Abstract

Abstrak Dalam era Society 5.0 dan Revolusi Industri 4.0, pendidikan harus beradaptasi dengan kemajuan teknologi untuk mempersiapkan siswa menghadapi tantangan masa depan. Sejalan dengan Kurikulum Merdeka yang menekankan perubahan paradigma dalam pembelajaran, guru berperan sebagai fasilitator yang mendorong inovasi dan mengintegrasikan teknologi pendidikan yang mutakhir. Salah satu teknologi yang berkembang dalam pendidikan adalah Augmented Reality (AR). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan siswa dan guru terhadap media pembelajaran berbasis AR dalam mata pelajaran ekonomi serta mengeksplorasi spesifikasi fitur AR yang relevan untuk mendukung proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan design thinking, yang terdiri dari tiga tahap utama: empathize, define, dan ideate. Tahap define dan ideate diformulasikan menggunakan Value Proposition Canvas (VPC). Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi partisipatif dan wawancara semi terstruktur dengan siswa dan guru ekonomi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas siswa dan guru membutuhkan AR sebagai media pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan interaktivitas dan pemahaman terhadap konsep ekonomi yang kompleks. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran berbasis AR memiliki potensi signifikan dalam mendukung pendidikan ekonomi. Pengembangan AR perlu mempertimbangkan kebutuhan pengguna, integrasi dengan metode pembelajaran konvensional, serta solusi terhadap kendala teknis yang ada. Kata Kunci: Design thinking; Value co-creation; Mata pelajaran ekonomi; Sekolah.   Abstract In the era of Society 5.0 and the Industrial Revolution 4.0, education must adapt to technological advancements to prepare students for future challenges. Aligned with the Merdeka Curriculum, which emphasizes a paradigm shift in learning, teachers serve as facilitators who drive innovation and integrate cutting-edge educational technology. One of the emerging technologies in education is Augmented Reality (AR). This study aims to identify the needs of students and teachers for AR-based learning media in economics and to explore the relevant AR feature specifications to support the learning process. This study employs a design thinking approach, which consists of three main stages: empathize, define, and ideate. The define and ideate stages are formulated using the Value Proposition Canvas (VPC). Data were collected through observations participant and semi-structure interviews with students and economics teachers. The findings reveal that the majority of students and teachers require AR as a learning medium to enhance interactivity and understanding of complex economic concepts. This study concludes that AR-based learning media have significant potential in supporting economics education. AR development should consider user needs, integration with conventional teaching methods, and solutions to existing technical constraints. Abstract

This service activity aims to enable participants to create educational games using candy for elementary school teachers in Kerinci Kanan subdistrict, Siak district. The methods for implementing service activities are lectures, demonstrations and exercises in making educational games using Educandy. The targets of this training activity in making educational games using Educandy are elementary school teachers in Kerinci Kanan District. Systematic activity plans (a) elementary school teachers understand the concept of educational games using candy, (b) practice making educational games using candy. (c) Discussion and questions and answers to discuss and explain things that participants do not understand as feedback for resource persons.

