Abstract

Program Belajar Menggunakan Google Docs dan Google Sheets sebagai Alat Pendukung Pengelolaan Data dan Tugas Sekolah bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi digital siswa di SMP Al Amanah Al Bantani. Kegiatan ini melibatkan pelatihan intensif tentang penggunaan fitur-fitur utama Google Docs dan Google Sheets, seperti kolaborasi real-time dan pengelolaan data. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup pemaparan teori, demonstrasi langsung, dan praktik kolaboratif. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan siswa dalam menggunakan aplikasi tersebut, yang berdampak pada efisiensi pengelolaan tugas dan data sekolah. Temuan ini memperkuat pentingnya teknologi dalam mendukung pembelajaran modern.

Abstract

Efektif dan rentan terhadap kesalahan administrasi. PT. Revo International Industry membutuhkan sistem yang mampu mempermudah proses pengolahan data karyawan secara cepat, akurat, dan terintegrasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan aplikasi berbasis web untuk manajemen data karyawan dengan menggunakan metode CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete). Metodologi yang digunakan dalam pengembangan aplikasi ini meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, serta pengujian fungsionalitas aplikasi. Teknologi yang digunakan antara lain PHP sebagai bahasa pemrograman, MySQL sebagai basis data, dan framework tambahan untuk mendukung tampilan antarmuka. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah aplikasi berbasis web yang memungkinkan admin perusahaan untuk menambah, melihat, memperbarui, dan menghapus data karyawan dengan lebih mudah dan efisien. Dengan adanya aplikasi ini, diharapkan dapat meningkatkan produktivitas dan efektivitas pengelolaan sumber daya manusia di PT. Revo International Industry.

Abstract

Testing is essential in education because it helps teachers measure how much students have learned. Teachers typically use multiple-choice and essay questions for this purpose. This research examined what types of thinking skills English teachers focus on when creating final exams for eighth-grade students, using Bloom's educational framework as a guide. The study also looked at the difficulties teachers encounter while developing these tests. The researchers used interviews and systematic observation methods to gather information. They analyzed a 50-question test that included 45 multiple-choice items and 5 essay questions. The results revealed that the test mainly assessed three types of thinking: memorizing information, comprehending concepts, and analyzing material, with comprehension questions being the most common. Teachers identified two main challenges: limited time for test development and difficulty categorizing questions according to Bloom’s taxonomy. To address these issues, they suggested scheduling test creation during holidays and offering clearer institutional guidelines. They also recommended enhancing teachers’ understanding of Bloom’s taxonomy to improve test design. This study contributes to English language assessment by revealing a strong focus on lower-order thinking skills. It highlights the need for professional development and institutional support to help teachers design more balanced assessments that include higher-order thinking skills. Such improvements can lead to more effective language assessment practices aligned with broader educational goals.

Abstract

This article discusses the integration of entrepreneurship in Islamic education management through a literature review approach. The purpose of this study is to identify the concepts, challenges, and implementation strategies of entrepreneurship grounded in Islamic values within the management of Islamic educational institutions. The review reveals that entrepreneurship in Islamic education is not solely oriented towards economic aspects but also emphasizes ethical values such as honesty, trustworthiness, and social responsibility. Such integration has the potential to enhance the independence, innovation, and sustainability of Islamic educational institutions. However, structural and cultural barriers remain significant challenges that must be addressed through strengthening entrepreneurship curricula based on Islamic principles, capacity building of human resources, and supportive institutional policies. This study concludes that the integration of entrepreneurship in Islamic education management is a strategic necessity to respond to the dynamics of modern education and to develop adaptive and visionary institutions.

Abstract

The current trends, challenges, and outcomes of integrating the Sustainable Development Goals into English Language Teaching (ELT) are examined in this review. This study employed the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) technique and systematically reviewed 25 research articles identified through a targeted search with keywords such as "SDGs," and "ELT." The data set includes 25 articles sourced from Taylor Francis, ScienceDirect, and Google Scholar, covering publications between 2020 to 2024. Findings reveal that integrating SDGs in ELT content fosters critical thinking, empathy, and engagement among students, enhancing both their language skills and global citizenship values. Despite the benefits, there are challenges, including limited awareness of SDGs, inadequate resources, and alignment issues with language curriculum goals. The review highlights positive outcomes in student engagement and language acquisition when SDGs content is incorporated, as well as increased motivation among teachers to pursue sustainability-oriented pedagogies. Future recommendations stress the need for continuous teacher training, the development of interdisciplinary approaches, and institutional support to facilitate meaningful SDGs integration in ELT.

