Abstract

This study aims to conduct an in-depth analysis of the laboratory administration application system used at Dharmais Cancer Hospital. The research focuses on evaluating the system’s functionality, performance, and integration with other hospital systems to assess its effectiveness in supporting laboratory administrative operations. The research method employed a quantitative survey using a questionnaire that measured five key dimensions of service quality: Tangibles (physical appearance and facilities), Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy (sensitivity to user needs) The findings indicate that the system’s functionality is categorized as "Good," with an average score of 76.8%, suggesting that the physical infrastructure effectively supports administrative processes. In terms of performance, the system scored well in responsiveness and reliability, achieving scores of 76% and 76.2%, respectively. However, improvements are needed to enhance system stability to ensure more consistent service delivery. The integration of the laboratory system with other hospital systems was also positively rated, with the highest score of 78.2% in the empathy dimension, indicating adequate flexibility in supporting various functions and coordination between departments.In conclusion, the laboratory administration application system at Dharmais Cancer Hospital is effective in supporting laboratory operations and services, though there is room for improvement, particularly in reliability and data integration aspects. The recommended improvements include enhancing system stability and strengthening integration capabilities to support better service efficiency.

Abstract

The Employee Attendance Information System is a crucial component in human resource management at SMP Negeri 15 Jakarta, a vocational high school institution. This study aims to analyze the quality of the attendance information system using the McCall Method, which provides a comprehensive evaluation framework. The analysis measures indicators of correctness, usability, reliability, and efficiency. The evaluation results show that the attendance system achieved average scores ranging from 0.74 to 0.76, with a total score of 298 out of an ideal score of 140, placing it in the good category. While the system functions well and positively contributes to management, there remains significant room for further development. This study identifies factors influencing system quality, which can serve as a basis for future improvements. The recommendations derived are expected to support the development of a more effective and efficient attendance information system, enhancing employee discipline and productivity, and contributing to improved educational quality for students.

Abstract

The development of information technology in the digital era has significantly impacted various sectors, including libraries in educational institutions. This study focuses on the analysis and design of a web-based library information system at SMK Yapermas Jakarta, utilizing the Waterfall software development methodology. The Waterfall model was chosen for its systematic structure, ranging from requirements analysis to system maintenance. Currently, the library management at SMK Yapermas is still manual, leading to several issues such as slow book searching, borrowing, returning processes, and potential data errors. The objective of this study is to design a system that enhances library service efficiency. The research findings indicate that the web-based system significantly improves the efficiency and quality of services, with excellent ratings in various development stages, such as requirement analysis (81% - 88%) and system testing (81% - 86%). Therefore, the web-based library is expected to provide a more effective solution for library management at SMK Yapermas Jakarta and other schools.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses manajemen prasarana dalam meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran di pondok pesantren Raudhatul Jannah kota Palangka Raya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Hasil yang didapat dari penelitian ini yaitu : (1) Perencanaan prasarana di Pondok Pesantren Raudhatul Jannah Palangka Raya dilakukan dengan rapat kegiatan, dan dilakukan setiap seminggu sekali pada hari kamis, guna memantapkan perencanaan yang dirancang untuk kebutuhan pondok pesantren, dan dilakukan dengan menyesuaikan keperluan santri, unsur yang terlibat dalam perencanaan yakni pihak madrasah dan pihak yayasan. (2) Pengadaan prasarana pendidikan dilakukan dengan menyesuaikan dengan kebutuhan santri, apa yang diperlukan akan dibangun dengan melakukan diskusi bersama pihak yayasan dan pihak madrasah. Pengadaan prasarana juga menyesuaikan  dengan  dana  yang dimiliki, yang berasal  dari sisa uang infaq bulanan, bantuan dari donatur maupun keluarga yayasan, dan usaha kantin dari Pondok Pesantren Raudhatul Jannah sendiri. (3) Penggunaan Prasarana Pendidikan di Pondok Pesantren Raudhatul Jannah diharuskan terpisah antara santri putra dan santri putri. (4) Pemeliharaan Prasarana Pendidikan di Pondok Pesantren Raudhatul Jannah meliputi pembersihan di area pondok pesantren mengandalkan tenaga santri terutama untuk bagian dalam seperti mesjid dan ruang kamar pribadi. Selain itu, untuk pembersihan area luar pondok pesantren memerlukan petugas khusus. (5) Penghapusan Prasarana Pendidikan di Pondok Pesantren Raudhatul Jannah Palangka Raya sudah pernah dilakukan, yaitu penghapusan prasarana berupa dua rumah, satu dapur, satu ruang asrama, dan sepuluh ruang wc

