Abstract

Scientific literacy is part of implementing the independent curriculum in learning activities at SD Nasima. The research objective was to determine the independent curriculum implementation for grades 1, 2, 4, and 5 at SD Nasima, primarily scientific literacy. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The design used is a case study which means the researcher reveals and analyzes the problem in depth to get specific results. The subjects in this study were teachers, students, and school principals at Nasima Elementary School. Data collection uses primary and secondary sources. Primary sources include observations and interviews, while secondary sources come from books, journals, and scientific articles. The stages of data analysis include critical analysis, interpretation, and conclusions data validity techniques using source triangulation. The study results show that there is scientific literacy in the implementation of the independent curriculum, using learning resources and learning processes, and finding obstacles in its application.

Abstract

This research focuses on developing Augmented Reality (AR)-based digital learning media to enhance the learning outcomes. The research follows the Research and Development (R&D) model with the ADDIE development approach, aiming to create learning media that can improve students' learning outcomes in the topic of food chains. The material validation scored 89.5, while the media validation scored 87.5, indicating that the media is deemed suitable for use. The normality test on a large scale yielded results of 0.99 and 0.21, signifying normal data distribution. Furthermore, the t-test results on a small scale were 0.00, and the N-Gain test on a large scale scored 71%. The normality test on a small scale yielded results of 0.55 and 0.42, indicating normal data distribution. The t-test on a small scale resulted in 0.01, and the N-Gain test on a small scale scored 84%, categorizing the effectiveness of Augmented Reality-based digital learning media on the topic of food chains as moderate. Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that an effective AR-based digital learning media on the topic of food chains has been successfully created to enhance the learning outcomes of fifth-grade students at Kasepuhan 02 Elementary School in Batang.

Abstract

This study was conducted to develop, test the feasibility and effectiveness of interactive powerpoint-based IPAS learning media on the material of Plant Sources of Life on Earth to improve student learning outcomes. This research uses the ADDIE model. The sampling technique used nonprobability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. Data collection techniques through tests and non-tests. The results of the product validation test by media expert validators obtained a percentage of 93.3% in the "Very Feasible" category and through material expert validators obtained a percentage of 92% in the "Very Feasible" category. This is reinforced by the responses of teachers and students in the product trial obtained a percentage of 100% in the "Very Feasible" category. Through the paired sample t-test test shows a sig value. (2-tailed) 0.000 is smaller than 0.050 so that the learning outcomes on the pretest and posttest are significantly different and the N-Gain Test shows a value of 0.69 and 0.65 which is included in the "Moderate" category. It can be concluded that through this research, an interactive powerpoint-based learning media has been developed which is feasible and effective to improve the learning outcomes of fourth class students of SD Negeri Tugurejo 02 Semarang City

Abstract

This research aims to determine the feasibility of Lectora Inspire-based learning media based on assessments from media experts and material experts; determine the effectiveness of using Lectora Inspire media in science subjects. This type of research is research and development (R&D) with the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) development model. At the development stage, learning media is tested for suitability through the assessment of 1 media expert and 1 material expert. Next, the implementation stage goes through two stages, namely small-scale testing and large-scale testing. The results of the research show that the level of media appropriateness based on the assessment of media experts is in the very feasible category with a score of 91.66%, while based on the assessment of material experts it is in the category very decent with a score of 88.46%. The significance level obtained is 0.004 on a small scale and 0.00 on a large scale, which means there is a significant difference. Meanwhile, the level of effectiveness obtained on a small scale is 70% and on a large scale it is 62%, which means that the media is in the quite effective category. Therefore, the Lectora Inspire learning media is very suitable and quite effective for use in science learning, light and its properties

Abstract

This research was conducted to develop learning media  Sparkol Videoscribe-based animated video that is feasible and effective in improving the cognitive learning outcomes of students in the subject of Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) material on changes in the form of substances in class IV SDN 1 Tambakrejo, Grobogan Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach with a development research method (R&D) based on the Borg and Gall development model. The data collection techniques used include tests (pretest and post test) and non-tests (observation, interview, documentation, and questionnaire) with research subjects 1 material expert, 1 media expert, teachers as practitioners and students totaling 9 on small-scale trials and 25 on large-scale trials. The results of validation by expert validators showed a high level of material feasibility and learning media design, namely 90.62% and 93.30%. This learning media is proven to be effective in improving student learning outcomes, indicated by the results of the t-test of the pretest and posttest values with sig (2-tailed) 0.000 < 0.005 and 0.004 < 0.005 while in the N-gain test there was an increase from 64.06 to 77.62 with a difference of 13.56 with a percentage of 0.39% including into the "medium" criteria. Thus, it can be concluded that it has been successfully developed Sparkol Videoscribe-based animated video learning media that is feasible and effective to use in learning to improve students' cognitive learning outcomes in IPAS subjects on material changes in the form of substances.