Abstract

In the development of the era, teachers are required to improve competence, especially in terms of learning about digital literacy. The role of teachers is very important in creating a teaching and learning process that is following the demands of revolution 4.0. In the learning process, teachers can use the internet-based e-learning method. E-learning is a learning method that utilizes web-based information technology (IT) that can be accessed remotely so that the learning done is not only glued in the classroom and within certain hours but can still be done anytime and anywhere. Ujung Batu Subdistrict Rokan Hulu has sixteen public elementary schools scattered in various from in Ujung Batu Subdistrict. Based on the observations, elementary school teachers in Ujung Batu Subdistrict still do not use the Internet to the maximum in the learning process. Teachers use limited media and learning resources. This is due to lack of information and lack of facilities The purpose of this devotion is to increase knowledge and insight into the innovation of e-learning based learning for teachers of SD Negeri Ujung Batu can be done through training activities in the application of Google meet, Google classroom and Zoom applicated. This activity was attended by 20 people in the teachers of SD Negeri Ujung Batu with the implementation method of devotion using lecture methods, questions and answers, and simulations. The results of this dedication show that (1) the trainees know the use of e-learning application Platform, (2) The trainees already have a learning class using the platform E-Learning Application, (3) The trainees have been knowledgeable e-learning used.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi sosial dan kompetensi kepribadian guru terhadap motivasi belajar siswa SMAN 1 Bangko Pusako. Kompetensi sosial mencakup kemampuan guru dalam berinteraksi dan berkomunikasi secara efektif dengan siswa, sementara kompetensi kepribadian mencakup sifat sifat kepribadian guru yang mendukung proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Instrument pengumpulan data pada penelitian menggunakan angket. Data yang dikumpulkan melalui angket yang diberikan kepada siswa jurusan IPS di SMAN 1 Bangko Pusako. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan teknik regresi linear berganda untuk melihat pengaruh masing masing variabel independen (Kompetensi sosial dan Kompetensi kepribadian) terhadap variabel dependen (Motivasi belajar siswa). Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa kompetensi sosial dan kompetensi kepribadian guru memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap motivasi belajar siswa SMAN 1 Bangko Pusako. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dengan uji t dan Uji F menunjukkan hasil signifikansi 0,000. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa nilai signifikansi dibawah <0,05. Dapat dikatakan bahwa adanya pengaruh kompetensi sosial dan kepribadian guru terhadap motivasi belajar siswa IPS SMA Negeri 1 Bangko Pusako. Kedua variabel ini secara Bersama sama memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa Jurusan IPS SMAN 1 Bangko Pusako.

Abstract

This paper analyzes students’ learning activities using word wall-based learning media. The research was conducted at SMA PGRI Pekanbaru in class X of Social Science. The research used an experimental approach with the One Group Pretest Posttest Design model. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and observation sheets. Students’ learning activity data were obtained through questionnaires. Meanwhile, based on the use of word wall learning media, data were obtained through observation. Data analysis techniques used t-test and Normality Gain (N-gain). The results indicate that the use of word wall learning media was effective in increasing students’ learning activities. It can be seen from the improvement of students’ learning activities from medium to high. Thus, it is expected for teachers, in order to achieve better results in students’ learning activities, this learning media can be used, especially in Economy learning subjects in Senior High School. In addition, further researchers can conduct the same study based on different learning subjects. Because, in addition to increasing students’ learning activities, word wall learning media can improve students’ learning outcomes and motivation.

Abstract

This paper discusses the effect of independent learning on class XI accounting students’ learning outcomes in the learning subject of trading company accounting at SMK Bina Profesi Pekanbaru. The research uses a type of quantitative descriptive research. The sample was 32 accounting students from class XI in the academic year 2022/2023. Data were collected through questionnaires and documentation, which were subsequently analyzed through simple linear regression data analysis techniques and the coefficient of determination. The results indicate that independent learning had a positive and significant effect on learning outcomes with an effect of 40.9% and the rest was influenced by other factors, which were not discussed in the research like students’ motivation. Thus, it can be concluded that students’ learning outcomes will increase if there is independent learning carried out by the students themselves. Hence, it is expected for teachers to improve student’s learning outcomes by concerning more on increasing the independence of the students themselves.

