Abstract

This study aims to analyze the organization of Islamic education marketing services at MTs Negeri 4 Musi Banyuasin. The method used in writing this article is a literature study or literature research by managing and analyzing reference sources from articles, journals, and other sources from the internet. The results of the study show that the organizational structure of educational marketing at MTs Negeri 4 Musi Banyuasin heavily relies on cooperation between various parties in the madrasa. Each part has its own duties and roles that support each other in achieving marketing goals, which are to increase the number of new student registrations and introduce the advantages of MTs Negeri 4 Musi Banyuasin to the community. With a clear structure and good coordination, educational marketing at MTs can run effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

This article discusses the implementation of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning based on the Merdeka Curriculum at MAN 2 Palembang. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method to describe the implementation of the curriculum and its impact on students. The results showed that the implementation of Merdeka Belajar Curriculum has provided a more enjoyable learning experience and enabled students to develop their talents and interests. Supporting factors such as student motivation, school support, and parental involvement play an important role in the success of this curriculum. However, there are some challenges, including policy adjustments that change frequently and differences in students' ability to understand the material. Overall, the program has been successful in improving the teaching and learning process although it still needs attention to the barriers that exist.

Abstract

This research aims to monitor and analyze the implementation of Islamic Religious Education learning based on independent learning at MAN 2 Palembang. The main focus of this research is to identify changes that occur in the learning process, analyze the challenges faced and evaluate their impact on learning outcomes and student character development. In achieving these objectives, this research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. This method was chosen based on the need to obtain an in-depth and comprehensive understanding of the implementation of learning Islamic Education based on independent learning at MAN 2 Palembang. Data collection used direct observation, semi-structured interviews, documentation and FGDs. Data analysis uses a thematic analysis approach. The results showed that the implementation of Islamic Religious Education learning based on independent learning at MAN 2 Palembang has brought positive changes to the learning process and outcomes, increasing student motivation, developing 21st century skills, and strengthening character to be promising results. However, challenges such as teacher readiness, infrastructure, and parental resistance still need to be overcome. The successful implementation of independent learning in the context of Islamic religious education requires a holistic approach involving curriculum development, improving teacher competence, providing adequate infrastructure, and active involvement of all stakeholders. Further research is needed to explore the long-term impact of this approach on students' religious understanding and character building.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the concept of educator character according to K.H. Hasyim Asy'ari and Parker J. Palmer and its relevance in the Merdeka Curriculum in Indonesia, including several aspects, namely the character of educators from the perspectives of K.H. Hasyim Asy'ari and Parker J. Palmer, this study examines the comparison and integration of the ideas of two prominent figures and explores their relevance within the framework of the Merdeka Curriculum. The research employs a qualitative methodology, utilizing a literature review approach, with data sourced from the writings of these figures alongside additional supporting references. The data collected were analyzed through content analysis, comparative analysis, and thematic analysis to draw conclusions regarding the educator characteristics proposed by K.H. Hasyim Asy'ari and Parker J. Palmer, as well as their relevance to the Merdeka Curriculum. The findings revealed that the perspectives of K.H. Hasyim Asy'ari and Parker J. Palmer on educator character present distinct yet mutually complementary approaches to education. The concept of Mu'allim al-Fadhil from K.H. Hasyim Asy'ari emphasizes moral integrity, spiritual leadership, and Islamic values such as compassion, manners, and social responsibility. Meanwhile, Parker J. Palmer emphasizes authenticity, meaningful relationships, and emotional and spiritual intelligence in the concept of The Authentic and Relational Educator (ARE). Both approaches are relevant to the Merdeka Curriculum, which focuses on holistic learning, character development, and value-based personal facilitation to create a competent and virtuous generation.

Abstract

Kota Cilegon merupakan kota dengan permasalahan sosial yang kompleks termasuk meningkatnya jumlah gelandangan dan pengemis. Dinas Sosial Kota Cilegon sebagai instansi pemerintah memiliki tangggung jawab untuk menangani masalah ini. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas organisasi yang melayani gelandangan dan pengemis di Kota Cilegon. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan alat analisis yaitu teori Lubis dan Martani yang terdiri dari tiga pendekatan: 1) pendekatan sumber; 2) pendekatan pada proses; dan 3) pendekatan terhadap tujuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas organisasi yang melayani gelandangan dan pengemis, dimana hal ini Dinas Sosial Kota Cilegon belum efektif dibuktikan dengan meningkatnya jumlah gelandangan dan pengemis, ketersediaan fasilitas yang belum optimal serta belum adanya kolaborasi secara optimal dengan para stakeholders. Namun, Dinas Sosial Kota Cilegon masih terus berupaya dalam melaksanakan pembinaan gelandangan dan pengemis dengan fasilitas yang terbatas sesuai dengan peraturan yang ada.

