that there is no misunderstanding between the conveyor and recipient of information. As happened in Leuwinanggung Village, especially in RW 005, often public service information is not conveyed. As the KKN-T (Thematic Real Work Lecture) was carried out in Leuwinanggung Village, these problems began to be faced and corrected, with the creation of information boards (Mading). As the best means that has been chosen to improve the communication system of public service information. Therefore, the creation of an information board (Mading) has been carried out on February 24, 2024, and received a positive response from the RT/RW and the local community. Because one of the problems in the region has got a solution.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to describe educational innovation in managing instructional media in SMP Baitul Aziz Tembung. The formulation of the research problems are (1) Do teachers have educational innovations? and (2) What educational innovations are applied by teachers in managing learning media. The results of this study indicate that based on the description of the research results in the field, the authors can draw conclusions, namely: (1) Educational innovation using learning media is through video calls to see students' ability to understand the material being taught, showing videos to teach students to understand the material and especially wudhu and shalat. (2) Educational innovation through video and video calls carried out in groups and privately (3) Constraints experienced in teaching students through educational innovations using learning media are network problems, package problems, and understanding of the learning media used.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses perancangan, kelayakan, dan efektivitas e-learning berbasis web sebagai media pembelajaran pada materi fluida dinamis di SMA. Metode yang diterapkan pada studi ini yaitu metode Research and Development (R&D) melalui tahap menggunakan model pengembangan Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE). Hasil dari studi ini menjabarkan bahwa validitas e-learning berdasarkan materi, bahasa, media dan penilaian lapangan dikategorikan valid dan layak (73,75%). Implementasi dilakukan pada 68 peserta didik kelas XI SMA Negeri 3 Pontianak dan SMAS Santo Paulus Pontianak menunjukkan peningkatan hasil belajar dalam kategori sedang. Dengan menggunakan uji Wilcoxon, menunjukkan perbedaan yang cukup signifikan, hal tersebut mengindikasikan implementasi yang dilakukan memberikan peningkatan dan efektif. Pada uji N-Gain dari 68 peserta didik diukur efektivitas mendapatkan nilai 0,58 dengan interpretasi sedang dan dinyatakan cukup efektif dimana skor post-test siswa rata-rata 81,76. Merujuk pada temuan ini bisa dijabarkan bahwa e-learning ini valid, layak digunakan dan cukup efektif untuk diterapkan menjadi media pembelajaran pada materi fluida dinamis di SMA.

Abstract

Glyphosate affects the activity of certain soil microbial. Depending on the soil type and concentration, Glyphosate will have different effects. The study determined the effect of Glyphosate on the microbial population and the effect of its different volumes on ?-Glucosidase activity on Ultisol used in corn cultivation. The study used a completely randomized design (CRD), two factors with three replicates. The first factor was liming. The second element was Glyphosate at a dosage of 0, 5, 6, 7 L/ha. The study was conducted at the Department of Greenhouse Agriculture, Andalas University, from July to November 2022. The results showed that although there was no interaction and statistically significant between treatments for the total bacteria population. However, the treatment used lime and low volumes of Glyphosate gave the total bacteria population high density. ?-Glucosidase, an enzyme produced from a specific type of bacteria in soil, decreased activity while combining lime treatment and Glyphosate, especially from the dosage at 6 L/ha, and had a statistically significant interaction between lime factor and herbicide after the second spray (p<0.05). In conclusion, Glyphosate and lime can alter and reduce microbial soil activity and number, particularly at high 6 and 7 L/ha volumes.

Abstract

Glyphosate is a widely used herbicide in the world, including in Indonesia. Many studies have reported that the use of glyphosate is harmful to soil microorganisms and, few reports on the effect of glyphosate on the growth and yield of corn. This study investigated the growth and yield of sweet corn cultivated on Ultisols under the effect of Glyphosate application. This study used a completely randomized design with four treatments and three replications in the greenhouse from July to November 2022. The treatments were the volume of herbicide consisting of 0, 5, 6, and 7 L/ha (equivalent 0, 2.43, 2.91, 3.4 Kg glyphosate-isopropyl ammonium/ha). The height of corn with the treatment 5 L/ha before 50 DAS got the highest value among all treatments with statistical differences. The 5 L/ha treatment also gave the best weight on corncob and corn roots at harvest time. The yield in the treatment 5 L/ha was 8.72 tons/ha, which was higher than the other treatments with no herbicide application, 6 L/ha and 7 L/ha, that gave 7.82, 6.89, and 6.33 tons/ha, respectively. From the results of this study, we can conclude that glyphosate affects the yield of sweet corn, which tends to decrease when glyphosate is used more than 6 L/ha.

Abstract

Innovation in sustainable agriculture is key to improving the productivity and quality of agricultural products, especially in areas with low soil fertility challenges. This service activity explored the impact of the application of Biochar and Bioactivator (BnB) technology on the growth medium of banana Kepok Tanjung seedlings in Sijunjung Regency. Biochar, which is produced from the pyrolysis of rice husks, serves to improve water retention and nutrient availability, while bioactivators accelerate the decomposition of organic matter and increase soil microbial activity. Through the method of socialization and structured demonstrations, the initial hypothesis of the activity provides an overview that the use of BnB technology significantly improves the growth parameters of seedlings, including an increase in stem diameter by 15.6% and an increase in the number of leaves by 26.2%. Statistical analysis showed a consistent Z-score and a very significant p-value (<0.001), from this hypothesis it confirms the effectiveness of this technology in improving the quality of the growth media of banana Tanjung Kepok seedlings. These findings not only provide an overview of the potential of BnB technology in banana cultivation but also offer sustainable solutions to increase agricultural productivity in areas facing similar challenges. Recommendations for follow-up service activities include optimizing application doses and evaluating long-term impacts on the sustainability of soil ecosystems.
