Abstract

This community service project aims to enhance the digital promotion of Kampung KEREN Sumber Banteng, Kediri, a high-potential tourism village with low digital visibility. Key challenges include unintegrated digital channels, a lack of structured storytelling, big77 and limited capacity in content management. The program implements a community-based digital branding ecosystem by integrating platforms like Instagram, Website, Google Maps, WhatsApp Business, and Linktree. Using a participatory approach, local tourism actors (Pokdarwis and UMKM) were involved in planning, training, and implementation. Based on the visitor journey and local storytelling, the project led to improved digital presence, enhanced content creation skills, and the emergence of user-generated content (UGC). This initiative offers a replicable model for digital branding in tourism villages and highlights digital marketing's role in empowering local communities.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of attractiveness, accessibility, amenities and ancillaries on visit interest through customer satisfaction and add experience for researchers in applying research variables. This research employs a quantitative methodology. Using a purposive sample technique, the population and sample for this study consisted of 33 visitors to Kampung Tani, Jamsaren, Kediri City, who came between July and August of 2023. According to the study's findings, factors like attraction, accessibility, amenities, and ancillary services had no discernible positive impact on tourists' desire to visit. Visitor satisfaction is not directly and significantly positively impacted by the factors of attraction, accessibility, and amenities. On visitor satisfaction, however, the ancillary variable has a direct and noteworthy positive impact. The impact of the attraction, accessibility, and amenities cannot be mitigated by the positive, negligible variable of visitor satisfaction. The positive, insignificant variable of visitor satisfaction cannot mediate the influence of the attraction, accessibility, amenities and ancillary variables indirectly on the variable of interest in visiting Kampung Tani, Jamsaren, Kediri City.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of entrepreneurial marketing and entrepreneurial orientation on the performance of small and medium-sized tofu producers in Kampung Tahu Kediri, considering the role of marketing strategy as a mediator and marketing capability as a moderator. The research population consisted of all SMEs that are members of the Paguyuban Tahu in Kampung Tahu Kediri, with a sample size of 43 respondents selected using saturated sampling. The PLS-SEM approach was used to evaluate primary data collected via surveys. The results indicate that entrepreneurial marketing has a positive and significant effect on marketing strategy and SME performance, while entrepreneurial orientation does not have a significant effect and tends to be negative on both; marketing strategy contributes positively and significantly to SME performance, but marketing capability does not have a significant effect or moderation in the relationship, and marketing strategy does not mediate the influence of entrepreneurial marketing and entrepreneurial orientation on SME performance. The novelty of this study lies in the strong direct impact of entrepreneurial marketing on the performance of tofu-processing SMEs in a local community context, while entrepreneurial orientation shows a negative tendency, providing new insights into the dynamics of entrepreneurial characteristics in traditional businesses. The implications of these findings emphasize the importance of focusing on product innovation and adaptive marketing strategies, as well as the need for government and supporting institutions to strengthen marketing capabilities and business sustainability of SMEs