Abstract

Online learning has actually become part of an alternative learning process at universities since the 90s. And since 2020 there has been a pandemic of COVID-19 conducing whole universities to do online learning. It is just that in the implementation, it causes many problems either from the lecturers or the students themselves. It is caused by many factors that determine as good as the learning or not will be carried out. Therefore, the study described in this article is designed to analyze the determinant factors and the influence on the quality of online learning. The study used 133students of Economics Education of FKIP Universitas Riau as respondents who were selected randomly. Data that were collected through questionnaires were Google form and analyzed by quantitative descriptive and statistical analysis by using Chi-square. Based on the results of data analysis, it was found that most of the respondents stated that the quality of online learning that had been carried out has been implemented procedurally based on the criteria for online learning. Furthermore, when it was seen from the determinant factor of the online learning quality, in fact, most of the respondents stated that either the facilities and infrastructure factors or lecturers and students factors, it has been adequate in descriptive analysis and as expected it was. After analyzing the statistical analysis, finally, the three factors also have an influence on the quality of online learning. Accordingly, it could be concluded that as good as online learning implementation or not were depending on the availability of facilities and infrastructure either provided by the universities or the students themselves. In addition, the lecturers who have qualifications and competencies and factors from students, especially those who were related to their enthusiasm and learning skills, technological literacy, communication, and collaboration, also determined the quality of online learning. Thus, based on the results of the study, it was recommended to improve the quality of online learning at universities, the facilities and infrastructure, especially for the facilities of network and LMS, the improvement of the lecturers’ competence in order to make the learning based on the demands of the 21st Century and RI of 4.0, and improve the students’ skills in online learning.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas bagaimana mengetahui iklim organisasi dan sikap inovatif kepala sekolah baik secara simultan maupun secara parsial terhadap kinerja guru Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kecamatan Bagan Sinembah Rokan Hilir. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan non eksperimen atau ex post. Penelitian ini meliputi populasi sebanyak 191 guru dan sampel sebanyak 129 guru. Data kinerja guru diperoleh dari dokumentasi berupa nilai Capaian Kinerja Guru, sedangkan data variabel iklim organisasi dan sikap inovatif kepala sekolah diperoleh dengan cara menggunakan angket menggunakan skala likert (skala lima). Untuk melihat validitas dan reliabilitasnya, instrumen dilakukan uji coba terlebih dahulu dan butir-butir yang valid dan reliabel saja yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana/berganda, uji korelasi pearson, uji signifikasi, uji t/F dan uji besarnya pengaruh melalui model summary. Berdasarkan hasil dari pengujian tersebut, didapatkan hahwa kedua variabel yaitu iklim organisasi dan sikap inovatif kepala sekolah baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan berpengaruh secara signifikan dengan kontribusi sebesar 62.10% dan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti yaitu kepemimpinan, pengetahuan guru, kepribadian guru, dedikasi, dan pengembangan profesi. Dengan demikian dapat dikatakan bahwa kinerja guru tersebut akan semakin baik dan meningkat apabila didukung oleh adanya iklim organisasi yang kondusif dan juga perlunya sikap inovatif dari kepala sekolah.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang faktor-faktor Penentu yang mempengaruhi tingkat motivasi belajar siswa SMA Negeri Kecamatan Tambang, yang ditentukan oleh faktor aspirasi, kemampuan siswa, kondisi siswa dan lingkungan belajar. Data yang digunakan terdiri dari data primer dan sekunder. Data tersebut dikumpulkan menggunakan kuisioner dan dokumen. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI Jurusan Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial (IPS) sebanyak 289 siswa dengan sampel yang diambil sebanyak 158. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil analisis Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa variabel aspirasi terbukti berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap motivasi belajar siswa dengan persentase pengaruh 9.9%, kemudian variabel kemampuan siswa juga terbukti berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap motivasi belajar siswadengan persentase pengaruh 4.3%, dan variabel kondisi siswa juga terbukti berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap motivasi belajar siswa dengan persentase pengaruh 5.6% serta variabel lingkungan belajar juga terbukti berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kemampuan siswa dengan persentase pengaruh 9.7%. Secara kesluruhan sumbangan pengaruh variabel aspirasi, kemampuan siswa, kondisi siswa, dan lingkungan belajar terhadap motivasi belajar siswa adalah sebesar 64.1%. Sedangkan sisanya 35.9% dipengaruhi variabel lain yang tidak dimasukan dalam model penelitian ini.

Abstract

Understanding and introduction to local culture is important for prospective elementary school teachers through the development of social studies learning e-modules. The purpose of this study is to analyze the development of social studies learning e-modules based on local culture, by analyzing articles published in 2018-2022. The analysis was conducted using bibliometric analysis supported by VOSviewer, Publish or Perish (POP). There are 300 articles from the database taken from Harzing's Publish or Perish, Google Scholar related to this research. Furthermore, all articles were screened and 35 articles were obtained that matched the keyword "Social studies learning e-module". The results of the study show that there are no publications that specifically develop social studies elementary school e-modules based on local culture. Of the publication trends 35 articles are non-existent.
