Abstract

This article aims to explain and describe the Teaching Campus Program which is one form of implementing the IndependentThis article aims to explain and describe the Teaching Campus Program which is one form of implementing the Independent Learning Campus (MBKM) in the form of teaching assistance to empower students in assisting the learning process in elementary schools in various villages/cities, one of which is SDI Bistio which is located in Masebewa, Sikka Regency, NTT. In this program, students involved have the responsibility to assist the school in the teaching process, assist with technology adaptation, and assist school administration. The purpose of this research is to find out the role of students in adapting technology at SDI Bistio, especially in using the Zoom and Google Meet learning applications. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. The data collection techniques used are interview and observation techniques. Data analysis includes (1) data reduction, (2) data presentation as well as drawing conclusions and verification. The result of this program is an increase in the knowledge of SDI Bistio teachers and students in terms of using the Zoom and Google Meet applications. This activity is limited to training students so long-term follow-up activities are needed to support technology adaptation at SDI Bistio.

Abstract

Introduction: The first five years of a child's life are a time of peak development. According to the global prevalence, 52.9 million children under the age of five suffer from developmental problems. Parental involvement in monitoring their children's development will rise if parents have greater education, have a high level of knowledge, higher socioeconomic level, income, and the mother does not work. In addition, toddlers with good nutritional status will optimise their development. Objective: This literature review aims to identify how maternal characteristics and nutritional status impact toddler development. Method: This study is a systematic review by searching the literature through Google Scholar, Science Direct, and PubMed. Articles in Indonesian and English published from 2016 to 2022. Article searches used keywords or Boolean operators (AND - OR), some of the keywords used to search the literature included combinations of “development” OR “education” OR “income”’ OR “knowledge” OR “occupation” OR “nutritional status”, “education” AND “development”, “income” AND “development”, “knowledege” AND “development”, “occupation” AND “development”, “nutritional sataus” AND “development”. Result: The results of this study showed that maternal characteristics such as education level, knowledge, occupation, and family income, as well as nutritional status affect the development of toddlers. Conclusion: Knowing the interaction between maternal role and nutritional status can help optimise the development of toddlers according to their age.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Peningkatan jumlah penduduk turut menyebabkan adanya permasalahan transportasi, seperti kemacetan dan polusi udara. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan adalah penggunaan angkutan umum. Akan tetapi, minat masyarakat untuk menggunakan angkutan umum masih tergolong rendah, tidak terkecuali dengan masyarakat di Kota Semarang. Padahal, saat ini Pemerintah Kota Semarang telah menyediakan transportasi umum modern yaitu Trans Semarang. Oleh karena itu peneliti bermaksud untuk menganalisis variabel-variabel yang menjelaskan penggunaan Trans Semarang dengan metode Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Metode SEM memungkinkan mengetahui signifikansi pengaruh antar variabel lebih dari satu variabel bebas maupun terikat. Penelitian menggunakan kepuasan penumpang dan kualitas pelayanan sebagai variabel bebas. Adapun persepsi dan perilaku penumpang menjadi variabel terikat. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, menunjukkan bahwa empat variabel penelitian dianggap berpengaruh terhadap penggunaan Trans Semarang. ABSTRACT The increase in population causes transportation problems, such as traffic jams and air pollution. One effort that can be done is use public transport. However, people’s interest to using  public transport is still relatively low, no exception people in Semarang. In fact, currently The Goverment of Semarang has provided modern public transport, that is Trans Semarang. Therefore, the researcher intends to analyze variables that influence of Trans Semarang usage using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) method. SEM method makes it posible to determine the significance of influence between variables of more than one independent or dependent variable. Research uses passenger satisfaction and service quality as independent variables. Perceptions and passanger behavior are dependent variables. The result of this research showed that four variables are considered to influence using Trans Semarang.

Abstract

Gadget is a term used to refer to various types of technological tools that are growing rapidly and have special functions, such as smartphones, iPhones, computers and tablets. Gadgets are in great demand by various groups, both adults and children, because of their sophistication. Too frequent and excessive use of gadgets can cause addictive effects. This service activity is in the form of psychoeducation which is carried out at MI SIT AL-Fathanah. The psychoeducational method used is the lecture method with the aim of making it an effort for children to understand the impact of gadget addiction as well as giving pre-tests before lectures and post-tests after giving lectures. The results of the insights that have been given show that there is a change in students' knowledge after education is given. The expected benefits after carrying out this education are knowledge for students, especially children who often play gadgets.