Abstract

Lesbians, Gays, Bisexuals, Transgender (LGBT) campaign efforts on various social media are getting more massive echoed by pro-LGBT groups. Openly through Instagram, Tiktok, etc., the LGBT community channel their creativity and expression to gain recognition and acceptance from netizens. Responding to this phenomenon, Indonesia as a Muslim-majority country in the elucidation of article 85 of the Family Resilience Bill defines LGBT as an act of sexual deviance. Jurisprudence as a science of law in Islam does not only talk about the halal and haram of a job. But behind the provisions of a law contains efforts to prevent deviations from the occurrence of human roles and functions based on their nature. This issue inspired the author to examine the construction of fiqh law as an effort to prevent and provide awareness to LGBT on social media. This study uses a sociological approach to Islamic law based on phenomenological and literature studies. The results of this study indicate: (1) Massive campaign efforts and LGBT hegemony in social media have a negative impact on the socio-cultural orientation of future generations. (2) Fiqhul hadhoroh in its legal construction has a conception that can be used as a solution in providing awareness and prevention of LGBT campaign efforts on social media (3) There is a spirit of collaboration between the concept of fiqhul hadhoroh and positive law in Indonesia in preventing and arousing LGBT campaign efforts in the media social.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji efektivitas komunikasi nonverbal guru dalam mendukung proses pembelajaran di era 5.0, di mana teknologi semakin terintegrasi dalam lingkungan pendidikan. Fokus penelitian ini adalah memahami peran, tantangan, dan adaptasi komunikasi nonverbal guru dalam konteks pembelajaran tatap muka dan daring. Pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif digunakan dalam penelitian ini, Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, kemudian dianalisis secara tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi nonverbal memainkan peran penting dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterlibatan siswa selama pembelajaran. Guru yang menggunakan gestur tangan, ekspresi wajah, kontak mata, dan intonasi suara secara efektif dapat menciptakan suasana kelas yang lebih interaktif dan mendukung. Dalam pembelajaran tatap muka, komunikasi nonverbal terbukti lebih mudah diterapkan dan berdampak positif dalam menciptakan hubungan emosional antara guru dan siswa. Namun, dalam pembelajaran daring, efektivitas komunikasi nonverbal mengalami beberapa hambatan, seperti keterbatasan visual dan kendala teknis. Untuk mengatasi hambatan ini, guru menerapkan berbagai strategi adaptif, seperti meningkatkan intensitas ekspresi wajah, memanfaatkan fitur aplikasi digital, dan menggunakan intonasi suara yang lebih jelas. Penelitian ini mengindikasikan bahwa meskipun terdapat tantangan dalam penerapan komunikasi nonverbal pada platform digital, adaptasi dan kreativitas guru dapat membantu mempertahankan efektivitasnya. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menunjukkan pentingnya pelatihan bagi guru untuk meningkatkan keterampilan komunikasi nonverbal mereka, terutama dalam lingkungan pembelajaran berbasis teknologi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the control system of Islamic education marketing services in MTs Negeri 4 Musi Banyuasin. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research approach that consists of good words from the informants and the observed treatment. The data collection techniques in this study are using observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study show that MTs Negeri 4 Musi Banyuasin already has a marketing team that plays a role in the implementation of strategies, such as SWOT analysis, service differentiation, and strengthening flagship programs. However, the optimization of digital platforms and program evaluation still need to be improved. The control system is carried out through regular monitoring, performance indicators (KPIs), and periodic evaluations. This strategy has succeeded in increasing the number of student enrollees from 96 in 2023 to 111 in 2024. This study concludes that effective control contributes to the success of marketing Islamic educational institutions. Recommendations were given for digitization of the marketing system, training of marketing teams, and promotion innovations to increase the competitiveness of institutions in the digital era.

Abstract

Judi online telah menjadi fenomena yang semakin meluas, terutama di kalangan remaja. Pentingnya untuk mencari solusi yang efektif dalam mencegah dampak tersebut. Salah satu pendekatan yang dapat diambil adalah melalui program mentoring. Program ini tidak hanya memberikan dukungan emosional, tetapi juga edukasi yang diperlukan untuk memahami risiko dan konsekuensi dari judi online. Dalam artikel ini akan membahas lebih dalam mengenai peran mentoring dalam mencegah dampak judi online bagi remaja yang mencakup pentingnya mentoring, strategi yang digunakan dalam program mentoring, serta contoh kasus yang menunjukkan keberhasilan program ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi kepustakaan (library research). Dalam memperoleh data penelitian, peneliti mengumpulkan, menganalisis, mengorganisasi, sumber dari artikel, buku, serta penelitian terdahulu terkait topik penelitian. Dalam menghadapi tantangan judi online yang semakin meningkat di kalangan remaja, peran mentoring menjadi sangat penting. Melalui program mentoring yang efektif, remaja dapat diberikan edukasi yang diperlukan untuk memahami risiko judi online, membangun kepercayaan diri, dan menemukan kegiatan positif sebagai alternatif. Strategi pemilihan mentor yang tepat, penggunaan teknologi, dan keterlibatan orang tua juga merupakan faktor kunci dalam keberhasilan program mentoring.

Abstract

Era globalisasi menuntut program studi di perguruan tinggi untuk memiliki daya saing yang tinggi, responsif terhadap perkembangan zaman, serta mampu menyeimbangkan nilai-nilai lokal dan tuntutan global. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis tantangan serta peluang yang dihadapi oleh Program Studi Magister Manajemen Pendidikan Islam (MPI) UIN Raden Fatah Palembang dalam konteks globalisasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah content analysis terhadap dokumen institusional seperti visi misi, rencana strategis, kurikulum, laporan akademik, serta literatur pendukung lainnya. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa tantangan utama meliputi keterbatasan dalam internasionalisasi kurikulum, kapasitas dosen dalam penguasaan teknologi dan bahasa asing, serta rendahnya kolaborasi internasional. Di sisi lain, terdapat peluang signifikan seperti potensi integrasi nilai-nilai Islam dengan isu global kontemporer, pemanfaatan teknologi digital untuk pembelajaran, dan pengembangan jejaring akademik lintas negara. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi penting bagi penguatan manajemen program studi yang adaptif, inovatif, dan visioner di tengah arus globalisasi.
