Abstract

Transformasi institusi perguruan tinggi negeri menjadi Badan Layanan Umum (BLU) merupakan publik strategis dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas pengelolaan keuangan serta pelayanan publik. Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) Raden Fatah Palembang sebagai salah satu perguruan tinggi berbasis BLU, menghadapi tantangan dan peluang dalam mengimplementasikan manajemen berbasis kinerja dan fleksibilitas pengelolaan keuangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana penerapan manajemen berbasis BLU di UIN Raden Fatah Palembang, mencakup aspek perencanaan, penganggaran, pelaporan, dan akuntabilitas. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara, dokumentasi, dan studi literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan publik BLU di UIN Raden Fatah Palembang telah meningkatkan kemandirian institusi dalam mengelola sumber daya keuangan dan meningkatkan kualitas layanan akademik serta non-akademik. Namun demikian, tantangan tetap ada, terutama dalam hal kapasitas sumber daya manusia dan publik informasi manajemen. Oleh karena itu, perlu penguatan tata publik, pelatihan berkelanjutan, serta optimalisasi publik informasi untuk mendukung tata publik yang transparan dan akuntabel.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah (MBS) di SMK Setia Darma Palembang sebagai strategi peningkatan mutu pendidikan kejuruan. MBS merupakan pendekatan yang memberikan otonomi kepada sekolah untuk mengelola sumber daya, merancang program kerja, dan melibatkan seluruh pemangku kepentingan secara aktif dalam pengambilan keputusan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa MBS di SMK Setia Darma diterapkan melalui kepemimpinan partisipatif, perencanaan berbasis data, transparansi anggaran, serta penguatan kemitraan dengan dunia usaha dan dunia industri. Kendala yang dihadapi antara lain keterbatasan sumber daya dan variasi tingkat partisipasi masyarakat. Namun, secara umum penerapan MBS di sekolah ini telah memberikan dampak positif terhadap kinerja sekolah, keterlibatan warga sekolah, dan relevansi lulusan dengan kebutuhan pasar kerja.

Abstract

Manajemen berbasis sekolah pada dasarnya memberikan kebebasan kepada sekolah untuk melakukan semua kegiatan yang berkaitan dengan penyelenggaraan pendidikan untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan secara efektif dan efisien. Penerapan manajemen berbasis sekolah ini tidak hanya sekedar untuk membawa perubahan pada sistem manajemen disekolah tetapi juga berpengaruh terhadap kebijakan serta orientasi pada masyarakat terhadap penyelenggaraan pendidikan sehingga dapat meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh data tentang Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah di SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Palembang. Metode yang digunakan adalah content analysis terhadap dokumen institusional seperti visi misi, rencana strategis, kurikulum, laporan akademik, serta literatur pendukung lainnya. Sedangkan analisis data dilakukan untuk memberikan uraian secara deskriptif dan menarik kesimpulan dari uraian tersebut. Berdasarkan analisis diatas, dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan peran Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah di SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Palembang yaitu pada proses perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan pembiasaan.

Abstract

This study explores the implementation of Ma’had-based management at Raden Fatah State Islamic University (UIN Raden Fatah) Palembang, Indonesia, as a model for integrating traditional Islamic values within modern higher education. The Ma’had system emphasizes spiritual development, moral discipline, and community living, offering a holistic alternative to conventional academic management. Through a literature review methodology, the research analyzes the core components, benefits, and challenges of this approach, particularly in its influence on students' academic performance and spiritual growth. Findings suggest that while Ma’had-based management fosters discipline, ethical behavior, and religious identity, it also poses challenges such as adaptation difficulties for students from non-pesantren backgrounds and coordination issues between academic and religious units. The study highlights the importance of institutional support, clear policies, and adaptive program structures in ensuring successful integration. This research contributes to the discourse on value-based education by demonstrating how Islamic traditions can harmoniously coexist with contemporary university governance, providing practical insights for other Islamic higher education institutions seeking to adopt similar models.