Abstract

The development of technology and information is increasingly rapid. This of course requires the ability of students to face and anticipate it. One of the abilities that students must have is literacy. However, in fact, students in Indonesia still really need strengthening in the field of literacy. Various existing surveys show that these two capabilities have not experienced significant improvement. The same thing was also experienced by students at SMA Negeri 6 Purworejo. For this reason, a comprehensive and continuous effort is needed to improve this capability. Based on these situations and conditions, the Muhammadiyah University Purworejo Service Team built a collaboration with SMA Negeri 6 Purworejo to improve literacy skills for the school's residents. The theme raised was "Strengthening Literacy for Students, Teachers and Education Personnel at SMA Negeri 6 Purworejo". The activity begins with activity planning. Then, it continued with socialization activities and presentation of literacy strengthening strategies that could be carried out at the school. This activity was attended by approximately 300 students, 20 teachers and 12 education staff on October 25 2024 at the Outdoor High School 6 Purworejo. Strengthening strategies that must be implemented by SMA Negeri 6 Purworejo to strengthen literacy include: providing a literacy-friendly physical environment, getting used to reading 15 minutes before the first hour of learning begins, optimizing the role/function of the library, making visits to bookstores, optimizing corners. reading in every classroom, optimizing a school literacy team, and carrying out regular evaluations and follow-ups related to the literacy program that has been implemented.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Influence of Service Quality on IndiHome Internet Service Subscription Decisions with Customer Satisfaction as a mediating variable. The existence of customer complaints indicates that the rate of subscription decisions is very low. The research method used was a survey with a questionnaire distributed to 135 users of IndiHome internet service in Sukabumi City. The data obtained was analyzed using path analysis to test between the variables studied. The results of this study show that Service Quality has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on subscription decisions, In addition, Customer Satisfaction is proven to play a mediating variable that strengthens the relationship between Service Quality and Subscription Decisions. These findings indicate that the better the quality of service provided, the more likely customers are to feel satisfied, and that satisfaction ultimately strengthens the Subscription Decision. This research provides insights for companies to continuously improve the quality of services provided through customer satisfaction to maintain subscription decisions.

Abstract

Pola Asuh Orang Tua merupakan faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku picky eaters. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pola asuh orang tua dengan perilaku picky eaters pada anak. Desain penelitian kuantitatif korelasional dengan pendeketan cross-sectional. Sampel pada penelitian ini 55 pola asuh orang tua dengan teknik sampling menggunakan total sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner pola asuh orang tua dan kuesioner kebiasaan memilih-milih makanan. Analisa data menggunakan Uji Spearman Rank, dari hasil analisa data menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara pola asuh orang tua dengan perilaku picky eaters pada anak usia prasekolah (usia 4-6 tahun) di tk nada selorejo kota malang dengan nilai signifikan (p = 0,000) dimana lebih kecil dari α (<0,05), dan nilai koefisien korelasi (r = 0,516), artinya Ho ditolak terdapat hubungan pola asuh orang tua terhadap kejadian picky eater pada anak usia prasekolah. Simpulan picky eaters pada anak dipengaruhi oleh pola asuh orang tua. Saran penelitian ini perlu dilakukan penelitian lanjutan dengan instrumen dan kategori yang lebih baik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini di latar belakangi oleh hasil observasi yang telah dilakukan di SDN Jiwan 02, dimana menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar siswa kelas IV SDN Jiwan 02 pada mapel Pendidikan Pancasila khususnya pada materi Aturan di Lingkungan Sekitar masih tergolong rendah atau masih jauh dibawah KKM. Sebanyak 9 dari 12 siswa memperoleh nilai dibawah KKM, atau sekitar 75% siswa masih dibawah KKM yang telah ditentukan. Salah satu penyebabnya yaitu model dan media yang digunakan saat pembelajaran masih belum menarik. Salah satu langkah solutif yang bida digunakan yaitu dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD berbantuan dengan media Flipbook dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD dan untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar siswa kelas 4 SDN Jiwan 02 dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif STAD dengan media flipbook pada mata pelajaran pendidikan pancasila materi aturan di lingkungan sekitar. Model yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan II siklus. Penelitian ini diterapkan pada siswa kelas 4 yang berjumlah 12 siswa. Hasil belajar yang diperoleh pada saat pelaksanaan tindakan kelas mengalami peningkatan dari pra-siklus hingga siklus II. Dengan jumlah ketuntasan dari 75% menjadi 100%. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan bahwa model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD berbantuan media Flipbook dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of internal control in the sales and receivables collection cycle of PT Wijaya Karya Beton Tbk from 2022 to 2024. This study uses a quantitative approach, namely financial ratio analysis. The main focus of the analysis lies in two indicators: the receivables turnover ratio and the average collection period (ACP). The results of the analysis show that the two ratios are very different, indicating that the company's internal control does not always work well. Internal control is considered effective in 2022 based on the results of the receivables turnover ratio and ACP. However, in 2023, there was a decrease in the receivables turnover ratio and an increase in ACP, but the receivables turnover ratio and ACP increased again in 2024. These findings indicate that the company's internal control has not been running optimally continuously. Therefore, it is necessary to improve credit policies, monitor overdue receivables, and use a more integrated accounting information system. This research provides theoretical benefits for management accounting studies and is also useful for companies in designing more effective receivables management strategies, so as to maintain the company's liquidity and business continuity.