Abstract

This research aims to understand public relations strategies in building the image of the Sidoarjo Regency of Ministry of Religious Affairs. This research is qualitative research, data collection techniques using interviews and observation. Meanwhile, in this research, the data analysis used is systematic and logical data carried out from the beginning of the researcher until the end. The research results show that the Sidoarjo Regency of Ministry of Religious Affairs has implemented a Public Relations strategy optimally. One way is through active communication with mass and social media, both by providing the latest information regarding the Sidoarjo Regency of Ministry of Religious Affairs. The subjects observed were employees of the Sidoarjo Regency Ministry of Religion in the general department, especially in public relations, optimizing work units under the leadership of the Sidoarjo Regency of Ministry of Religious Affairs. Keywords: Public Relations Strategy, Community Relations, Institutional Image. Abstrak: Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk memahami strategi public relations idalam membangun icitra pada iKantor iKementerian iAgama iKabupaten iSidoarjo. iPenelitian iini merupakan ipenelitian ikualitatif, iteknik ipengumpulan data dengan imenggunakan wawancara dan iobservasi. Sedangkan pada ipenelitian iini, analisis idata yang digunakan adalah idata yang sistematis dan logis yang dilakukan pada awal peneliti datang hingga akhir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kantor Kementerian Agama Sidoarjo telah mengimplementasikan strategi Public Relations dengan optimal. Salah satunya adalah melalui komunikasi aktif dengan media massa dan sosial, baik dengan menyediakan informasi terbaru terkait Kantor iKementerian iAgama iKabupaten iSidoarjo. Subyek yang diamati adalah pegawai Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Sidoarjo dibagian umum terutama pada humas melakukan optimalisasi satuan kerja yang berada dibawah pimpinan Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Sidoarajo. Abstract

Pendidikan nonformal merupakan jalur pendidikan di luar pendidikan formal yang dapat ditempuh secara terstruktur dan bertahap. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami bagaimana Kementerian Agama Sidoarjo memajukan pendidikan agama nonformal serta memberikan gambaran dan tata cara pengurusan izin penyelenggaraan suatu jenis peraturan lembaga pendidikan Islam khususnya TPQ di Kantor Kementerian Agama Sidoarjo. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Penulis mendatangi kantor Kementerian Agama wilayah Sidoarjo atau PD Pontren untuk mewawancarai langsung narasumber. Penelitian data deskriptif dalam bentuk observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi digunakan sebagai metode pengumpulan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tata cara pengajuan izin pengelolaan TPQ ke kantor Kementerian Agama Sidoarjo dilakukan secara online, khusus menggunakan aplikasi SIPDAR (Sistem Informasi Pelayanan Tanda Daftar TPQ). Pelamar mendaftar secara online dengan mendaftar, melengkapi profil organisasinya dan kemudian mengunggah dokumen yang ditentukan. Badan Pengelola Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten melakukan proses verifikasi fisik dengan melakukan penelusuran di lokasi pemohon. Berdasarkan verifikasi tersebut Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten menerbitkan nomor statistik dan SK penetapan (baik pengajuan baru maupun perpanjangan.

Abstract

The theoretical research aim is to investigate statements written by Stephen Krashen in his book Free Voluntary Reading about the use of Narrow FVS (free voluntary web-surfing) in reading and its potential to foster reading interest, motivation, and understanding of readers. Based on the literature review analysis, several points can be obtained that will make it easier for readers to develop their language skills and make them useful to understand a text. Kindly separate the rationale of narrow FVS, including narrow reading, free voluntary reading, and free voluntary web surfing, all three of which can be concluded to have good potential in making it easier for readers to understand a reading text, get varied input material easily, and be a good solution for growing reading habits. The research can be concluded from several analyses of the three techniques, which have the same characteristics, including extensive reading and pleasure reading, so they can be combined. In addition, reducing reading lexical load and anxiety will positively impact readers' motivation to continue reading in large quantities with more confidence

Abstract

The use of digital media in online learning requires teachers to be more innovative in attracting students' interest. However, the limited interaction and communication causes problems in students' understanding. This will result in passive student responses in online classes if online learning activities are not accompanied by innovative learning motivation. This study aims to help teachers apply a more innovative approach through audiovisual media in films to help students understand issues and create critical thinking expressed through written works. The student response approach to audiovisual learning has achieved surprising findings. Experiential approach Student response combined with the cognitive theory of multimedia learning brings students into a critical understanding of the experiences of fictional characters that are even different from their lives. The findings indicate that students are more interactive and critical in responding to the issues in the film. The use of audiovisual media as digital literature through films is considered effective in developing knowledge, emotional experiences, and increasing students' social awareness. Although some compassionate students have difficulty expressing their emotions, most of them give a positive response in this method. The teacher stated that it took more time to prepare the material. In the interview, the teacher realized the changes in students' attitudes and communication, both verbally and in writing developed

Abstract

The digital extensive reading have important thing in studying English for junior high school. In this study investigated the students’ perceptions of digital extensive reading. The participants are the students of seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 2 Soe which consists of 29 students. This study applied qualitative research method. The researcher collected the data through observing and interview. The media used Let’s Read application as digital media. The results of students’ perceptions of digital extensive reading are students feel happy, fun, exciting and good. The strength of digital extensive reading, so many variety stories, have pictures, the text are simple sentences, and can translate directly. The weaknesses of digital extensive reading are eye damage and need internet connection. The impact that students get after using digital extensive reading are they rich new vocabularies, improve reading fluency, improve reading skill, read a lot of stories, and increase knowledge.