Abstract

Lesbians, Gays, Bisexuals, Transgender (LGBT) campaign efforts on various social media are getting more massive echoed by pro-LGBT groups. Openly through Instagram, Tiktok, etc., the LGBT community channel their creativity and expression to gain recognition and acceptance from netizens. Responding to this phenomenon, Indonesia as a Muslim-majority country in the elucidation of article 85 of the Family Resilience Bill defines LGBT as an act of sexual deviance. Jurisprudence as a science of law in Islam does not only talk about the halal and haram of a job. But behind the provisions of a law contains efforts to prevent deviations from the occurrence of human roles and functions based on their nature. This issue inspired the author to examine the construction of fiqh law as an effort to prevent and provide awareness to LGBT on social media. This study uses a sociological approach to Islamic law based on phenomenological and literature studies. The results of this study indicate: (1) Massive campaign efforts and LGBT hegemony in social media have a negative impact on the socio-cultural orientation of future generations. (2) Fiqhul hadhoroh in its legal construction has a conception that can be used as a solution in providing awareness and prevention of LGBT campaign efforts on social media (3) There is a spirit of collaboration between the concept of fiqhul hadhoroh and positive law in Indonesia in preventing and arousing LGBT campaign efforts in the media social.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji strategi manajemen peningkatan mutu yang diterapkan di MI Hijriyah II, sebuah madrasah ibtidaiyah swasta yang berada di Kota Palembang Indonesia. Pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif yang digunakan dalam penelitian melalui analisis dokumen, wawancara, dan observasi lapangan, studi ini memetakan proses perencanaan, implementasi, evaluasi, serta keberlanjutan program berbasis mutu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa MI Hijriyah II menerapkan strategi yang sistematis, partisipatif, dan berbasis nilai yang mencakup intervensi manajerial, pedagogik, dan kultural. Kepemimpinan transformatif kepala madrasah, penguatan budaya mutu, pengembangan profesionalisme guru secara berkelanjutan, serta keterlibatan aktif masyarakat menjadi faktor kunci keberhasilan. Implementasi program mutu dilakukan melalui pelatihan rutin, integrasi teknologi dalam pembelajaran, pendidikan karakter, serta penerapan Sistem Penjaminan Mutu Internal (SPMI). Kendati demikian, tantangan tetap muncul dalam bentuk keterbatasan sumber daya finansial, ketimpangan kapasitas guru, dan resistensi terhadap perubahan, khususnya dalam adaptasi terhadap kurikulum baru dan digitalisasi. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya membangun resiliensi kelembagaan, tata kelola kolaboratif, dan optimalisasi sumber daya secara strategis untuk menjamin keberlanjutan mutu pendidikan di madrasah. Studi ini memberikan kontribusi empiris bagi pembuat kebijakan dan praktisi pendidikan dalam pengembangan mutu sekolah berbasis keislaman.

Abstract

This study holds to answer of how the level of professional competence of teachers in the State Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MIN) Palembang City. It is expected to be beneficial as study materials for the managers and other stakeholders. The type of this research is field research with the State Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MIN) teachers’ population of Palembang City amounted to 85 teachers. The writer collected the data through questionnaires, interviews, observation, and documentation study and analyzed using a descriptive statistical technique. The assessment is done by the Likert scale. The data analysis describes how much teachers' level of competence. The descriptions and categorization of data used the guidelines of tabulation data considering the minimum, maximum, interval index values, and distance intervals. This study found that the professional competence of MIN teachers in Palembang city in the category was enough (average score 281.98). The only dimension of professional competence was in a good category is to utilize information and communication technologies to communicate and self-development. Meanwhile, other professional competencies: (a) mastering the materials, structures, concepts, and scientific mindsets support the subjects that are taught; (b) mastering the competency standard and basic competency of the subject/field of development that is supported; (c) developing creatively-taught learning materials; and (d) developing professionalism in a sustainable way by taking reflective action categorized fairly enough.

Abstract

The Indonesian government has launched the National Action Plan program for handling stunting at the national level with the theme "National Action Plan Program for handling stunting at the national level" in 2023 which is focused on regions, especially villages in Indonesia. One part of the program is the prevention of stunting that occurs in the community. Because most people do not understand properly about stunting, and think that stunting or dwarfism, the term commonly used in society, is a hereditary factor. This community service activity is carried out to increase knowledge and understanding as well as community participation in the prevention and early detection program for stunting in toddlers which is expected to directly motivate the community to participate in paying attention to the growth and development of their children so that their growth and development can be optimal. The method used was to assess community knowledge and the problems faced regarding prevention and how to assess/early detect stunting in toddlers in Katulisan Village, Cikeusal District, Serang Banten. Mother's knowledge was measured using a pre-test before the activity and a post-test after being given the knowledge.

Abstract

This study describes the implementation of Biology learning based on the Love-Based Curriculum (KBC) at SMK Kesehatan Athallah. The research employed a descriptive qualitative method with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation during August–September 2025. Data analysis followed the Miles and Huberman model. The results indicate that the learning process was carried out in three stages: an introduction emphasizing spirituality, core activities using Problem Based Learning (PBL), and a closing session through joint reflection. A contextual teaching module integrating values of love, empathy, responsibility, and environmental care motivated more than 83% of students and fostered positive behavioral changes, including discipline, environmental awareness, and mutual respect. The main challenges were the limited contextualization of the teaching module and the need for continuous teacher training. In conclusion, the implementation of KBC enhanced students’ motivation, conceptual understanding, and empathy, making it relevant for vocational education in the health sector.

Abstract

The development of digital technology and artificial intelligence (AI) has brought significant transformations in various aspects of life, including the character formation of Generation Z. This research aims to explore the role of AI as a "Digital Love Language" in supporting character education in the digital era. The method used is a literature study with a qualitative approach, which examines the literature related to the potential, challenges, and ethical implications of the use of AI in character education. The results of the study show that AI has the ability to provide personalized, adaptive, and contextual learning, so that it can strengthen character values such as empathy, responsibility, and integrity. However, the use of AI also poses risks such as data privacy breaches, technological dependencies, and algorithmic bias. Therefore, synergy is needed between families, communities, and educational institutions in directing the use of AI wisely and ethically. This research emphasizes the importance of digital literacy as a foundation for understanding and managing technology critically, as well as the need for clear ethical regulations in the development and application of AI. With a holistic and collaborative approach, AI can be a strategic instrument in shaping the character of Generation Z who are resilient, ethical, and ready to face future challenges.
