Abstract

The type of research used in this research is quantitative. The results of research conducted by researchers (1) Return On Assets have no partial effect on the MNC BANK Share Price on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2014 – 2021 period. (2) Book Value Equity Per Share has no partial effect on the MNC BANK Share Price on the Stock Exchange Indonesian Securities Period 2014 – 2021. (3) Debt To Equity Ratio has no partial effect on the Share Price of MNC BANK on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2014 – 2021 Period. (4) Stock Trading Volume has no partial effect on the Share Price of MNC BANK on the Stock Exchange Indonesia Period 2014 – 2021. (5) The Stock Price Index has no partial effect on the MNC BANK Share Price on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2014 – 2021 Period. Simultaneous Test Calculation (Test F) can be concluded that H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected, which means Return On Assets , Book Value Equity Per Share, Debt To Equity Ratio, Stock Trading Volume and Stock Price Index do not simultaneously affect the share price of MNC BANK on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2014 – 2021 period.

Abstract

This study discusses the influence of location, price, promotion and purchasing decisions at the Kharisma Agung supermarket. This study aims to determine the effect partially and simultaneously of, Price, Promotion on Purchasing Decisions at Kharisma Agung Supermarkets. To achieve this goal, the research method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used was proportionate stratified random sampling and the number of samples used was 100 respondents. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. The independent variables in this study are Location, Price, Promotion of Purchase Decisions while Purchasing Decisions as the dependent variable. The research data was obtained through a questionnaire given to customers who made purchases at Kharisma Agung Supermarkets on August 1 - 10, 2020, who were> 20 years old and <55 years old. The results show that Location, Price, and Promotion partially and simultaneously affect the Purchase Decision at Kharisma Agung Supermarkets. In this regard, Kharisma Agung Trenggalek Supermarkets should improve the location again because it has been proven to be able to influence the Purchase Decision of Kharisma Agung Supermarkets, Prices are also well maintained by supermarkets and increase the material provided in the Promotion to support customers in determining Purchasing Decisions.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang diangkat dalam penelitian adalah masalah manajemen pemasaran yang berfokus pada strategi kualitas pelayanan, harga dan lokasi terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, harga dan lokasi terhadap kepuasan konsumen baik secara parsial maupun simlutan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengunjung yang ditemui peneliti di Parkir Depan Coffee Banjaran Kota Kediri dengan sampel sebanyak 87 responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan instrument kuisioner dan teknik analisis data melalui uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linear berganda dan uji hipotesis penelitian. Berdasarkan hipotesi penelitian diperoleh bahwa : Kualitas Pelayanan secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen terlihat dari nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Harga secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen terbukti dari nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Lokasi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Berkunjung terbukti dari nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. kualitas pelayanan, harga dan lokasi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas pelayanan terlihat dari signifikan uji F sebesar 0,000 < sig. 0,05.

Abstract

The research aims to determine impact of work-life balance and workload on task performance through organizational commitment at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Pare Branch. This study employed a quantitative approach with 47 employees from Bank Rakyat Indonesia Pare Branch as the research subjects and as the research object using non-probability sampling techniques. Data collection techniques included observation, questionnaires, interviews, and literature review. Data analysis was conducted using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method, utilizing Smart PLS 4.0 software. The results show that work-life balance and workload have no significant direct impact on task performance. However, organizational commitment significantly influences task performance and mediates the relationship between workload and task performance. Conversely, organizational commitment does not mediate the relationship between work-life balance and task performance. These results highlight the importance of managing workload and work-life balance to optimize employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to examine how the level of work empowerment among employees at PT Citra Warna Abadi influences their innovative work behavior. The study involved 79 respondents, consisting of both current and former employees of PT Citra Warna Abadi, selected through a non-probability sampling method with a purposive component. Data was collected using a questionnaire in this quantitative research study. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method was used to analyze the data, utilizing the SmartPLS version 4.0 application.The results reveal a positive and statistically significant relationship between job engagement and creative actions at work. Additionally, work empowerment is positively and significantly influenced by employee engagement. When employees feel empowered in their roles, they are more likely to act creatively and independently. Job engagement also impacts innovative work behavior indirectly through work empowerment. This study suggests that PT Citra Warna Abadi can enhance its employees' creative output by improving their job engagement. Therefore, factors like employee engagement, which significantly influence innovative work behavior, should receive greater attention from the company. The findings highlight the importance of work empowerment in fostering a workplace environment conducive to creativity and innovation. Future research could explore the role of other organizational factors, such as workplace culture and leadership, in driving employees’ innovative work behavior.

Abstract

IntroductionData security is a critical issue in today's digital age, exacerbated by the rampant online buying and selling of consumers’ personal data. This study focuses on the strategies employed by microfinance institutions, specifically Baitul Maal wa Tamwil (BMT), to protect member data and manage the associated risks.ObjectivesThe objective of this study is to describe mitigation strategies for data protection and risk management implemented by BMTs in Lampung. MethodThis field research employs qualitative methods, including observation and interviews, which are analyzed using the inductive thinking paradigm. Data collection focuses on BMTs' risk management practices and their cooperation with commercial banks to transfer risk.ResultsThe findings reveal that BMTs in Lampung have implemented effective risk-management strategies for data protection. Some BMTs transfer risk to commercial banks, a strategy known as risk transfer. Others adopt risk reduction and acceptance strategies by enhancing data security, training employees on system use, and managing existing risks to minimize business impact. ImplicationsThis study highlights the importance of robust data protection and risk management strategies to maintain customer trust in microfinance institutions. Effective risk mitigation ensures customer data security, thereby enhancing the credibility and sustainability of BMTs.Originality/NoveltyThis study contributes to the understanding of data security practices in microfinance institutions, particularly in the context of Islamic microfinance, by exploring practical mitigation strategies and their implementation.

Abstract

Wakaf uang, yang juga disebut sebagai (cash waqf), merupakan perkembangan dari prinsip wakaf tradisional. Dalam wakaf uang, aset yang sebelumnya terkait dengan properti fisik seperti tanah dan bangunan, kemudian diubah menjadi aset yang bersifat cair atau berwujud uang tunai yang dapat diinisiasi oleh individu, kelompok, lembaga, atau badan hukum. Regulasi wakaf sudah tercantum dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 41 Tahun 2004 tentang wakaf, ini lahir sebagai hasil dari proses panjang pencarian yang dilakukan oleh para ulama Indonesia dalam merespons dinamika perkembangan terkait dengan perwakafan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi potensi wakaf uang (cash waqf) dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan sosial. Penelitian ini menggunakanpendekatan kualitatif dengan metode penelusuran kepustakaan (library research). Hasil yang telah ditemukan pada penelitian ini yaitu meninjau potensi wakaf uang (cash wafq) dalam sektor (1) pendidikan, (2) kesehatan, (3) pemeliharaan penghasilan, (4) pelayanan kerja, (5) perumahan, dan (6) pelayanan sosial.