Abstract

This community service activity is a tangible form of the university's commitment to answering the challenges of the digital era. The issue and focus of this community service is that it is known that the manual attendance method that is still used by teachers is less effective in recording attendance, entry time, and lateness. Therefore, this study aims to implement a digital attendance information system to improve the accuracy and efficiency of attendance recording. Teacher training at Al-Imam Islamic School Junior High School aims to improve the student attendance system with an Android-based approach using AppSheets and Spreadsheets. The implementation of training on making an android-based student attendance information system with appsheets and spreadsheets at Al-Imam Islamic School Cileungsi Junior High School proved that teachers showed an increase in understanding related to the concept of making information systems, appsheets and spreadsheets, which included camera features, GPS, updated data in spreadsheets, to procedures for making applications using spreadsheets. Teachers learn that the attendance information system is not a difficult thing and in this day and age we are also required to enter the world of technology and digital to make teaching and learning activities easier and more fun, This increase in understanding is reflected in the results of pre-test evaluations and material presentations that show an increase in knowledge in understanding the concept of creating an android-based student attendance information system with appsheets and spreadsheets.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the readiness of madrasahs in integrating digital technology into the Islamic education curriculum in the Industrial Revolution 5.0 era. This integration is important considering the demands of the era that emphasize human and technology collaboration without ignoring Islamic values. The study uses a quantitative explanatory approach with the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method. Five main variables were studied: infrastructure readiness, teacher digital literacy competency, curriculum limitations, madrasah innovation, and readiness for digital curriculum integration. The results show that infrastructure readiness and teacher competency have a significant effect on readiness for integration. Curriculum limitations are the main obstacle, while madrasah innovation strengthens the positive relationship between variables. This study provides an important empirical picture for policy makers and curriculum developers to design an Islamic education system that is adaptive to digital technology without losing the essence of religious values

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kurikulum Pendidikan Islam berbasis nilai moderasi beragama terhadap implementasi nilai moderasi beragama di lembaga pendidikan formal. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah kurikulum tersebut berpengaruh signifikan terhadap internalisasi nilai moderasi seperti toleransi, antikekerasan, dan penghargaan terhadap keberagaman di sekolah. Penelitian dilakukan di SMK Negeri 3 Tebing Tinggi, Provinsi Sumatera Utara pada semester genap tahun ajaran 2024/2025. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain eksperimen semu menggunakan Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Sampel berjumlah 66 siswa kelas 10 yang dipilih secara purposive sampling dan dibagi dalam kelas eksperimen dan kontrol. Instrumen berupa angket skala Likert digunakan untuk mengukur implementasi nilai moderasi yang meliputi lima indikator: integrasi nilai toleransi, sikap siswa, peran guru, kebijakan sekolah, dan kegiatan sekolah. Hasil penelitian diharapkan menunjukkan bahwa kurikulum berbasis nilai moderasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan sikap dan perilaku moderat siswa. Temuan ini memperkuat pentingnya pengembangan kurikulum yang menjunjung kebhinekaan dan perdamaian guna membentuk generasi inklusif dan harmonis di tengah masyarakat multikultural.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of communication and punishment on employee performance with work discipline as an intervening variable at PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Pematangsiantar. The research method used is quantitative with the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) approach. The study population was all 117 permanent employees of PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Pematangsiantar who also served as research samples. The results showed that communication had a positive and significant effect on employee performance and work discipline. Punishment also had a positive and significant effect on employee performance and work discipline. In addition, work discipline was proven to have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Other findings showed that work discipline played a role as an intervening variable in the relationship between communication and performance, as well as the relationship between punishment and employee performance. The R-square value of work discipline was 0.844 and employee performance was 0.863, which means that this research model has strong explanatory power. The practical implications of this research are the need for company management to clarify superior instructions, socialize punishment rules, especially those related to layoffs, in a transparent manner, improve work discipline development, and provide more training and trust to employees so that they are able to work independently.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital telah membawa dampak signifikan terhadap struktur sosial dan pola interaksi masyarakat. Perubahan ini tidak hanya terlihat pada cara individu berkomunikasi, tetapi juga pada relasi sosial yang melibatkan transformasi posisi, peran, dan kelas dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Masyarakat digital menciptakan ruang interaksi baru yang bersifat horizontal dan fleksibel, sehingga menggeser pola relasi tradisional yang cenderung hierarkis. Media sosial, platform digital, serta ekonomi berbasis teknologi membentuk kelas-kelas baru yang ditentukan oleh akses terhadap informasi, keterampilan digital, serta kemampuan mengelola jejaring online. Fenomena ini menunjukkan adanya pergeseran dari dominasi kelas berdasarkan kepemilikan modal material menuju dominasi berbasis modal simbolik dan digital. Melalui analisis struktur sosial dan pola interaksi, penelitian ini menyoroti bagaimana masyarakat digital menghadirkan peluang inklusivitas sekaligus melahirkan bentuk ketimpangan baru. Hasil kajian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pemahaman lebih mendalam mengenai dinamika relasi kelas dalam konteks perubahan sosial di era digital.