Abstract

In the learning process, media is quite an important aspect. However, many teachers do not use educational media in teaching, causing low student cognitive learning outcomes. This research aims to: determine the feasibility of Doratoon-based animated audio-visual learning media; to determine the effectiveness of Doratoon-based animated audio-visual learning media in improving student learning outcomes. The ADDIE method (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation) is a research method used by researchers. Media experts and material experts assess whether media development is suitable for use. The average pretest score for the large group test is 59.70 and the average posttest score is 85. After calculating the N-gain value, we get a value of 0.63, which is included in the medium standard. These figures show that the animated audio visual media developed based on Doratoon can be used and can improve students' cognitive learning outcomes IV

Abstract

Learning media is an important aspect of learning. There are many media developments in this era, from the various learning media especially audiovisual types. This media is widely used by teachers because it is believed to have an impact in improving learning outcomes. This investigation aims to prove the relation between the use of audiovisual media and learning motivation with the learning’s outcomes of IPAS for grade V students in Gugus Diponegoro, Sigaluh District, Banjarnegara Regency. This study uses a correlational quantitative method. Sampling was taken with a purposive sampling technique which had a total sampling of 85 respondents. The result is the coefficient of determination shows (1) 0.683 there is a relationship between the use of audiovisual learning media with IPAS learning outcomes; (2) 0.721 there is a relationship between learning motivation with IPAS learning outcomes; and (3) 0.825 together there is a relationship between the use of audio- visual learning media and learning motivation with IPAS learning outcomes in Gugus Diponegoro Sigaluh District Banjarnegara Regency.

Abstract

The results of observations conducted by researchers at SDN Gisikdrono 02 Semarang show that students are less active in participating in classroom learning, especially in science subjects. This contributes to their low learning outcomes. To overcome this problem, The purpose of this study is to compare the effectiveness of the peer instruction type flipped classroom learning model with the traditional flipped model in improving student learning outcomes on science material in grade V SDN Gisikdrono 02 Semarang. This study employed a quasi-experimental approach with data collection methods utilized in this study included observations, interviews, and documentation. According to the results of the hypothesis testing using the independent sample t-test, the significance value. (2-tailed) which is smaller than α = 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05). This indicates that H0 is rejected in favor of Ha. Based on the calculation of the N-Gain score, the experimental and control classes scored 0.63 and 0.39, which are both included in the medium category. Based on the N-Gain percent criteria, the experimental class with a score of 63% is said to be quite effective, while the control class with a score of 39% is said to be ineffective. This outcome Suggests that the execution of peer instruction type Instructional model in the experimental class is more effective than the traditional flipped model in the control class.

Abstract

From the results of interviews and observations in Class IV of Al-Akhyar Islamic Elementary Schoollow interest and learning outcomes were found. This was caused by teachers who only used the lecture method when explaining without analyzing the characteristics of their students. Therefore, this study was conducted with the aim ofexamines the influence of differentiation learning styles on interest and learning outcomes of elementary school science students. This type of research is a quasi-experiment. The population of the study was all fourth-grade students of SDIT Al-Akhyar Kudus, with a sample of class IV A as an experimental class with the (PBL) Problem Based Learning model with learning style differentiation and class IV B as a control class with the (PBL) Problem Based Learning model without learning style differentiation. Data collection used a learning interest questionnaire and learning outcome test. Data analysis was carried out descriptively (percentage of learning interest) and parametric inferential (normality test, homogeneity, Independent Sample T-test, and Ngain for learning outcomes). The results showed that students' learning interest increased significantly after being given differentiation learning, from 65.5% to 85.2%. The results of the N-gain test for the experimental class were 0.63 with a fairly effective category from the control class 0.52 with a less effective category. In conclusion, differentiated learning is effective in improving students' interest and learning outcomes.