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel Reward, Pengembangan Karir, Gaya Kepemimpinan, Statistik Kerja Karyawan pada Koperasi Karyawan Mekar PT Gudang Garam Tbk Kediri. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 75 karyawan yang diambil dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa reward berpengaruh positif parsial terhadap Statistik Kerja Karyawan pada Koperasi Karyawan Mekar PT Gudang Garam Tbk Kediri. Pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif parsial terhadap Statistik Kerja Karyawan pada Koperasi Karyawan Mekar PT Gudang Garam Tbk Kediri. Gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif parsial terhadap Statistik Kerja Karyawan pada Koperasi Karyawan Mekar PT Gudang Garam Tbk Kediri. Secara simultan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Reward, Pengembangan Karir, Gaya Kepemimpinan, berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Statistik Kerja Karyawan pada Koperasi Karyawan Mekar PT Gudang Garam Tbk Kediri.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan dan membuktikan hipotesis mengenai Pengaruh Manajemen Konflik, Kompetensi dan Kesejahteraan Karyawan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan di Koperasi Mekar PT. Gudang Garam Tbk. Kediri. Penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling dengan sampel karyawan tetap masing-masing divisi Koperasi Mekar PT Gudang Garam Tbk. Kediri yang telah bekerja minimal 5 tahun. Penelitian ini melibatkan 133 karyawan dengan sampel sebanyak 44 orang. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan SPSS 25 for Windows melalui uji instrumen, asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda, uji hipotesis, dan koefisien determinasi (R²). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen konflik tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, sedangkan kompetensi dan kesejahteraan karyawan berpengaruh signifikan di Koperasi Mekar PT Gudang Garam Tbk. Kediri.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan dan membuktikan hipotesis mengenai pengaruh Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja, Reward, Dan Punishment Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan Pt Snergi Gula Nusantara (PG Pesantren). Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sampel jenuh dan jenis penelitian ini kuantitatif dengan dengan sampel sebanyak 139 karyawan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan : uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas,uji linearitas, uji multikoleniaritas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji regresi linier berganda, uji t (parsial), uji F (simultan) dan koefisien determinan R2 .Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara parsial Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan dengan nilai sebesar Sig 0,000 > 0,05. Reward berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan dengan nilai sebesar Sig 0,000 > 0,05. Punishment berpengaruh negatif terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan dengan nilai sebesar Sig 0,015 < 0,05 .Secara simultan disiplin kerja (X1), reward (X2) dan punishment (X3) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan hasil sig 0,000 < 0,05. Disarankan bagi perusahaan untuk menyelenggarakan kegiatan sosialisasi dan pelatihan secara rutin terkait peraturan kedisiplinan, sistem reward, serta ketentuan punishment. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk menumbuhkan pemahaman dan kesadaran karyawan terhadap kebijakan internal, sehingga mampu mengurangi konflik serta mendorong peningkatan kinerja secara menyeluruh.

Abstract

This research aims to increase the knowledge and skills of MSME players in the field of digital marketing, especially Search Engine Optimization (SEO). This research was carried out using training methods for Karang Taruna and employees of Kampung Lele Tourism in Kediri Regency. The research results show that SEO training is effective in increasing participants' knowledge and skills. Training participants are able to understand the concepts of SEO, on-page SEO, and off-page SEO. Participants are also able to apply SEO on the Kampung Lele Tourism website.

Abstract

Pada beberapa kampung wisata, pengetahuan tentang pelatihan manajemen dan penguatan kelembagaan pokdarwis dinilai masih minim. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan belum adanya sosialisasi terkait kedua hal tersebut dan belum adanya SK kepengurusan pokdarwis yang disahkan oleh walikota. Atas dasar hal inilah, tim pelaksana pengabdian masyarakat memberikan pelatihan manajemen dan pendampingan penguatan kelembagaan pada pokdarwis di Kampung Tani, Kelurahan Jamsaren, Kota Kediri. Tujuan kegiatan ini untuk peningkatan manajemen pengelolaan wisata dan munculnya legalitas secara sah akan kelembagaan pokdarwis Kampung Tani melalui seminar dan diskusi interaktif yang dilaksanakan pada Senin, 14 Agustus 2023 dengan peserta 21 orang anggota pokdarwis. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini terdiri dari 3 (tiga) tahapan yaitu tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan serta penutup dan tindak lanjut. Peserta merespon dengan sangat positif adanya website yang dibuatkan oleh pemateri dan mahasiswa KKN Uniska 2023 dan berjanji akan segera membuat paket wisata serta menyusun brosur. Peserta berkeinginan untuk didampingi kembali dalam pengelolaan manajemen pokdarwis.

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether brand performance predictions have a direct influence on brand loyalty, brand satisfaction and brand trust have a direct influence on brand loyalty, brand satisfaction and brand trust have a direct influence on brand performance and rational market have a direct influence on brand loyalty and market rationally in moderating brand satisfaction and brand trust directly on brand loyalty and brand performance predictions in mediating brand satisfaction and brand trust indirectly on brand loyalty at CV. Wijaya Kembar. The population and sample of 150 customers who bought brand products Wijaya Kembar in March 2024 are used in this quantitative study. This study employed a questionnaire for data collection, and SmartPLS3 was used for analysis. The results showed that market rationality cannot moderate the influence of brand satisfaction and brand trust directly on brand loyalty; market rationality has no direct and negative influence on brand loyalty; brand performance cannot mediate the influence of brand satisfaction and brand trust indirectly and negatively on brand loyalty; brand trust does not have a direct or positive effect on brand loyalty and brand performance; and brand trust does not have a direct or positive effect on brand loyalty but has a direct and positive effect on brand performance variable. at CV.
