Abstract

Penelitianinibertujuan untuk mengetahui proses implementasi pendidikan anak usia dini  di Desa Lintah Taum Kecamatan Tanak Pinoh Barat Kabupaten Melawi.Masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu: 1. Kurangnya pemahaman masyarakat tentang program PAUD. 2. Ada 35% Anak yang belum mengikuti program PAUD. 3.Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) Guru kurang mendukung. 4. Belum ada sarana dan prasarana pendidikan yang memadai.Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriftifdengan pendekatan  kualitatif.  Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teori Purwanto dan Dyah Ratih Sulistyastuti (2015:74-78) tentang suatu proses implementasi kebijakan yang terdiri dari : 1) Sosialisasi. Kesimpulannya adalah Kegiatan sosialisai dapat dilakukan dengan dua cara yaitu secara lansung dan tidak lansung. Kegiatan sosialisasi secara lansung melalui ceramah, forum warga dan kegiatan sosialisasi secara tidak langsung melalui papan pengumuman, TV, radio, surat kabar atau website. di Desa Lintah Taum kegiatan sosialisasi dilakukan hanya dengan sosialisasi secara langsung yaitu forum warga. 2) Penyaluran. Layanan Program PAUD di salurkan secara gratis dengan menggunakan Anggaran Dana Desa (ADD) namun dana tersebut masih kecil. 3) Pemanfaatan. Setelah kelompok sasaran menerima penyaluran dana maka tahapan berikutnya adalah memanfaatkan bantuan tersebut untukmenunjang kehidupan kelompok sasaran. mengingatjumlah penyaluran danaPAUD Masih kecil maka masih banyak sarana dan prasaranayang belum terpenuhi. Saran untuk hasil penelitian ini adalah kegiatan sosialisasi secara tidak langsung harus dilakukan juga agar mayarakat yang tidakikutdalam kegiatan sosialisasi secaralangsung bisamembacainformasi tersebut di papanpengumuman atau spanduk, penyalurandanaharus di tingkatkan, serta Pemanfaatan dana pemanfaatan dana harus jelas atau transparanserta dana BOP harus dan BantuanOperasionalPenyelenggara (BOP) harus dimanfaatkan sesuai ketentuan atau pedoman BOP itu sendiri.Kata Kunci: Proses, implementasi, kebijakan, program,PAUD

Abstract

Thematic Real Work Lectures (KKN) are community service programs for students at universities in Indonesia. The Tanjungpura University Thematic KKN which was carried out in the Kupah village area, Kubu Raya Regency is a form of synergy between UNTAN students from various study programs and village communities in solving problems faced by the village related to developing the Kupah village area as an environmental tourism destination (Ecotourism). The socialization activity was attended by 20 representatives of the Kupah village community. The activity was carried out using an educational lecture method to socialize tourism management in Kupah village involving all levels of society. The evaluation results showed that as many as 60 percent of the socialization participants already knew about tourism and had carried out tourism marketing.

Abstract

Technology development impacts all aspects of people's lives. Increasingly complex needs cause the choice of digital technology. Advances in technology and information also contribute to the development of the digital economy including the development of digital payment systems using QRIS among business managers and the community. This study aims to determine the perception of BUMDes managers in using the Quick Response Indonesian Standard (QRIS). The results showed that BUMDes managers consider QRIS very useful for the transaction process. Judging from the perception of convenience and flexibility, they feel that using QRIS is easier, practical, and flexible. Although there are some barriers related to internet networks or quotas that result in less stability and lack of interest in using QRIS. The suggestion given is the need to increase the diffusion of innovation (socialization or counseling) about QRIS to increase awareness.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the extent of the compliance level of Seraras Village government officials, Sekadau Regency, in using the Village Financial Management Information System (Siskeudes). The identified problems include the low technical and operational capabilities of village officials in carrying out village financial management tasks. This situation has led to the suboptimal implementation of the Siskeudes application and delays in the financial data input process beyond the established deadline. The research method used is a qualitative approach and a descriptive type of research, with data collection techniques obtained through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results show that the compliance level of village officials in using Siskeudes is still low, which is caused by limitations in Human Resources, lack of technical training, weak supervision, and low understanding of village financial management regulations. As a recommendation, this research suggests the need for improving human resource capacity and clear division of tasks through continuous training and technical guidance, enhancing coordination and supervision from the Regency Government, improving infrastructure, and strengthening periodic oversight and evaluation. Systematic periodic supervision and evaluation must be carried out by relevant agencies to ensure the effectiveness of implementing sanctions and rewards to encourage the compliance of village officials in running the financial management system accountably and on time.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation of Sintang Regent Regulation Number 66 of 2020 concerning the Regional Tax Online System. The background of this study is the still low level of effectiveness in the implementation of the online tax system in Sintang Regency, which impacts the suboptimal contribution to Local Own-Source Revenue (PAD). The research method uses a descriptive research type with a qualitative approach. The results of the study indicate that policy implementation is still facing various constraints. The communication factor has not been evenly distributed to Taxpayers. The resource factor, both budgetary resources and human resources, is not yet optimal. The disposition of implementers factor shows a sufficient level of enthusiasm and strong commitment in supporting policy implementation. The bureaucratic structure factor shows that formally, the Sintang Regency Regional Revenue Agency (Bappenda) organization has a good structure and coordination flow.
